1- problem:
Many time when i make a phone call i do not get sound of communication but when i make speaker on then get sounds and become able to communicate.
2-possible reason:
Recently i saw the symbol for earphone was on without connecting earphone also i never used earphone while making a call. This must be the reason of problem stated in point no-1.
3- request:
Kindly revert back this defective phone and make me available a healthy phone
Honor 9i screen vbroke after few days of purchase what to do next, please help

    Dear sir,
    I own a p 10 plus huawei set which was bought in kuwait in june 2017. I have been maintaining the mobile set in very protective way. The set has never fallen not even once neither has hit any where. For the last 4 months it is been seen that there are few cracks developed on the glass (Screen) on its own. I am surprised to see that a costly set of a renowned company product has suuplied this quality. I earnestly request you to please rectify this problem and what have i to do.       I had purchased honor 9i 2 weeks back.
      Now the glass has been broken. It was very disappoint that Huwai is using very cheap glass for a phone causing 18000/-
      This was fallen just a height less than 20cm. That also not on a hard floor. It was informed from the customer care that the glass is not covered under warranty. The glass was not even gorilla 4.
      I bought this machine on 23/3/2018 and after 13 days there was a bend in the outer frame and the screen and bulge when the battery and frame when the earphone came out, and when I went to the agent in Egypt refused to replace and repair They tell me that they misuse me and I get confused, and I've met more than one customer with the same problem

          Honor has one of the worst customer service, its already been 15 days and they couldnt provide the spare part ordered to them for the handset honor 9i.. I. E., sim tray... Either of them the local service centre and the company servicer number both dont know the availability of sim tray... Mobile has been bought just 4 months back... Company is not sure about the product... Feeling like why the hell i bought this cheap chinese product...
          Slow motion video is not supporting in other players (mx player) and messangers(whatsapp...). Supports only in phone player. Have any solution for this
          I use honor 9i for past 3 months automatically playstore recommend to install unwanted apps when my mobile data is on please give the solution to stop that problem

            Im using huawei honor 7x since four months.

            It works absolutely well but from last 10days, im facing some problems with my phone.

            Please fix my problem.

            Few days back i brought new honor 7x mobile to my friend.. Same issues are raised

              I purchased Huawei Nexus 6P on 19th Dec 2016 for Rs 29499, after discount Rs 27999. The product carries a warranty of 1 year which expired on 19th Dec 2017. Just after the 13 months o[censored]sing the phone, it stopped working and upon taking it to the service center they told me that the motherboard has crashed and will have to be changed for an additional Rs 20000. I understand that my phone is not covered under warranty anymore. But this issue is not new, nor is it unique. The phone was launched in Dec 2015 and Huawei has received thousands of complaints regarding exactly the same issue as mine and they've still done nothing to fix their product. After a lot of hassles and haggling, they agreed to reduce the amount to Rs 16500, but I cannot accept that. I earn a mere Rs 22000 a month, I believed this product would last me at least 3 years. My claim here is on the basis that this company knew about the poor quality of their product and yet did nothing to fix it. It is appalling how such corporate giants get away with fleecing people like me and get away with it, without a scratch.

                I am using honor holly 3 mobile, it will having battery backup problem then charging time taken too long.

                In last three month i will went service center (Kavin electronices salem tamil nadu) in seven times, they will sent my mobile in chennai office but that problem was not rectified.

                Please note it warranty period is there

                Again i am gave my mobile 23.01.2018 (For service), still they not give my mobile

                In case after servicing again this problem came, definitely i will put compliant for consumer court.

                I am having proof for last seven time receipt

                  I am using honor 9i from last 3 months and having problem with its camera quality. Since every picture captured is blurred in normal mode with flash/without flash. This issue is seen for both front and rear camera. Which is very disappointing. Since have heard lots of positive points about huawei camera quality but unfortunately it does not seems to be working for honor 9i.

                  Kindly help me to resolve this issue and provide me a new software update.

                    I have purchased a smartphone honor 9i few months ago. Mobile was good in functioning but charging option was the worst part in mobile. It takes nearly 180 mins (2 and half hours) to charge the mobile from 0% to 100 % which is too long compared to any other product. Once i came to know about quick charger named huawei quick charge ap32 being sold in their honor online store. After enquiring from the customer care about its support to my smartphone, i ordered one and received it. But it didn't charge my mobile quick. Customer care executive asked me to bring it to the authorized service center. They verified and gave me a replacement. Still, the charging time of the mobile is too slow as before. They are selling a product which is not compatible to my smartphone.

                      Today i went to the service cetre dizitech... The authorized service centre of huawei in shimla and there the employes do not have a sense of talking with the customers... They unneccessarily misbehaves with the customers and go with the nonsense arguments even when they are wrong... Today i was waiting on the bench and there one uncle came he asked his phone from the employe and told that they called him after the 1 hour to receive his phn but even after 2 hours the phn was not get ready... And when he told that he has to go for his job then they starting misbehaving with that uncle and said that to kya ho gya agar phn ready ni hua to... Even after that they didn't stopped they said that ki apka phn abhi chipak ra hai agar utar gya to apki problem hai... And nw i would lyk to tell about my own experience that my phn is having international warranty and they told me that just wait we have to check it that either it is in warranty or not... And after waiting for so long lyk about 1 hour when i asked that my warranty is been checked or not then they started talking rudely and misbehaving with me that ki abhi net ni chal ra... Again n again by getting irritating they are giving me same reply to me very rudely... I dont know who recruited such a worst staff over there... Who dont even know how to handle or deal with the customers...

                          Hi team,

                          I brought the honor 7x mobile on 15th dec 2017 via amazon, with in a month its not working.. Keep on flickering the display, i have to make hard reset the mobile every time. I called customer care and requested to transfer the call to the manager, but they have cut the call, this is how you are treating the customer!! This is really bad and i need the clear explanation about the problem.. With in a month if the product is not working, is this how you are giving fake is promise to customers. Then we have to visit the service center and have wait for a month.. May i know why do we need to wait for that time, you have to give good product to customers, or else dont give fake promises. My problem has to be resolved at the earliest.

                            I have bought honor 9i on 5 jan 2018. But on 26 jan 2018 the phone slipped off and the screen was broken down. I have visited the service center but they are saying that i have to pay for it inspite of the phone is in warranty period. But once my lenovo phone's screen stopped working they replaced it without charging but honor are asking for paided replacement.

                              My nexus 6p was good functioning smooth working. Few 2 days back system update to 8.01 version, i downloaded latest. Suddenly it is not my fault, nexus become stuck on google bootloop issue. Maybe cheating from huawei or google mock. I spoken to customer service engineer told me rs. 22k, much money, i cant afford to replace new motherboard maybe false talk. I want to refund money from nexus 6p back.                                 Hi team,

                                I am facing issue with my nexus 6p handset and it keeps restarting after every few seconds. Every time i switch it on it boots up and shows google logo and get stuck there.

                                I am not sure of the cause of this issue even my phone battery is also fully charged. My nexus 6p warranty expired in september 2017and as per huawei service centre i will have to change the motherboard of my mobile costing more than 25000 inr and what is more disappointing is that they don’t even have a genuine answer for cause of the issue. I am very disappointed with huawei because your hardware is getting crashed automatically and company doesn’t even know how. If you guys don’t even know how to make a reliable hardware then you don’t have the rights to sell your products because you are cheating with your customers. I believe that is a manufacturing defect causing the hardware failure that too in just a period of 1 year. I expect a genuine answer for my query and if you don’t have the genuine answer then company should take responsibility of my faulty handset and repair it free of charge. Otherwise, i will register a complaint in consumer forum about the company and defected product that is being sold to customers.

                                Worst organization in the world, i am gonna make a complaint at the court, as i bought mate 9 mobile since 2 month and it was defected 3 times the speaker is not working although they changed the whole device twice, shame on you.

                                  The customer support from huawei here in south africa is horrific.
                                  My p10 plus screen went black and i took it into huawei canal walk almost a month ago. To date i have been trying to get an update on my repair with no avail. The south africa contact center consultants were useless. The repair centre simply don't answer their phone calls and even the huawei south africa phone number rings and nobody answers. This is not what i would expect from a leading technology company.

                                    I bought my nexus 6p two years back it was working fine and then suddenly an update came after downloading it my nexus 6p went to bootloop. The most frustrating part of it is that when it isn't my mistake why i have to pay for it i already paid 44k for the phone and for the repair they asking me another 16k for motherbaord which clearly is their fault because of their bug in update. This is sort of business now they made.. If devices are out of warrenty and mistake is theirs.. Their bugs in update why do we have to suffer for that.. It's just so unfair..

                                        I purchased huwaei google nexus 6p from retail store but now after 3 months of expired warranty, it left me in tatters. Just after a weeks of latest android oreo 8.1.0 update my nexus 6p gone into deep restarting issues which google and huawei are very well aware of. Instead of their fault they are not replacing these phone.
                                        Please let's unite together and file a lawsuit againt these fraud. These company didn't realise that we paid the premium amount while purchasing these phone and trusted them.
                                        When I try to call it state that call can't be connect . How to solve this. Incoming also not working.
