I had given my hyundai i20 asta 1.4 crdi model for servicing on 11/02/2019. All the checks were done by hyundai authorised service station (Hmp chennai) and trial ride was taken with me alongwith the service engineer. The air condition of my car was working fine and no problem was there in the air con. However, i received the car on 13/02/2019 and i felt some issue in the cooling couple of days later. On friday i went out with family and came to know that my air con was not at all working. I called and informed service advisor on the same day about this issue. I went to the service station again and they told me that i will have to inspect the issue. After waiting in the service centre for 3 hours they said that there is a problem in the air con coil and leakage is there so i will have to pay rs. 8000.00 for repair. I objected and said that no issue was there in air con prior to service and i wont bear the cost. Even in the recommendations they did not mention that the ac is not working. I told them to repair it free of charge as it is because of after service that the problem has occurred. Hyundai motor plaza hmp is the service centre name (Authorised hyundai showroom).

    I bought verna 4s fludic...it not even bening 3 yrs old.. My car central ac vent tab has been broken which is too sensitive made of v. Mild plastic... Even i enquired with service center people.. They asked me to chage the compelte which is too expensive...i never expected that hyundai manufactures such a cheap quality products...not only car vents even the front and back side bumbers... I feel its is unworthy of buying keeping such a huge amount of 14lcs.. Altest hyundai should think about customers to manufacture VENT TABS SEPERATE SO IT IS EASY FOR ASSEMBLY.
    Even I am having the same problem. All 4 AC vent tabs are broken and the service people are asking to change full set which is very expensive. Hyundai should take this concern, For such small part it is bad to change full set.I had good impression on Hyundai earlier. After this i feel Hyundai is waste to buy that to worth of 14 lakhs. Hyundai please take the concern.

      Dear sir,

      My name is deepak sharma, working in govt department. I have my elite i20 asta option damaged (Head lamp and front bumper).
      I lodged an insurance claim on 6 feb 2019 at paras hyundai suratgarh.
      They told me that the required parts will be brought in 10 days at nearst hyundai service station i. E. Sri ganganagar. And from there the service will be provided to me at paras hyundai suratgarh.
      But now they are saying that you will have to go to sri ganganagar service station for my car service instead of suratgarh. Required parts have been arrived at sri ganganagar service station.
      After delay of 15 days now there is a sheer harassment which i am facing now for their dissatisfactory services.
      This is inapprehensible that why suratgarh service station is referring this to sri ganganagar service station.
      Kindly resolve this matter and provide me the required services as soon as possible at suratgarh service station. Thanks.. Deepak sharma. [protected].

        I bought the eon car in 2013 and ran it for 50k kms in 5 and half years.
        One doy while going to office suddenly steering became hars and light shows 'eps'. I had taken it to nearby workshop and they told that the eps module needs to be replaced and it will cost 10k. I checked it online and found that it is a common problem with hyundai cars.
        I fail to understand why have thy installed faulty eps system. They should replace it free of cost.

          rusting on hyundai creta in just 1.5 years

          I own hyundai creta bearing registration number GJ26N 5151 which was registered on 16/06/2017 . Its been nearly 1.5 years from purchase and i am facing rusting problems on the top side of the door of my hyundai creta.

          I believe hyundai is a great company and its cars are very good in any manner but seeing this rusting in just 1.5 years, i doubt about the quality of products used. My trust towards hyundai is affected here.br...

          Hello team,

          The hyundai car service team comes to your doorstep and gives you all the stuff. They never talk about the sd card which is fitted in the car and working well. Once you send the car for services it comes back and then what you get is sdcard is missing and the driver who came to pickup acts smart and lies saying that there was no sd card in the car. This is absolutely bullsit and i recommend not to give car even to authorized hyundai car dealers. This is raj hyundai services centre for which i'm writing a complaint. The navigation sd card costs around rs 10, 000/- in replacement.

          I feel cheated by this free service concept that Hyundai car dealers are giving away. The local dealers are actually acting smart in this way to get maximum monies from the customers. Hyundai services is not recommended from authorized Hyundai car dealers. Very sad and my new car is now without navigation system..

            We have purchased hyundai creta sx diesel model (Mh 12 nu 8239) in march, 2016 on the name of my brother shivraj jadhav. We have purchased this vehicle from garve hyundai, vadgaon (Bk), pune. Within one year from the purchase of vehicle, the front glass has broken. For raising this issue we visited the ishanya hyundai, ambegaon, pune. The concerned persons were telling us that it might be broken on high way due to stone, etc. We were not agreeing to with them. But due to paucity of time we haven't raised this issued and we wanted to get changed that glass at the earliest. Therefore, we changed the glass under the cover of insurance, in the month of april, 2017.

            Again within 5-6 months the new glass also got broked. After that we have visited ishanya hyundai again and raised this issue. Then were telling us that the glass might got broken due to vehicle's wiper or something else. But this time we were not agreeing to them but they told us that get it changed under a cover of insurance. This time we are not going to change it at our cost, because we are sure that the glass is not breaking due to any of our fault. The fitting of the glass has not done properly by the company and that's why the glass is breaking again and again.

            We are using another vehicle since last 4 years but till date no glass has been broken of that vehicle. Further, both these vehicles are parked at same place, the route of both the vehicles are same. Therefore, we strongly oppose that the glass is breaking due to stones or wiper.

            We want the glass to be changed at the cost of defaulting party and not at our cost. Also we want a permanent solution on this problem. The glass should not be broken again and again. We are running short of time and we cannot spare our valuable time in visiting the showroom again and again and that to when the company or the dealer is at fault.
            I owned 2016 hyundai verna 4s fluidic ; within 2 and a half year my car's battery have some cell problem ...Can anybody accept this [censored]...Even the battery didn't last for 4 or 5 years

              I m complaining about under body coating for my new creta

              Hyundai, trivandrum kerala india. I am the most upset and regretted person to buy this much costly car from a world reputed company. Hyundai cheated me. Without a underground coating you have given me 11 lakhs costly car which might lead to rusting of my car. Showroom manager is treating me like a begger and shouting to go and complaint in court against hyundai. This is my second car from hyundai. What is the protection and value hyundai...

              My name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. From the time i purchased my santro car (2006/2007) model, i have been giving it for service at the same center (Talwar hyundai service center, tadbund, bowenpally, hyderabad). This is the 3rd time that after scheduling an appointment for picking up my car at the last minute they call me and tell me that the particular person is not available and give me some excuse or the other.

              From the time mr. Sudhakar has taken over or appointed as the gm at this service center, it has become very bad for customers like me who are being ill-treated and disrespected by the staff and mr. Sudhakar.

              They have a feeling that they are doing a favor by servicing my car and think that i need to pay to get harassed and get ill-treated. It is very sad that i have been giving my vehicle honestly with the service center for all these years and even the head office management are not able to help me in this regard and they wanted to wash their hands by saying that you purchased the car and it is your responsibility to get the service done by talking to the service center.

              The entire hyundai staff including the senior management seem to have the same kind of attitude and they wanted the only amount.
              Hyundai Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I had booked the vehicle hyundai i20 asta in the name of lokesh kawale at bigwig hyundai nagpur on dated[protected] with full payment but dew to my father is in hospitalised in serious condition that’s why i want to cancelled my booking but as discussed with dealership person their is no updates for refund till date, always the person saying you have to be debited amount for cancelling vehicle, this is very bad service for hyundai side

                No update till now this is a very bad service for Hyundai why always suffering customer for refund no CO operation for dealer side always intentiona for debit amount.
                I bought a car for 4 january, which I did not get the registration number till now, I did not get any reply even after complling 3 times I also saw 3 class company for the first time

                  I have new creta car and breakdown happen and demand help from road assistance team. But i am waiting from yesterday in this harsh winter but help didnt came yet. Ref x[protected]ind, help is on the way!!! Our technician / fleet shall reach you within. But nothing happing yet. What kind of service is this. They are giving me surity that we will be there in 90 minutes with technician team. But no one came yet. Is this how you treat your customer with that kind of service.

                    Greetings!!
                    Have gave my car for body shop repair after met with an accident at kun exclusive body shop on 30th of jan'19.

                    Chasis no: malaf51cyjm018048 reg no: tn05 bt 9551.- star dust colour

                    After body shop repair and door replacement color mismatch found in fender, front door, rear door, quarter panel.

                    Have raised query with kun hyundai and asian ppg. Till date no action taken and trying to convincing me for accepting the colur mismatch with the trailing mail from kun hyundai and report from asian ppg.

                    Am totally disappointed with the communication for the past 15 days 3 times have visited the body shop till date issue has not resolved.

                    Look forward your support to close the issue to proceed further with happy motoring.

                      This is regarding my new creta 1.4 s which i have bought from republic hyundai, commerce house,
                      Link tank road, ranchi.
                      Details of my vehicle are as follows;

                      I have bought my vehicle on 03.02.2019 and i am following it up for for form-21 (Sales certificate) generated on 03.02.2019 & form-22 with the republic hyundai (Salesman-vikash, sourav) since then so that i can get my vehicle registered in jamshedpur'rto where i reside but even after rigourous follow up (I called them atleast twice in a day since then) and i received it yesterday late evening and further i would like to highlight that the registration charges have been increased from 3% to 6% since yesterday (12.02.2019) and now for getting my vehicle registered, i will have to pay the double amount.

                      This all is happening because of highly unresposive behaviour from the dealer end and when i spoke to sourav, republlic sales person, he has started shouting on me and used abusive language and then i talked to dealership head, he also didnt respond properly.

                      I am highly surprised by the response, delay and misbehaviour from the dealer ship end and this is how hyundai value their customer.

                      I really have very bad experience with hyundai and hoping you will take the required action on immediate basis.

                      This issue is not yet resolved. I got a call from Hyundai on 17.02.2019, they had informed me that i would get a call from republic hyundai or from their area office with 3 working days but i havent got any call or email yet .This issue is still unresolved . if it doesnt get resolved soon, penalities will start piling up on daily basis.
                      Kindly escalate this matter and get it resolved at earliest.

                        I m dr dnyaneshwar from beed, maharashtra. I met with an accident last month, 9th jan 2019 and submitted my grand i10 asta car to deep hyundai showroom here at beed. Initially i was told that my car will be ready in 15-20 days or most 3 week.
                        Today i was surprised to know that they started doing repair work just 2-3 day back and informed me that it will still need another 8-10 days.
                        Will you please explain what exactly are these guys doing here?
                        Did i make mistake asking you people to repair my car?
                        Cant you people say truth?
                        Please tell me exact time limit you people want to get it done.
                        And i also want written explanation with timeline, why it took this much of time. Or please donot return my car to me at all.

                          I have brought my grand i10 august, 2018, for 1st service they have charged rs.4000 and got accident left for the dent repair after claiming the insurance also they have charged rs. 4000. Raised couple of times at trident hyundai for service, ypr station after raising they have started sending free service coupon and mobile holders. And as usually sorry for the innocence. Is it that such horrible follow up at the first time. After all no one follow up mr. Liju please awake. If we don't gone case day looters. No need to loot your money. Be care full car owners. No one ask the questions. Please raise the alarm. Without doing asking forcefully rate! Attached the screen shot.

                            We had given deposit of rs 10000/- for purchase of i 20 to down town anand, dated 14/12/2018
                            as they dint provide us self passing of the vehicle, we took the vehicle 1 20 from gallops ahmadabad and wrote a letter and mail for refund of payment on 24/12/2018
                            but till date we had not received 10000/-
                            please be noted that we use only hyundai car since 7 years.
                            Hope shall do needful to get our payment of rs 10000/- at the earliest and get us the detail of delay

                              1. I am serving army officer posted to delhi and had planned to purchase creta sx (Petrol) car through csd (Through army canteen). I had booked the car with koncept hyundai, a: 5, green park, new delhi 110016 on 14 oct 2018.
                              2. After depositing booking amount of rs 25000/-, i was given docket in which it was clearly written that the car will be delivered within 2 months (Max).
                              3. I was continously in touch with koncept hyundai representative and each time i was told that the car will be delivered shortly. Today, after a period of 4 months, the car has still not been delivered.
                              4. Since i had booked the car in the month of oct 2018 and was given in writing that the car will be delivered within 2 months (Max), i would have got the delivery latest by end of december. But, i would bring to your notice that the csd cost of the car has risen by nearly rs 24000/- for 2019 model. Due to delay in delivery by koncept hyundai, delhi, i have landed up in situation wherein i have to pay nearly rs 24000/- extra for base price which will also have effect on the registration and insurance cost as well.
                              5. I have also enquired from koncept hyndai about the seniority of the waiting list for the car and they have not been able able to produce it which clearly means that my car has been delivered to some other customer in the month of december 2018.
                              6. I am really disappointed with my experience with koncept hyundai, green park, delhi wherein there in zero level of transparency and commitment.
                              7. I would request you to deliver me the creta sx (Petrol) as per the canteen cost of december 2018 and also take serious action against koncept hyundai, a: 5, green park, new delhi 110016 for the inconvenience caused to me.

                                I have purchased a elite i20 asta (Optional) variant from libra hyundai on dated 15th nov 2018. After few days i came to know that the dealer closed its all showroom without information and also not registered my car till date. I already made complaint to hyundai also but no response. Now i don't know what to do.

                                We have been getting various phone calls for free service due for vehicle and assured vehicle will be returned duly service within two hours time but actually it takes four hours that too after personal request.

                                Even it's free service, they charge us appx 8.5 K for small small parts replacement etc.

                                  I took a grand i10 2018 model from mgf hyundai cherthala showroom on 3rd of february in the name of my wife remya r and it got break down on 10th february. The vehicle has already clocked 120kms while i took the delivery and i have driven the vehicle only below 50 kms. Now the service team has informed the clutch disk of the vehicle has worn out and now i have to pay rs. 11, 000/- to get it replaced. As the vehicle was new only my cousine who is a taxi driver has taken the vehicle out for drive even i haven't driven the vehicle. Now i am not ready to pay this bill as the dealer has driven this vehicle more than me. So please look into this matter seriously and clear the issue as soon as possible. Or else i have to raise a compliant on consumer court against the dealer and the manufacturer.

                                    Firstly i met one of the executive of shuhul hyundai motors jammu, i explained him regarding my requirement i. E elite i20 magna varient petrol stardust colour, including i also discuss regarding complimentary accessories and he promised to provide "body cover, seat cover," he said ok will provide you the same and u can proceed with the booking of the vehicle.
                                    After one week he called me and as per telephonic conversation, he told me that sorry that colour i. E stardust we will nt be able to provide you. Either you switch to white colour or you can switch to sportz varient which my budget was not allowing but i said ok... Lets change the booking to sportz and it has been one month from date of delivery i havent got body cover & seat cover. Every time i called them they used tosay we dnt have any accessories or accessories are under transit so nd so... Can any one explain me what kind of dealing is this... If so please explain. I simply need justification... Pissed off.
