I am the resident of h.No. A 860 mig 2, kphb colony, hyderabad
I would like to inform you that in my area frequently drainages are blocking
Near to the manwhole, and water is entering our water sump which is spoiling the water. Now water is very precious

Every week we give complaint, ghmc drinage people will come and clean the drinage temporary and it is very difficult,

Please help us in providing the permanent solution.

Our water connection has changed from domestic to commercial.

We are not commercial its an house we use it for our general needs for water tanker they are charging 700 previously it was 450 and monthly bill was 282 now they are charging 930. i want my connection to be changed to domestic.

I am resident of kumarwadi darjigalli karwan. We don’t have water pipeline in our street. To connect our water tap connect with the water pipe line which is[protected] mts away. Please take some action we are getting lot of problem. I request you to arrange a water pipe line as soon as possible.

Respected sir, we are the residents of nagi reddy colony old bowenpally secunderabad. Sir here there is an illegal water supply daily to water tankers (Address near rr nagar town ship old bowenpally secunderabd door no 8-7-114/7/10 nagi reddy colony the person name is mr sathee reddy who is famous with the name in the colony) . There is lot of disturbance in our colony and we fear of water shortage also, i am requesting to the concerned authorities must look into the matter seriously and must take some prompt and necessary action to overcome the problem immediately. Kindly check once as soon as possible and do the needful to stop such illegal water supply. Thanking you residents of nagi reddy colony. Note: vehicle no is ap28 t 4091& 4092 ( trackter he is filling daily 2 loads and selling for the same colony people for inr 600 per tank from the last 2years he is doing this activity.. Surprisingly this has become a business for that person ( every one involved in the activity( entire family)
Pls take the action see the person should get punished, hope this time at least request you to take action…..

Lt.No.Dopii/t/s4/mak/cdp/30:70 estimates xv/201-16/2810 dated 10.3.2016. Eventhough more than a month elapsed, no action is initiated to lay drinking water pipe line by the hmwssb officials. Hounourable minister and v.C. Of hmwssbshri k.T.Rgaru promised priority for drinking water connections. But the hmwssb officials never bother. Hope this complaint wont be thrown inti dustbin.

Please be informed that my water meter was not working so we have fixed a new meter. Request the concern authorities to check the meter & give us the bill as per the usage. Don't put huge bills without checking the water meter. It is very difficult for the common man (middle class people) to pay such huge amounts. Many people in our area are using motors because of which pressure is very low, but they are getting minimum usage bills. Please ask the concern authorities to check proper meters & motors in their houses & put bills accordingly

When ever we ask the person at Secunderabad, they update stating still its not generated ( facing same response from past 8 months).

Its becoming difficult to pay manually every time & also not able to track the paid bills due to the non availability of CAN number.

People from jawahar nagar Yousufguda division and many areasy in city have been facing problems as there is no supply of drinking water from past 5 days. I don't understand what authorities are doing though they are aware of the situation. Why they became blind eye rather solving problem.

By seeing the number of complaints itself got to know that hmwssb is doing nothing and taking the salaries. Solve the problems, address the issues or don't take salaries.

Hmwssb is not supply water since 5 days now all our complaints have gone in vain, our area is near BK Guda park to BALKAMPET yellamma temple lane hyderabad, its been 4 days we booked tanker and even the tanker is not delivered. this is the worst we have suffered in our area.

As we have water connection issue in our building since[protected]. we have served many complain to customer care but no one has taken action on it please consider our request and resolve as soon as possible. Its been year we don't have water connection. we are getting water bills.

My neighbour do not shut the borewell until next 15 mins when the tank is full. This is going on since 6 months. Bhagwan gunj, idly gully, opp 15-7-238, cream building between blue and brown building.

Consumers in ciefl colony are getting brick red muddy contaminated water for 15 minutes and changes to normal color. Also getting low pressure. It seems, at the same time, during supply to ciefl colony, water is diverted to other places. Request immediate action in the matter.

Dear sir,

I am xavier phillips residing at venkat nagar behind venkateshwara temple H.No 10-5-778/1, tukaramgate northlallaguda, secunderabad - 500017.

Sir from past one month we are facing a lot of problem with this overflow of drainage water in this area. Already we have given complaint at east marredpally cirlcle head but till now no one has taken any action against this solution.

We are unable to stay in this place because of this stinking smell and children are getting fever and fell sick.

I kindly request to the concern authorities help us in resolving this issue and do needful

Dear sir,

Iam a resident of Friends colony, Manikonda, Puppalguda village we are facing a severe problem of watrer supply as we are not getting water supply from last one year after giving so many complaint to the water board they are not taking any action on it. Total colony is facing this problem from last one year and we are getting private water tankers to fullfill our water needs for this we are paying huge amount to the water tankers. Government is not taking any action on this issue. Please raise this issue and solver our problem

our apartment connection was cut off one year ago without even informing us.
we have come to know that the builder has paid over 8 lakhs rupees and balance of Rs.88, 000 he did not pay.
now we have applied for reconnetion to the GM single window, hmwssb, hyderabad. It has become over 20 days and yet are to receive any intimation.
as we are alreeady having a problem with our bore water the residents are ready to bear the expenses themselves.
we do not have a CAN number so we cannot register our complaint with the board.

the authorities do not feel it necessary to even pick upour calls.

Sir.. I am resident of Old Malepally H.No.[protected]. In our area water is coming with foul smell and dark brown colour. It is mixed with Sewage water. Complaint lodged with Dattatreya Nagar Colony water Pump House. But No action taken till date. My children r admitted in Hospital. They had Typhoid.
