I have given my phone to service in service center coimbatore and it has been about 2 months of time phone was not been return to me and response from the service person is not nice, so take a complaint on this issue and give my phone back i will do service by myself.     I have bought an honor 7x on april 2018 through amazon but now the phone is not working when i inform this to the dealer he said that mother board of the phone is dead. Since the phone is in guarantee i asked him to replace it but he said that we only replace the mother board and not the phone and to my utter surprise he said that the part is came after 20 days. Hence i bring this situation to your attention and i believe i would get a quick response from you and get it replaced or repaired immediately

      I bought a new honor 7x, from amazon online. After using a month it got died. I went to kota honor service center, 28/04/2018, they told me that your phone will be repaired in 7 to 10 working days. But till today there is no response. I am facing many difficulties without my phone. When ever i calls honor care every chance they says to me that wait for a weak. I have tried many time to know how many days you will take in repaire my phone but they are lair. Honor's is the worst company and its service is worst worst.
      I want to know that what is company's policy, if it don't repairs it's product.
      I want my phone early otherwise i will be forced to reaction.

        2 months old my honor 9 lite 4gb 64gb having battery issue. My 9lite have lots of battery consumption. After 100% charge my phone's battery backup just 9 hrs.

        I visited near by service center, they told me the 9 lite have heavy processor and ram and other internal applications.

        So i just want to know if there are only these reasons, than 9lite should be with minimum 4000 mhz battery.

        Now, what i do. I was purchased with rs 15500/-

        I want to change my phone or battery.

            Dear Team,

            I have purchased new honur 7x phone in 14 march 2018 that means its on warranty period. suddenly my phone yesterday go on blank and yesterday also week off that means yesterday I can not visit customer care centre when I go today centre (Huawei Customer Service Centre, Shop No 2320, Empire Tower, Sector 14, Old Delhi Main Road, Guru gram, Haryana 122001) and meet with Mr. sanjay and Mr Sachin he open mobile and asking this mobile drooped in water then when my mobile droped in water then how its open and how incoming calls???
            Then your employee asking pay 250 otherwise you can go without phone then asking pay 15000 for fully complete maintain mobile phone price 13000 and fully complete 15000 what is company??? And what is means of warranty as per your company??

            Please check my issue and solve.My mobile phone also submitted in C enter.

              I have a huawei watch 1, once it showed to update and i did it. But unfortunately it stopped in-between. Then i showed it to huawei service center in thrissur, kerala, india.

              After a long time (Almost one month) they said it's board is not functional!!! Pls help me to understand how the board (Hardware) affected by an update. They said it costs inr 3500.

              However i told them to change it but their service was literally hopeless. Each time i call them the only answer i received from them is "it will take time".
              I gave my watch on 02 may 18 and till date it's with them and they are not even giving any proper updates.

                Submitted to service center for battery replacement on 04.10.2016 and get it back with new battery. Service center address - smart services,

                Again battery problem stared and submitted it back to the same service center on 02.02.2017 and they lost my set. After number of phone call and complaints on service center, they are telling me we can't find your set.

                  Hi,
                  I have updated my honor 7x with emui 8.0 on date 17th May 2018 however previous equalizer option from setting menu is not there anymore.

                  Also output from headphones have reduced which I believe because of missing equilizer.

                  This is creating trouble while listening to music or watching movie as I have to keep volume level more than risk limit in a way causing problem to ears.

                  Kidnly provide patch for solving this issue.

                    I am a user of Honor 6x. Recently (21-Apr-2018), my charging cable stopped functioning. So, I checked from your website and visited the store nearby my place i.e. Tilak Nagar. However, I found it to be closed. Then, I went all the way to Kingsway Camp store named Manav Communications. When I requested for charging cable, they denied abruptly that it is not available. I asked them about the Complaint Box which they denied that they don't have. Feeling helpless, I called up another store in Shakarpur but again they dint gave a positive reply. Being such a huge brand, this kind of service is unacceptable. Now, I am in urgent need of the charger but I don't know what to do.

                      Within 7 days of buying my honor 7x switched off spontaneously n switched on screen pad not worked. Handed over the mobile in trichy authorised service center next day. They told that mobile can't be repaired liquid damage no warranty and all. I swear, I didn't cause any physical damage to mobile phone. Even I didn't use the mobile for those 7 days. They told me that without warranty they can replace motherboard with 75% of mobile cost. Many complaints arised. Nothing be done. I heard that so many customers had same issue. Kindly help me to get my mobile repaired or replaced.

Handed over authorised service center and i was told that was liquid damage, under out of warranty. Pay 75% of cost of mobile for replacing motherboard under out of warranty. I swear i didn't cause any physical damage to that mobile. They again n again told me the same. Disgusting experience. So many complaints were arised. Nothing done. Many customers of honor told the same experience what i had gone through (Liquid damage no warranty n all) give good products to consumers or stop manufacturing defective products. I'm really anxious n dissatisfied with honor mobile.
                        My phone is hanging . it willl suffer when i play any game or camera .most of the time it hang .& i purchase this mobile from amazon at 14-04-18

                          Associate mobile number register - indian code not available +99 or +0 like no default details in indian. But available other countries in that list. So indian buyers not able register our mobile numbers. For that list all other countries list given but indian not available. So i can't able to register my mobile number for security purposes. Please rectify and reply to my mail id

                                I am Paramjit Singh from Jalandhar, Punjab. I bought a Huawei e8221 dongle in September, 2017 from PayTM. It is still under warranty. I ordered aprox. 5 same dongles from 2014 to 2018 for my friends & family. There wasn't any issue with any of these in the past but this dongle became dead around 1 month ago. So I visited the nearest Huawei service centre on[protected] at Fateh Enterprises, Jalandhar. Somehow they accepted my dongle and provided me a TEMPORARY job sheet, on which, there is no serial number, not IMEI number of device is written.
                                I called the Service centre after 7-8 days but it was under process and they promised to call me back within few days. After few days I called them and I was told that there could be a software issue that will be sort out shortly. But, on May 3rd, I call them again and they confirmed that the device can't be repaired.
                                I have been calling the customer care as well for more than one month but my complaint was registered on 03/5/18.
                                As I was suggested, I sent an email to Huawei India about my problem on 03/05/18 and I got a reply after 45 hours. I didn't get any call from CC and I called them twice after the email and the both times CC representative promised to call me back. Yesterday at 2:40 pm again, they were promised to contact me but I was sure from the past experiences that neither the Service Engineers and nor the CC of HUAWEI can call back to the customer. It shows the STANDARD of the company. Now, I want to know the status and solution of my device which can't be repaired by your useless Service Centre.

                                  Hi, this is radhika ravish narula, i was previously married gopalakrishnan, from trichy, brother of sridevi ramanathan and, prabhu working with huawei bangalore studied in vit, together spoiled my life, i divorced gopalakrishnan for murder case, sexually abuse and dowry case, since i filed a case against my first ex husband family they all in the name to ask sorry and free them from the case are spoiling my husband's life and my life and his colleagues and friends life. Prabhu sent his wife to act as if to ask sorry to my husband for what they have done to me in bahrain but she mixed pills in my husband, colleagues, friends and senior officials drinks and intercoursed with them, and took a video and blackmailing them, i have filed a case against all in infosys grb, british human rights and oman and bahrain human rights, she is showing herself nude and making everyone mad, they had come e to help me in the case but she, her husband, and brother planned and did all the above, i have given written mails to infosys grb, i informed prabhu through fb also but he is not bothered about his wife behaviour they are behind money from my husband and others, and prabhu helped devi to produce fake experience certificate for his wife sridevi ramanathan worked with accenture, logica and cgi bangalore.
                                  My Uncle Brought me a Honor 6 X From Dubai i am using JIO sim Card Can i have a Volte Update For my Phone My HONOR 6 X is BLN-L21C185B380
                                  Please Give the update for enabling VOLTE in my handsets my phone is updated one time now its Android 7.0 nougat without Volte I can't make calls or receiving calls so please take necessary action to resolve it

                                    I bought honor 7x on 13th apr 2018. It was good for 2 days. And now in a weeks time. For charging from 0 to 100 its taking 6 hours time. I even used a different charger and tested it, the results are same. The product description says it will get charged fully in 2.5 hours. Product with a good company, for sure if you are selling these kind of products, your goodwill will vanish soon. I need an answer for this at the earliest.
                                    Please help me sir my phone 9i backup issue but your service centre no doa proses please help me

                                      I had ordered Honor View 10 on 08-March-2018 from online store of Honor www.store.hihonor.com/in. But Huawei had never sent any confirmation email or sms. I received the wrong product on 10-March-2018 and then raised the complaint that product packaging was damaged and the product which has been sent is wrong. Then initially they accepted to pickup the product but later on called me and denied to pick up the product.

                                      Later on I received call from Gurgaon Huawei Centre who claimed that he, himself had did the packing of product while the product has been shipped from Chennai. I did raised the same question to him and send him all damaged packaging product photos, videos yet they haven't agreed for refund or send the correct product and sometime used abusive language over call.

                                      Their one employee called using truecaller DelhiPolice profile and starts threatening me by saying that I am doing the fraud etc.

                                      Kindly either refund my money or send the correct product.

                                        Screen broke, as the care is charging 6800 for the screen and the price of mobile is 17000, so i request the company to change my screen glass asap.    Replace all
                                        Im very much disappointed with the company very poor screen build quality my screen broken after 45 days of purchase phone is protected with screen guard also so pls tell me but to do now.
