We have purchased hyundai creta sx diesel model (Mh 12 nu 8239) in march, 2016 on the name of my brother shivraj jadhav. We have purchased this vehicle from garve hyundai, vadgaon (Bk), pune. Within one year from the purchase of vehicle, the front glass has broken. For raising this issue we visited the ishanya hyundai, ambegaon, pune. The concerned persons were telling us that it might be broken on high way due to stone, etc. We were not agreeing to with them. But due to paucity of time we haven't raised this issued and we wanted to get changed that glass at the earliest. Therefore, we changed the glass under the cover of insurance, in the month of april, 2017.

Again within 5-6 months the new glass also got broked. After that we have visited ishanya hyundai again and raised this issue. Then were telling us that the glass might got broken due to vehicle's wiper or something else. But this time we were not agreeing to them but they told us that get it changed under a cover of insurance. This time we are not going to change it at our cost, because we are sure that the glass is not breaking due to any of our fault. The fitting of the glass has not done properly by the company and that's why the glass is breaking again and again.

We are using another vehicle since last 4 years but till date no glass has been broken of that vehicle. Further, both these vehicles are parked at same place, the route of both the vehicles are same. Therefore, we strongly oppose that the glass is breaking due to stones or wiper.

We want the glass to be changed at the cost of defaulting party and not at our cost. Also we want a permanent solution on this problem. The glass should not be broken again and again. We are running short of time and we cannot spare our valuable time in visiting the showroom again and again and that to when the company or the dealer is at fault.
I owned 2016 hyundai verna 4s fluidic ; within 2 and a half year my car's battery have some cell problem ...Can anybody accept this [censored]...Even the battery didn't last for 4 or 5 years

    My name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. From the time i purchased my santro car (2006/2007) model, i have been giving it for service at the same center (Talwar hyundai service center, tadbund, bowenpally, hyderabad). This is the 3rd time that after scheduling an appointment for picking up my car at the last minute they call me and tell me that the particular person is not available and give me some excuse or the other.

    From the time mr. Sudhakar has taken over or appointed as the gm at this service center, it has become very bad for customers like me who are being ill-treated and disrespected by the staff and mr. Sudhakar.

    They have a feeling that they are doing a favor by servicing my car and think that i need to pay to get harassed and get ill-treated. It is very sad that i have been giving my vehicle honestly with the service center for all these years and even the head office management are not able to help me in this regard and they wanted to wash their hands by saying that you purchased the car and it is your responsibility to get the service done by talking to the service center.

    The entire hyundai staff including the senior management seem to have the same kind of attitude and they wanted the only amount.
    Hyundai Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I had booked the vehicle hyundai i20 asta in the name of lokesh kawale at bigwig hyundai nagpur on dated[protected] with full payment but dew to my father is in hospitalised in serious condition that’s why i want to cancelled my booking but as discussed with dealership person their is no updates for refund till date, always the person saying you have to be debited amount for cancelling vehicle, this is very bad service for hyundai side

      No update till now this is a very bad service for Hyundai why always suffering customer for refund no CO operation for dealer side always intentiona for debit amount.
      I bought a car for 4 january, which I did not get the registration number till now, I did not get any reply even after complling 3 times I also saw 3 class company for the first time

        I have new creta car and breakdown happen and demand help from road assistance team. But i am waiting from yesterday in this harsh winter but help didnt came yet. Ref x[protected]ind, help is on the way!!! Our technician / fleet shall reach you within. But nothing happing yet. What kind of service is this. They are giving me surity that we will be there in 90 minutes with technician team. But no one came yet. Is this how you treat your customer with that kind of service.

          Greetings!!
          Have gave my car for body shop repair after met with an accident at kun exclusive body shop on 30th of jan'19.

          Chasis no: malaf51cyjm018048 reg no: tn05 bt 9551.- star dust colour

          After body shop repair and door replacement color mismatch found in fender, front door, rear door, quarter panel.

          Have raised query with kun hyundai and asian ppg. Till date no action taken and trying to convincing me for accepting the colur mismatch with the trailing mail from kun hyundai and report from asian ppg.

          Am totally disappointed with the communication for the past 15 days 3 times have visited the body shop till date issue has not resolved.

          Look forward your support to close the issue to proceed further with happy motoring.

            This is regarding my new creta 1.4 s which i have bought from republic hyundai, commerce house,
            Link tank road, ranchi.
            Details of my vehicle are as follows;

            I have bought my vehicle on 03.02.2019 and i am following it up for for form-21 (Sales certificate) generated on 03.02.2019 & form-22 with the republic hyundai (Salesman-vikash, sourav) since then so that i can get my vehicle registered in jamshedpur'rto where i reside but even after rigourous follow up (I called them atleast twice in a day since then) and i received it yesterday late evening and further i would like to highlight that the registration charges have been increased from 3% to 6% since yesterday (12.02.2019) and now for getting my vehicle registered, i will have to pay the double amount.

            This all is happening because of highly unresposive behaviour from the dealer end and when i spoke to sourav, republlic sales person, he has started shouting on me and used abusive language and then i talked to dealership head, he also didnt respond properly.

            I am highly surprised by the response, delay and misbehaviour from the dealer ship end and this is how hyundai value their customer.

            I really have very bad experience with hyundai and hoping you will take the required action on immediate basis.

            Hi,

            This issue is not yet resolved. I got a call from Hyundai on 17.02.2019, they had informed me that i would get a call from republic hyundai or from their area office with 3 working days but i havent got any call or email yet .This issue is still unresolved . if it doesnt get resolved soon, penalities will start piling up on daily basis.
            Kindly escalate this matter and get it resolved at earliest.

              I m dr dnyaneshwar from beed, maharashtra. I met with an accident last month, 9th jan 2019 and submitted my grand i10 asta car to deep hyundai showroom here at beed. Initially i was told that my car will be ready in 15-20 days or most 3 week.
              Today i was surprised to know that they started doing repair work just 2-3 day back and informed me that it will still need another 8-10 days.
              Will you please explain what exactly are these guys doing here?
              Did i make mistake asking you people to repair my car?
              Cant you people say truth?
              Please tell me exact time limit you people want to get it done.
              And i also want written explanation with timeline, why it took this much of time. Or please donot return my car to me at all.

                I have brought my grand i10 august, 2018, for 1st service they have charged rs.4000 and got accident left for the dent repair after claiming the insurance also they have charged rs. 4000. Raised couple of times at trident hyundai for service, ypr station after raising they have started sending free service coupon and mobile holders. And as usually sorry for the innocence. Is it that such horrible follow up at the first time. After all no one follow up mr. Liju please awake. If we don't gone case day looters. No need to loot your money. Be care full car owners. No one ask the questions. Please raise the alarm. Without doing asking forcefully rate! Attached the screen shot.

                  as they dint provide us self passing of the vehicle, we took the vehicle 1 20 from gallops ahmadabad and wrote a letter and mail for refund of payment on 24/12/2018
                  but till date we had not received 10000/-
                  please be noted that we use only hyundai car since 7 years.

                    1. I am serving army officer posted to delhi and had planned to purchase creta sx (Petrol) car through csd (Through army canteen). I had booked the car with koncept hyundai, a: 5, green park, new delhi 110016 on 14 oct 2018.
                    2. After depositing booking amount of rs 25000/-, i was given docket in which it was clearly written that the car will be delivered within 2 months (Max).
                    3. I was continously in touch with koncept hyundai representative and each time i was told that the car will be delivered shortly. Today, after a period of 4 months, the car has still not been delivered.
                    4. Since i had booked the car in the month of oct 2018 and was given in writing that the car will be delivered within 2 months (Max), i would have got the delivery latest by end of december. But, i would bring to your notice that the csd cost of the car has risen by nearly rs 24000/- for 2019 model. Due to delay in delivery by koncept hyundai, delhi, i have landed up in situation wherein i have to pay nearly rs 24000/- extra for base price which will also have effect on the registration and insurance cost as well.
                    5. I have also enquired from koncept hyndai about the seniority of the waiting list for the car and they have not been able able to produce it which clearly means that my car has been delivered to some other customer in the month of december 2018.
                    6. I am really disappointed with my experience with koncept hyundai, green park, delhi wherein there in zero level of transparency and commitment.
                    7. I would request you to deliver me the creta sx (Petrol) as per the canteen cost of december 2018 and also take serious action against koncept hyundai, a: 5, green park, new delhi 110016 for the inconvenience caused to me.

After few days i came to know that the dealer closed its all showroom without information and also not registered my car till date. I already made complaint to hyundai also but no response.                       We have been getting various phone calls for free service due for vehicle and assured vehicle will be returned duly service within two hours time but actually it takes four hours that too after personal request.

                      Even it's free service, they charge us appx 8.5 K for small small parts replacement etc.

                        Dear sir,

                        I took a grand i10 2018 model from mgf hyundai cherthala showroom on 3rd of february in the name of my wife remya r and it got break down on 10th february. The vehicle has already clocked 120kms while i took the delivery and i have driven the vehicle only below 50 kms. Now the service team has informed the clutch disk of the vehicle has worn out and now i have to pay rs. 11, 000/- to get it replaced. As the vehicle was new only my cousine who is a taxi driver has taken the vehicle out for drive even i haven't driven the vehicle. Now i am not ready to pay this bill as the dealer has driven this vehicle more than me. So please look into this matter seriously and clear the issue as soon as possible. Or else i have to raise a compliant on consumer court against the dealer and the manufacturer.

                          Firstly i met one of the executive of shuhul hyundai motors jammu, i explained him regarding my requirement i. E elite i20 magna varient petrol stardust colour, including i also discuss regarding complimentary accessories and he promised to provide "body cover, seat cover," he said ok will provide you the same and u can proceed with the booking of the vehicle.
                          After one week he called me and as per telephonic conversation, he told me that sorry that colour i. E stardust we will nt be able to provide you. Either you switch to white colour or you can switch to sportz varient which my budget was not allowing but i said ok... Lets change the booking to sportz and it has been one month from date of delivery i havent got body cover & seat cover. Every time i called them they used tosay we dnt have any accessories or accessories are under transit so nd so... Can any one explain me what kind of dealing is this... If so please explain. I simply need justification... Pissed off.

I am only getting 10-11kmpl in city i complained every time when i service my car at hyundai service station but they told me in clear words that sales person dont know the true milage only we know it
                            Which means i am cheated by hyundai

                              On 2nd february i gave my car for service at sharayu hyundai with music system issue. Music system is intermittently getting switched off. Car is just 4& half year old. I insisted them to repair the system. Yesterday they gave my music system back and said even after repair they can not guarantee that it will work. Now music system is entirely dead. Service centre should have returned system in as is condition. I have been asked to replace entire music system. This raises doubt on quality of products used in hyundai car. I am totally disappointed with this. Hyundai should provide solution to this. I had written two emails to [protected]@hmil.net but there is no response.

                                Dear mr. Seon seob kim,

                                It distresses me to have to write a letter like this to you, but you have a right and a responsibility to hear directly from your customers and to know what is going well, and what isn’t, in your company and in your geo. Let me get directly to the point – i’m extremely unhappy with hyundai india and its management. It is my experience that hyundai has demonstrated clearly that it is in the business of making false promises and duping customers.

                                My ordeal started on october 31st 2017 when i bought the next gen verna. Immediately after taking delivery of the car and driving it for the first time i realized that the navigation sd card wouldn’t insert and stay put, the solution for which to replace the complete media and navigation system. For at least 4 months i was driving the “next gen” verna without the navigation system.

                                But i came to realize that the navigation system was the least of my problems when it became apparent that the abs+ebd system on my new car failed to function properly (Pedal kickback, shuddering, vibrations) at speed breakers and small slopes. Talk about a terrifying defect!. I used to be scared about this until one day when i was parking the car at my office i entered the slope and the brake pedal kicked my foot and got stuck in top position and wouldn’t press despite multiple tries, so had to finally pull the hand brakes. Ended up denting the car when it hit the wall.

                                I had filed my initial complaint with hyundai on january 24th 2019 – after a visit to the service station and a visit from mr manoj pandey – [protected], area manager (Which cost me time, money and fuel) hyundai failed to not only correct the issues, but completely failed in determining what was even causing them. It is clear to me that hyundai has no idea as what is in the car and hyundai doesn’t know how to fix it. But the workshop certified that we haven’t made any repairs, the brakes are fine and the car is roadworthy.

                                Mr manoj’s visit was nothing less than an attempt to humiliate me and show off as if he is the one who designed the car and is lined up to take your job next. The fact although is that even his concepts weren’t clear and was talking rubbish about how turning the steering at higher speeds could cause the brakes to become hard.

                                I have never met or spoken to an obnoxious egoistic executive of a multinational corporation like mr manoj. I am not an automobile engineer because i wanted to pursue something much harder than that but that doesn’t mean your staff has a right to torment me acting like a know it all and thrashing his decision that “there is nothing wrong with brakes” on me.
                                He came pre-scripted because regardless of what i had said he gave the same rubbish like a puppet. His knowledge was really poor and could not answer even the simplest of questions. When asked to follow this up to your management he wouldn’t reply and never wrote back regarding the next steps regarding my complaint. When i confronted him regarding the same over call, he beautifully answered that we are competent and the car is competent and that i don’t have proof of the incident.

                                I’ve sent several emails to your service and management feedback desk pointing out the issues and talking about my ordeal. However they either end up with the regional office or get no response. It is absolutely shocking to me, how little the management of hyundai evidently cares about the customers who have invested in hyundai’s product and who have as a result, entrusted their lives and the lives of their families and friends to the company. That doesn’t include of course any other innocent pedestrians or other motorists who may be injured or killed as a result of a mechanical defect or failure in a hyundai automobile.

                                Finally, after zero response, a month of torment and danger from this dysfunctional automobile, i am forced to write to you and shall be writing on other forums to inform others. If this doesn’t get me a proper solution, i shall be forced to take legal action against hyundai. Hyundai has failed to understand customer experience and if some area manager is going to ask me for proof of incident that will not only be acceptable but also force me to take the matter public via media, social media, and my professional network on a global scale.

                                In summary, this is what i have learned, and am subsequently going to take up with the mainstream media in india, south korea, and other countries, and what i am building a social media & petition campaign around which will other hyundai drivers who have had similar experience together:
                                1. Hyundai has no concern for the safety of their customers or the traveling public in general, who maybe killed or injured by a defective hyundai vehicle
                                2. Hyundai has one mission and one mission only. Make money, regardless of the human cost
                                3. Hyundai, despite their reputation, has acted extremely unprofessionally and irresponsibly, despite knowing of many critical defects which puts customers and their loved ones’ lives at risk
                                4. Failing to respond to repeated requests for action from a concerned customer indicates that hyundai has a callous disregard for both the welfare of its customers and the message the public will hear about the company’s grossly negligent approach to safety and customer welfare.

                                Clearly, hyundai is reluctant to honor their promises as they know it would mean the recall of huge number potentially unsafe vehicles.

                                Hyundai and mr. Kim – if you have even an ounce of respect and honor, you’ll get to the bottom of this professionally, fix the brakes, repair the damages and have your unprofessional staff apologize in writing. I refuse to put my family’s life and the lives of others at risk by using a vehicle that clearly can kill or injure occupants or others as a result of well-documented (Links below and screenshots attached) and repeated defects.

                                  Sir, i own a creata (Sxo) which was been purchased 6 months back. I was been informed about the misplacement of the h-band of my car. As soon as i was been informed about it i sent the product back to the showroom but now its been 4-5 months and i haven't got my cars h-band. I keep going to the showroom every 3-4 days once but the authorities don't respond properly they keep making excuses. Kindly make a note of it and take action.
                                  Poor service in Oxina motors-Tiruchirapally.No proper response from service team but only focussed on getting signature from customers in satisfactory letter.Worst attitude!!!No follow up from Hyundai even after several mails have been sent for delay in getting my car service done.Feedback call is done twice even after my worst experience.Worst!!!

                                    Dear sir/ madam,
                                    I booked the 1st oct 2018 on grand i10 morani motors tonk road jaipur
                                    Due to non-white colour after booking, grand i10 was given by
                                    Hindustan motors by sales executive vikas varma, but when i was asked
                                    To return the booking amount, i was told that 7 days will be refunded
                                    But for 3 months until the booking amount refund was not refunded,
                                    Then in january, i cut 2000 rupees out of 11000 and handed back 9000
                                    Checks for the when i asked the reason for cutting 2000, i was told
                                    That the booking cancelling charge has been deducted. I have told
                                    Them that i have done some conferencing in the booking. I have been
                                    Told by the executive vikas verma that i will get back in but he did
                                    Not even return. Your company is a bad seller by morani motors.
                                    Booking was cancelled by you, not by me.

                                    I am very frustrated to write again that the matter still drag on and has not been handled professionally at all.

                                    We are still waiting for the refund of the booking amount. The entire story is already mentioned below. Almost every 5 days or so we follow up with the dealer and get a disappointing. I really did not foresee such hassles with your brand. I need my refund - entire amount without any hassles or delay. I also need a clear date on when can I expect it.

                                    Please revert urgently and promptly as soon as possible.

                                      I received a call from dpm hyundai dehradun haridwar bypass for service of my car.. From campny one drive came to pick my car from my house and after that when i went to see my car in workshop the service done by them was not good and they have made the bill of 24000 and last service was of 18000 every this the service price has been going up and they also add some items in bill which was not done in service they use to cheat us which is not gud and i have also complained tw the service manager but i don’t get any response from them after they the told me that car will b derliver you at your house by 7:30 and when the drive came to deliver my car the front glass whindshild was broken now they are say it was from befor i told them to check there camera of workshop but they are not listening... I request you to help me out
