My mobile is hanging while plug in chrge after removing it does not work but while connecting it starts working. Only 15 days had passed i got this phone. And its starts problems kindly help me or exchange or take this phone i will provide additional amount and give m other phone of your company of 4gb ram. So please help me and provide some instruction about it because it is in gerranty warranty period.
My phone honor 9 lite is showing very poor performance. So i would like to exchage my product and buy another honor 9 lite or you just clarify my issues.it have many battery issues, network issues and even the most perfect camera phone have camera issues too. So please clarify all

De diya fir customer care se puchha k frp lock kya hota hai unhone mujhe kuchh aur bataya mai dobara service centre gaya to unhone kaha touch problem hai per abhi tak unhone kuchh nahi kiya set bhi jama kara liya

      I purchased honor 9 lite from flipkart on july first week 2018. Few days later mobile started getting blank display and working one/two days and again blank display. Same hppened for one week.
      I gave mobile to service center at ameerpet, hyderabad. Authorised service center. They have taken mobile under warranty and today i got call saying motherboard has problems. Screen has a very minor scratch on the upper surface about a 1cm, its very small scratch which has nothing todo with display problem (Blank display).
      Now service center people saying i have to pay 4700 for display also, for very small minor scratch only at upper surface blankness isn;t problem, digitizer isnt effected. But they are charging for small minor crack, the main problem is with motherboard which they told they will claim underwarranty, yet askingme to pay money.

        Your company is the worst phone company and service evee. Last 2 months my honor 6x phone faced an issun i opened the messenger app and the screen got locked for 3mins and got turned off and i was trying to switch on it but it wont turn on and i called your service and u guys told me to go to service centre for the issue. The problem was the motherboard and i was supposed to get it repaired cause in the warranty booklet its said that it had 15months warranty and you guys didnt repaired it and today i switched on the phone and the phone got turned on and was working perfectly fine and i called the honor team and u guys told me to forget the service centre issue about the motherboard and if i face any problems in the future i should call you and again i faced the problem after4 hours o[censored]se the phone got switched off again and i called the honor team and u guys told me that i will get the warranty back but i havent recieved any im seriously angry with you guys

          Dear huawei team,

          This is to write with regret that i had gifted my wife a latest huawei nova 3 phone 2 month back, it was bought from muscat oman, for the 1st one month it worked well but after 1 month and few days phone started showing the msg on screen no signal, we tried to reset to factory setting but nothing changed, we tried to call the service centers in noida but they refused to repair it as it is bought from out of india.

          Phone is kept in house and there is no way for me to take it back to muscat to get it repaired.

          Pls advise!

            I am Owning 2 sets and very mush satisfied with features & performance of honor 8 pro mobile. With the satisfaction I ordered one more honor 8 Pro mobile on Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected] & IMEI#. [protected], [protected] which was delivered to me on 13th July 2018 but this product has serious battery issue. It drains out completely within 3-4hrs without any usage.
            Regarding the same I contacted your customer care executive regarding the same issue. They verified IMEI# & got to know that the product delivered to me was sold by Amazon in the Month of May 2018.
            When I questioned how can this happen they told customer who brought this product might have returned the product due to some issue & the seller might have sold the same thing again on Flipkart. This was really shocking to me.
            Similar experience I had with Amazon as well. I purchased honor 8 pro & they didnt delivered me the phone saying honor 8 pro product's are not available, after 25days.
            My concern here is honor 8 pro is very good product with good performance & features but the sellers on Flipkart & Amazon are spoiling the reputation of the product.
            Please do take care of it as this product is available only Online.

            Hi, I am honor 8 pro user.From the past two days I witnessed a minor bug of displaying of headphone jack icon even when the earphones are detached.
            Please fix it as soon as possible with a software update, etc.

            And I have gone to the service center they tailing me this is external issue but the issue is internal the gum which using to stick display is throw out so please slove my problem

              تم ظهور رساله بالجهاز تتوقف عند علامه أندرويد ويتوقف عندها الجهاز ولم يفتح مع العلم تم التوجه اللي مركز الصيانه في فرع فيصل وتم التواصل معهم أربع مرات ولم يتم اصلاح الجهاز وتم عمل شكوي أربع مرات علي الخط الساخن ولم يتم أحد بإفاده بأي شئ وتم التوجه الي فرع مصدق مرتين ولم يتم اصلاح الجهاز مع العلم ان المشكله ما زالت قائمه ولم يتم حلها نهائي ، أرجو افادتي

                Honor 8 pro mobile is dead, Huawei service center in Thane west is not repairing the mobile and forcing to buy a new phone.. Huawei customer care is also not responding despite sending emails to them. Worst service.
                I have purchased the phone for 30000, it is still under warranty and I am not getting any help from Huawei. I just need my phone to be fixed under warranty.

                  I am continuously facing problem regarding touch in my honor 9 lite phone. Its touch does not work properly. While working it get concentrated at one place and does not work. I visited the service centre for this problem but they did not solve my problem. I am suffering continuously with this problem.
                  The question is why customer suffers if he paid its full price ??
                  I am not satisfied with this product.i ll not recommend anymore to someone to buy this product. Service centre is worst. Customer care is worst too.

                      I m purchasing mobile phone. My phone is not working. Then i contact the service centre.. They tell me by the liquid fault it is not working but they accept that the liquid is not go in the mobile by me althhough by moisture or manufacturing deffect it occurs. But they ask me paid money for repair it.. My handset is only 12 days working. And there customer team fools me daily... Please solve my problem. I know there are manufacturing deffect but they are told tha this is my fault... I am in big trouble.

                          Have an Honor 6x Mobile, which is 5 months OLD (Invoice Date: 22.01.2018). Having a weird issue after unplugged from Charger, got the error message as " Decryption unsuccessful" the password you entered is correct. Spoke to one of your Executive as he suggested Tried to Reset Phone, but no luck. So entered via Volume up + tap power button to do the Hard reset. But still no luck. Mobile is in unusable in Brand New phone and all My data's are gone.

                          As advised given the mobile to Service Center " Huawei Customer Service Center " Jayanagar, Bangalore - Karnataka. Got the Final update as seems we tried for rooting the Mobile so it can't be fixed. As far my knowledge for rooting Boot-loader should be unlocked and this can be verified from the FASTBOOT section in mobile.

                          I did't expected this error in Brand New Phone and update from "Service Center". In-order to fix the issue I have raise an complaint, kindly fix / replace ASAP.

                            It's a new phone i am using for 5 month duration. Suddenly, i noticed that it can't enroll fingerprint anymore since long time i ignored it using pattern lock. It is defected now, i am truly unhappy that my new phone has got a problem. One more thing i ordered it through flip kart in sikkim it doesn't even have service centre here. It's embarrassing and totally annoying. Please help it.!

                              Dear sir,

                              I had purchased mobile honor 9lit 64gb blue color from flipkart on march 2018.

                              Today suddenly mobile middle tab not working, immediate i had call to customer care regarding issue. They provide some steps for resolving the problem.
                              1. Switch off mobile
                              2. Press volume + and power bottom tab
                              3. Pop option showin select wipeycheck publication
                              4. Reboot the device
                              5. On device use after 15mints.

                              Same procedure was followed.

                              But till problem was same conditon. I have believed honor new mobile and after only 3montj screen software issue happen.

                              For your information my mobile screen lay down, no scratch, no dent, no physical damage, no abnormality but issue occured.

                              Please check it is effect my business as well as personal life. I really appreciate mobile having very good features, very good user friendly device but small issue cause loosing trust from honor.

                              Kindly take it on priority and resolve as soon as possible.

                                I have submitted my honor 7x 64 gb for screen replacement on 16/05/2018, and it is one month after submission, i am getting a reply from service center that, it will take another 10-15 days, (Service center: tanishq connects, aurangabad, service number: 180520hpnq0500001). Even the service center people does not giving a status reply, and behaving very rudely. I dont have a spare smartphone to handle my daily needs, as you know, i could not even my transactions. Feddup with honor.

                                  M using honor 9i phone... And it get switch off automatically nd then get restart again automatically while m using.. It makes me annoyed and some time my important task will nt get completed... Even sometimes it get switched off nd restart while m on call. So please tell me the process to solve this problem. I bought this phone in dec 2017 it's been only 6mnths nd m facing this problem past 4 months. I guess this is not acceptable from a new device.

                                    I have purchased honor 9I around 2.5 months back from flipkart. My compliant is that the phone screen is cracked on 11.06.2018 just falling from merely a 1feet height, despite there being a screen guard in place.I am very disappointed with this and request please give me a screen replacement

                                        After oreo update my screen turned little yellow.. I compared with other honor 7x also the same problem persists still.. Even u gave bug report no response really a bad experience with honor. I never expected this from honor. It even affected the camera clarity also.. As a final hope i'm having a conversation with u please help me out with this issue.
