Hi, I have bought one of your flagship model HTC one E8 and placed my trust in HTC quality and after sale service. But to my utter disappointment such was not the case. Having bought such an expensive phone which was giving me trouble just after one month o[censored]se. Finally, just after use of nearly 2.5 month, the device hardware showed major fault which caused sim slot1 non responsive and it stop detecting any sim. On approaching the service center, the representative after diagnosing my device told me that complete hardware needs to be replaced/repaired. To top it of, I was informed that spare for this particular model are not available for some time. Further, it was suggested that since phone was newly purchased and extend of repair is big, new handset should be procured against the faulty one. I informed the same to HTC Customer care and had him talk to the same representative. After much debate and explaination a request for replacement was raised which has been rejected. So I am stuck with a device that I can not use and that can not be repaired and with a company which is not ready to own its faulty handset and come up to rescue of it customer by replacing the same. I have completely lost my faith in HTC after such a bad experience and loss of money, and time. I will make a point to not buy any HTC product or suggest any one to do the same.I deeply regret choosing HTC over other brands. Thanks a lot for such a bad after sale experience and giving such value of money device.     Dear Sir/Mam, I bought my htc phone and within one one month it give me problem and I send my phone to service center. my phone tckt no :- 14INA[protected], i had given my phone to htc service centre on 13th Nov 2014 and return my after week and my still give problem. After this problem I return my phone to service center. Second time I give my phone 20th nov 2014 to service center and still the phone is in service centre .. whenever i call to htc customer care the person told me to wait for 48hr I told him, if company is not able to repair my phone then please replace the phone..     I purchased an HTC phone from Boost Mobile on October 16, 2014. The 1st month - i was able to download the things I needed - which was not very much - I tried the next month to download the app for my fitbit. The message was that it was not enough memory. I went to the Boost Store - they looked at my phone and said that I did not have anything on the phone to have memory used up. They instructed me to call the techs. The tech walked me through taking everything off my phone and it still did not give me any more memory. Not only no memory - but since November I have not been able to download simple apps - such as navigation, any games, etc. I went back to Boost - the started my phone over as if it was a new phone - literally cleaned it out - started over - the same results not able to download anything. Called HTC again and again - I have spent hours and hours on the phone with this HTC company - One day just last week I spent 4 hours and 4 minutes on the phone with HTC to keep putting me on hold and still did nothing to replace my phone. The SAGA CONTINUES and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! Today - thought I would make one last call - only to be told I need to go back to boost and let them know what they sold me. The foreigner did not have a clue as to what my complaint was nor was he or his supervisor would be of NO assistance. I only asked for a new phone and if this company is not able to stand behind their products - why are they still in business. And by the way - this phone is still under warranty and they still won't replace it. WHERE DO I GO TO GET HTC TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND REPLACE THIS BAD APPLE PHONE - my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com and my phone # is[protected].

      i have htc one xl . the problem, , voice problem and other more problem i went submited authorized center and submitted the handset on 19/09/2014 for repairing . but now a date my handset never repair . i go the service center again and again for pick the handset but they are again again give the different different excuse and extend the receiving date day by day . i really face more problem .so please tell me what can i do this than solve my problem

          i purchased the set htc desire 516 on 1st august 2014, it had problem with the lock button. and now without any scratch on the touch glass, the inner lcd is cracked.. and now htc care is not replacing my mobile.. they are even asking me for a sum of rs 5000 for its repair. how can any customer care service centre demand rs 5000. i am having 8 month warranty left in my mobile.. plz help imei number [protected]

            I am very unfortunate to purchase a Handset model HTC 616 Dual SIM in the month of Sept 2014. On 11th Nov it suddenly stops working, next day when i have reported to Customer care centre in Jalandhar it was declared dead. Female sitting there has raised a complaint ticket(14INA[protected] acknowledging the fault, since then i am falling the same at your Toll Free No [protected] but to wildest of my dreams everytime i receive only one answer that, "part is not available". if in the main office parts are not available then why company is selling the products or should we contact your taiwan office for same. I was given an assurance of 8-10 working days but that has been breached by the distance, so i am requesting you with my folded hands to get my handset up by this weekend as the same is in warranty or provide me with new one because i don't was to get penalised for "Parts out of stock".               I have bought htc desire 516 dual sim on 23rd Nov, 2014.It cost around 12700.The glass over the camera is broken after one days.In warranty statement they are mentioned it will cover creak and camera lens repair.But service center's people are telling it will cost 1200 INR.Please help.

                I was facing the problem of charging in my phone (HTC 816) hand set purchased on 15 /07/2014 it was not accept charging from last three days Also there was a problem of camera in that phone camera was not clear. Very blur and poor quality of camera . When I visit the service centre of HTC on 20/11/2014 which is located in laxmi nagar (office no 201, 2nd floor sagar plaza near nirmanvihar metro station delhi 92) I found that they people behave like very irresponsible employees with me . they do not know how to tackle the customer and ask customer problem and the turn around time to solve the customer problem. Without asking me basic problem which I am facing a employee ask me to come after 25 to 30 day .. which is very very ridiculous. They did not provide me a proper slip of my complaint, a girl employee name is rubna was there she wrote my complaint of a waist slip. Also one employee was drunk there have no sence to talk customer Please resolve this issue asap …. because I am facing so much problem without my phone.

                  sir/mam, i had purchased htc desire 616 dual sim mobile only 2 months back. it had some charging problem so i had submitted it to htc care service at rajaji nagar. they had assured me that problem will be resolved within 7 days but more than 13 days had passed & they hadn't repaired it.and no one is giving proper reply on phone no provided.my job no is:BGL[protected]. please help me as that was the only phone which i was having .and now i 'm really regretting to buy htc.

                    Hello While I purchace Htc Phone i dont have any problam with my phone, now i have some problam with my phone and i give it to HTC authorised Service center but they dont work properly, for example if i call that care number then no body will pick phone and how can i get status about my phone so please i requst to HTC please ignore this type of services if you give service well means that is plus point for you only people trust you so pleaseeeeee Regards Bharat [protected]@hotmail.com

                      hi, i had purchased desire 616 mobile from flipkart in bengaluru. I dnt now wt is the problem in this set. It hangs a lot, and it wont respond untill i open the battery and put it back and restart it. most of the time it hangs when phone is in silent mode and get the call, and if dnt cut cut or recieve the call it will automatically hangs. and its totally fristrating bcoz, its not price worthy. i just wanted to know, do i get any replacements or servicing for this stupid HTC desire 616 phone..:(

                        Purchased an HTC make mobile with IMEI No: [protected] on 3rd November 2014 from M/s. Poorvika Mobile, Shop No: 215, II Floor, No1, Nelson Manikkam Road, Ampas Skywalk, Chennai-29. The product model no is HTC Desire 816G. Immediately after purchased the aforesaid product developed display problems and HTC assured to replace the handset under warranty. Accordingly, I had submitted the aforesaid handset to the authorised dealer of HTC in Trivandrum, Kerala M/s. Access Technologies, Near Thycaud Hospital, Trivandrum-695014 vide Ticket No: 14INA[protected] dated 19 Nov 2014. To my utter surprise and dismay, the same hand set with un-rectified problem was returned to me. I now request upon this esteemed portal to take up the issue with HTC mobiles and resolve the issue as per the warranty terms

                          sir, you have yet not responded to the complaint i shravi rathi have made. another phone of mine i.e. HTC desire one is in the service center and that requires 25 long days for its recovery this is really unacceptable . i hope and want a quick action and response from your side.

                            I gave my phone htc desire 816 for service in Htc service centre, Salem on 05/11/2014(Sim 1 Slot damage) .They had said that phone will be ready in 8 days maximum.Now its 2014/11/25 .About 20 days and still no proper information from service centre..None of them gave me a correct reply so as when the phone will be ready..This is really a worst service from a reputed company like HTC...Please Take Immediate Action regarding the complaint...

                              I bought an hTC Desire 616 and after two months it's 3.5 mm audio jack stopped working and hence I submitted the phone to the hTC service center in Noida Sec 18. on 30th Oct 2014. I was supposed to get the phone 15 days later. As the receiving date approached I contacted the service center to confirm the arrival of my phone. They told me that due the unavailability of the damaged part, the phone is kept on hold and so they asked me to come back after 2-3 days. Instead of going back to service center after 2-3 days, I visited them after 5 days with full hope of getting my phone. But all I received was disappointment. I was given the same reason and was told that I'll surely get the phone on 24th Oct, that is today. So I called the service center to ask them whether my phone has arrived or not. But no! Still I am getting the same answer and is advised to wait 3 more days. There service center personnel misbehaved with me on phone saying that you've to wait, there's nothing else we can do and banged the phone. I seek your help to take a strict action against these people. Thanks, Zubair Abbas

                                Dear Sir/madem, I bought Desir 700 handset on 15-Mar-14 from Ahmedabad. Touch screen was not working, gave for repair, it took 45 days for replacing motherboard due to non availability of spares. with in 10days phone stopped powering ON, Gave for repair, received next day and again with in 5 days same problem faced, Now service center say they will take 10 days for repairing the hand set. Constantly in touch with customer care, they are also unable to revert and wants 96 hrs for revert. It looks like they are buying time and I am not able to use the hand set. I am asking the customer care to resolve my problem with in three days or replace me with a new handset. for which they are not answering my question. I am not able to use my phone for last three months. Who ever is going through this complaint. I am dissappointed by choosing HTC . I am not satisfied with the service provided by service and customer care team over phone. Need solution for my problem. My last TT number is 14INA[protected].

                                  Hello sir/madam We purchased a HTC desire 500 phone on 01st January 2014 in jayanagar Bangalore and we have faced lot of problems in that handset, voice breaking, voice clarity is not there, call disconnects suddenly, if any person calls it doesn’t connect. As it is new handset n I have great respect towards HTC I thought it is problem of network and I raised a complaint to my mobile network service provider and even changed the sim n got new sim card also they checked the network connections where I use my phone most n they said everything is fine and again I got the above said problems n this time I gave handset for service at your service center - TVS ELECTRONICS LTD., BANGALORE near south end circle they told some motherboard problem and it is replaced and we had kept in observation it is fine now, but again I faced the same problems after 2-3 days again I gave to service at your service centre but they didn’t even give a receipt and told they will sort it out n give to me. When I raised for receipt they said please wait and they went inside and came after 10-15 minutes and said handset is in good condition. Again after a month I face same problem as I was not able to go to service centre my friend went there and they repeated same as second time when I gave for service like not giving receipt and told to wait for some time n gave the phone and said it is in good condition. I can’t go frequently to your service centre and get repaired and I am also close to expiry of warranty. Please replace the handset or repair it properly. After one month my warranty expires please sort out the issue. Your persons are not fixing the issue Please do the needful, the amount to purchase your handset is huge to me but it is giving me lot of issues. Please fix it ASAP.

                                    I gave my phone htc desire 816 for service in Htc service centre, chennai on 2014/10/29(screen crack) .They had said that phone will be ready in 14 days maximum.Now its 2014/11/24 .Nearing a month and still no information from service centre.I visited the service centre 3 days before .None of them gave me a correct reply so as when the phone will be ready.I called the customer care([protected]) .They promised me to reapond with in 48 hours.But no one reponded.This is really a worst service from a reputed company like HTC

                                      HI, I own a HTC Desire 616 After 2 month there was a problem with its touch screen . I filed a complaint in your local service centre on 04/11/2014 They took my phone and promised that they will sort out the problem and return it with in two days 6/11/2014. But today is 22/11/2014 . They had not returned it yet . I think you know the difference between 2 days and 20 days well. Do you think is it fair service by such an reputed company ? I need my phone urgently . I need it within 2 days i.e 24/11/2014. I hope you can understand my problem will concentrate on complaint. Otherwise I have a another option . CONSUMER COURT There will not be any problem for me in filing a case in consumer court . But I think being a reputed company u will sort out everything. Thank you

                                        Dear Sir, I am given my mobile handset repair purpose last month 14th(14.10.2014) ammerpet Hyderbad service center, every i am asking service center person they are not give any possitive replay & same time i am approch custmoer care also, they siad parts problem & it will come next week, next week but my problem is not clear. This month 12th i call your customer service center, that time asked final date, they this weekend prats will come(22.11.2014), by chance any delay monday morning we will arrange your instrument, at that time i asked if you fail your commitment, that time he siad company will come alternative solution. Today i call your custmoer care they said they siad part will come 29th, as per your commitment i am wait 10 days, i con't wait more days. If your not repair my handset by monday 24.11.2014, I will proceed my further actions.
