Respected sir,
This is to inform you that no water supply in new line since it's commission. Several times this has been brought to the notice of the concerned line man and the concerned official. But till date no action has been taken in this regard. Water supply in the old connection is very irregular and the supply frequency is 5 to 6 days in a week. It means four times in month. What for i am paying the water bill regularly? Almost four months time has passed. The concerned officials are throwing a deaf ear to the complaints. Water supply is regular with full pressure in the new line to 60 percent of the residents and the remaining 40 percent no water supply in new line. No checks have initiated after commissioning the new line. This is not the way of functioning what we anticipate from the concerned officials. Already we have passed the summer by purchasing water cans. Therefore it is requested to take necessary steps without delay and see that the water supply in new line is established to the remaining poor 40 percent residents of the colony. An early action is anticipated. My particulars are given below. If it is not possible to attend the complaint reply to me accordingly such that i can approach the next level official and send the concerned person's mobile number without fail.

Sir i am, resident of green park colony road no13, i have installled water meter last year during diwali, (Meter status is repair) the line man told that next month we will take the water reading but since then they havent came but every month they are charging with maximum bill, when i told to take reading they said system is not working, but as per reading i should get minimum bill so kindly take action and immidiatly reduce my bill since last year october

The whole road is being inundated with sewerage water and highlly foul odour in the air. It's affecting the whole environment as well as it is creating inconvenience to commute in our area. The inundated sewerage water spills on the vehicles and on to us who are riding two wheeler.
This inundation is polluting the surroundings too.
I kindly request you to look into the complaint as soon as possible.

New water pipe line is broken and water is being wasted in huge quantityt at 3/58 narasimhareddy nagar malkajgiri for the past 6 days. Having given complaint under comp no 4302 /19.6.2018 and 4081 / dt 21.6 2018 no action has been taken instead water is overflowing on the road and causing inconvenience not only to the public but also low pressure of water to the consumers in the colony along with the mud polluted water which may cause i'll health. Please take immediate action and do the needful.

The new water pipelines laid down under bhagirathi water project are already damaged. As such any water relased for testing is getting leaked out.

Let the concerned authorities immediately set them right befor the cc road is laid

Fix the water crisis at chikkadpally street number 8. Registered several complaints fron155313 called up more than 10 times for lodging a complaint receiver dont registered grievances i would request senior officials to look in to this matter very seriously to provide adequate drinking water and at sametime severage guy releases water at backside of my lane and we wont get water

I am a resident of deendayal nagar, road no:6, old safilguda, hyderabad. There was a trial conducted for mission bagiratha near our area to check water passage and we noticed that water pressure is not equal across everyone in our locality. For some people we could see that water pressure is high but for us it is vice versa. Kindly check on this issue and maintain equality among everyone in our locality.

There is no sewage line or drainage system in our locality which is at suraram medak road sivalaya nagar colony hyderabad telangana 500055 opp. Sai pooja theater sewage water stagnation near our homes are big threat to the health of children and elders in these colonie how you people can be this much careless or the govt is careless regarding this we are trying to reach you each and every time but there is no response hope my complaint get resolved

Since two days drainage is full.
Drainage water is leaking and mixing with bore water i may be very dangerous for our family while using bore water.

Please take necessary steps and repair drainage leakage

Hi,

I am resided in miyapur area, we are not getting water properly in our area, every month i am booking in a avg of 10 additional tankers. Need your attention in providing a resolution to us. Manytime we walked to hmwssb miyapur office but no attention. We are staying in an gooa residency apartments which has only 6 flats. We are paying 789 rupees as water bill but water is not sufficient.

I am resident of h. No.10-5-372, buddhanagar, thukaramgate, secunderbad wish to state that couple of months back sewerage dept. Staff has cleaned the manhole and removed the slit in front of my house and also replaced the existing manhole cover and its collar. The removed collar as left as it is. Dept staff has been approached to remove them. They said staff will be sent till date no staff has cleaned. We colony residents lifted the slit material and kept in a bag and the man hole cover kept aside which are obstructing the vehicle movement. Kindly depute your staff to clean the above material.

I am azeem residing at lakdi ka pul opposite to sensation theatre.
Theres no proper water supply at my place from the past one week. First i thought somewhere water works is going on so i was managing water from outside vendor who sells 20litres water bottle. After paying water bills on time, i am putting extra money for water from outside.
Whats the use paying water bill for proper water.
Please take immediate action...

I, the resident of h. No 554 street no 12, alkapuri ramakrishna puram, hyderabad. Today since early this morning their is some pipeline works going on in the colony, it is noticed that the sewage pipe line is broken and the same are mixed with the drinking water. It is very difficult to manage the smell and it's the most inconvenient to the residents of the area. Please do the needful at the earliest. Sir, all the houses in our lane are switching on motars during supply of water. It had had been happening from past many years. This time they used very big motars, as result people who are having motars are getting water and other people are dying with scarcity of water. Please consider this as high priority of issue and solve it as early as possible. I beg you sir, please save us.

Hi these is ayesha from vidya nagar, azamabad we are facing problem from from last one week as we dont have proper water supply. How you people can be this much careless or the govt is careless regarding this. We are trying to reach you by call but there is no response. Area is lane beside govt prim school, old bowenpally x road. Entire area around getting more than sufficient supply. Even on line complaint given many times but no use. Other area people say their sumps overflow many times. Already a school came up in the lane, one flats complex is there n another school is coming up this year. This is an sos call, please help. No check on use of motors.

Feeling shameful to inform you about the activities of your department persons who are not coming to clean drainage line which is flowing on the road and the department persons are asking money to clear the line. Since 8 days. Children are playing in that water people are filling drinking water over there. And it has become the bed of mosquitoes. The people residing in the slum area of singareni colony saidabad which connects to s. N. Reddy nagar behind sama narsimha gardens road no.5 saidabad are illiterate and they have given several oral complaints at the office but they are not giving any response to them i attached the videos. Its my request to you to take charge against corrupt employees of your organisation and make the local department office solve the issue permanently as soon as possible.

I'm da residence of papaiya yadav nagar idpl qutbullahpur...in our area der is a heavy leakage of drinking water nd no one is responding from ur department. Because of dat v r not getting drinking water properly nd v r suffering a lot for drinking wayer pls get da needful help nd c to da leakage pblm nd solve as soon as possible relse pls send da phone no of nearest water supply board...

Sir/ madam,
I am resident of mig-ii-55, 9 th phase kukatpally housing board. The main drainage​ line blocked. Given complient on 11 apr & 20 the april 2018 but no one takes responsibility. The drain water sinking into ground at coming into water meter pit from broken broken drainage pipe. So please help in clearing.

Its been a week since the drainage system in our lane is leaking and even after many complaints registered from other building members no one came to clean it.

Please ensure the cleaning of drainage must be done promptly.
I don't know whether this consumer complaint is working or not.
