This is about a serious concern regarding quality of petrol pipe being manufactured for new cars. I own a elite i 20 sportz petrol variant and i seriously frustrated with rat bites on my cars fuel pipe, this is the fouth time i am facing this issue. Atleast in future change your material to build the petrol pipes instead of rubber pipe. I tried several things nothing worked to keep the rats away from it.

    I had booked hyundai santro car on 19/10/2018 by online booking. The order reference number is s8232-[protected]. I had chosen advaith hyundai bilekahalli bangalore as the dealer. I had visited them before booking the car when they had promised full refund on cancellation.

    Subsequently i decided to cancel the booking as i wanted to continue to use my current hyundai i-10 car for some more time. I visited the dealer for cancellation and they said i have to send an email request to them. Accordingly i sent an email on december 30, 2018. I attached a scanned copy of blank cheque also as requested by them.

    Till now i have not received refund. I once again visited them and they said the concerned employee (Mr prem kumar) is on leave. No response thereafter.

    Hence i am writing this complaint to you. Kindly do the needful and refund the booking amount as promised, urgently.

    I had booked Hyundai Santro car on 10/10/2018 by online booking. The order reference number is N2205-[protected]] & CCA REFERENCE NO.[protected]. I had chosen SAFDARJANG Hyundai, ph- 4, Gurgaon as the dealer. I had visited them before booking the car when they had promised full refund on cancellation.
    Dealer made fake commitment as we wanted delivery of car on our anniversary however after several discussion dealer did not fulfill his commitment and also he misbehaved with me.

    Finally We have cancelled our order and purchased a santro from DM hyundai on same day.

    Now they are not responding my call and denied to refund full amount.

    Hence I am writing this complaint to you. Kindly do the needful and refund the booking amount as promised, urgently.

      Dear sir,

      I purchased grand i10 on date of 22/01/2018 from royal motor gwalior. I was going to bihar with my family on date of 17/jun/2018. When my car stopped at agra lucknow express way time 10:00am.

      I got rsa from your company. I got rsa service from your company at 5:00pm on 17/06/2018.

      After that we reached rajendra hyundai etwah (U. P) which was closed due to sunday. My vehicle was checked on monday around 4:00 pm. I was told my car was brake down (Stop) due to poor diesel quality. Over than they clined under warranty injector. Then i want to come bihar and then i want to etawah to pick my vehicle on 23/06/2018. I got my vehicle on working condition. I was to bihar from etwah were again my car was stopped. I got rsa service my vehicle reached sahpur to patna were two injector was changed at lalz hyundai on 25/06/2018. After 25 days on 19/07/2018. I got my vehicle i had to go from gwalior to bihar specially to pick my car. Now on 22/11/2018 the car stopped again due to same problem without checking my vehicle he was told me injector is defected by your company my car neither run for 6 month and 10, 000 k. M now company is denying to provide service within warranty because that time presser pump is also defected till today i did my all car service in royal motor my vehicle is standing in royal motor ‘s from 2 month kindly let my know my car is in 3 years warranty why there is so much complaint in my car. This particular issue only in this car why? Only adulteration fuel come from this car only?

      I have use one i20 diesel car sem petrol pump fuel he is working fine.

      Now problem is very serious i am physically and mentality and finically disturb. Kindly resolved my problem or give me new car. I request you and also hope that. You will do the needful l for me.

      Note:- i have come royal hyundai and meet mr. Vikas bhadoriya he told me i am not satisfied your behavior so unable to give warranty how to take warranty i will seen.

      Dear sir, my car on the way stopped i call hyundai cust care at 11:00pm 22/112/2018, rsa come and my car drop on royal hyundai service center. I call you morning mr. Pawan gupta in the morning pawan say i will check and inform you. After one day 24/11/2018 i call you mr. Vikash bhadoriya he told me injector are damage on your car. After i call mr. Vidya shankar (Area service head) offer me good bill 50% but i am not agree because third time problem come in my car. I say to mr. Vikas bhadoriya please check how to come problem again again vikash say me i have send injector to indore after check i inform you and vikash call me fuel adulteration your injector has been damage its your flout. I am not satisfied because. I am use i20 car same fuel but i20 car working fine. I call you to vidya shankr please send me rejection latter on my email. After vidya shankar send me latter. I am decide now i want to check my car outside of service center after repair injector i found fuel not come injector properly that is way to to injector got damage. And fuel not come injector because pressure pump got damage. Again i call you shailendra vadke sir pressure pump damage. Vikas bhadoriya call me please come with your car at delar ship i tolk him shailendra ji. I agree and take me 10 days i informed you. After 6 days vikas and shailndra and vidya shakr fuel adulteress issue rejection. Again i have out of hyundai high pressure pump open i found pump damage and broken raud. Again i call you to vikas bhadoriya he told fuel adulteration issue...

      I want ask adulteration issue how to broke part???

        At the time of delivery dslr lights not provided. On dt 17/10/2018 i was complaint vide your complaint no1-[protected] registered. I was so many times personally meet with your dealer, talked on mobile as well as customer care, nagour they assured me that we provide dslr lights but results nil. And also in one week my friend buy same model car i10 he get dslr lights and he get car 604000 rupees only complete on road price and will get car 621000. I send you bill copy rto copy also today i again talked customer care i was shocked that compliment has been closed duly satisfied letter signed by me when there was no letter signed by me so kindly send

          Hello hyundai company, my name is tsering dorjee, from kushalnagar, kodagu, actually i'm looking one vehicle between 9 lack, i have two choice i20 n volkswagen polo, when i went to hyundai show room at kushalnagar i saw i20 cat lock n they told me buy that car n it's very good n etc. N i decided to buy that car but at the mean time i'm going to other state for few months but employee told me to book that car when i came back on end of jan 2019 they told me delivered that time n i gave advance n booked that car, i have all receipts also but yesterday when i went there they saying price is become high n they won't give that price which we decided before. So i really don't like their response.

          Hyundai company, kushalnagar, kodagu district, they are not giving the price which we decided before n they told me give the advance n book on that price. But when I went to deliver, now they are not giving the which we booked before n I told them to give back my advance n I'm going to look other company's vehicle but they saying Rs 3000 will be cut from advance which I gave before n it will take around a month to transfer in my account. But still we are going discussion... Actually How can they do like that? I thought Hyundai is not small company but...

Dealer has collected excess amount from me on account of insurance, rc, vehicle price and less amount invoice handed over me. It is also intimate that no rc and rsa provided me till date i. E. 18.01.2019. Kindly take up the matter and resolve my issues..

              I am facing repeated issues with petrol leakage & initially i have informed to customer care & no action taken & this is 2nd time which facing same issue.
              I really fed off with hyundai service which i had ltl bit hopes.

              I request please take it serious concern & get it solved for the permanent solution.

              And also i spent 4500 r. For local garage for the service & it should refundable.

                  I am a Hyundai car user for the past 10 years. I had one Hyundai I10 and now have Eon and Xcent diesel.

                  I have always trusted popular and all the services were done through them. Today I have given my Xcent car for servicing and I have raised complaint about the AC.

                  I had the same complaint for the previous service also and they have done some work on it. But the performance of AC was not better even after the service which I informed the Service center.

                  Now they are telling me that the AC coil has issues and need to replaced which will cost me around 8, 000 rupees. I don't understand why the AC coil will get damaged as the vehicle is only 3 years old and just done around 38000 kms. Also nothing was mentioned in the previous service when I specifically asked to look the AC performance.

                  Even my battery got damaged and I had to replace it last month. Normally my understanding is that the normal service should take care of these as they need to check the battery performance. Now I think the basic checks are not even done. Another complaint is about the music system fixed in my car. It broke even my first service was done..They tried to fix that in all my services but still it is not fixed properly in my dash board.

                  Overall I am not happy with Popular Hyundai dealership, Trivandrum at all. Could you please look into this and advise me on this situation. I have been a loyal customer to Hyundai vehicles and many of my friends have opted Hyundai based on my recommendation and experience.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I booked a car (Grand I10 Magna) from the dealer Modi Hyundai, Malad West, Link Road, Mumbai on 26th Dec 2018. We got this car for Rs. 520000/- On 14thJanuary, when we went to take the delivery of the we noticed the engine, silencer rusted and color faded. And after checking the manufacturing date of the car it was, January 2018. But the sales person Mr. Ram Pathak had promised us the car manufacturing date will be Oct, Nov, or Dec 2018. And also on that morning before taking the delivery of the vehicle we received a call from Hyundai Service centre. Ms. Sarita was asking on the reviews of repairing the car. She took my name i.e me Mr. Wilson had brought the car for repairing and painting. Without taking the delivery of the car, how can I take the car for repairing? And she also told that I have paid some 3400/- as a repair charges. So we understood it was sent by the showroom to the service center. And the car was already registered in my name, so that she could call us and ask about the reviews. We immediately understood the car was old and repaired and given it to us. This is the main reason we inspected the vehicle and came to the conclusion it’s a old car. So we have not taken the delivery. But they were saying they cannot give us replacement of the car, nor they accepted the fault. So we had to call the police.

                      When the police arrived they said their General Manager, not there today to assist them, and Ms, Cynthia, customer care manager said, tomorrow i.e 15th he will be there in Bangur Police station, Malad west at 5.00 pm, and asked us to come there, but he did not turned up. We wasted 2 days with the police, and Modi Hyundai people did not come to meet them. So we had to come back, after giving a written complains in the police station. And police advised us to give the complain in Consumer court

                      We even made many calls to Hyundai customer care in Delhi, spoke to Ms. Laxmi, Ms. Radha, Mr. Milan, and so many other names I don’t remember, but that was a waste. Even I called Hyundai Mumbai regional office, they said they will solve our problem and disconnected the call assuring us they will call back, no response from them anytime.

                      Moreover we had done twice the payment (520000+520000). Since the sales person Mr. Ram insisted, if we don’t pay before 31st December 2018, the deal will be closed. Since the loan amount couldn’t be processed before 31st December, we took overdraft from our FD’s and paid the full amount 520000 on 31st December. After 2 days our ICICI bank had processed the loan and that amount also credited in their account on 2nd January. Mr. Ram clearly told us, once when they get the loan amount from the bank immediately they will refund the amount to our account.

                      So since 2nd of January till yesterday evening, we were following up for the refund, and at last after only when we called the police to the showroom, they started processing the refund and we got back yesterday evening our excess amount paid to them. We had to bear lot of mental harassment for our refund since January 2nd till yesterday evening.

                      I request you to please take the matter with them and resolve our issue.

                          I own a hyundai next gen verna fluidic sx 1.6 crdi (Up 53 cp 9861). I bought it last year in october, 2017 from medallion auto sales pvt. Ltd. (Bee aar hyundai), gorakhpur (U. P.).
                          I am writing this mail to bring to your kind attention that on 26/12/2018, during regular checkup by my personal driver, he found out that the engine oil has reduced drastically (Almost empty) without any leakage.

                          Bad service done by hyundai, my car is not working fine.
                          Taking follow up from last 4 months. Still the same issue exists.

                          Its a risk of life to drive such a car.

                          Request you to do the needful else i have to go for fir against himgiri and hyundai.

                          Bad service and bad work done by service centre.

                          I need my money refund and need accurate work.

                            My accident carap15az7725) i10 got repaired in your autonagar branch of visakhapatnam andhra pradesh on 06.12.2018 which was kept with showroom for morethan onemonth.
                            I paid rs 171890 through online (Although i have insurance your staff tole no cashless scheme with united india assurance co. Hence i paid immediately after the car was ready.
                            But unfortunately there is a light malfunction indicator is blowing on dash board. I contacted your showroom they took my car from my office with breakdown vehicle
                            After some small sort of service they told 4nos plugs were changed for which i paid 380 and tyres to be changed
                            Now i changed tyres also still my problem exists and again malfunction light is blowing.
                            Please insutruct the your personnle and advice properly to rectife otherwise i will lodge complaint to consumer court.
                            Sir I am purchasing new I 20 sports car through CSD from Ujjwal hundai Nashik at Nashik Maharashtra in the month of December. Presently company offers 50000/- discount but they are telling this offer is not for csd person. Please tell me if if CSD pay full payment why can I take the benefits? Please help me and send offer s detail.

                              My car i 10 magna 1.1 08 year old but run only 7k but from few days some signal missed from meter and some time it ok, checked by mechanic of hyundai and confirm problem ecm is defective. Now at present signal not coming and car not start. It is very unfortunate from hyundai that how such important part is not working with in less than 10000 km run.
                              Worst service.no customer care.i want the service head no.so I can talk to him and clear the matter of my fogged headlight which is pending for more than a year.Noservice only money.my no [protected].

                                I am your one of the prestigious customer since 2006 bought getz prime and having 4th of my i20 asta diesel white color at now.

                                But today i'm writing this mail with frustration and dissatisfied due to your dealer worst service.

                                I have given my vehicle for regular periodical service by 25th of oct '18 and till now they haven't given back my vehicle and doing lot of misbehaviour and cheating with me.

                                When i given my vehicle for regular periodical service they have acknowledged for the same.

                                Later 30th of nov '18 they asked me to pay for rs. 2lacs+ due to some unrelated the estimated quote and irrelevant service they have done.

                                I'm totally disappointed for their service and worst behaviour.

                                If the problem has not sorted out this s my last vehicle from hyundai and will not encourage or refer anyone to buy hyundai.

                                Kindly intervene and resolve the issue.

                                  My car number is pb 05 ag 3367 hyundai xcent, under repair at brar hyundai ferozepur last 15 days for engine problem... Time given to me for solve the problem within one week... But delivery of my car not given yet...

                                  I have only one car which is used for daily service... So last 15 days are very difficult for daily need... I m not satisfied to this type of worst service... Please resolve my car problem as soon as possible... Thanx

                                      I mrs. Neeta sachin kuldhar booked hyundai xcent crdi red colour car on 29/dec/2018 from kamal hyundai, shop no.1 & 2, ground floor, sai vihar, plot no.17, sector-10, kharghar, navi mumbai-410210. (Cin: u24116mh2002ptc135946). And they given commitment to delivery the car on 11/o1/2019 but they informed us on 06/01.2019 that red colour is not available, so we compromised for available star dust colour due to time management & prompt delivery date. On delivery date of 11/01/2019 in the earliest hours we checked with the sales person mr. Rahul who confirmed that the delivery is prompt before[protected] hrs, but called up later by 1300 hrs and confirmed that the car is still on transit. So we strongly condemn against this un ethical behaviour from the showroom staffs as the date we requested was our baby's birthday date. We are deeply depressed & disappointed because of it.

Its like a hell to deal with such showrooms who does not value the relationship with customers.
                                      Note: paid booking advance 51k on 29/12/2018, remaining 7.5 lakhs settled on 07/01/2019. Also our advance fancy number booking receipt been handed over to them on 09/01/2019.
