Purchased i10 1.2 kappa model 2012. Last week i saw eps warning and power steering got jammed. I did online search to find a solution was strange to know that it is very common problem with i10 and replacement is very costly. It should be treated as manufacturing defect in eps and it should be companies responsibility to fix. Moreover it is too risky to drive. Can we get cost effective and permanent solution to this issue?
Please suggests something?

    Have purchased hundai i 20 in oct 2017, one year complted and i provide car for 2 nd service through pick & drop option. After my car no. Is rj 14 yc 2269, one month car coolant finished and fan belt damaged completlly. Car heated high and stopped at one place. I contact to machenic, he told that there no collant in the car and fan belt damaged. I purched new fan belt and come to my home. I want to say that there is mistake, that machenic has not properly checked the car. Earlier within 15: days from service i complaint that car engine is stopped many times in market. Therefore i am reporting you to either proper checked the car providing loss bear by me or replaced the car.

      Talwar hyundai shaikpet branch one of the third rate service i hv ever faced. They ruined my grand i10 vehicle. Vry often i need to visit the garage to get the issue sort out. No permanent solution providing. Mental nd physical harassment. Samuel, abhijeet, rajshekar r waste in that branch. Power steering gets harder frequently nd stolen my front mud flaps. No proper support nd service done.

        Hello team,

        I have been addressing my clutch issue with shivam hyundai pune since my 2nd servicing but till today after 4th servicing they haven't fixed my issue.

        After 4th servicing i have again addressed the issue and now they are saying that the whole clutch plate set needs to be replaced. It will cost around 35k which is huge maintenance cost. It doesn't cover under warranty.

        This is because of their complete ignorance and non technical mechanics.

        This is my request not to buy a hyundai vehicle due high maintenance and costly spare parts.

          Dear sir,
          I am avinandan hazra from serampore was convinced by your representative mr swarnab dey and booked all new santro sportz varriant imperial beije colour after taking a test drive on 18.11.18 with the money of inr 11100/-. While booking the guy i mentioned over is very much confident about their delivery and promised me to give that car on 23rd of december 2018.
          Today i received a call from mr swarnab and then i came to know somehow my car delivery will be delayed for certain reason.
          Though my car loan of amount 439000 has been sanctioned and disbursed in to your account on 30th november.
          Now i have some quarries.
          1. When i am getting my car the all new santro sportz varriant imperial beije colour what i have booked in 18th nov 2018?
          2. Though i have paid approx 80% of the total on road price that was 450100 inr to you and not getting any receipt except the advance amount of 11100 inr. (In attached file).
          3. So if i conclude, the conclusion says that i avinandan hazra (Customer) booked a car and paid 80% to the austin hyundai singur (Service provider) and didn't get any product or any receipt till now. And also violating the commitment of delivery.
          I was promised to get that above mentioned product will delivered on 23rd of december 2018 and if it will not be delivered on that day then clearly it will be the failure of commitment from the service provider to the customer. And may be violating the consumer law also.
          Hope it will be shorted out very soon and expecting a proper reply of my quarries mentioned above from your side.
          I am attaching my booking details in the attachment.

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: cars

            The issue that i have experienced was: i have purchased grand i10 sportz in month of july 2017. Yesterday i have washed my car after washed we can see water entered in back light. Pic attached for reference.

            It occurred on: 13/12/2018

            Please change my car back light as soon as possible.

            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

              Recently my has met with an accident and i opted for insurance claim, your showroom agents has done the inspection and as per that report i got the insurance claim and hi, hi,

Post which i had a problem with the ac motor working, i have contacted the service showroom again and now they are again asking me to pay around rs.17000/-. Actually this is repair/problem which happened at the time of accident and your agents as to check and should provide the accurate report, which is not done properly due to which i had to pay this amount.

              I need a solution for this problem, as i am not ready to bear these charges. I want my car problem to be resolved.

                I booked i10 grand petrol dual tone red black on 20th nov 2018 and as they demand for payment i did full payment on 23rd nov 2018. Moreover i finance this car through district bank. now i already give one premium of my car to the bank and still i am not getting my car. I am started to fill my installment with interest and mirrikh hyundai still give me different dates of delivery of my car. they said this car is not in production so suppose it is not in production than why they took my order at time of my booking. now i am worry about money which i took as car loan also booked car.

                first i want to know from company that shall i get my car for which i already do payment through bank loan. second Hyundai want to sell only those product which they have or they do not want to satisfy customer requirement. and if they don't have any product or don't want any product to continue in production they must inform their dealer as well as customer. Why your dealer did booking of my car if company not having such products.

                  We booked santro on 19/10/18 with order i. D n2216-[protected] whose booking has been cancelled by company on 12 december 2018. Company give number[protected] to contact if we havenot cancelled. Sir below are some issues
                  1. The contact number which company message is not working
                  2. We have not cancelled our booking.
                  3. If you cancelled our booking didnt showed how we can refund our booking amount
                  4. The number [protected] which is on website is also not working
                  5. Company dealer of bhiwani also showed irresponsible behavior

                    My other car is the worst air filter sensor from the last 1 month.. Due to which the car is not going upwards to the rpm 3.. Car pickup is not gud.. And did not even have a teflon coating of my car, while the first time the service was made of the time that the second service would be done and once more the coating would do. I even got the service and compliance. Still no response was found.. If so poorly why will someone take your car service.. Please solve my problem as soon as posible...

                      I have a hyundai creta car purchased on july 3, 2017 and has done only 5969 kms as on date.
                      On november 23, 2018 while driving with my wife, i noticed smoke coming from under the bonnet. I stopped the car and opened the bonnet to find the entire left side of the car (Engine bay) on fire. Luckily passerby and people around rushed to help us and put out the fire in about 10 minutes.
                      We were lucky that we stopped the car and if we had not noticed smoke for a few more minutes, the petrol line, battery, fuse box would have ignited and it could have been fatal.

                      I tried calling the hyundai road side assistance and also the helpline number. The phones were unreachable as they were put on automated voice mail mode. Luckily i had a dealer phone number and he arranged for help, which arrived after 4 hours to tow away the vehicle to the nearest service centre.
                      I then made a police complaint at the colaba police station.

                      Next day i was called at the service station for follow up and processing of insurance claim. The fire was caused due to the faulty connections in the lights and therefore i rejected to claim the insurance. The dealer then agreed that it was their mistake and they would restore and repair the car at their expense without any cost to me.

                      I have been writing to hyundai motors india ltd (Hmil) and official of the dealer `shreem hyundai' and requested them for full refund of the car as my family is now scared to use the car. I do not wish to take the car back as it almost took our life.
                      I wish to mention here that, these same lights and connectors had burned within 1 month of purchase on august 21, 2017 and they were changed by the dealer then. They again gave problem in october 2017 and again the dealer changed the bulbs. On both occasions they assured us that, it was not serious and nothing to worry.

                      I have made a lot correspondence in these last 3 weeks with several officials of the dealer and hmil but they are telling me to take the car back and are denying me refund of the money paid towards the car.

                      Ceo, mr. Surjeet singh of `shreem hyundai' has come and met me with their service engineer 3 times and are trying to convince me to take the repaired car back. Gm of hmil (Mr. Virendra masurkar) came last week, but it seems, he is only supporting their dealer `shreem hyundai' and not worried of the aggrieved customer who could have lost his life.

                      I request you please guide me, as to how i can go about this episode, wherein i do not want the repaired car back and want compensation by way of refund of money or a totally new car.

                        My car engine got ceased in jst 2 and a half year and the main thing is that the parts are not available in india specially engine crank and its almost 15 days now nd the parts have still not arrived and the company people are saying that this part is not available in india and now it will be despatched from south korea that means it will again take more 1 month to get deliverd over here. My work is getting hampered due to this, and if the car will not be provided within a week m not gonna take this car and will go ahead and file a complaint against the same. Please take the required initiatives as soon as possible, i can not wait anymore. It is in the urgent basis.

                        Hi tomorrow I m going to buy xcent sx car, but they take me handling charges which one I said no but they said it's a compulsory, but I Know that is not legal, so please tell tham n let me know what should I do.

                          My name is jithin nazar, i am working in uae. I serviced my car (Hyundai creta, vin no: malc281rlgm119021, reg no: kl-7-7771) at popular hyundai geetanjali junction nh 47 byepass, vytilla, kochi, kerala, india on 11-dec-2018. I serviced my car from hyundai authorized service center only since last two years. But this time i noticed that servicing of my car is very poor.

                          Service team recommended for oil change, all filter replacement and some other small replacements. Due to some financial issues, i requested them only for oil and filter change. After the service they delivered my car and i was totally upset with the service. I never experienced such thing in this two years time span.
                          Oil was spilled all over the engine compartment & not cleaned properly. Even my car is not washed properly after the service.

                          Please refer attached photos for your review & action. As a hyundai customer, i believe, hyundai promises customer satisfaction along with business.

                          I hope, me & other customers should not experienced this situation in future.
                          Looking forward to receive positive reply & solution from hyundai.

                            I gave my hyundai i 10 for denting and painting at hyundai service centre in patel nagar dehradun on 3rd december 2018. The agency people promised me to deliver it by 10th december and when i went on 12th december to know the status of my car they say it will be done by evening... When i requested them to show me the condition of the car i could see a lot has to be done...
                            They made a lot of excuses... I have cervical problem and its difficult daily to commute by auto and spending so much on taxi why can't the agency deliver what they promised it's highly unprofessional of an agency.

                              We purchased a hyundai eon car on june 2013, hans hyundai, new delhi and as of now, i. E., december 2018 it has 7, 900 kms on it.

                              We are facing the following issues with the car:

                              (I) eps light coming on and the power steering feels too hard - i took it to the workshop and they say the power steering module isn't working and needs to be changed.

                              (Ii) air conditioning not working - the workshop says gas isn't there.

                              (Iii) boot door doesn't stay open - the workshop says both boot struts aren't working and needs to be replaced.

                              To our surprise, the car which has not even been run for 8, 000 kms has all the above failures. This shows the poor quality & workmanship
                              Of your product & it is not acceptable. We as customers buy your vehicle considering the reliability & quality of the cars.
                              But if the car can't even run 10, 000 kms without issues then how can we consider the reliability of buying hyundai cars.

                                I have purchase a creta automatic diesel car in february 2016. My registration no is mh14- fm 119, last week 3 times road side assistant came & jump started the car, while charging the battery again & again he told there is 3 years warranty for battery, take the car to service centre.
                                But as soon as i took the car to service station, sanjay hyundai bhosari person refused to change the battery.
                                Please replace my car battery, as it is under warranty & website for hyundai car for parts also shows there is 3 years warranty on battery?
                                Please look into the matter urgently or i have to forcely go to consumer court.

                                  Greeting on the festive month from me and my family.
                                  This is in regard to the way your dealer has responded to a booking and i am getting penalised for the same.
                                  Let me brief the incident: on 7th nov i booked (By paying rs 5000 via google pay) a hyundai i10 grand with an exchange. I owned an alto lx 2004 model. My demand for the vehicle was "x", since i need to balance the budget. The dealer offered a "x-y" which was not acceptable to me. Still i told, my booking remain open until the exchange price matches my demand. Days 7/8 gone, on 9th maruthi came and offered amount "x" and i went for swift. By evening hyundai dealer came to hold the exchange since they will give "x+z" amount.
                                  Very sorry to say this was the way your people responded. When they had option to give a reasonable offer, they kept silent. And on 10th above i went dealer and gave a written letter of cancellation (Attached).
                                  Then comes the next concern, till today 7th dec 2018 i haven't paid back my booking amount. Another dealing for the dealer. I have followed up, called the dealer thrice, the sales manager, last mr sivakumar too. There was no response. It was told when taken the cancellation on 10th that will get credited in a week.
                                  In both the case the deal in unsatisfactory, i have been penalised. Kindly make arrangements to credit 5000/- to my ac.

                                    Service of my vehicle 'santro' no. Up 53 an 0389 was done on 28.11.18. I am very sorry to say that defect in brake shoe occurred in the way within 50 kms of travel from service. My wife and kids were felt so much problem and any how they reached home. Any how i bring the vehicle to my residence in gorakhpur.
                                    Out of the 3 defects mentioned in ro, one not attend for want of part and one is not attended. This type of poor quality service not only reduces the reliability of vehicle but also gives lot of trouble as my family faced today.
                                    Please get it rectified immediately and also provide proper training to your technical staff to improve their workmanship.

                                      I have purchase grand i10 on oct 15 2018. After 15 days glass noise sound comes from front left window. After that i went for 1st service on 8 dec 2018. I told the same to service center mechanics. But they were unable to resolve the issue. They said they contact with hyundai team and resolve the issue.. It's very unfortunate thing from hyundai that they didn't find out the big in there car testing phase.. How can such a big car manufacturer do the mistake. I have already dropped a mail regarding the same to hyundai. If needed then i can reach out to your higher authority for the same.

                                        I was a proud owner of hyundai santro since 2005 and having that experience i bought a new hyundai creta sx (O) (2016) and things went pretty well for about few months and suddenly my car's ac stopped working and i consulted with the nearest hyundai service center as per the guidance of hyundai road side assistance. The dealer was s. S hyundai (Pulamon p. O, kottarakkara, kollam, kerala), they told me that the ac belt got torn off so i must change the belt and i did as they suggested and everything went well again for a few months and then i felt my ac wasn't working properly and again consulted with another dealer pothens hyundai (Mannanthala, vattappara p. O, maruthoor, thiruvananthapuram, kerala) and this time they suggested me to change the ac filter and i did it accordingly and the same thing happened again.

                                        I'm completely dissatisfied with hyundai's complaint services and the assistance that i got from your service authorities since i didn't got my ac fixed yet. I would like to request you to take necessary actions regarding the same.
                                        Sir i have already complained in panel related service my complain no is ran[protected] . but service is not complete .service center says we have not avalable in matterial for service in last.. 3 months. dev chatterji not recived in my call ...
