My hyundai eon car was on accidental on asm hyundai service center, gwalior before 20 days, now i got confirmation call yesterday on 30th jan'18 that take my car back as its service work is completed. I took my car back but on road when i saw a sensor heating signal of my car it was on last red light, my car was also making some noise from the engine, i switch off my car instantly as the engine was in the highest level of heat when i touch my car bonnet it was very hot, when i called on asm hyundai service center, after 2 hours mechanic cames on that place and when he opens a bonnet, he found that the service center forget to fill coolant and also water, after that he filled bottles of water in my car and told to bring my car back next day, how can be they so much irresponsible.. It can be any danger i was inside my car, burning smell was also coming, i instantly came out from my car, now, i want justice and the service center should charge with heavy penalty. I don't trust on engine of my car, i want my car engine replace.
Plz. Solve my issue.

    Hello sir,
    I am dr dnyaneshwar rohe from beed, maharashtra, india.
    I met with an accident on 9th jan this month and submitted my car at your showroom deep hyundai here at beed on same day. I also provided all necessary documents required.
    Today i made visit there and was informed that work of repair will start after a week from todays date, and may require upto one month.
    Initially i was being told that within 15 days time they will provide me my car.
    Now they are telling some whole different things.
    Sir, may i know what is the reason for all this delay?
    Please help me getting my car back in time as soon as possible.

      While driving the car continuously small stones stuck in between the tyre blocks & groove lines as speed of vehicle goes upwards these stones releases from the tyre and hitting the lower body of the car due which a intolerable & sound usually comes beneath the cars body and its dangerous for the body/ dent, rust and might hit fuel tank which is very risky to drive.

        We encourage your service, but we informed from open market that many asseseries provide by "maruti suzuki" and other companies, but our "equity hyundai" show room dealers 80"fit road rajkot dis. Rajkot st. Gujarat have not provides any asseseries like (Seat-cover, car-cover, air-freshener) and etc.
        So, we request you please provide that asseseries from the equity hyundai show room for like a consumer satisfaction.

          This is to inform you that i had purchased new i10 sportz (Dl9caq4303) on july 2018 from sapphire hyundai dwarka sec 20 with in exchange offer. I had exchange my santro with new i10 sportz.
          They had taken inr 6000/- amount for registration with cng. They did not tell me that about the hidden charges for cng registration.
          I received vehicle rc after 2 months i. E. Oct 2018 in which cng is not mentioned. I visited sapphire hyundai, 57, rt. No. 226, sector 20 dwarka,, new delhi, 110077 and meet the guy (Mr ankit) who is taking care of registration part. They informed me that you need to visit at dwarka authority along with i10 for endorsement for cng.
          I asked question to mr ankit that if i have already paid inr 6000/- for registration than why i have visit authority. Finally they told me that if i am not able to visit, we will refund the amount. I request him to refund the amount asap. They refund the amount inr 5000/- through cheque. I had submitted the cheque and clear the amount.
          I asked them for inr 1000/- is pending on hyundai as balance. They deny for the same and asked that only 5000/- is charged against registration fees and the same amount is already reverse.
          I am not ok with him but any how i have to register my vehicle with cng.
          Now story take u turn. I visited dwarka authority for cng endorsement. Inspector reject my vehicle and aksed for proper cng fitting. I again visited sapphire hyundai dwarka and meet mr ankit, mrs pryinka, mr ruchika for the same. They asked me that we have only these type of cng fitting in hyundai cars. As per authority inspector cng clip where cng is fill in car should be is in working condition. If we pull out the cng clip car should be stopped automatically. But on ground this was not done. I again visited dwarka authority and request to the inspector that hyundai deny for the same and they are fitted only these type of cng in cars. Inspector again deny and put remarks on my file.

          I again visited sapphire hyundai dwarka, they redirect me for mayapuri sapphire hyundai and asked they will help me. I visited mayapuri sapphire hyundai and meet service manager who is taking care of vehicles but he was unable to help me. Finally he told me to visit okhla cng service station, where hyundai cabs cng fitting is done. I called to dwarka sapphire hyundai team and informed them about the same, they also told me to visit okhla. Finally i visit okhla cng service station and meet mr goldy, he was trying to help me but not able to do the same. I again called to dwarka sapphire hyundai team and informed about the same.
          I was very disappointed and waste my 03 days’ time to clear the same issue. I had repair the cng clip from outside and pay inr 1500/- to the shiva motors dwarka who helped me to short out the issue.
          After that i again visited dwarka authority for cng endorsement and submit the papers again, there was already remarks by inspector on my file, he ask me bribe to remove the same remark again i was spend inr 500/- for bribe to clear my file. Finally i submitted the documents for cng endorsement and got the vehicle rc in jan 2019.
          I had waste my 04 -05 days for all process. My question is that why hyundai not fulfil the government requirement and if there was mistake by hyundai than why they don’t help to short out the issue, they simply told that user is responsible if authority guys not do the cng endorsement. Also they suggest for giving bribe to local officer, they acknowledged that all hyundai cars cng endorsement done with per file charge as bribe. Mlo and local inspector all are include in the same.

          I want compensate the amount as well as my time which was spend on mistake of hyundai.

              We brought a hyundai creta just over 2 years back and its now the 3rd time the clutch got burned out and followed by a breakdown even after replacing the whole clutch kit during the second occurrence. All the 3 times we got stuck in the middle of traffic and this time my dad missed a very important meeting. Once it happened late night when there were lady family members in the car. We've been using various cars over the years and none had this issue (Mentioned not to get our driving style blamed).

              This is our only request - please recall the vehicle and do the necessary compensation. It was a big mistake from our end buying this car from a brand doesn't even provide a minimum value for money. We doesn't need to get this repaired once again and risk our life further. Or what if it happens late night at a remote location?

              I did raised a complaint 5 days back and haven't heardback anything from the officials yet and the car is still in service center. Kindly requesting to help with this situation. We spend over rs 14 lakhs and now using public transport for daily needs. They were not even ready to provide a spare vehicle in the mean time.

                I had purchased creta 1.6sx diesel in july 2018 from ketan hyundia nagpur
                Vehicle no - ma-31 fa 9522. (Rajendra khatri [protected]) within 6 months there is an issue in the gear box. The car is for my personal use and till date the reading is around 11000km. I gave my vehicle for servicing on 19th jan 2019 (Second free service). And on 23 the gear box started giving trouble. The gear is blocked and cannot shift the gear. I caaled the dealer (Ketan hyundai) and told about the issue and the executive asked my to bring the vehicle to the showroom myself saying that he cannot arrange the pickup for the same. And after waiting for 2-3 hrs he says that it will need time and will update me regarding the same on monday as saturday and sunday are holiday. And today i am being told the the spare parts of the gear box are not available and it will atleast take a week to arrange it.. My concern is in just 5-6 months the new vehicle started giving troubles and the dealers are not even ready to help. I am really upset with the service of ketan hyundai nagpur.. Please tell me what should be done..

                  I am very surprised to know about my car fault which was done by service center (Dpm hyundai). There is no feed back call from service center after servicing. I have always did my car service on hyundai but this time i am very disappointed by hyundai service by dpm hyundai and in future i will not preferred to go hyundai service center. Car reg no.                   The door changed by paras Hyundai hanumangarh making noise not fitted properly I think power staring also not working properly after taking one month for repairing.

                    I have left my car for service on[protected] at jains hyundai, vellore due to a major damage.

                    The repair took around 3 months.

                    The work seemed decent at the begining, as time passes i could notice few faults

                    1. A patch work painting has been done to drivers door. The patches are clearly visible. The door looks mat finish whereas the rest of car is shining perfectly.

                    2. There is gap above the headlights (Both sides)

                    When i left my car for 2nd service at trident hyundai, kr puram, bangalore, they told that they will charge extra to rectify these things.

                        Amount paid for extended warranty and rsa, however kun hyundai chennai missed to do both post escalating after 40days of delivery in 2016 same was issued but missed to update rsa inspite of amount paid.
                        Last week vehicle breakdown on highway at that time came to know rsa was not updated post ecalation same was updated however not sure what happened to amount paid in 2016 and response from dealer is not satisfactory and customer care head archana is very arrogant and irresponsible in resolving the issue
                        Now rsa updated on[protected] but not accepting yo refund the amount of rs.3000 paid to another d dealer for towing expenses and rsa

Unfortunately both is not available. strong regret of buying. Would like to return and exchange with i20 diesel? Is it possible? 15 days old.

                          I think Hyundai should look at this in deep and let customers know, Because of this I had to spend INR 24, 000/- to replace the new AC Compressor. This is really painful...

                            I'm Pavan, I recently purchased a Hyundai Verna Sx Option from Trident Hyundai on 28th March 2018, Car number is KA-51-ML-6391. The usage is very less, in fact till date I have only driven 1200 kms in 11 months. I wasn't told about the auto link feature or the app and I installed it and later on I started having battery draining issues. This happened multiple times and I got fed up and called the Road Side Assistance and the person told me that the battery might be the problem, so I took it to Trident Hyundai, Hosur Road, Bengaluru. I told them the problem and they said they'll look into it and that I had to leave my car for 24hrs minimum to check. Next day I called and went to collect my car back only to find that they had damaged the front right side bumper. Prior to this, I had repeatedly told the service adviser to handle with care as I saw the way the cars were being handled was very aggressive. Same way I believe even my car was handled hence the damage was caused. The service manager agreed that it was their fault and I've taken that in writing as well, they said they shall paint half bumper and give it back in new condition but again when I went to take the car it was around 6pm and evening time so I couldn't see anything. Next day morning when I saw there was a lot of dust embedded into the paint which means the paining was done in a poor quality condition.

                            I want a new bumper from Hyundai now since the damage was done from your end. Reach out to me on [protected].

                            I just want this rectified before I take this matter legal.

                              I bought a hyundai creta from (Himgiri auto india pvt. Ltd) gurgaon, haryana on 16/10/2018 and delievery on 18/10/2018.

                              Yet i didn't received vehicle registration number of my car from dealership.
                              Called so many times to dealership about registration but there is no solution at all. Temporary number given by the dealers is expired. I am unable to drive my car without complete papers. Bank (Hdfc bank pvt. Ltd.) is demanding the registration number for processing.

                                Hyundai India, the car manufacturer do not provide any address or email id in any of their documents like "owner's manual" or website. All business activity is based on call center, which do not create any trail of correspondence.

                                Please ensure that any company operating in India shall, display their address including email id in their stationery and website. Complaint escalation process and procedure shall be known to every user. Any information shall be made available to potential user when demanded.

                                If any body is having any complaint regarding their product or service, it should create a trace. To escalate to higher level if need arise, correspondence trail is very important.

                                Calls to call center do not leave any trail to refer in future.

                                    i am a customer of hyundai possessing grand i10 era . i had purchased in the year 2014 from Mukesh hyundai, guwahati, Assam .After few days from the purchasing day i heard a crackling sound from the left rear side somewhere from the wheel area. i immediately visited the showroom and enquired. but they told me it was a minor problem and can be solved by just visiting a service centre. I went to mukesh hyundai service centre at LAST GATE, Guwahati. I am not sure but approximately i visited 10 times to the service centre . you can verify it by the records and documents maintained by the service centre. At last they found it the problem was in shock absorber and they replaced with a new one as per them . It took around two years to get rectified .They closed the complaint after that. But now from 2018 november the same problem again started and now the sound is quite audible.
                                    Now my question is whether the car was a defective right from the manufacturing and without assessing by your expert team they had sold to me or if the problem was in shock absorber and which was being replaced was not a genuine part.
                                    i already have Maruti Zen which had covered around 70000 km as compared to the grand i 10 which had covered merely 20000 km does not have any problem of shock absorber till date.
                                    I am being a busy medical practitioner have already wasted lot of time in visiting service centre and i think if i will again visit i am going waste money and time both and that also is not sure your service engineer will be able to solve my problem.
                                    This time i am going to put the matter on the consumer forum since i feel i have been cheated by selling a defective car and since warranty was there i have been given mere promises and passed the warranty time.

                                        Sir, I see the job notification from Shine job app. There is written as direct joining immediately name, contact and provided contact no and mail id Name - Anjali Sharma Mob - 8750022490 Email - [email protected] Contact her and she said me deposit 1000/- rupees for the processing fee then she forwarded to Sumit Shaha (mob - 9205089492), he call me and said deposit 3500/- for security, uniform and i-card. Sumit Shaha send me a offer letter.Then he forwarded to Munna kumar yadav (mob - 8799783670). He call me and said deposit 6500/- for opening of salary account. Then he forwarded to payal verma (mob -9319617817) she call me and said deposit 8000/- for fooding and living for 15 days of training. Then I don't contact with her . Then Sikha Roy (mob - 9891226582 & 9891259917) call me and said deposit 6500/- for issue of courier but I deposit 3000/- then I call all members they all said me if you are not get the job your payment is refundable. But payment is not refunded still. Please take this seriously and quick action and refund my payment.
