Dear sir/madam

Its been a week since the drainage system in our lane is leaking and even after many complaints registered from other building members no one came to clean it.

Please ensure the cleaning of drainage must be done promptly.
I don't know whether this consumer complaint is working or not.

I'm a resident of 1-4-27/72/2, padmashali colony bholakpur, since last four days on wards there is an leakage of drainage water out side of our home and going on the road.

We went to and complained/ informed four times about this situation in water works board near boards club tank bund besides marriott hotel, but no use.

I sincerely request you to send some one and look in to this matter as soon as possible

Rain water is stopping/not flowing in front of my house, this is happening from last one year due to concrete road was down.

While laying the concrete road, they have not down properly to flow the rain water and it is stopping in front of my house and becoming a pool of water

I have request the manager of madhapur branch hmwssb to provide me the proofs of given water connection to my house. I don't have any water connection nor any water meter nor i have submitted the application for water connection still i am getting water bill, last month i got water bill of 26, 000. When i went to ask the authority of madhpur branch they are not listening to me nor they are ready to provide me the proof which i have never submitted. They are saying me to pay the bill of 26000 which i never used and they are not even sending the bill to my house, nor any message. I got to know about the water connection last month. They are saying i have water connection from 2015. I request you to take serious action against them.

This is to bring to your notice that raghavendra garden apartments, located in s. R. Nagar, hyderabad-500038, telangana near venkateswara temple is receiving borewell water supply from a independent residential house using overhead piped connections. Please take action to stop this illegal business. Also do not disclose the identity of this complaint

We do not have manjeera water supply in our area for more than 4 days now, please look into the issue, there was a digging done some time back by the ghmc people for electrical line i guess that broke the water supply line, line man said it's repaired yesterday but still not water supply, i would request team to look into this issue and fix it asap

Hmww & sb hyderabad, changed water meter of my house no. 91, prashashan nagar, jubilee hills recently under a project undertaken by hmww&sb. Contractor has not done proper work. Water is leaking profusely from the junction of water meter with existing pipe. Immediate action is required to be taken to avoid wastage of precious water.

The water works had stopped supplying water to tolichowki and shaikpet from shaikpet filling point since january 2018.

Although the customers of other areas are being supplied with tanker, why did this happen at shaikpet!

I ask the responsible members to look into the matter and resume the service.

Also the tanker is not complimentary we pay for it and we need an answer.

Sir, earlier our area was getting regularly water supply on alternate days. But now for the past two months, the supply is very irregular and it steches to 5-6 days also.
What is paining is that, there is a regular supply to just adjoining street (Street next to more super market). I jus do not understand this way of supplying to only one street only and leaving the immediate adjoining road..
This type of partiality should not be followed.
Every one in the same area should get regularly.

I have made a comment on 18.02.18 registered vide no 8318 on hmwssb helpline no 155313. It is still not attended though more than 10 days has elapsed. Huge volume of water is going daily waste. Water leakage is happening opposite to st johns sports foundation ground, teachers colony, east marredpally, secunderabad - 500026. I have also visited the water works office at nehru nagar east marredpally too and informed about the pipe burst. I request the concerned authorities to take immediate action to plug the leakage. Urgent urgent urgent.

Since the past 10 days, boduppal municipal corporation, in boduppal area, has stopped supplying drinking water. When inquired about it, they are giving unreasonable explanation that drinking water pipeline has been damaged, and it takes time.

If that's so the reason behind it, today while looking inside the tank, there was heavy drainage smell coming out from drinking water which is supplied from the pipe inside houses. And more soever, boduppal municipal corporation has failed to give a complaint number, nor the people working inside the corporation is taking a complaint.

It's huge problematic for people to live without drinking water for 10 days now, and still don't know how long does it take to complete the work (Which said., drinking water pipeline has been damaged).

And even if the pipeline has been fixed, there is now huge problem of this pungent smell of drainage and the water is really rotten when it comes out of the bucket.

Ghmc should take severe actions against these mistakes against "hyderabad metropolitan water supply & sewerage board [hmwssb]" and as well as "boduppal municipal corporation".

We are totally five hundred families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of blockageof drainage for the last 9months in our locality.

This blockagein drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then i shall be very much thankful to you.

I am ramesh kumar, r/o. H. No 16-1-440/a/1, saidabad, poosalabasti, hyderabad. For the last one week we are getting contaminated water in our municipal water line and when checked we found that drainage water getting mixed with
Municipal water line. We are unable drink this contaminated water because of bad smell and other foreign particles.
Please attend our problem as soon as possible.

We are from sri ram nagar colony, shamsheguda, jntu, kukatpally
We are facing lot of water problem in our colony since many days. Water men and line men both are showing their negligence regarding water.
In other area near to us, water men giving water for 2hours with a forced water flow. For us not even for 1hour and that too with a low force. He is not giving water for 2days once, sometimes he is giving for 8 days once. Water is not at all sufficient.
Please sir please take action and help us

Sir,

Water is leaking continuously from the manjeera main line, in front of hema durga heights apartment, fci colony, miyapur, beside cine town.

The water is leaking for the past 3 to 4 months.

I gave repeated complaints to the line man, but it is not being repaired.

I feel very sad on loosing so much precious water daily.

Please fix the leak asap.

And again i have received the water bill on 17/1/18, without knowing that i have paid already, my wife she paid the bill again, my humble request please credit this rs. 624 in my account so that i don't need to pay in february. 2018.
