When I brought my mobile it works fine, then they gave a software update after updating my phone stop booting stuck at white screen . I have warranty which is about to expire in 10 months . I gave the mobile to Chennai htc service center they said have to change motherboard so i gave it to them. it about to end 1 month still they didnt return my mobile . saying its in prograss .. pls i want my money back i hate htc.....

Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased HTC 600C on 10.5.2014 after 2 months it started getting off and restart in next 10-15 mints after many tries and this happens 3-4 times daily in a day. As per the the above mentioned job no I write to inform you that, i had submitted my mobile on 07/11/2014 at TVS Electronics Ltd, E-Mall, 6 Chittaranjan Avenue, kolkata - 700 072 for repairing which is in warranty as i had purchased my cell phone on 23/08/2014 from mobiliti world. But form your service centre side no one is giving us the proper feedback neither they are repairing my phone.
