Pl. Help us we are residents of saleemnagar colony lives in an appartment by name vijetha millenum towers besides telangana grameena bank. We are sffering since last two months asthe drainage water entering our premisese from adjacent building h. No. 16-11-19/6/5 of p. Baliah gupta and its creating havock in our premises and we are unable to bear the smell and suffering with all soughts deseases. Already we have given complaint but your officers are visiting the premises but no action has been taken uptil now. Therefore we requet hombly to direct the concern to rectify the as mentioned problem as early as possible.

There is a supply valve in front of canara bank near nacharam cross roads. There is leakage of water from this valve since last 3 years. No action has been taken to replace the valve. The daily leakage is so that the quantity of the leakage is more than the daily usage of water of 10 families of 4 members each. I have complained several times through e-mail. Though, i am in no way connected for supply from this line, this has lead me to complain as citizen. I request you to replace the valve and stop the leakage.

They are using a pipe to clean front side of their house/gate. This might seem like a minor issue. But we see at least half tank of water being wasted at least twice in a week. It is their laziness, where they can just use half a bucket of water to clean. We see a lot of water wasted flowing on the road causing inconvenience to public and other commuters.in the coming sankranti season, they would do it daily. We already faced it daily last year.in india where many people have to travel at least miles to get a bucket, these people waste tons of water. Kindly take steps to prevent water waste and the public's inconvenience.
I expect ghmc to issue a warning to cut their water connection. Please do this as soon as possible as we have to save water as it very precious. We (Our family and other neighbors) already tried to tell them they seem to ignore us. Only a written warning would make them consider.

This is very bad situation at tolichowki near hakeempet.
They are making some changes at hakeempet chowrasta sevrage water has mixed with our home use drinking water that you are providing.
Kindly make this matter urjent and solve asap
As we are not having water to use all our taps all filled with drainage water

Actually we are getting more heavy water bill sir i dnt no what was the prblm in 3 months they have give 1000 rupees change bill to us so please sir solve my problm.in every month we get 200 below but now they are incresing money to 300 change please sir

Hellooo i stay at mallepally near anwar ulloom degree college boys gate h. No 11-3-351 have a manhole problem at my house so please send anyone to clean the sewage.. Its creating a mess at my place so please send anyone to fix and clean it as soon as possible... We are unable to collect water from our public tap... So its request to you please send someone to fix and clean it

We reported on[protected] that two members of our flat owners association did not pay water bills for the last 5 years. They are m. Narayana murthy, secretary and b, srinivas goud, treasurer of tirumala towers flat owners association. Of tirumala towers, h. No 1-4-1011, golconda x roads, hyderabad - 500080. We request your immediate action of collecting the arrears or disconnection of water supply to the complex so that they pay the arrers immediately. We are genuine payers of maintenance amounts regularly. The above mentioned two members of our association cheated hmwssb and our other owners by embezzlent of our funds.

We request vigilance cell of hmwssb to kindly take immediate action of collecting the arrears of water bills for the last 5 years from m. Narayana murthy, secretary and b. Srinivas goud, treasurer of tirumala towers flat owners association. They were collecting monthly maintenance charges regularly from the residents of tirumala towers, h. No 1-4-1011, golconda x roads, hyderabad -80 for the last years.

I deeply regret to inform you that the main sewage pipe which was laid may be a decade back, is blocked and the sewage water is rushing into the domestic connections and also overflowing the manhole cover.
The situation is very bad and very soon may become worse.
We therefore solicit your immediate attention to the problem and get it resolved at the earliest.
Please do send an officer who can assess the damage and order necessary work. We, the residents of this area, kartikeyanagar main street, nacharam hyderabad 500076 do have immense trust in your good office.

Drainage main pipe line is blocked and drainage water is flowing on main roads we are facing health issues and water is coming back to home pipe line and drainage water is coming back to house man hole, flowing on roads so kindly requisting to take an action on issue

There is a heavy sewage water leakage at 1-2-272&273 kiran arcade, opp minerva house, sd road secunderabad from last fifteen days. Inspite of several reminders the supervisor at ranigunj office is not responding and this is causing nuisance to the public and people living nearby.
We r ready to contribute for the repair/replacement of pipes work, we just need your guidance.

A retailer of mum water pouch and sanchita milk is located just beside to civil line traffic thana. The behaviour of retailer is terrifying and he charges 2 rupees per pouch of mum packeged drinking water with threatening the customer whereas the mrp is 1.5 rupees. As he charged me 6 rupees for three pouches i told him for the rules but he said that go anywhere and tell anybody

Drinking water is leaking from the underground pipes in front of our house since 1 month. Due to this so much of drinking water is getting wasted and the water flow to our house became very low. As we are totally dependent on drinking water only, we are facing huge water problem.

H. No.2-1-70/19, skypx enclave, macha bolarum, secunderabad - 500010, drainage has been overflowing for past 2 months and there has been no solution or clearance inspire of several complaints. The sewerage tank is coming and cleaning but next immediate day... The drainage is overflowing. We are looking for permanent solutions. The colony consists of 20 houses and the drainage is overflowing to next apartments and house which is beside our building and it's flowing on road causing inconvenience to general public. Request you to pls look into the same at the earliest.

We are not getting water since 20 days i had already compliant 2times earlier this and this the third time they are sending compliant was resolved but the problem was as usual. Our line was dummed and we are given another line from subasnagar from that time we are not getting a drop of water. Sir plz kindly do the needful justice for us. We are greatly thankful to you..

Subject – regarding better water supply

Respected sir,

With due respect, h. No 1-1-385/a gandhinager 4th st hyderabad it is a thickly populated area., it is also famous area in our city. But the water supply in our locality is not regular. It is made one time in two days and for a short time. Sometimes the water supply is not made for three days continuously. Other resources of water are not in well condition here. There are only one hand pump in our locality. They are either in bad condition or out of control. They supply very little water after the hard labor. It is not enough for the people of this locality.. People cannot get water from them enough to fulfill their needs. Because of this people have to fetch water from a other area. They spend a lot of time in bringing water. This affects in their daily work. The time which they have to spend on their necessary work has to spend on bringing water.

Therefore i request the concerning authorities to look into the matter seriously and take necessary steps for solving the problem. So the water supply may kindly be made daily in our locality. People may get rid of the problem of poor water supply.

The drain outflow is blocked in our house nu, 3-4-63/11/c aravindanagar, ramanthapur, hyderabadsince 18.8.2017 evening probably due to blockage in the nearby manhole in the road, pl make note of it pl book a complaint and take proper action to solve the issue.. I many times complaint on the complain number of mcg but their is no response from 1 month. I also want to require the complaint number of my complain they do not provide me a complain number for further preference. Gurgaon is a big city their water is like to mix a sever pipeline with a water pipeline. Many times i complain but no response from their side. This problem is about 3 months. I try my best
But any person have the better option to how to hear the top level management about this. Please tell me

We have contacted our yadaiah our line man of water but he was not responding atlast we went to our local mla. He told to go hmwssb office chintal. We went to office of chintal hmwssb but no use. Dear sir,

I'm residence of yella reddy guda subash nagar colony ameerpet hyd 073.

There is heavy overflow of drainage and sewage water on the road, daily in morning. It's starting from other end to bharatiya vidyalaya school. Kindly look in to the matter as its in front of the school.
Sewage smell can disturb the health of students and residents also.
Even the student who are coming to the school may get effected with these.
I have alreday registered the complaint in these regard.
But of no use you can check the token no which was sent to my mobie 7539 on 14 july 2017
Kindly send ghmc team to look in to this matter.
