Hello Sir/ Madam,

Greetings of the day.

This mail is regarding complaint for bad service done at Modi Hyundai, Thane workshop of my Hyundai Xcent bearing Reg. no. MH04 GU 4748 registered on my name Kunal Ashok Gujare.

I have purchased the said vehicle on 23rd February 2015 from Modi Hyundai, Thane. Since my vehicle purchase i have done my regular service at Hyundai Authorised Service Centre. I stay at Shahapur and my nearest authorised service station is Ritu Hyundai, Kalyan. Till my vehicle running done 80000 kms i have done all servicing at Ritu Hyundai, Kalyan. For the first time since my purchase since i was in Thane for my work i decided to get my servicing done at Modi Hyundai, Thane.

I had submitted my vehicle at Modi Hyundai, Thane for service on 25th December 2018 at approximately 81000 kms and had taken delivery on 3rd January 2018 as i had to get some other work done regarding body shop. As you can check my vehicle service history available with you i have done all periodic services and all necessary work as per required. I have never neglected any work regarding my vehicle.

After taking delivery of my vehicle i have done running of approximately 2000 kms and after completing 83000 kms, on 24th February 2019 morning i discovered some noise from vehicle engine, i was surprised to hear this kind of noise for first time in my vehicle. I immediately switched off my vehicle and called Mr. Vaibhav Kadam from Modi Hyundai, Thane. As per his instructions he arranged a towing vehicle and my vehicle was brought to Modi Hyundai Thane workshop on 25th February 2019. On 26th February i got a call from Mr. Bharat (Service Advisor) Modi Hyundai saying that we are inspecting the vehicle and its seems that the noise is from tappet, we will get back to you. Today i.e. 27th February 2019 again i got a call from Mr. Bharat saying that the noise seems from the engine. Since i stay at Shahapur, 55 kms from Thane, I all the way travelled and visited Modi Hyundai Thane at 4.30 PM today. Mr. Vaibhav Kadam (GM) Modi Hyundai Service, Thane attended me and told me that the connecting bearing of engine of my vehicle has been broken. I asked him the reason for the same and how it is happened after such a maintenance and periodic service. There were two people attending us, one Mr Vaibhav Kadam and other. Mr Vaibhav Kadam stated that the connecting bearing can break in running conditions and it can happen and other gentlemen stated that if vehicle had been jump or so then too it can happen. (Such a silly and kiddish reasons, actually not expected from such experienced persons.) These both persons were not able to give proper answer or reason for the same.

I was totally shocked and surprised to hear this and called one of my friend who runs a one of good motor garage in Thane. I with my friend insisted Mr. Vaibhav Kadam to again jointly inspect the vehicle. My friend told to check the oil and oil filter of the vehicle which can be root cause of this problem. When the same was checked it seemed visually and after seeing the condition that the oil filter is not changed by Modi Hyundai and we doubt about the oil too not changed. But for sure oil filter is not changed as per us and my friend who is in the same industry for 30+ years. We claimed the same to Mr. Vaibhav Kadam but he denied nor he is able to give any viable or acceptable reason for the same. On insisting on the reason again Mr. Vaibhav Kadam said that for the reason i have to completely dismantle the engine and then only i can give you the reason and cause but that will again take 2 days and i have to pay for this job about Rs. 8000/-. This clearly shows that the reasons given by Modi Hyundai were totally assumptions and baseless.

I hereby request you to take the action on priority level to resolve my problem and arrange the visit from your technical team. I am very clear on my stand and very much firm that this problem has raised due to bad and wrong work done on my vehicle. I hope your cooperation and immediate attention to my problem to avoid any legal hassles and problems in future.

I am sure that my problem is genuine and due to wrong work and maligned intention of Modi Hyundai, Thane i am suffering from these problem.

    I gave my car to hyundai service station P.L motors jaipur on 16th jan 2019 . My car met with an accident .
    they give me my car on 23rd feb 2019 and when i got my car it was not completed and even they also tell me that the spare parts are not available
    They always delay their work regarding this matter . I spend lots of time and money to travel . but they did not pay any attention. and if they dont revert me on this. I will file a case on hyundai service india and P.L motors JAIPUR and including their staff members. I call them many times but they are not responding..i also want a bill receipt n amount receipt from them...but till this date i dont have any receipt and documents from their side...

      Mr. Bhupinder singh sales manager deputed at cosmo automobiles near convent school, g. T. Road, phagwara — resident of phagwara: mobile no:[protected]
      Mr. Husan lal, helper in cosmo automobiles phagwara mobile no:[protected]
      Loan sanctioning authority of state bank of india, banga road, near cremation ground, phagwara hindu in age group of 48-50 years who is party in defrauding customer. Saying that there may be variation in rs 10, 000-20, 000, so you should not mind.

      2. That my client was contacted on the the first day on sunday 23rd december 2018 mr. Bhupinder singh and mr. Husan lal visited the shop of my client and told that the closing session of the financial year is going on. You will get a handsome offer by purchasing car on the closing year. So they offered to get me purchased a car hyundai i-20 sportz vtvt petrol version car and declared that the car of above said model will be delivered to you with rs 6, 02, 826 after deduction of offer prices of rs 70, 000/- on the purchase till[protected].
      3. That the said car was delivered on sunday 23rd december 2018 with insurance policy cover annexure p-2 but the bill delivered to my client on 25th jan 2019 after making so many calls made to bhupinder and husan lal, the recordings of the said call details are available with my client.
      4. That you delivered the car on 23rd december 2018 and delivered the bill of car on 25th jan 2019 which is illegal and unlawful manner without any reasonable rhyme and cause.
      5. That my client visited your phagwara office 4-5 times and three times to resolve the matter, that how you fraudulently made the deal of car i-10.
      6. In the light of above mentioned contention you are served with this legal notice to show cause why not the criminal suit be filed against you who has made fraudulent transactions with my client. The dealer has delievered the bill after one month of delivery of car i-20 and taken delivery of maruti 800 red colour on the same day of delivery of car on 23rd december 2018 but entered the said car in their bill after month of delivery of car of i-20 car.
      7. This is to inform you that my client will lodge criminal complaint against the dealer, hyundai company and the state bank of india that have been party in making fraudulent deal with my customer. Otherwise you are requested to refund the amount fruaudulantly collected by you.
      8. It is the liability of kosmo automobiles that the fraudulent deal has been made by the dealer not by bhupinder singh, who is believed to be left the job and my client is directed to talk to him in this fraudulent deal.
      9. With the service of this legal notice you are required to submit the details of the calculations alongwith the reasons why the fraudulent deal made by my client as per your record and the reasons of misappropriation of huge amount collected in connivance with sbi branch who is telling that the housing loan account of my client will be clubbed in this account of car loan.
      I, therefore, call upon you through this notice, to make the payment to my client alongwith interst up to date, under intimation to me within the period of 15 days, failing which my client has given clear instructins to me to file criminal as well as civil suit and suit for recovery in the competent court of law and in that event you will be fully responsible for all cost, risks, responsibilities, expenses and consequences thereof. Please note will. You are requested to resolve the matter within 15 days of serving of this notice otherwise my client will file criminal suit against you at your risk.

      A copy of this notice is kept in my office for record and further necessary action and you are also advised to keep the copy safe as you would be asked to produce in the court.

        Hyundai provide us car insurance through hdfcergo. They provide us very disappointed and pathetic service in car insurance calim. If hdfcergo can't satisfied us with the service then why hyundai provide through hdfcergo car insurance. I will never go with hdfcergo and never recommend to anyone.
        I purchased verna in may 2018 hyundai give me insurance policy through hdfcergo. Now i got damage in car but hdfcergo give me very disappointing claim by partial damage claim. Why hyundai provide through hdfcergo if you are not answerable about this.

          I have bought hyundai verna sx in the month of november by replacing my i20 elite with fairdeal hyundai jamshedpur. They have took my old car at 6.15lacs and inclusive of other schemes they adjusted 6.75lacs for my old car. I gave my old car on the day of delivery i. E.in the month of november n took my new verna car. I told your dealership of giving the documents of old car in a week's time which they agreed. After few days i got to know that my documents of old car is not traceable. Which i informed your dealer, they askd me to gv a duplicate ownerbook. Which i applied and him to the dealership last week. While giving the owner book i asked categorically about my refund of excess payment which in return confirmed by your used card sales representative mr suresh srivastava. Now when i signed the documents for my old car to be transferred and gvn my ownerbook. Mr suresh says he will not gv me the amount of my old car as committed earlier. Bcoz i hv him him documents of old car 3 months delayed. I say to you sir, u know the reason of delay. It was not thatch deliberately delayed. I paid excess amount n took the delivery of the car. Mr suresh is harassing me badly n not refunding my desired amount. Request your intervention for the same. It is 1 or 2 thousand. It us almost 1lac which is with the dealership since november...

            Hyundai grand i10... Worst product. Engine failed 2 times. Hyundai left my father on the way in winter night on highway. No moral liability at all, even not for senior citizens. I am paying emi and insurance premium for a car which is having major manufacturing defects and standing in hyundai workshop. This defective product have spent almost 3 months in workshop for engine work. Why hyundai is launching facelift with same engine. Making an innocent consumer fool. Hyundai spoiled my life. I don't have car but i am forced to pay car loan emis and insurance premium. Hyundai is responsible for that. Now see, i shall take my case to public, through newspapers, social networks and all consumer forums. Every potential future car buyer will get to know about this case. Before launch of facelift of this car, real face of hyundai after sales services shall come out. Hyundai doesn't value customer's hard earnings. Even you charge the customer for the issues which are covered in warranty. Hyundai never value the customer. A middle class person always dream for a car.in emotions, he pays a major part of his savings and income while buying a car. Now i am suffering because i chose wrong product. Its a unbearable mental harrassment.
            I am sure, court will do the justice. First step is already taken. Go through attached legal notice.

              I have exchanged my i 10 magna for a new i 20 magna on 29th november 2018 at kun hyundai lakadikapul, hyderabad.

              My old vehicle registration number is ap09 bt 7494.

              The old i 10 car was sold by kunhundai long time back and till now the rc is not changed. It is still on my name.

              Repeated enquiries with kun hundai lakadakipul is not fruit ful.

              Cand you help me in this regard.

                But today i have drived it on highway and its fuel meter has stopped to work..
                I am surprised this is thd creta car,
                I have heard manything about car but i am really unhappy with the interior parts..
                Please resolved the issue on priority..
                Not able to find out the fuel capicity..

                  I, chetankumar manohar wadnere draw to your kind attention regarding non - supply of car.

                  I booked a hyundai grand i10 sports model car on 18/12/2018 through mirikh hyundai, vyara, dist - tapi (Gujarat)/bardoli dist - surat and paid rs. 5000/- as a booking charges. On 28/12/2018 i have again paid two cheques of rs. 1, 41, 000/- and rs. 61, 000/- and they told that you will be get car delivery after 22/01/2019. For purchasing of car i have withdrawal rs. 3, 60, 000.00 from my provident fund account and same amount transferred through rtgs to the account of said dealer on 25/01/2019.
                  Total rs. 5, 67, 000.00 i have already paid but till date i have not received car delivery. Almost 02 months pass away. I do not under stand how it is delay for long time? I have withdrawn the money from my fds and provident fund, therefore, i lost the interest.

                  Again on 18/02/2019 they told you will get the car delivery on 23/02/2019 (Saturday) but yesterday again phone came from sales representative, now you will get car delivery on 28/02/2019, i don't under stand what is going on?
                  Kindly look in to the matter and instruct the dealer to give the car delivery immediately or to refund the amount paid by me with interest.

                    I purchased i20 asta petrol version it's almost a year manufacturing date 2016 dec. I did have complaints with break and had squeaky sound and even my hyundai dealer did their best and it would go and come back. The worst came when we were traveling with family suddenly the car in front stopped we were with due distance and applied the break however abs failed we skidded and hit the vehicle from behind and saddest part is that our abs did not locked and we went on to hit and indeed it was a bad it. I was told if it's under warranty period then company will do the needful when the vehicle was towed and taken
                    I went through the service report it stated the abs light was on.
                    Don't know the repair amount is so much does hyundai company stand with its customers for i have been using hyundai for long time never moved from it

                      I would like to bring to your kind notice that i rounak harlalka on behalf of my mother mrs nirmala devi harlalka has purchased a hyundia xcent car from one the your showroom located in guwahati assam india (M/s mukesh hyundia) bearing registration number as-01-dj-9830.
                      On 3/11/2018 i had given my car for servicing for normal checkup (Invoice attached) and my car was handed over to me on the same day and i had to leave for my native place at tura meghalaya.
                      As hyundia being a reputed company i even didn’t bothered to check the car. But when i returned back to guwahati my car started having a problem and to my notice i found that the engine oil was not there in car but though i was charged for the engine oil by the service centre.
                      After that i went to the service centre to my notice they didn’t changed the engine oil on complaining they provided me with the oil but the damage was done in the car.
                      After that again i was facing the probem with the car then i went to the service manager he said me that the the car might have a turbo problem as your car is in warranty we will repair it.
                      Now the harassment started from the service centre after 10 to 15 days i enquired about the status of the car, to my notice it came that they have not place the order of the part and it took them another 15 days to deliver my car
                      After that also the problem was not solved as the engine was damaged and again they said that the car is under warranty we will repair it
                      But the same problem the parts was not order on time and after complaining many time the parts was order
                      In the mean while i said them please provide me with a car as i have a daily travelling of 150km
                      So they provided me with i10 car was run for 140000km, so i requested them to provide me with a little better car as my travelling was 150 km everyday and even i had a back pain issue which resulted into a slip dice problem (Prescription and report attached)
                      When the parts arrived they said me that the parts was defective and it will take some more time
                      So i asked the service manager how long it will take he started misbehaving with me by say that when it will come i don’t know.
                      So i requested him please change the replacement car he said that not possible and after much request he again gave a very old model santro car.
                      After that i thought of complaining things in the customer care (Request id 1-[protected]) then the contacted with at the regional office to mr ajay deka even there i had the same problem he was also behaving rude with me and said i cant help up
                      Then i contacted the area manager mr priyankar sharma his behaviour was also the same.
                      So sir let me know being such a reputed vehicle company the official are not up to mark and don’t even bother about the customer after sales.
                      Right now i feel i have been cheated by the company and regretting why i exchanged my old verna car (As-01 - ar - 0005) from hyundia.
                      Even i have a maruti ritz car but never faced such problem
                      So i[censored] can help me in the matter it would be really grateful

                        Its been 3 months dickey of my car is not opening, i gave it to modi hyundai (Sion, mumbai) twice, and after doing all the scanning/analysis just got a call from mr. Sachin patil mentioning it will cost me[protected] for ip junction box and 16000 for floor wiring).

                        I am really not sure what to expect from hyundai it they can not open dickey that they make themselves???

                        What cant we replace a part of so called ip junction box which controls dickey and not replace the whole of it?

                        Do you really think its fair to be charged 39000 for just getting your dickey open?

                            I am a serving army colonel and while on leave i booked a car on 7 jan and was told that it would be provided within 4-6 weeks of booking. I was given a car test on normal hyundai creta whearas i booked creta at. The both reps of company were breathing down my neck to book earliest and did not leave my premises.. We after little consultation. Or part consultation booked white color at and next day i requested them if black color could be changed. Also it was declined. I paid an amount of respect 5000/- by cheque which was cashed within two days. No response and no input on vehicle arrival input has been told today that it will come at end of the month... Can u help resolve issue and organise black color instead of white creta at if possible.. Hope to hear a favourable response.. I have finished my leave and am on verge of going back and still waiting for car.. Few moments spent together with family in new car would have provided some memorable moments that too has been taken away.. Sadly

                              I had given my hyundai i20 asta 1.4 crdi model for servicing on 11/02/2019. All the checks were done by hyundai authorised service station (Hmp chennai) and trial ride was taken with me alongwith the service engineer. The air condition of my car was working fine and no problem was there in the air con. However, i received the car on 13/02/2019 and i felt some issue in the cooling couple of days later. On friday i went out with family and came to know that my air con was not at all working. I called and informed service advisor on the same day about this issue. I went to the service station again and they told me that i will have to inspect the issue. After waiting in the service centre for 3 hours they said that there is a problem in the air con coil and leakage is there so i will have to pay rs. 8000.00 for repair. I objected and said that no issue was there in air con prior to service and i wont bear the cost. Even in the recommendations they did not mention that the ac is not working. I told them to repair it free of charge as it is because of after service that the problem has occurred. Hyundai motor plaza hmp is the service centre name (Authorised hyundai showroom).

                                I bought verna 4s fludic...it not even bening 3 yrs old.. My car central ac vent tab has been broken which is too sensitive made of v. Mild plastic... Even i enquired with service center people.. They asked me to chage the compelte which is too expensive...i never expected that hyundai manufactures such a cheap quality products...not only car vents even the front and back side bumbers... I feel its is unworthy of buying keeping such a huge amount of 14lcs.. Altest hyundai should think about customers to manufacture VENT TABS SEPERATE SO IT IS EASY FOR ASSEMBLY.

                                Even I am having the same problem. All 4 AC vent tabs are broken and the service people are asking to change full set which is very expensive. Hyundai should take this concern, For such small part it is bad to change full set.I had good impression on Hyundai earlier. After this i feel Hyundai is waste to buy that to worth of 14 lakhs. Hyundai please take the concern.

                                  My name is deepak sharma, working in govt department. I have my elite i20 asta option damaged (Head lamp and front bumper).
                                  I lodged an insurance claim on 6 feb 2019 at paras hyundai suratgarh.
                                  They told me that the required parts will be brought in 10 days at nearst hyundai service station i. E. Sri ganganagar. And from there the service will be provided to me at paras hyundai suratgarh.
                                  But now they are saying that you will have to go to sri ganganagar service station for my car service instead of suratgarh. Required parts have been arrived at sri ganganagar service station.
                                  After delay of 15 days now there is a sheer harassment which i am facing now for their dissatisfactory services.
                                  This is inapprehensible that why suratgarh service station is referring this to sri ganganagar service station.
                                  Kindly resolve this matter and provide me the required services as soon as possible at suratgarh service station. Thanks.. Deepak sharma. [protected].

                                    I bought the eon car in 2013 and ran it for 50k kms in 5 and half years.
                                    One doy while going to office suddenly steering became hars and light shows 'eps'. I had taken it to nearby workshop and they told that the eps module needs to be replaced and it will cost 10k. I checked it online and found that it is a common problem with hyundai cars.
                                    I fail to understand why have thy installed faulty eps system. They should replace it free of cost.

                                      I own hyundai creta bearing registration number GJ26N 5151 which was registered on 16/06/2017 . Its been nearly 1.5 years from purchase and i am facing rusting problems on the top side of the door of my hyundai creta.

                                      I believe hyundai is a great company and its cars are very good in any manner but seeing this rusting in just 1.5 years, i doubt about the quality of products used. My trust towards hyundai is affected here.br...

                                      Hello team,

                                      The hyundai car service team comes to your doorstep and gives you all the stuff. They never talk about the sd card which is fitted in the car and working well. Once you send the car for services it comes back and then what you get is sdcard is missing and the driver who came to pickup acts smart and lies saying that there was no sd card in the car. This is absolutely bullsit and i recommend not to give car even to authorized hyundai car dealers. This is raj hyundai services centre for which i'm writing a complaint. The navigation sd card costs around rs 10, 000/- in replacement.

                                      I feel cheated by this free service concept that Hyundai car dealers are giving away. The local dealers are actually acting smart in this way to get maximum monies from the customers. Hyundai services is not recommended from authorized Hyundai car dealers. Very sad and my new car is now without navigation system..
