Hi, I reside in Brahmanwadi, Begumpet (Hyderabad). I have raised a complaint against my society members from our apartment complex who have been trying to pay the lineman and the authorities to get water illegally. I have already sent twice complaint against this along with the mail that was circulated by the society members to the MD at HMWSSB ([protected]@gmail.com) as well as have spoken and raised a complaint with the GM Mr. Mahesh Kumar at +[protected] on 10-Sep-2015 as well as posted a complaint on HMWSSB facebook but to my surprise there has been no reply or any kind of reply/ acknowledgement which I have so far received. Is it that such a rule exists whereby apartment society unofficially pays HMWSSB to get sufficient water as this is not mentioned as part of RTI that is as part of the HMWSSB website. Also, why is that an email of the MD being provided in their website asking citizens to send grievances and not even acknowledging or replying to the email that is sent. I will appreciate if I could get a response in this regards as I feel that it is not officially correct to pay the lineman and other authorities to get water by either individuals or by any apartment people.     Dear Sir/Madam, In MLA Colony, Banjara Hills Road 12, Huda Heights, there has been a regular overflow of the drain system for a stretch of about 200m which has a horrible stench. This also forms puddles which are breeding grounds for Dengue/Malaria bearing mosquitoes. This is a public nuisance - kindly deal with the same. Thanking you, Dr Raj Kumar

      Sir, I N.Bheemappa residing at plot no 96 Manikyanagar, Chintal Hyderabad . my can No[protected] water bill payment with in due date but in and around our area getting illegal connections and when water receiving time tap connect electric motors many consumers now we request you to control, or rectify or regularise the same and improve the income to the department . thanks, regards

        Dear Sir, We are residents of Natraj Nagar, Opp. A.G. Colony, Erragadda, Hyderabad - 500018. We receive manjeera water every alternate days. Since past few days (approx 10 - 15 days), the Manjeera water we receive is not at all hygienic. The color of the water is too black. An also the odor of the water smells that of drainage water. We strongly believe the water is getting contaminated with sewage water. The problem is experience by all the members of Natraj Nagar community. Could you please direct your team to inspect our area and resolve the problem at the earliest. Since the drinking water is contaminated with drainage water, could you please give highest priority to this problem and resolve it at the earliest. Thanks & Regards, SP

              Supplying 22 to 32 KLs of water to a residential complex which is having 40 mm pipe size is absolutely very very poor and also very much regretable from your side. Since 6 months I am repeatedly requesting you but no result. I don't understand when the problem will be solved. You may need a DECADE. Water nill bill FULL.                 Supplying water to a consumer having paid for separate connection with pipe size of 40 mm of 22 KLs to 32 KLs per month is not at all justified SIR. As per terms and conditions you should supply 15 KLs per day. But your supply is only 2 to 3 KLs . This shows how you are suffering us by not supplying sufficient water. Hope you will definitely understand our problem and think from our side. Finally the caption is Water NILL BILL Full

                  Dear Sir, From past few weeks, we are getting Manjeera water supply once in 4 days unlike earlier which was alternative days.I read in some new papers this is because some pipeline work that's been happening. But, I would like hear how long this process will take and by when can we except the water supply to restored to alternative day supply. SO that, we can make necessary arrangements.                     As the valve is not vissible and completely blocked/burried under the ground and closed we are not getting water. We have requested and brought this to the notice of hmwssb at kukatpally branch office Staff and the concerned lineman.                       For the past six months I am requesting thru this cell for not supplying sufficient water. Your answer is low pressure. We came to know that the valve of our pipe connection is completely closed and operating by the lineman. As such we are not getting water and diverted to others. Without inspecting you are saying that the problem is solved. How the problem is solved pl explain. For the pipe size under bulk consumption last month you have supplied only 22 KLs, I.e 733 ltrs per day for our complex of 20 families. One family requires min of 700 to 1000ltrs. Please think a while. Hope you will definitely solve the problem without further request. It seems that there is no inspection. Sir do the needful

                        Nearly 150 families are living in a decent colony Sudarshan nagar, serilinampally. This is located at exact opposite of GHMC serliningam pally office. Still we are not getting the pipeline water. Really it is very tough to survive without drinking water. Requesting the HMWSSB, Please do needful.

                          Supplying water of 22 to 30 KLs per month to a residential complex with 20 families is very very bad service and injustice to us. Our tap connection is 40mm under bulk consumption category. So you should at least supply 10000 ltrs per day I.e. 300 KLs as agreed. When you are charging for 100kls, water should be supplied to that extent. Without fulfilling the terms and conditions you are sending bills for the same amount I.e for 100kls. Hope you will definitely understand the importance of issues and do the needful.

                            Ours is 40mm pipe manjeera tap connection under bulk consumption category. But water supply is 22 to 30 KLs per month since 4 months. This issue is brought to the notice of concerned officers of our locality several times by way of grievance cell and also thru cell phones as published in news papers by the government.                               Since six months we are complaining for adequate water supply as agreed water supply of 350 to 400 KLs. But no result and you are charging bill for 100 kl as against 22kl supplied quantity. Since six months same problem. When you are not able supply, pl charge for supplied quantity or supply water as agreed and charge the bill I humbly request you to do justice

                                My can[protected] d no 5-175 beside and behind malkajgiri police station. Regularly water supply is very less to colony and irreguler says that pipe line damaged or leaking r some thing. On enquiry staff will give rude reply... We r not the defaulters in paying the bills... Payments r reguler... Then why this type of working system. Bonafide customers r suffering very lot... Slum area people r far better than us in every aspect...

                                  Our residence is provided with small size blue pipe for manjeera drinking water supply . But we are getting lesser quantity of water. We have brought this problem to you Sir through a complant, but no result. The simple answer was " low pressure at source. We do not understand when the pressure will be increased. Kindly save us purchasing us water from black market.

                                      Our apartment is provided with 40 MM size pipe for manjeera drinking water supply under bulk consumption catogery. But we are getting lesser quantity of water (20 to 30 KL of water as against agreed water supply of 400 to 450 KL of water. We have brought this problem to you Sir through grievance cell several times (since six months) but no result. The simple answer from the grievance cell is " low pressure at source " since 6 to 7 months. We do not understand when the pressure will be increased. Kindly save us purchasing us water from black market.

                                        Hi, I stay at Defence Colony, Sainikpuri. The water tanker drivers are demanding additional 50 /- as they say our tank to tanker distance is 30 ft. Last two years we have been residing at the same place. During this period no one has demanded this. Suddenly from past 3-4 months they have been demanding this. We have complained this to Sravanthi / Praveen and other managers [protected] /[protected] but they are unable to take any action. Kindly help. The drivers talk very rudely with ladies at home.
