    When I brought my mobile it works fine, then they gave a software update after updating my phone stop booting stuck at white screen . I have warranty which is about to expire in 10 months . I gave the mobile to Chennai htc service center they said have to change motherboard so i gave it to them. it about to end 1 month still they didnt return my mobile . saying its in prograss .. pls i want my money back i hate htc..

      Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased HTC 600C on 10.5.2014 after 2 months it started getting off and restart in next 10-15 mints after many tries and this happens 3-4 times daily in a day. As already this handset has been showed to Company Service centre and they given back same after 1 month with new motherboard. Since i have purchased HTC 1st time in my life and having very bad experience please help to getting out from this problem. Rgds Anupam

        Dear Sir, I have deposited the accessories of my HTC Desire 310 Dual Sim handset i.e. Battery and Handfree for repair because they were not working properly on 02/12/2014 at 01:58:29 PM having Ticket No: 14INA[protected], Job No: DEL[protected], S/N: cc43dwp01831, Part No: 99HAAD020-00 under Warranty at your HTC store in Harikrishan Gallery & Services, Ug 26 Suneja Tower-2, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110 058 (Contact No. [protected], [protected]). I have deposited my accessories for repair at 02/12/2014, I have not received them by till date by which I am facing lots of trouble due to not having my phone, its delivery time is 6-7 days but its already 10 days passed. Sir, today I am mailing you my problem so please take some legal action soon. So, please its my humble request to you to take urgent action on this inconvenience as soon as possible.           Dear sir, On 05.11.2014 vide ticket No. 14/NA[protected], one complaint has been register for LCD broken, and it is assured by your Indore Service Centre (MZ, 77/80, Yeshwant Plaza, Near Railway Station, South Tukoganj, Indore Madhya Pradesh 452001) that we will provide you all intimation and estimate. But till date neither any response has been received nor entertaining my phone (whenever contact). Hence you are requested that confirm me when I will get back my instrument. For evidence, I am enclosing herewith htc Care Service Report. For quick response, I am giving my mobile No. [protected] alongwith my e-mail address [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@yahoo.com Despite given previous mail, no proper satisfable reply given by you. Till date our complaint remains outstanding at your end. It means either you are not so serious after sales service or you do not have any value and importance of customer.               Hi, One of the worst customer service experience. After speaking to multiple customer support representative, I am convinced HTC trains its customer service employees on how to harass a customer. I had a SIM slot (Slot 1) problem in my HTC desire 816 dual sim, my phone was in warranty period (DOP 1 Oct 2014) so i have given it to service centre for repairing, on 13th November, and they promised me to return my mobile in 15 days, but as day passed they are shifting return date, when i called service center they are giving me reply that they have no part, so they are waiting for parts to come, they always gives excuses, After a month they have given a quotation for repair where i got the mail with repairing cost estimate around Rs 8048/- (For changing the SIM slot – very small part). I gave call to customer center and argued again that this is not my fault. Customer care rep agreed it is deign fault of the device. After several repetition they agreed to provide me concession and agreed to do it in around Rs. 6400/-. They have given me the new date that they will return my phone on 18th Dec, but i can't trust them now, they always ready with new excuses. I submitted my phone on 13th Nov 2014 and it is almost 2 months today on 10th Dec 14 but still I did not get my handset repaired even after several calls and arguments. Every week I ask them the status and i get the same reply that it will be repaired by next week. I am fed up and very much disappointed by all these and would request to take care of my case. My phn tckt no:- 14INA[protected] i had given my phone to HTC service centre on 13Th Nov 2014 at Eternity Mall Thane and still the device is in service centre. Worst service and the quality of the product is very bad, repairing the device (mostly all htc phones) are going bad within 3-4 months o[censored]sage. We never had this experience even in unknown brand or like Chinese mobiles. Samsung, sony, and other products are better products than this cheap HTC mobiles. Used many phones but my 1st experience with HTC is a disaster. Service centre is unfit to do service from their end and they wanted to take to the factory for every instance and making the customers to wait for 1 r more months is really sick and how do HTC is expecting its customers to wait so long for a minor issue. Mainly why don't you guys don't have more service centres and making people to wait in a single centre, making 100s of people waiting around your service centre's door??? At last we understood clearly that we will never ever go for HTC anymore and won't suggest to any people. Get out of India, dear HTC. You are unfit.********

                Arpit patel i bought htc desire 816 grey on 2-jun-2014 worth rs 23050.
                I had my first problem on 14/10/2014 (Job no rinqns[protected])
                Regarding repair recommendation replace of speaker, then again i had

                Issue on 11/10/2014 (Job no rinqns[protected]) i give it back to
                Ervice station and they replaced the unit but that was also defective. The
                1st problem in the replaced phone was regarding network and i called in
                Customer care they suggested me to go to service station then, they
                Olved my problem. Again i got same problem regarding speaker and i
                End back my phone to the company for repairing and called in customer
                Care and they gave me ticket no 14ind[protected] so i complained on the
                Ame ticket no that i got replaced phone but that is also defective but customer care told me to get back the phone from service station without repairing will
                Try to give you fresh unit against defective unit so i got my phone
                Back but customer care couldn't solve my problem and told me to submit
                Your phone to service station and i got new job again so i am
                Attaching all the job and bill alone with the defective unit. So
                I want you to look forward to my problem i am suffering from this
                Problem from last so many couple of days i want the solution as early as
                Possible. So kindly look forward to my problem i am awaiting your

                  As per the the above mentioned job no I write to inform you that, i had submitted my mobile on 07/11/2014 at TVS Electronics Ltd, E-Mall, 6 Chittaranjan Avenue, kolkata - 700 072 for repairing which is in warranty as i had purchased my cell phone on 23/08/2014 from mobiliti world. But form your service centre side no one is giving us the proper feedback neither they are repairing my phone.

                  These is the way how HTC deals with the client. It is shameless for your HTC side as you are useless to help client. Please inform your team to work properly instead of hareshing client.

                  Please update me as i need my phone immediately by 2-3 days or return my cash back.

                  I am enclosing herewith an attachment of service report for your reference.

                    I am a HTC customer from malaysia, I would like to share my experience with the other branches around the world. 1 I have been threatened 2 scammed 3 insulted 4 bullied 5 broke 6 humiliated 7 almost failed in my final year in engineering 8 not listened to 9 lied to and much more all these things are true when I gave my mobile for repair for mic was broken they said they fixed it and when I received the device cover was broken when given again they replaced the cover when checked mic was broken, and, when given again for repair mobile still have problem, hey put used parts in my mobile they admitted it, called customer service people laughed when asked to pass it to manager we dont have one, funny thing after 2 months of complains manager calls me I am the manager please send in device for repair all I ever asked was to replace but they refused, Call center quality is a joke official website people also laughed, knock knock who is there? HTC customer, customer who? the person who no one helped, i became a joke because of HTC please respect, even after contacting all the branches of the world these guys in malaysia are acting un-profesional and saying its our decision and it does not matter what others will say is this multinational company or their own company please help support a cause

                      Hello Team, This regarding a HTC mobile phone purchased on 01/12/2014. The first day it worked perfectly fine but the next day when I went to charge the phone, the touch screen cracked from inside. When I rushed to the Vendor, they asked me to go to the Service Center. On reaching the HTC Service Center which is located near the BDA Complex Indiranagar, they said it's a physical damage and did not even register my Complaint. They asked me to contact the customer support to get a form so that the phone can be replaced. On asking them to contact the Customer Support(as I had no spare phone to contact them), they refused. And they also checked the phone but there was no other damage other than the screen cracked from inside. The behaviour of the Service Center was also very rude and they did not want to hear anything. Also to cross check we have multiple phone users at my place who charge the phones but don't seem any issues with there handsets. It's just this device which was damaged might be because of the low quality of the product of such a big Company. The phone costs more than Rs.17, 000 and we are not so rich people to ignore it and go for another handset. After running to them for 2 days, they finally registered the complaint. On top of that they asked me to submit the phone to them so that the techs from HTC can decide "if it's a physical damage or not" and also they will be charging me Rs. 500+ for diagnosis. In short I am now paying around Rs. 18, 000 for nothing and also I have no phones with me. I submitted the phone on 04th of this month and till now there is no response. They also informed me that there is a 15 days replacement policy which they don't even care for. My HTC DESIRE 700 has been in the service centre since 25 NOVEMBER 2014 and I keep getting told that the problem will be addressed soon. I must have spoken to them several times since submission of hand set at tvse service centre Kurla. (mostly listening to hold music). And this is not the first time my device has gone to the service centre. In last instance after buying handset I went to service centre for battery drainage problem they checked handset and returned saying you remove du battery saver app. And it will be ok, but after uninstalling app nothing changed., this time that the device has been sent to the service centre, for various reasons. I was informed that mother board and touch panel needs to be replaced that means almost 80% thing in instrument needs to be changed and spare for the same needs to be imported from HTC main office in Taiwan . So I request you I cant wait for long time without phone and asked for replacement.Hands down, its the works customer service department where the meaning of the word "customer" has been redefined. I wish HTC paid little attention to this important aspect of product line such as Smartphones. Utterly disappointed. ticket# 14INA[protected] hope you understand my problem and arrange to give my phone replacement . As you running short of spares...

                            I have a HTC Desire 500 handset with IMEI number [protected]. The yellow patches were coming on my screen and I handed it over to TVS Electronics Ltd, Sec 47-C, Chandigarh for repair on 7-Nov-2014. The service record number allotted to me was QFS[protected]. The mobile number mentioned in my complaint was [protected]. When I went back to collect my phone on 15-Nov-2014 they handed it over to me, but the display was not coming. Service center people informed me that there is issue with motherboard and it need to be replaced. I submitted my phone again for repair. After that I have followed with HTC Care number[protected]. But still I am getting response that motherboard is not available yet. Already more than three weeks have passed. All my contacts and many other details are in phone and it is impacting my work. Do not know where to raise it, it is seriously a lapse on part of service by HTC. I cam be contacted at[protected]. Regretting my decision to buy HTC phone.

                              The service centre you have in Ameerpet, Hyderabad is worst.Even government offices works better.I had some some software issues and it was promised that I will get my phone back in a day and it has been more than 5 days yet i have not got my phone back. There is no way to contact them.All the numbers they give are wrong and even if somehow we get correct number and call them, number is not reachable, busy or unanswered..I have called them more than 50 times in 2 days all my calls were unanswered.The staff is very rude.

                              It’s around a months, since what I am chasing HTC Service
                              Center and Call Center, but still I am not having any end resolution for my
                              complaints. I bought HTC 816 Mobile on November 30, 2015. During last month I
                              got a snag with this phone. First slot of the phone was not working & phone
                              automatically goes on mute. After that I had given it to the service center at
                              Malad (West) - Mumbai, where, they have informed me that there is an issue with
                              mother board. It’s around a moth but they don’t have mother board for
                              replacement.


                              During this period around 3 times I also spoke to HTC call
                              center (Complaint no: 15IND[protected] and I had explained them the issues.


                              At both the places (Service Center and Call Center), I had
                              requested for either early resolution or Standby Device or replacement or
                              refund.


                              However, since long, I have not got any solution and today I
                              got a call from call center 1) Mother Board Needs to be import will take some
                              more time, 2) Don’t have any Stand by device 3) Cant provide you refund and 4)
                              with respect to replacement we will get back to you.


                              I am tired with this feedback & attitude and requesting
                              you to refund my money or replace the phone at the earliest.
                              Myself Ankan and i'm from Kolkata. I bought a HTC hanset ( HTC DEsire 310 dual sim; IMEI No. - [protected]) one year ago. I chose HTC because it's a renowned brand and it's popularity reaches all over the world.
                              But but but after using the phone and visiting the AUTHORISED HTC TVSE service centre(TVS Electronics Ltd, 102, 2nd Floor, E-Mall, Chittaranjan Avenue, Near Chandni Chowk Metro Station, Kolkata - 700072) I came to know it's the biggest blunder in my life. There is only one service centre for the entire eastern region. So, it's kinda natural that they are unable to give proper service to the customers. Though HTC gradually increases their sales counters.
                              The worst part is their After-Sales Service. It's became a nightmare to me.You have to wait for 2-3 hrs. minimum just to reach to the counter after getting a token. The support executives were abusive and arrogant too just like their manager over there [ Some Lady]. And if you told them to behave properly in return you will get "Do whatever you can. And if you want to lodge a complaint against me... go on, you're most welcome" [specially mention in this circumstance Mr. ASIT PRADHAN - a srevice centre executive in Kolkata]. Also the HTC Eastern Region Customer Operations Head Mr. S. Biswas was don't want to listen to the customer complaint when some people want to have a word with him including me. According to him it's our mistake that we buy a HTC handset and like fools we have to wait for our turn to get a service and have to face all the consequences. From now on i'll make sure no one in my circle or from the other ones buy HTC. So, you better watch it...
                              Worst service i have ever seen
                              I bought HTC 826 and with in 10 days i faced touch problem and i submited the mobile in service center 13days back. and they are asking me be on contact with call center/toll free number. i am trying several times to call center. call is not at all getting connect with call center. from two weeks i am with out phone. i am unable to know the status of my mobile. i think its my fault to buy the HTC mobile. worst service

                                Respected Sir This is Jayaprakash.K from Chennai, I have given my HTC cell to your authorised dealer TVS Electronics Ltd, On 23.9.2014 bill number Q2S[protected], till now no response from this dealer, last time when i called them they said it is an Liquid damage which is not possible from my side and this cell i have bought it in the month of July 31st, 2014, Kindly let me know what should i have to do or i need to make an complaint in some other place Your person in TVS says he will charge some Rs 7500/ for repair and gave us an discount for 30% which is not possible from my side, Kindly let me know as soon as possible.                                   I had issue with my HTC desire 816 power button and some visible vertical lines on the display, there is no damage to the outside body not even single scratch. When i submitted my phone to TVSE Bangalore on Sep 30 they told lcd display is broken and it will cost 6000. I argued with the them that my phone is in warranty and then i agreed ok I will pay the money but I want my mobile repaired, they promised for 10 days. Today is Dec 4 2014 more than 2 months I havent received any information from HTC regarding repair. I made more than 200 calls to global service center everytime they are telling parts are not available, they postponed it to next week every time. I dont know whether parts are coming from different universe or what. HTC service is the worst they dont keep up there words. Escalations, SLA, timeline is no words for them. If its there new product launch then also they will give same excuse like parts are unavailable from past 2 months.It is not at all expected from HTC, i will never recommend anyone to buy HTC, there service is worse worse worse.                                     dear sir, few month ago i have bought htc desaire 816 d816n, IMEI NO. [protected], S.R.CKQ[protected], VR[protected], now i have a problem with ring tone message tone, camera zooming.here full volume by setting, but i can't heart if some one call me., sum time automatically volume is high when i reduce the volume. at one day need to several time switch on/off for solve this problem. Four time, when i was go to htc service center your engineer do that again switch off on and solve this problem but few minute later again same problem. so, i not feeling well when i buy this mobile. what i can do sir, please consider the case and do the need full.i went four times hadad service center but my problems not solved yet.                                     hi my name is prasad from visakhapatnam ...i have given htc820g in service center due to some problem, as i have lost my original receipt i contacted service center for solution, but they denied to give the mobile and one lady picked my call and she was very rude, she dont know how to behave with the customer, she shouted and disconnected the call, after tat i called her several times she was disconnecting my calls. sony service center is excellent... there should be an alternate way for every problem...i will never recommend htc for my friends because of their bad customer service... my no is [protected], please provide a solution..

                                      I bought HTC one M8 03rd Oct 2014 for 43, 000/- it was good for some time, last month from 10th Nov 2014 it started showing display problems. i have given it to HTC service center now. I am really saddened by this incident i never thought this phone would give some problems, feeling disappointed buying this phone. service center guys told me phone will get it repaired by 2weeks of time but i still have not recieved any conformation msg from the service center. when i called last week to know the status the customer executive told me it will get delayed as the item to be replaced is not in stock. this is not the approach i am expecting from this company. kindly help!

                                        I have 2 issue with HTC services. I purchased HTC desire 816 on July 2014. On the 9th Nov I saw the display not working on my phone without any fall or hit on handset. There was not a single scratch on phone or on the glass. I went to collection center (Satyam Communication, J-34, Sector-18, Noida) and they said that the display is damaged internally due to fall and will not be covered in any warrenty. I argued lot for this but they did not agree. I gave my phone to them and it was sent to reparing center from where i got the mail with reparing cost estimate around Rs 5500/-. I gave call to customere center and argued again that this is not my fault. After several repeatation they agreed to provide me conession and agreed to do it in around Rs. 3600/. 1) Should It not be covered in warrenty if outer glass is not broken, even no hit or scratch on the handset? My another disappointment from HTC care. 2) I submitted my phone on 11 Nov 2014 and it is almost 2 months today on 1 Dec 14 but still I did not get my handset repaired even after several calls and arguments. Every week I ask them the status and i get the same reply that it will be repaired by next week. I am fed up and very much disappointed by all these and would request to take care of my case.                                         I am facing the same issue and they are charging me the same amount of money and where it clearly shows NO physical damage, and the service center service guy says, it is a internal damage and would not come under Warranty.

                                        How did you deal with your case?
                                        Nothing can be done except cursing them and repent yourself for having HTC phone. I got my phone back after 2 months and then submitted my earphone as that too was not working. It's been again more then 2 months and I have not yet received my earphone back. They have pathetic and worthless customer care service.

                                        I have purchased a HTC desire 616, from the second moth of purchse I am facing problems in the phone I have submitted my phone five time for the rectification but Problem is not rectified yet.
