I bought HTC one X plus from Dubai last year, recently It got bumped and screen shattered. I gave this phone to Bangalore's HTC authorized service center in Rajaji Nagar. They asked me to deposit non refundable amount of 1850INR, They claim that they will send quotation from HTC main service center, Later after 4 days I had to call them for the Quotation. I went to change my charger which is under warranty period, But the manager of that outlet said that this charger is duplicate. Thought I changed my charger 3 months before this incident from there only, he refused to change it and gave that reason about duplication. This was also happened with my friend with the display of his phone that was inserted duplicate by them as he gave them to change it....
