Dear sir

Sub - 1. water leakages plague west anand bagh for the past 1 year
2. water supplied once in 3-10 days.

1. water leakage:-west anand bagh is facing water leakages for the past 1 year. many parts of west anand including main roads have been flooded with water which we have been complaining.
Sir you have a slogan stating "water is precisous, every drop of water counts' it clealry shows that your department is the main cause for the water wastage in our colony. hope you would have understood the fact.
For the past 1 month there is pipeline damage beside bhavani super market, land mark ab 82.
Several complaints has been made even the department has visited for name sake and went without repairing. such is the efficiency of your department. it is really disgraceful and shameful to complain but there is no other option left.

2. irregular & low pressure water supply:-

Residents have been facing sewer water shortage in west anand bagh, safilguda, malkajgiri for the past few years. water is supplied once in 3-10 days. several calls are made almost once in 2-3 days for the past few years inquiring about the delay in water supply. most of the bore wells have got dried up in the colony due to drilling commercial bore wells. as on date many residents in the colony dependent water purchased through tankers even though this year there was heavy rains and all the rivers and tanks got filled up.

When the department is collecting taxes and water bill in time we would like to know as to why there is irregular water supply. govt. of telangana has recently announced that water to the city will be supplied daily but nothing has such has happened in anand bagh.

One important point to be noted is whenever we call your manager, he either replies in negative aspect or speaks very rude even to ladies which is not acceptable. today 08-10-16 when we called the manager he never bothered to respond to our call. added to the problem is the linemen naresh whose another big nuisance to the area who also speaks in the same tone as the manager. please advise the manager & the linemen to speak politely to the residents especially with members of the association whenever they call inquiring about delay in water supply. hope this will be taken very seriously as we have been getting lot of complaints against manager and lineman which will further creative impact on your department.

Since few years we are getting very low water supply to our house located at Erramanzil Colony, Hyd. Our H.No. is 6-3-596/63/8/2/A, Erramanzil Colony, Hyd. Our Can No. is[protected]. We got last month only 9 KL supply of water, Bill dt. 10.09.2016, and in the corresponding last year we got 11 KL, bill dt. 07.09.2015, and before that we got 18 KL, bill dt. 06.09.2014, and if we see one more yr behind we use to get 26 KL, bill dt. 05.09.2013. We don't understand why this is happening with us. We see an apartment behind our house that is Satguru apartment which get lot of water everyday and sometimes it overflows. We being independent house purchases around 6-7 Water Tankers every month. We sincerely request the authorities to look into this problem and resolve it immediately.

we are getting Excess bill every month sir we are staying in Addagutta slum i have only asbestos sheets house only area i meted concern officer at maredpally zonal office they said your in Domestic category so submit your house patta copy, whit ration card copy, photos of house, then we change that cogitator from Domestic to Domestic-slum i submitted and they are chained that but the the billing amount not changed slum category sir kindly changed the our tariff our addagutta peoples all getting only Rs.155/- bill @ per month so kindly do need fully thanking you.,

This is venkateshwar reddy before 3 months we received 250rs water bill and now suddenly we got 1200 rs per month water bill we cant bear that much amount

Please reduce that.if we have asked regarding that to ghmc they told us useless answerslike for shop you are getting for shop they wont even use drinking water only so please revert the bill charges thanks..!

We are using Krishna water I.e Ghmc tap water just for drinking purpose. But every month we are getting excessive water bill Rs.495/-which comprises of 100/-sees charge and Rs.40/-towards customer charges..We have meter also.I don't, know why this much bill is coming for us.pl look in to the matter and correct the bill here after

We have excessive bill - till June the water bill was Rs.252 and in July we have fixed meter for water connection and we got the bill only in September for July & August together which is Rs.1889. This also includes arrears of Rs. 652 where as we paid all previous months bills.

Please take it to the appropriate department and assist in correcting the bill.

Unfortunately we were not able to complaint in the HMWSSB as we have arrears.

This is to bring into your notice that lot of water is being wasted due to water leakage near gollaguda kaman, subhashnagar, near venkatapuram. There is continuous flow of water on the road. Could you please look into the issue and take the action immediately.

Water leakage due to line damage
We are facing water leakage issue from past 1 month

Recently for new connection lines water board staff digged the ground and while closing the area they damaged the water lines of ours and went off, this came to notice the next day when understand only when few of our lane members are getting water, even the water coming out as a leakage observed on our lane.

We informed many time to local water board staff but no action been taken. even today lots of water going waste in front of our eyes but our lines are dry.

I request the senior sir to take action on staff and also set the damage so that we can get water as regular.

Since 3days the drainage is overflowing in our office premises. No response even after lodging complaint. Ours is lic office divisional office quite opposite to secretariat. Hope you will react immediately. You are aware nowadays city is suffering from dengue fevers & this over flow of drainage may contribute more for such diseases. We humbly request to take immediate steps to repair the drainage quick ly. Any delay in this regard will be brought to your higher office notice by our competent authority.

Daily when I go to my college(IIMC) there I need to pass over a footpath where there is a drainage overflow this is happening since 2015 and it is near to Assembly, RBI, CAG office even they need to travel from this spot can't they open up their mouth to repair the sewerage pipe. This is the area where many VIP'S pass by and there will be more traffic jam due to which the motor cyclist have to wait near this spot and which causes many health problems.More over it is also affecting the revenue of the commercial shops and restaurants. So, I request you to repair the sewerage pipe as soon as possible.

MM pahadi, sulaiman Nagar near Kishwari Masjid concern to Rajinder Nagar dept. Water supply depending on line mans mercy. There is no fixed time. From 11.00 pm to 3.00am he opens valve any time . There is no supply fixed time opens 30 to 40 mnts. We are suffering whole night to get the water.
How one can wait whole night and look after small school going childrens. This problem we are facing since years. Local authorities not showing any interest to rectify problem.

We are not getting water supply in rk nagar street no.1 for the last one week. New pipe lines have been laid and awaiting water. It may please be noted that except street no.1 all other streets of rk nagar are being supplied water through the newly laid pipe lines. As the new pipe lines were laid and un-terminated, precious drinking water is flooding on the roads in the remaining streets where as we at street no.1 are starving for water.
We request you to stop wastage of water in the remaining streets and provide us drinking water immediately. There are no dues pending with our house. Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

I am having water connection vide cam no. 61723698 situated at plot no 82 street no 3 banjara green colony road no 12 banjara hills hyderabad.
We shifted to the above new house 3 years back for last 2 year we were getting bill for water supply for ras 625. Sudenly from last one year we started getting bill for about 1800 which is 3 times more. We are only two peaple live in the house no portion is rented.
When we complain we got sums to send meter reading which was promptly send by sums and we used to get sums thatmeter reading is registered and will be reviewed by the concerned, nobody use to come to house nor call us but we were getting sums that your complain is solved and closed without any enquirer.
Recently on 27aprail. We went to usa and came back on 13 july the hose was locked but for the month of may we got a bill for 1700 when nobody used any water.
I request you to kindly enquirer and corect my bill to corect consumption by us

I, zallipalli bhaskar, d. No. 8-3-231/a/212, sri krishna nagar, yousufguda, hyderabad.

I along with my two brothers z. Rammohan and z. Lakshmikanth jointly purchased a house property in the year 2002 vide house no. 8-3-231/a/212, admeasuring 64 sq. Yards equalent to 53.50 sq. Mets. Situated at sri krishna nagar, yousufguda, hyderabad, from sri. M. P. Rama raksha, for a valid sale consideration rupees 4, 65, 000/- (Four lakhs sixty five thousand only) by contributing equal amounts, vide a private sale deed duly notarized on 9th february 2002.

We three had re-constructed g+3 floors house by contributing equal amounts in the premises. My self and other two brothers performed house warming ceremony in the year 2003, all the brothers are in joint and constructive possession since then.

I submit that a water pipe line connection was applied to hmws&sb in my name zallipalli bhaskar and as such, can no.[protected] was installed in our premises. But while preparing bill it was erroneously recorded as e. Bhaskar instead of z. Bhaskar. It is most evident if application and relevant records are verified.

Subsequently, my brother z. Rammohan, fraudulently obtained a p. O in his name without our notice and executed a gift deed in favour of his wife z. Madhavilata.

There is a civil case filed in the court of the 2nd senior civil judge : city civil court, hyderabad
Vide o. S no.594/2015 and injunction order was issued by the court vide i. A
No 227&228 to maintain statusquo.

Now to my surprise, my water connection can no.[protected] is transfered to the name of z. Madhavilata without my consent and also inspite of existing court order.

Hence, i seek justice from the authorities in this regard.

Sir, We are not getting supply of water from past one week through our normal water pipes even on alternate days. Pls see that problem urgently ensure proper water inflow whenever hmwssb is opening valve.pls solve this problem as soon as possible because we are totally dependent on this Drinking water.
