I sanjeev Advocate from Dharamsala (H.P).My elder Brother Ranjit Kumar S/O Sh. Omprakash R/O V.P.O bhagsu Nag Tehsil Dharamsala Distt Kangra has purchase a car i20 sports from Your Hyundai agency Kangra on dated[protected].But after a week there is a problem/defect in the left side window/ door of the driver i complaint but first they refuse they teach me and after when i show them the problem they accept it, then they suggest me that there is no part of car is available in agency but they will order as soon as possible. After that it’s almost a more than one month they didn't solve my problem till date .I am a Hyundai customer since 2005.I have a santro car. But now this time they disappoint me. Now I think I have to go to Consumer Forum to file a complaint against company..I hope you will solve my problem without filing a complaint..

    I have purchase new santro sports cng model from aryan hundai amritsar as on 14.03.2019 my veh eng. no. G4HGKM99740 CHASIS NO. MALAF51CLKM051388 in the name of Balvinder Kumar. Dealer has not given the 3 gm gold coin scheme and did the over charging in insurance and Road tax. On the booking time the dealer also verbly commited to me give the 20 ltr petrol. In the base of we booked the the second vehicle i-20 magna for my friend. But after the delivery the dealer denied the above all things.More ever they have been toying with me falsey that they would give me the said above all scheme.They told me insurance price rs. 29373/- and Rc price 50682/- but given the cover note of Rs. 23510/- not given the road tax receipt.
    Sir the is my first car but very bitter experience from your dealer the call me today to resolve my issue i waited in the dealer ship for 4 hours but at the end of the time they denied all the commitments.
    please resolve my problems and oblige.

      I had given my ka-41, p-1056 (Fludic verna) on 25th february for the complete servicing and also towards insurance claim. (My mobile no. Sh suresh - [protected]) my major complaint was ac since we are about to land in summer. Also the verna original horn replacement. (In between i visited thrice and was not happy about ac at ali took the vehicle on 18th march & and given it back again on 19th since ac was not performing. Again they gave me back it on 20th. I travelled to mysore on 21st to find that it is not functioning again. The car was given at your authorised service center, rajaji nagar & mr. Satishkumar and balakrishna were responsible. I also attested the whats app message for your ready reference. Even though i complained at least four times they were not understanding the problem. They changed the blower, replaced gas and other parts related to this. It shows the person who is handlin ac is not having proper competency to do the job. They informed that they have replaced gas three times because of my complaint. How far it is true god only know. They cannot give this kind of explanation being a professional managed company. I also lost at least rs.1500 to rs.2000/- towards my four visits / diesel of the vehicle for checking / their misuse. They assured finally and hence took over the vehicle on 20th. I do not want to have any experimentation on the vehicle. They are now telling probably the compressor must have gone. If they now feel that the compressor is gone, then, hyndai has to replace the same without any cost. You can go through the same problem since many a times. Because of the incompetency of the service team i cannot go on spending the money. I need truly a professional work. The vehicle was with them for almost a month. If any malpractices are happening then, it is really sad and quite alarming. They were ready to hand over the vehicle at least three times in the due course. I was rigid on this part to get it functional. Probably some thing has gone bad inside their premises and needs to be checked in to. My vehicle should be corrected for all these problems without any cost to me. I already lost around rs.2000 for frequent visits & they have consumed quite huge amount of diesel. I called mr. Satish kumar on 21st from mysore and he has not responded nor called me back. I thought it is better to give complaint so that the hyndai person will do the job properly. Since i am using the vehicle for the past 7 years & i know its power & power of cooling. I do not want any vague answers. As far as insurance claim the work was done properly and i was happy. Mr. Anand had coordinated for the same. Thanks for his support.

      [18/03, 15:10] shsuresh09: i have collected my verna ka41p1056 today and found that ac is not working and seems to be like earlier itself. Informed to balakrishna immediately. I left the vehicle almost for 15days. I feel the mechanics / supervisors who are supervising this work are not competent enough to understand the problem. I am really surprised to see the casual attitude. I came to know that the evaporator was opened and cleaned. What test did they conduct i do not know. It is very poor workmanship. I specifically raised this issue. Kindly reply back. The vehicle can be collected from me. I am spending lot of money for the same and even for the frequ coneyance to your shop floor. I am really disappointed.

      [19/03, 15:18] shsuresh09: dear sir, the pressure of gas (For ac) you must have filled to sustain even on the next day without any change in the pressure. If there is any change in the pressure or reduced pressure means it will directly affect on the performance. You must have checked immediately after filling of the gas. Kindly check the pressure tomorrow by around 11am. There should not be any change whatsoever. The blower of the vehicle is excellent from the date of purchase itself. Also the outside temperature as shown on the indicator is malfunctioning now. Earlier it was perfect. Yesterday evening the outside temperature was shown as 24 degrees against 33 at 2.30pm and 34 degrees against actual of 26 degree at 7.45pm in the evening. Somebody has fiddled with the same and is malfunctioning now. I asked the original verna horn only to balakrishna. Kindly replace with the original only. The entire amount is already paid. Kindly look in to in person to resolve the issues once for all. The cleaning of the vehicle was also not proper. I had given the vehicle for complete servicing and expect these to be done in a professional manner. People should not take it lightly even after complaining. Please do the needful.         Sir im facing a severe problem with the performance of the tyres of my hyundai creta, now my vehicle coverd 20, 000km, the problem which i face is the chipping of all tyres. I'm facing this problem from 14, 000km onwards, i have also informed to nearest hyundai dealers earlier itself. They didnt even give me a favourable reply, they just told me that they mailed to that tyre company (Kumho solus). Also kinda experiencing less control over my car while braking.

        I am in a shock how can a reputed company like hyundai can allow this low quality tyres to the customers. I want to replace my tyres as soon as possible. I am writting this with great hope that you will solve my issue fastly

          Dear team,
          I bought my grand i10 car from beeaar hyundai mahanagar on 30th jan-2019 and its financed by allahabad bank staff college branch indiranagar but in my rc its wrongly mentioned allahabad bank aliganj branch which is not accepting by bank. When i contacted to salesperson he said i had to submit my rc after that correction i will get new one but i planned to go to delhi and its impossible to travel without complete documents. So please provide us solution at earliest.

            I have purchased an i20 magna from tm hyundai udaipur on 25 may 2018. The sales executive mr afrar mohd misguided and didn't tell me the said model of the car does not have facility of smart key.

            The very next day of car purchase i had visited your showroom for exchange of car and discussed with mr. Sharad mathur (Gm). He had assured me that the smart key facility is being launched by company on 11th of june 2018 after that the smart key feature will be installed in my i20 magna.

            After 11 june i have been contacting the sales executive afrar mohd and mr. Sharad mathur, however till time no satisfactory reply from hyundai has been received. Today is 23 rd of march 2019 and the matter is still hanging.
            So many times mailed and called hyundai customer care but till time no responce.

              Dear sir,

              Â Â Â Â Â it is very unfortunate for me to write a very disappointing incident with hyundai. It all started with day1 when i wanted to have my own choice number the customer service was so reckless that they didn't give me number of my choice. Even after paying i got the regular number from rto. Later on i came to know that i had been given arena and maxline as my audio and video system in the car where as i had demanded the original hyundai music system.

              These systems have been replaced and repaired frequently. On the latest repair i experienced something which was heartbreaking. I got system which included adult porn videos which was seen by my child who has not even entered his 5th class. This is an harrassment case where i have been received such torturing service. Being a lady i have always maintained my dignity and such vulgar services have disappointed me and i'm into depression where i after paying my hard earned money this is all i could get. The world is moving towards women empowerment. I hope hyundai realise this.

              It's a request kindly take your car back or else i need to report to cyber crime and regulations for facing such harrassment.

                Creta sx (17k km running) has stopped during running on highway, fourtunately no vehicle was behind & not got any injury (May cause life) this is really serious safety issue. I got info from delear that it is because of dirt & mud but before this i used skoda for 125000km i never changed clutch plates. I am not happy with this incidence as monsoon is approaching now such thing will repeat again may cause damage again. There is proper reasoning from your team they charge me approx rs.25k. For sure this is not my fault.
                In my view this is serious safety issue which u need to act on priority. How u will give assurance that such thing will not repeat. Also i need service charge approx rs.25k money back, as i get peanilised for nothing. How mud can enter into clutch why there is no arrangment of protection from mud i purchased this car because of sturdy features but at last i think this is my wrong choice. Please work on tjis & give me feedback

                  On this diwali 2019 i purchased a new hundai elite i20 at hundai badola rajsamand. Nd after 4 months later i am going to rishab dev nd sundlly a dog was come so my car bampar was damage so i cll hundai road assadnce nd my car repair at rolly hundai at udipure. After 10 days my car is ready to drive when deliver of car some issues as my car ac is not running. Nd after 10 days mh car only nd only run approx 60 km nd sundlly car is heat nd i reached at hundai badola at rajsamand nd that say that your car is not properly repair so your car enjan demage now.
                  I am really engry for this kind of issuies

                    I have been using hyundai 1 10 for the last 9 years and getting serviced at the same service center (Blue hyundai)., which is on mysore rd, next to rv college. Bangalore.

                    I could say one of the worst experience i had. The service guy was not communicating regarding the issue with the car and when i escalated the same, one of the service manager was rude and abusive. Also threatened to not to bring the car for the servicing again.

                    However i paid 13, 000 and i still feel that my car was better before servicing.
                    They have charged me stating that they have replaced oil and all and i doubt even they have done tat,.

                    I can hardly feel even the ac is working after the service.

                      It serviced and gave me back on evening, and when i reached home multiple times it had starting issues and now it does not start. Car is at my home.

                      This is my service experience with you.

                      After service at your center, car does not start. I gave car with 5 issues, you gave me back with 10 issues.

                      What do i do now???

                        We have bought a new hyundai santro 1.1amt sports model from fbl automobile pvt ltd ambattur vide invoice no ah[protected]/30.1.2019. We have taken delivery on 6.2.2019.
                        We have hardly run the car around 200km only.
                        To our great shock the left rear wheel got puncture on 14.3.2019.
                        How can a new car tyres get puncture in a short period.
                        Here the road conditions in chennai are remarkably good.
                        We need the tubetyre has to be replaced.
                        The other car owners saw the car in a first instance and appreciated. But after the puncture everybody says what is the brand of tyre the hyundai company, the quality of tyre and the rubber strength.
                        Anyhow my tubetyre we need to be replaced immediately.

                          My self vidhu aggarwal residing @ prem mandir, vrindavan (Mathura) owing i-20 asta (23rd dec, 2016).
                          Sir, i’m pleased to inform you that while purchasing hyundai i-20 (Elite), i tried amaze, etios, ameo …… (Test drive, online reviews) and unanimously opted for i-20…. Driving comfort and best in class features. But all in vain.
                          Wish to inform you that i have had a very harrowing experience w. R. T. After sales services (Shiel hyundai, mathura). Met with an accident on 30th nov’18 in the night. My car was at shiel hyundai’s yard on 2nd dec’18 (1st dec – saturday…weekly off) and this is to my utmost surprise that it took more than two and a half months…big harassment:
                          1. Estimate was sent on 6/12/2018.
                          2. After 16 days i come to know that i have to give affidavit and photo too.
                          3. On 24th dec received call from insurance company for want of a letter for which shiel, hyundai already got information few days back but no intimation passes on to me.
                          This is the response time which shows how updated, fast n efficient they are and all this happened despite myself in continuous touch with mr. Devender (Manager accidental cars) and mr. Ajay (Works manager) …. Really shocked.
                          It’s the height that in present time hyundai’s dealer are too slack n outdated (In terms of customer service). A person just suffered from recent car accident can’t get any timely help. Humanity factor is totally missing from hyundai / hyundai dealers.
                          Looking to my personal needs i wish to switch over for bigger segment (Sedan) like verna but witnessed such a horrible n diplomatic behavior holds me back to go for hyundai again.
                          Obviously forced me to choose from honda, toyota or maruti suzuki…. Left with no choice.
                          Assuming hyundai have a large customer base……so hardly matters if any customer moves in or out. Don’t know how much they care for their customers. At least in overseas maintaining customer is the top priority (Small incident happened with my friend in fiji islands with vodafone).
                          Really, i have to cut a sorry figure. Big disappointment.

                            I have purchased a creta 1.6 e plus petrol yesterday from shiva hyundai azamgarh. When i asked the dealer for rear parcel tray, i was informed that this model does not have rear parcel tray. I was shocked. Such a repurted company does not realize the utility of rear parcel tray which is not a costly item.

                              Hi,

                              I work in an it company. I bought creta topend fully automatic model around 10 months back, after reading lots of review about the quality of the car.
                              I though car will give me 14-15km milage as mentioned in lots of website and promised me by sales representative but actually it is giving me 6.8 in city and 7.0 on good roads.

                              I informed service center, and they did 2 times service but milage didn't improve.

                              It's really pathetic and sad for me. I am forced to sale of the car to just get ride of it.

                              I am telling everyone not to buy creta car as they lie to media and all about the real fact and my all the friends are buying other brands and not the creta. The name of creta brand is getting spoil.

                              It's really bad experience for me about this car.

                              I don't think anyone will buy creta in my group after my experience.

                              If you really care about the customers and your brand, please address this and change my car or it's engine to give me good milage.

                                  Got delivery on 22.2.2019 evening from akc hundai, bareilly (Up).in next few days it was noticed that the color of front and rear bumpers are not matching with the car body. The problem was communicated to attending sales person who told that they will pick up the car from my house and will repair/replace the bumpers. They took my vehicle from my house on 1st march and returned on 5th march saying that they have put new bumpers but the problem of color mis match is still there.
                                  Why there is color mis-match in a new car. I am disappointed from hundai. Please attend my problem.

                                    I regret to write that in the last november’18 i purchased hyundai elentra sx petrol, bering regd no :- od – 02 az 1133, with chassis no :- & engine no :-g4naju642617 & vin is mald341cmjm015099 from your authorized dealer utkal hyundai, pahal, nakhara at bhubaneswar, odisha on dated 05/11/18.
                                    It has been giving trouble in the section of cooling results in uncomforting and non-conducive situation while driving
                                    When the poor cooling was felt vehicle was taken to your authorized service station i. E. Utkal hyndai, bhubaneswar, odisha, after a few days of purchase on dated :- 05/11/18. There the technical experts diagnosed the problem and found that the complain was relevant about the cooling performance which was poor. There itself a minor repairment was made to the ac section of the vehicle and delivered to us assuring the better performance of the cooling. But unfortunately after 10 days it was noticed that the performance of the cooling has been detoriated. Again the vehicle was taken to the authorized service station where the vehicle was received and inspected and found a major problem with the ac unit. Then we were advised that the ac unit is to be replaced as there was a major fault which was not repairable and the vehicle was kept under the custody of the service station for approximately 15 days.
                                    When the said vehicle was redelivered after 15 days found the problem persists while driving. Again after a week vehicle was taken to service station and made repeat repairement of the complain regarding the same. Again the vehicle was kept under the custody of the service station for 4 days and redelivered for trial.
                                    We are sorry to say i doubt the technical expertise of hyundai since the persistence of the problem even after number of repairments of the technical people of hyndai in a trial and error method, which surprised me most by altering the ac unit with a unit of a demo car as mentioned in the service card which can be verified at your end, still the problem has not been solved yet.
                                    I am sure you would be agreeing with me that the purpose is not getting fulfilled by purchasing this vehicle from such a world class company like hyndai. As it is going on giving me pain money wise, time wise, and simultaneously build physical & tremendous mental on me. Furthermore i am also worried about the unsolving problems of the vehicle which is persisting since purchase, in other side i am also running out of the warranty period and also afraid of that my complain may not be attended soon after the completion of the warranty period. Again this also hampering my business and loss of money directly and indirectly which put me in a irreparable loss.
                                    I request you to give a permanent solution to my difficulties.

                                      I am having one i10 magna 2012 model, i am facing problem with my eps,
                                      Service centre has diagnosed the problem and it is with torque sensor, as per them i need to replace the complete steering column assembly which costs around 25000 only for parts taxes and service charges extra,
                                      Is it mandatory to replace the complete steering column assembly, please advice

                                        I am nilesh taware hyundai custemer. Mycomplaint is my hyundai i20 sport mh-42 ah3535 car colour is automatically damage, 5 places on my car. Back 2 year thise problem not solve our dealer. Just re-paint treatment on my car and that time another 3 places newly janrate colour damage problem. I hope pls solve this problem
