I mrs. Neeta sachin kuldhar booked hyundai xcent crdi red colour car on 29/dec/2018 from kamal hyundai, shop no.1 & 2, ground floor, sai vihar, plot no.17, sector-10, kharghar, navi mumbai-410210. (Cin: u24116mh2002ptc135946). And they given commitment to delivery the car on 11/o1/2019 but they informed us on 06/01.2019 that red colour is not available, so we compromised for available star dust colour due to time management & prompt delivery date. On delivery date of 11/01/2019 in the earliest hours we checked with the sales person mr. Rahul who confirmed that the delivery is prompt before[protected] hrs, but called up later by 1300 hrs and confirmed that the car is still on transit. So we strongly condemn against this un ethical behaviour from the showroom staffs as the date we requested was our baby's birthday date. We are deeply depressed & disappointed because of it.
Hyundai Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Very poor management skills, false commitments & no value for customers.

Its like a hell to deal with such showrooms who does not value the relationship with customers.
Note: paid booking advance 51k on 29/12/2018, remaining 7.5 lakhs settled on 07/01/2019. Also our advance fancy number booking receipt been handed over to them on 09/01/2019.

    Again it happened. The gear box is leaking for the 4th time in 4 years.

    With the first failure it was proven that the hyundai engineering is a big failure and then in the subsequent times it is proven that hyundai does not even care about proper service, customer satisfaction and does not listen to customer for the already sold cars.

    What i expect as a customer is a permanent solution and don’t want to spend my valuable time for your mistakes. I had enough of this issue.

    First four times some temporary solutions were provided by apco hyundai calicut and each time they told that it is fixed. Then i lost trust in them. So i took the car to a different hyundai dealer who conveyed that gear box is still leaking.

    Please take this issue with high priority and not just as a regular complaint because this is the fourth time i am suffering. If i don’t get proper importance for this issue and timely permanent solution (Without any usual lame marketing tactics from a company to a user), my next step would be rely on the court of law. Sorry to say this but i am really in a pathetic state which forced me to say this. Hope hyundai values your customer.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Bad experience with Hyundai Motor India for the poor quality of locking system in highly demanded product like CRETA.

      i am attaching the VEDEO of my car which was attempted for theft on 5th Dec 2019 really it surprised that how within fraction of second the security system was violated/unlocked the driver side door.
      Car model- Creta 1.6VTVT E, Reg No- DL8CAV4473 engine no G4FGJU511529
      i am unable to enter my original keys inside driver door manually after this theft attempt it means mechanical locking not operable.

      keeping such incidents how Hyundai Motor India can ensure strong security system its a threat for the big brand image.

      I need a proper explanation from Hyundai Motor India & what is the solution for my lock damage???

      I would like to suggest Hyundai Motor India R&D division consider this as case study for more research on better locking system .

          My hyundai i 10 vehicle magna optional ap 31 aw 1333 was bought in 2007 december 12.
          I am very happy customer and owner till i give it for general servicing tomango hyundai vizag mvp colony on 29 th 30th december 2018. They have really damaged my vehicle by their poor servicing quality. The servicing is damaged/dangerous/careless service by mango hyundai visakhapatnam.

            I own a hyundai i20 elite "cg 04 me 9711"
            I have acomplaint against shivnath hyundai branch telibanda
            I had an accident of my car a month before and i went for insurance claim
            I came to know that my police is not cashless which they promised me when i purchased my vehicle
            And then the service department, mr amit i have been talking to him since my car went for repair
            He cant tell me what aprox time it will take to get my vehicle fixed every week i call him and ask for the status and he tells me that my car is going to be ready in 2-3 days jus one or the other thing is left every time i call him he said the car is absolutelt ready jus one thing is left or some other reason
            The last time i visited he said the gear cable is damaged he said me he checked with the other cable, he said he ordered new cable it will come in 2 days but that didnt happened for more than 2 weeks my car isn't ready today its been more than a month still my car is not ready
            And still he says there is a problem cuming in gear box than what he checked how he checked i am really frustated with the service and dissatisfied still he cannot tell me what time it will take or what is the problem cuming please do some enquiry and get me a result, i cant call or go to the service centre all time i have many works to do neither they talk properly nor they have an answer what should i do...

              Am writing this email with extreme dissatisfaction because of the unprofessional behavior from pothen's hyundai (Kazhakootam, trivandrum branch) sales team.

              We made a booking for i20 asta cvt (Red) on 22-dec-2018, paying rs.10000 as advance. The delivery date was committed as latest by[protected]. Then we paid the rest of 8.2 lakhs on 28-dec-2018. I am attaching the order booking form and cash receipt about the same.

              After debiting the entire amount, pothens informed that red color is not available and only white is available for the price. If we want to purchase red, we need to pay extra for 2019 model. We absolutely did not agree and was asking for the refund since 31st dec.

              I am expecting the management to sort this issue faster and refund the amount of 8.3 lakhs latest by tomorrow (Jan 8th) as this has happened due to the negligence of the pothens or hyundai team and customers should not suffer because of formalities within the company.

              Ever since we asked for refund, there has been efforts to delay and convince us saying they'll know the 2019 pricing soon and will see if they can fit in the same price. They kept on delaying and finally on 4th jan, they said we need to pay extra, we again denied. Today is 1-7-2019 and we have not received the refund. We have been interacting with sales executive riju b, and per the latest communication from him, finance would take their time and can do only by 10th. This is ridiculous considering the situation which we are going through with our 8.3 lakhs blocked for 10 days now.

              The following are the main reasons which i think the dealing was unprofessional.

              1. The reason which they described is that, they ordered red but hyundai shipped white. This was such a lame reason and i cannot believe this would happen with hyundai.

              2. The team came home and was very much keen to take the existing vehicle as exchange on 29th dec, even without confirming that the booked vehicle will arrive. This is sheer negligence and unprofessional.

              3. We have lost the year end deal from popular hyundai also since we fell by the wrong commitments from pothens, since we visited pothens first.

              4. We are losing the bank interest also

              5. There has not been prompt communication from the sales team, we had to follow up for updates.

              I am escalating this matter to the senior management/ hyundai customer relations team, expecting a prompt response / solution.

                I have a hyundai creta sx plus diesel purchased on 22nd sept 2017.
                The clutch plate is worn out 3 times with in 18months or 20000kms. And every time your service adviser states that the issue is with driving and due to high traffic in city. After paying 17.4l for a car if i am not to drive it in city traffic or not use clutch how do the company expect us to commute in city?
                And i have been driving car since last 6years and have driven more than 1l kms over all.
                And this is a common problem among creta users.
                They company nor the showroom people care to address it.
                Totally disappointed with the company/showroom.

                Purchased it at trident hyundai hosur road bangalore.

                  Please note that work carried out by your staff is not of good quality. At the time of regular service in july 2018 i was told to get the clutch done. I agreed but i asked one question that how long it would work. I was told that it will work and you need not worry about it. But i am sorry to say that i am facing same problem within 6 months.                     I have a 2016 model creta (Sx+, diesel). I have faced three times clutch failure while car was running. I have driven only 61k km this car and this is third time clutch of the car has failed. It is shocking as well as dangerous as all of sudden vehicle speed reduced drastically and gear lever stop functioning. If any high speed vehicle is coming behind you then it can collide with your vehicle. Already two times clutch has been changed. After every 6-7 months clutch suddenly stops working and i caught my self in big problem in the middle of the road and this time at mid night. Hyundai is not caring about this issue. There is some manufacturing defect in my car, which hyundai is unable to rectify and also not looking interested to rectify. I request to hyundai india to take back my vehicle so that i could get relieved from such a faulty car, which can be dangerous at any point of time and at any place. Hyundai india please check other cars also otherwise such faulty cars are dangerous for life.

Than he told me you come at services center and i repair ur car free of cost. Than he done 2 services within a month and billing is 1st for 15000 rs. And 2nd for 10000 rs. But after 2nd services my problem still not solved. Than i told praveen that u take 25000 within a month by doing 2 services. Than he abuse me and misbehave with me. And not solved my car problem. And take a charge of rs 25000. I request you plz ask praveen why he misbehave with me and abuse with me. And solved my car problem as soon as possible. Thanks

                      I purchased Creta E+ from Eutopia Hyundai Rajpur road Dehradun on 5th November 2018. Inspite of 10-15 remainders in last 3 weeks R.C. has not been furnished and the tax is also not deposited with RTO.Every time the CEO sales something about an unknown problem.please look into the matter and take stern action.

                        1) since i bought a car (17/10/2017), there was some issue with door noise/ fibre/ dashboard. I complain during my regular service as well send complain over email as well. But there was very poor response from service center as well case handlerfrom hyundai as well. Still issue is not resolved after 20000 km.
                        2) my service for 20000 is due & i booked the sevice 2days in advance & got confirmation as well. Still i am chasing with service center to pick up my car.
                        3) service call centre are uneducated & give poor response upon call.

                        Looking forward to have done positive feedback

                          Dear sir, I am a retired Additional Commissioner Transport Department Government of Rajasthanand residing at Jaipur Rajasthan. There were so many discount offers in new car sale, I make contact with Mr Vikram Laiker Owner of Roshan Motors Jaipur Pvt Ltd (dealer of Hyndai cars in jaipur). As per his direction Mr Prasant MD Roshan Motors contacted me and ask me to visit the show room . I with my family visited showroom and selected creta 2018 S 1.4 diesel version . After detailed discussion they offer me a discount that may be arround 11000/- to 15000/- but due sanction from Mr Laiker. I booked the car and handed over a chaque amounting Rs 11000/- to the sale executive Mr Gourav Sharma with the require documents. After the sanction of loan amount 1100000/- from State Bank of India, Mr Gourav Sharma called me for delivery of new creta car on 28/12/2018. I myself and my family visited the showroom at 4.30PM, according to their time and paid Rs 195000/- in cash. for rest amount Rs 71621/- they demanded chaque. I handed over the cheque of Rs 71621/- . In this way this was full and final payment for the said car.keeping the offer amount pending, as MR Laiker could not be availabe on phone as stated by MR Prasant MD. After a wait of 3 hours, Mr Gourav Sharma asked me to deposit Rs 80000/- in cash as a token money against the cheque . This was very much socking for me and my family and we feel very much insulting, since I have paid hole price of car.
                          due to this misbehavior I left the showroom without taking delivery of car. AT 9.30pm Mr Gourav came with new creta 2018 to my residence and parked the car in my house. Due the darkness and such dealing I could not check the car at the time. In morning when check the car and found that there were scraches on the front bumper and side of car. I take photos of that and send with complaint to Mr Laiker atonce, but sorry say till now he has not explain why he has delivered the damaged car to me. Therefore request you to exchange my car with a undamaged new car without delay and take suitable action against the dealer so that the reputation of your company does not be questioned.

                          I have made a complaint about the cheating and misbehavior by dealer of hyndai Rosan Motors jaipur pvt Ltd, on 4th January 2019 but surprise to know that your company have not yet responded. It a basic duty of the company to work at the satisfaction of the customers, and this also good for the reputation of a company.

                            I had an Insurance cover note from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance company in the year of 2016 while purchasing my car from Baltic Hyundai, Mathura Road, Faridabad. Sales representative's name is Mr. Mahender Bisht.

                            Last year I got insurance renewed through United Insurance Co Limited. When my car met an accident and reported for insurance benefit, United Insurance asked me to submit last year's No Claim Confirmation because I have availed No Claim Bonus while taking Insurance cover note from United Insurance.

                            After that I visited Bajaj Allianz General Insurance office and came to know the said certificate was not issued by their company and serial number which is mentioned on the cover note is absolutely wrong.

                            I hereby put a notice requesting that how and why this certificate was issued through Baltic Hyundai. I had paid INR 29937/= as insurance charges. Request kindly take an immediate appropriate action and arrange to get refund of the said amount. Also, please let me know if anything to be further done from my side.

                              Hi Team,

                              This is regarding a complaint against Capital Hyundai Noida, UP.

                              I called to Capital Hyundai on 31-Dec-2018 for query to provide the car on same day and sales executive Poonam gave me fake commitment for same to create a lead for her to sale a product which is Grand i10. Most important, capital Hyundai is not providing me complete information about the procedures in a single go.

                              They are asking for documents in pieces which is very irritating.

                              Please look into this as I have been promised to deliver the car by Sunday i.e. 6-Jan-2019. My loan is already approved and down payment has been already made.

                              Any delays in delivery will lead to.legal action and there would be repercussions as well.

                                sir, my name is anil. I have purchased a i20 car from your autherised dealer himgiri hyundui gurgaon on dated 23.12.2017. I have paid a amount of rs 869248 through dd of sarva haryana gramin bank dd no.510620 of dated 23.12.2017 on name of himgiri auto india pvt ltd gurgaon .But your retail invoice no.-n2226h[protected] of dated 21.12.2017 shows the purchasing value of vehicle is 682771 rs + 88583rs(debit note) .The total refundable amount which is 97894 rs is not refund to me till now .Chasis no of the vehicle is -malbm51rlhm482251 engine no.is-d4fchm483404. Please refund my discount amount as soon as possible, otherwise a legal action will be taken as soon by me against Himgiri hyundui gurgaon for their carlessness in refund .RC of vehicle and dd copy is also attached .Please solve this problem as soon as possible.Thank you .

                                  I have purchase new hyundai tucson 6 months ago and first day of my car is pulling left side and i ask a jamnagar gujarat showroom on first service but my problem is not solved after then i will go for second service on rajkot gujarat showroom and i will go two time for this same problem but still not solved after near that i will complain on his company toll free number and he say me for car check up in ahemdabad and i will go and ahemdabad is far may be 1100 km return from my house and he gives one day from me amd i will stay in hotel for this when i will got my car from show room first i go for test drive with workshop manager and i show him same problem because my problem is not short out after that i again call on hyundai comoany toll free number and he take on conferance i think sandeep sir on call from ahemdabad and talk about this prblem and he gives me his personal number but still my problem is not solved and bow he is not receive my phone call and any one not proper answer me what can i do after purchase this expensive car i hope here i want solution

                                    Isly apki car out of warranty ho gayi hain isly apko pay karna hoga, jabki ye complain main pichli kayi service se bata raha hun jabki apke sales advisor se comit kiya tha ki hyundai cars ki policy hai ki 3 year or unlimited km ki warranty hain.

                                      They are not ready to provide the service or at least the complaint number for the same which we are facing issue from 3 days and we customers are struggling because of this worst service. Met with an accident and asking for rsa service and no one is bothered to give us a service or at least some assistance. The persons who are working are saying we can't provide any timeline for the service

                                        I have given my Grand i 10 having Regd. No.OD 03 J 1331 in Aakashdeep Hyundai, Sambalpur for repairing. On delivery, I have found that, the service centre has changed my new Battery with an old one. On my complain through mail as well through telephone, there is no response from the service centre or from the Regional manager since last 14.11.2018.
