1 year ago i purchased a product of htc which is htc desire v unit serial no. HT357PG01653, but one day it automatically dead i dont know what is reason dead of it actually i sent this product to company htc, i got they are taking 6295 charges of this product which is not right way of the company towards the costumer mean if i will pay Rs.6294 for repairing part so why doesnt i purchase new product of any company like as moto e ? you also know that re-sale value of my htc desire v is less than 5000. So it will good for me if i will purchase moto e, they give me new phone + 1 year warrenty . Lastily thanx a lot htc i will never use your product further in future and i will not recommend to my frnd for htc thanx htc get lost

Dear Sir/Madam, I have brought HTC desire 816 phones in the month of July 2014.yesterday suddenly mobile screen was vibrating and display went black. I have restarted the phone but unfortunately I was not able to see anything on mobile screen. Today morning (21st Nov-2014) I went to HTC service center at New Delhi-Kalka-JI, and asked them to check my mobile but as per them this is damaged product and they cannot repair under warranty. As I explained already there is no single scratch on my mobile screen then how its damaged case. This is clearly showing its mobile defect which I am facing then what is they meaning of warranty of new cell. I can understand in case of physical/intentional damage warranty can be void but what if it is due to electronic or hardware defect? Regards, Sunny Mob:-[protected]

PHONE - HTC DESIRE - 816 IMEI - [protected] Sir we have purchased htc 816 on 07/06/2014 and we have faced lot of problems in that handset, navigation in not working properly, and also we had four time visit for with same problem with your service center. and now we have facing another problem like display is not showing when we given to your service they taken 2 days times they made repair but after one day we facing same problem and also when we put hand set to charge it become so heat. Note- your service center is - TVS ELECTRONICS LTD., BANGALORE kindly replace the handset as soon as possible otherwise we will take legal action against you and your dealer do the needful and oblige we hope you will good decision

i have PURCHASED throgh SNAPDEAL on 01/10 they devlered throguh seller name NAVKAR TRADING AND SOURCING [MUMBAI ] against invoice no 62E77B/14-15/3029 after few days there was problem in phone could not charge so i have give at ALIX SYSTEM [authorised HTC service center ] at BHAVNAGAR after few days they have mailed charges sheet for Rs 7085 they told that there is liquid damage is in phone i talke with custmer care on 19/11 about i got warranty agreement with phone where not mention that if liquid damage is done your warrant would be avouded i talk with their reprentive Mr. KAMIN on 19/11 on 01:43 about my complain but they refused to help me they clearly said you have to paid charges for it so i request you to take action against this company they clearly taking unothorised charges again company if you have any query please contact me my no [protected]

I got a HTC desire 816G phone last month. The phone was not working fine. THE SYSTEM HANGS UP, I WILL HAVE TO SWIPE THE PATTERN 6 TIMES TO UNLOCK MY SCREEN. AND FLASH ON THE PHONE GIVES YOU PICTURES WITH GHOST EFFECT. WHEN I TRY TO POWER OFF AND TURN ON THE PHONE IT WOULD STAY DARK FOR 5 MINUTES EVEN THOUGH PHONE IS ON AS IF THE DISPLAY HAS GONE BAD. I tried to fix this issue by removing all third party:no go i contacted HTC and tech asked me to do factory reset: no go It did not fix the issue. I was asked to go to service center. I did go there. You don't have a service center of your own?? There I was asked to surrender my phone.I am not ready to surrender my brand new phone for repair. I contacted HTC back for replacement. But the HTC representative I spoke to did not even show minimum concern to solve my issue and was least bothered with my problem. I HAVE PAID 19K FOR THIS PHONE AND TRUSTED YOUR BRAND AND I END UP WITH THIS PHONE THAT IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. AND YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THIS ISSUE UNLESS I REPAIR MY PHONE OR SURRENDER IT FOR REPAIR. I DON'T THINK I DESERVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS MENTAL STRESS JUST BECAUSE I CHOSE TO BUY AN HTC PHONE. PLEASE MAKE SURE I GET A REPLACEMENT.

My phone's screen was damaged, but display and every other thing worked just fine. i dropped it at the service center- Raipur (C.G). They did replace the screen, but i have following complaints- 1. Headphone slot not working anymore. 2. There is a little crack near the camera button. 3. The fitting of the screen has not been done smoothly enough, the glass panel is above the layer of the rest of the body. 4. When i left the phone at the service center, i clearly mentioned not to format the phone, because it was working just fine. They even wrote it on the receiving they gave me, but later they formatted the phone without intimating me. I am a business person, and i have lost all my important data because of this silly mistake. Also the quality of work they have done is just not acceptable when matched against the name of a reputed brand such as HTC. Kindly look into the matter.

I purchased the phone on 10th Sep 2014 (just two months back) from Chroma R-City, mumbai. Display is gone blank. i am not able to receive or call or read any msg. this is pathetic. phone is just two months old and already started giving problem. Event he cost is too high. I purchased an HTC One x+ on August '13 & after just 14 months o[censored]sage the display of the device just went out, i took it to the service center they said it has an issue with the motherboard & quoted me a hefty sum of 19k. I purchased it with 29k & now just after 14 months it broke down & i have to pay 19k, this shows how horrible the durability & reliability of your products are. I will neither buy any HTC products from now & nor will i recommend anyone to do so.

I have buyed your product HTC Desire 816 this august and within 2 monts its display and touch has been ruined out I have given for its service at Ahmedabad HTC service center since[protected] It has been a month and i have not got a proper reply of my phone from the service center All the time they replied that within a week my product wil be back to me but it has been a month now Yesterday they said now more 2 weeks will be taken for reparing So i want a quick action from you against this And really i will be recommending other not to buy your product due to your worst service towards customers I hope you will take a quick action since there is no reply from the service centre

I have given my mobile for reparing - Servie Report no. Q8S[protected] at Kolkata. on 10th, october 2014. Delivery date was 1st, november 2014, After waiting long 20days while visiting the centre they are unable to satisfaction answer when it can be repair / replace. I request as a prime customer holding Managerial post at L&T Construction facing lot of problem in days to day basis for online information due to non availablility of mobile phone. Regret to intimate that after spending Rs. 22, 400/- really facing harassment to get my phone from last one month. i purchased htc desire v year ago...i had problem and i gave it to htc customer care centre in amritsar. i got it after 1 month with motherboard replaced...i paid 4000rs for it...but they broke my speakers so i returned it to them for repair...now they are having my phone for about 3 months and either not giving any response or returning my phone back...resolve it...or i'll have to go to the consumers court...

I was purchase HTC DEISRE 310 Duel sim on Dated[protected] from 1st day it was working slow and heating the system after 3 month one day it was switch off and not Switch on i was give it HTC service center Ludhiana on dated 30/10/2014 for repair and the give time for back 01/11/2014 but till today i was not receive back when i contact several time they told me it will take 15 days more. So please tell me shell i did any crime to purchase HTC Mobile now i am without cell and lost all communication i will go to consumer court if is not given me back within 2 days. it's HTC Service what the saying and doing (Quality Brilliant) I hope u will solve my problem either Replacing My cell or Servicing with time limit.

I had given my HTC desire mobile for repair at the Vashi, Mumbai service centre almost a month back. Each time I call customer care I am being asked to call up again after 24-48 hours to check for the status. Status of my phone has UNDER REPAIR from last 3 weeks. The reason that I have been told is unavailability of parts that are required to be replaced. Customer care is unable to give me any concrete timelines for repair. I am extremely disappointed with the manner in which the case is being handled. I would have been satisfied if proactively HTC would have acted and informed me about the delay which did not happen until today. I am not sure why does HTC sells those phone models to which it cannot support after sales service. I am still awaiting a satisfactory reply from HTC.

Hi, i purchased a Cellphone i.e. HTC DESIRE 816 in september 2014. After a month its touch got damaged and i gave it to a authorized service center in Faridabad. These service center people told me that they will take a month for repairing, for which i was ready to pay INR 4500 for touch damage. But after 2 months they are neither giving me a satisfactory answer nor giving my cellphone back. Pleasse return my cellphone else m ready to file a complained in Consumer court if something satisfactory will not be done.

Dear Sir, The screen of my htc phone has been broken on 18th October 2014, I have submitted my phone on htc service center on the same date at hudco place, ansal plaza, delhi.They have claimed the expected returning date for the product is[protected].Almost 15 days have been gone and they still shift the date ahead and ahead.In the receipt below they have also written that if the device is not collected within 30 days from the date of job sheet, service center or HTC will not be responsible for returning back the device.Please help me to resolve my problem. Hi, Mistake of my life began on 26th Oct'14, when i stepped in Spice outlet (Kamla Nagar) to purchase the so called HTC Desire 816G. I bought this phone at a sky high price 18, 300 Rs, infact i was more incline towards Sony Xperia C3 but at the end moment decided to commit a blunder & took HTC Desire 816G. Have started facing the trouble since first day of my buy but then i thought that rather making a complaint i should give some time to this phone & observe the performance. End results made me end up marking this mail. I tried all bend over backwars but deficiency in something which can't be revamp just observing & giving some time to it. Its you only who can re-work on it & make it better (at least workable again). Keeping this feedback in consideration you should buy back this model to save the customers from having such inconvenience. I am facing the below mentioned horrible issues with this gadget ... the COST, BRAND & QUALITY doesn't go hand in hand :- Phone touch is not at all effective, sometimes touch doesn't even respond. Lag time is also becoming a neck pain for me. Then i had added a additional memory card of 16 GB keeping the fact in mind that less memory could be a reason for this disaster response time. Now 8+16 GB doesn't help ??? Battery is so bad that it gets drain out in no time. So called 13 MegaPixel camera is actually 8 MigaPixel only, that what i got to know when i tried to explore more into this gadget. 8 MP camera this is very much evident & clearly mentioned in the settings option of camera. HTC is fooling their customers. Such a big company & this category of inferior product ... Was never expected. I wants to surrender this phone due to the inferiority of product & wrong specifications which are mentioned on your eye catchy packing/box. I need 100% cash back + compensation for the hassle which i had. Pls do revert within 24 Hrs else i will be forced to escalate it at every possible level to all concerned person who can help me in getting the justice & my money back. Dear sir, I purchased HTC One E8 on 21st October 2014 from The Mobile Store Noida. But from the very next day the phone had a hanging problem and auto on/off problem. I went to the Ansal plaza HTC service centre and they gave me the DO letter for mobile replacement. I got the mobile change on 27 th October. Now with the changed new phone again there is problem of auto vibration / Hanging / auto blank screen. I have spent Rs. 35000/- for this phone. And running to service centres since puchase.
