Recently i made up my mind to choose hyundai vehicle and that turned up to a complete mess up. 2 days back exactly on 28 th dec 2018 i confirmed hyundai elite i20 asta dual tone white as my model and transferred rs. 5000 as booking amount to popular hyundai kochi. Same time we agreed on trading my existing vehicle suzuki swift dzire vdi with new i20 and balance amount as bank loan. Next day after my booking means 29th dec 2018 at 5 pm hyundai promise team had came and took my existing vehicle and 30 th morning (Today) bank executive has called me and requested for documents. Same time when i made a call to my executive mr. Kiran [protected] and mr. Lijo showroom manager [protected] had informed me the vehicle that supposed to deliver with in 2 days to me has been sold to someone else... Most disgusting deal that i ever experienced in my life.. Just imagine, now i don't have my old car as well as new car. So strongly recommend to avoid such vehicle dealerships for your future business. Hope no one could face these kind of cheating from any kind of industry

Sir I reject my booking for Santro and take Hyundai i10 grand sportz from another dealer but first dealer
(Bagga Hyundai, Jay Mangal shastrinagar, Ahmedabad)doesn't give my token back and says after 10 or 15days . So please do as fast as possible to give my money back. I have attached the receipt of token.
I am facing the same problem twice a month in my verna . there's been not more than three months of buying my car and every single month i face the same problem.twice the company took 3 days to solve the problem but after some time i am facing the same problem.
I was looking for a Grand i 10 Era model on exchange of my old santro car. The MCP hyundai, Irinjalakuda Executives came and valued my car and we finalised the exchange rate and all. After that they said that they dont have era variant with them, then I said its okay I will go for Swift Lxi model, which was my 2nd option and the stock was available with the dealer and I finalized the rates and offers with the Maruthi dealer. On the same day the MCP executive told me that they have Grand I 10 era model and I can block the car by making down payment. I paid Rs.2, 50, 000/- on 24.12.2018 and handovered my car. And for the balance amount I applied for a loan. The loan got sanctioned. On 28.12.2018 the Executive called me and said that they dont have the car you can go for magna variant which costs Rs.1, 00, 000/- .or they will refund the down payment. I asked him How you can take a booking and down payment for car which is not in your stock, then he replied me that his manager advised him to do so. I called his manager and he is saying the same options that the executive said. I told him that I will file a case in consumer court if I didn't get the swift on the same rate that I have finalised before with maruthi dealers, then he said that you can go for that way also. I feel that the executive is far better than his manager. The Manger had no ethics and his concern is only his booking and target, for that he will do such unethical practices.

    I am writing out to you because i have had the worst service experience with my recent visit. Can't believe this is what i am getting from hyundai. I am going to send the same mail to hyundai india, because modi hyundai is clearly the most pathetic service ever.
    I own hyundai excent, and had come to your thane service center for my regular car servicing on october 27th. The same day i also took your amc, which now i regret highly. While handing it over your service guy asked me if i had any issues which needs to be addressed, to which i stated the following two:
    1. The brake light panel on the rear windshield makes a continuous noise while driving, possibly because it has become loose.
    2. The front seats makes noise while driving, possibly because the bolts/nuts needs to be fasten.
    I believe these were the most simple issues any service guy would come across.
    I was given a bill of 9k+ for these problems in my car. Which he gave the explanation in a very poor language. Nevermind.
    I was given the handover of my car next day i. E 28th which was earlier promised on 27th itself, but that's the least of my concerns.

    On 28th i enter your service station at 1pm and leave at 3:45pm. I am guessing this itself is the proof of how poor the service is. Pathetic sounds good here.
    I get my car in the following condition:
    1. Brake light panel on the rear windshield broken. Now it makes more noise then before. No explanation why it was broken.

    2. Seat noise unresolved

    3. Scratches on the left side of my car starting from driver's door to the back doors.

    4. Oil patches on the windshield.

    5. Keychain attached to my key remote - stolen.

    6. 2:45hrs for the delivery to happen.

    Can you imagine scratches on my car at the service station, where i am supposed to be assured that my car gets in a better condition.
    I get a call from your executive asking for the experience on the rate of 1-10.. I gave 1.
    She accepted it and said thank you.
    I waited for more than a month to see if i get any resolution/response. And as you can see, there hasn't been any.
    Let me see what you have to reply. Let me see what hyundai india has to reply and let me also see what the consumer forum has to reply.

        Hyundai 24x7 roadside assistance did not help. I have a i20 elite - 2016 model. The warranty expired 3 days ago. Last night, the car refused to start due to a battery issue. We called hyundai. Since the warranty has expired, they categorically refused to help us if we did not have road-side assistance covered under insurance policy. Luckily, we had that covered and we sent them the soft copy. Still, they refused help and hung up on the pretext that it was not very clear. When we asked the person to connect to the supervisor, the person simply hung up.

        Not my idea of 24x7 assistance.
        Hmil... Pls look into this.

          We have purchased a new car i20 magna in the name suresh kumar on 20th december at that time dealer person mr devender misbehaved with us also raised unnecessary issues rgarding payment.
          Also in that day we have done rtgs of rs 80000/- his concern person confirmed the payment and vehicle delivered.
          Next day dealer confirm rs 20000 got reversed. This payment is not refelected in our account till date we have raised complaint for this to our hdfc bank and bank asking for dealer statement and dealer not providing statement please help

            Hi team,

            Kun hyundai lakidikapul, hyderabad dealer had sold defective car to me, i brought grand i 10 magna 2 weeks back. I realized that there is some issue with usb socket and it is not detecting any usb that is inserted. Upon getting it checked with their technician, was advised that there is some issue with the company fitted socket connection and that it would take 8-10 days to change the complete kit. I am very disappointed and upset with hyundai service and this horrible experience.

            I have lost trust and faith in hyundai and regret for my decision by going with hyundai as they are selling defective cars as part of year-end sales

            Please look into this issue urgently and reslove it on priority

              This is to inform you that i, the undersigned paramjit arora has purchased a grand i-10 from libra fourwheels pvt. Ltd, naraina, delhi –28
              Chessis n: mala851cljm901497 vide invoice no n1216h[protected] dated 30th. Oct.2018. And i have paid full payment of 30th oct.
              But till today i have not received the registration no / no plat.
              I have called many times at libra office and was told that i get the registration in 2-4 day by courier. But to my surprice, they have not even applied for the registration.
              I have also complained to hyundai customer care on 8th dec.2018 to 27th dec. Many times vide request id no 1-[protected] nd was told that they have forwarded the complained to higher authority. And i was told that i will get the registration soon.
              I have also complaint to the sho police, naraina. On 20th dec.2018.
              Please take the action immediately, other wise i will move to the honb’le court and the refund me the money with interest.
              I have never expected such a dealing / behavior of the big brand like hyundai.

                Sir/madam,
                I ordered hyundai santro on november and was satisfied with the speedy booking but much to the anticipation of the hyundai services, customer service here in dimapur, nagaland is horrible.
                I wrote a check on the delivery day and was rejected at first and was left at 7:00 pm from the showroom without the car. And since the next day was a holiday, i could do an online transaction with only half of the amount as there was limit within the account transfer, then after that only the car was released and delivered to my home. But, the paperworks about the car and the services provided by the salesperson and manager here in dimapur is unsatisfactory as they dont respect the customer here in nagaland. Please make sure that this dont happen with other customers and they did with me. We the public love hyundai and dont want it to be ruined by some people.

                As per my complaint, the problem regarding my issue for services has been good, I got the RC certificate of the car on time and everything has been done in order. I recieved a phone call regarding my experiences for purchasing the car and rated my overall experience. Just a suggestion though, Company should also maintain a strict policy regarding customer satisfaction, sometimes its very bad when the quality of the services are incompetent, the public suffers a lot due to the mistreatment recieved. Brushing aside all these factors. Thank you Hyundai.

                  I got a call from hyundai motor saying giving 210/- offer for all car polishing rubbing and few extra services. You only need to pay amount through cheque. So we were agree because its so cheap than after few hours the guy came and asked to give only government bank's cheque by asking to give private one he denied saying we have some conflicts going with private banks and he gave his own pen to my wife for Filling up all details on cheque it was filled PDC for 30th dec and yesterday was 27th dec 2018. Today in the morning at 12:37 on 28th dec 2018 we got a massage of 25000/- deduction by check on the name of Sunil Kumar Tomar and when we reached bank they shown us the same cheque filled with all different information which we didnt write the cheque was given on the name of hyundai and it shows some one sunil kumar tomar took out 25000 and all no.s from which we were getting calls are switched off Please track the case.

                    Since the vehicle is purchase there are some problems which are observed and subsequently report to the concerned dealer.

                    Complaint observered :
                    1. Steering locked when vehicle in running condition. Solution : some module was changed. Then again steering was locked one more time
                    2 brake failed while the vehicle is in running condition on mi road jaipur which almost led to an accident. Solution : no solution.
                    3. Occasionally pick up problem in 2nd gear causes irritation. Solution : changed power tool at service center 1. There is no improvement
                    4. Heavy engine noise in 2nd gear after complaint no 3 is attended. Solution : no solution.

                    It is very disappointing to find such complaints in a reputed make like hyundai and that too in a premium segment car.
                    I request you to change my vehicle with a new one or return my amount paid for this vehicle.
                    I am very much puzzled and annoyed by regular visits to the service center and no proper response & solution is provided by the service center and i am been directed to different service center. These service center are 35 kms approx away from my house. I have to take leave from my office just for this reason.
                    Company like hyundai is supplying a sub standard quality.
                    I am abusing myself for opting the option of hyundai as my preference car. Will be careful in future.

                    I would like to inform you that if any accident occurs due to these condition in the car, the company will be liable for all legal disputes.
                    I have given you the information well in advance. &: giving you some documents of visiting at service center

                      I am not satisfied purchasing my vehicle from hyundai (Rahul hyundai). It was my worst decision purchasing my car from hyundai (Rahul hyundai). You peoples cheated me by forcing me to purchase road side low quality accessories worth rs.25000/- in name of gueniune hyundai accessories without giving any invoice and also forced me to get insurance from hyundai and then gave me some third party insurance from aditya birla insurance. Mr. Jatin dua and sales manager mr. Cheema misbehave with me and forced me to cancel the booking of vehicle. Mr. Jatin dua (Finance employ) of rahul hyundai is the worst person i met in my life he lied for everything at time of giving as deal then after booking he refused to give anything which he committed i register a complaint (Request id : 1-[protected]) regarding this misbehave to customer care of hyundai then miss shilpa call me to come to rahul hyundai to solve this matter but instead of solving anything they misbehave with me and refused to fulfil my delivery and on the day of delivery of vehicle they refused to give my vehicle. Then i asked owner of rahul hyundai regarding same then he arrange delivery of vehicle but with accessories which i never want to apply on my car. Then you peoples forced me to sign the paper (No objection form) to close my complaint. I request hyundai to take necessary action against rahul hyundai and its employs whoever is involved in this type of fraud deals and sells cars as type of black market goods. After last i took decision i will never buy any car from hyundai in future.

                        Third class service i would strongly recommend dont buy hyundai cars
                        It was very big disappointing to me seeing your service,

                        I have few question can you please answer

                        1. Who will wait 6 months car register and how i can drive the car in road
                        2. Instead of buying maruthi s-cross i came for hyundai we belive in service but your giving the third class service to the customer
                        3. I have invested the 15 lack rs for buying the car and park in home?? Who will composite interest
                        4. I have taken this car family purpose its not fulfill my wish : (Could you please take back the car and give me 80 percent amount that would be great.
                        5. For following up you like dog is this my job every day??

                        1. I will large the case against your company
                        2. I will spared news in all over social media and where it possible about your third class treatment
                        3. I dont recommend to my friends dont buy hyundai vehicle

                        we have not recieved the basic accessories like cabin mat, mud flap etc. we already paid the amount Rs. 1400. kindly arrange it.

                          1) inspite of paying the sum of rs 5000 for basic accessories, the floor mattings are found to be absent in the car.

                          2) after getting the delivery of the car, within 30 kms of driving the bonnet of the car got heated extensively. Moreover, the engine temperature shown on the dashboard screen is much higher. At present moment it is not possible for me to remove the car out from the garage as the bonnet gets heated extensively and i am afraid that there might be the possibility of sudden breakdown on the road due to high temperature of engine. During my telephonic conversation with the manager of goa hyundai, i have been told that it is quiet common that the bonnet of hyundai creta gets heated.

                          3) after opening the bonnet, it is noticed that the insulation matting beneath the bonnet is found to be absent. But i can clearly notice the provisions made for the insulation matting.

                            Hi, i have purchased a elite i20 asta cvt from blue hyundai, rajajinagar. Firstly i would like to share that i have been a proud owner of hyundai cars over the past years. However my encounter with blue hyundai was horrific and made me loose my trust on the hyundai brand over all.
                            Issue faced 1 – on delivery, as it was a new car i wasn’t completely aware of the functions of the indicators, i enquired with the sales rep who confirmed the vehicle will have 5 ltr of fuel during delivery, on seeing the trip mtr the vehicle showed a 26 kms reading. As i had to reach home and do pooja for the vehicle with in the auspicious time i hurried with the vehicle to my home and assumed that the vehicle will have 5 lts petrol and i can travel a minimum of 50km in it. I reached home and finished the pooja and later took the vehicle for a drive and in search of fuel station, the vehicle stopped abruptly on centre of a road when the trip was showing a mere 34 km (I had driven only 8km). To my horrid experience i was not sure what went wrong and pushed my car a corner on the busy street main road along with my family in the vehicle only to do a basic test and on checking to figured out that the vehicle has stopped as it doesn’t have any fuel in it. When i called blue hyundai for help on this which was merely 3kms from the place where my car has broken down, i got zero support from the team and gyan from the sales rep that i should have fueled my vehicle after starting from showroom. When i have spent a good 10+ lakh on the buying a brand new vehicle i expect the hyundai to atleast keep the vehicle fueled to reach the nearest fuel station without hazel or the hyundai team should inform me that the vehicle will have fuel only to cover 8 kms please refuel immediately. Leaving a customer on a busy street with vehicle not moving a inch and when the customer is driving it with entire family and joy of owning a new car is dead. You guys screwed my complete exceitement and happiness of owning a new car after all the efforts i put on buying this car. Hyundai sucked my happiness and left me only with a horrific experience which i will be sharing for my entire life.
                            Issue faced 2 – the music system’s display buttons had all sorts of scratches on it. Unfortunately i noticed this after a day and felt it was totally useless to inform blue hyundai anything about it.
                            Issues faced 3 - when the car was delivered it was delivered without number plate, fasttag, gps memory card, road tax receipt. I was asked to collect after 2 days for which i politely obliged.
                            Issue faced 4 – as i m from a corporate firm i get free time only in the weekends. So i had to go back to blue hyundai the following weekend to collect the missing accessories of my car, i called the sales rep and confirmed if everything was in place for which he confirmed all the accessories are in place and asked me to pick it up. When i reached the blue hyundai and asked for the accessories i was handed over only number plate, fasttag and road tax receipt however the gps memory card was not in stock for which i was asked to come and pick up after another 2 days. Which i refused and informed the executive that i cant come back again and instructed that someone should come to my house delivery the card and explain the functionalities to me, for which the team agreed and said someone will visit my house which is in ramamurthy nagar (Bangalore). It has been exactly 24 days since my car delivery and i am yet to receive the gps memory card.

                            This car purchase has been the worst of worst experiences in my life. I hope hyundai address my issues and reverts with a positive response and restore my trust on the brand of hyundai. Same on hyundai

                              I visit kamarhati hundai showroom for repair my hundai eon car. After ready my car your representative called me to take my car. I visit today for take my car. During payment i give my amex indusind bank credit card. But your representative said me that this card is not acceptable to this showroom. The amount is so high & at present time i have no another option. Ur showroom make me a big trouble for this non acceptable card. I want from ur representative pls give ur bank link for online payment. Your representative fail to give me the aforesaid link. I am now unable to payment my money. So please modify it & accept like this amex credit card for a good faith with customer. This is a unexpectable system from ur side. Please modify the system.

G4fghw446109 now at evening around 4 pm they called me and reported that service has been completed and a bill amount of rs 2829/- is to be paid. The said car is registered owner is the new india assurance co. Ltd. When i approached the dealer to take delivery of the car they put before me fake bills of their sister concern amounting to rs 75, 647/- and asked me to pay off the bills then only delivery of the car is possible. I was astonished and aggrieved with the behavior of the dealer as i am a bonafide customer of hyundai and using different cars since 2005. My all family members and relatives also own hyundai cars. I have purchased this car on 9/6/2017 and also our crm purchased the creta on the same day from the same dealer. I always promote their business by selling their cars to my known ones. This sort of behavior of the dealer has distressed me with mental fatigue and stress. This sort of my harassment was not expected at all and is not tolerable at any means. I am in trouble and it has debarred me to carry out my business and had also effected my family. I tried to resolve the matter amicably but failed as the dealer is adament to listen to my plea for release my car. They had not given the delivery till date. Please intervene and get my car delivered without any hassle.

                                  I, dr. Lucas miranda, house no. 90, near the bus stand, sanguem, goa-403704, india, had purchased an i20 sports model, 1.4 diesel on 26/10/12 from goa motors pvt. Ltd. Verna, goa. Every time i took the vehicle for servicing to the same dealer. The services provided used to be quite satisfactory every time, but during the last service in oct'2018, i had a bad experience. I noticed at the end of the service, that my car was used for more than 30 kms. I thought some one in the company had used my car for personal work during lunch break. About a month later the engine started to give some creaking sound & i decided to use the rsa scheme i had availed of. When the rsa technicians came & checked my car & opened the bonnet, i was shocked to see the hard plastic engine cover was damaged. I strongly suspect someone in the company has played foul with my car.
                                  Sir, i urge you to initiate measures at your end to bring the culprit to justice, as we customers should not suffer at the hands of such degraded personal in your company.

                                    My car engine noise problem in one month. Am going to service center kanchipuram. But not response in the service center. And then am go to the vellore jains hyundai no response in vellore. We are all telling another noise but not for another noise. That the two service center is not response in the compliants. Fastly u can action the relatable service centers. And then resolve the noise problem early.

                                      I have purchase a hyundai i 20 sportz bs iv on 20.05.2016 from, by purchase of om sai hyundai in hazaribag, jharkhand-825301. I have service in nov 21st 2018, and i travelled just 500 km suddenly i travelled with my family my vehicle start was stopped. I call by service manger in om sai hyundai the mechanic come and check my vehicle they decided to my engine was seized. Then firstly authorized service center are remove in hazaribag, jharkhand. I tochen my vehicle for my personal vehicle and shift to ramgarh service center. The service manger of ramgarh they check and confirm to my engine was damged and approx. Cost to be put 70000/-. I query in 2.5 yrs by my i20 vehicle running on 20000 km. Firstly hyundai company was very poor and and your service was much worst, in this time my two vehicle mahindra and tata company for appx.15 years to be running but not face any problem by engine since. So kindly taken action for my case.

                                        1. Despite my complaints and emails dated 12 dec, 05 dec and 29 nov 18, i have not been paid my dues (Rs 35000/-) by libra hyundai of naraina, new delhi.
                                        Moreover, no reply/response has been received to my emails, by any medium. I have also recorded complaints on the hyundai call center, under the numbers 1-[protected] and 1-[protected].

                                        2. I purchased a hyundai grand i10 from hmil authorized distributor, m/s libra hyundai (Naraina, new delhi) in the month of august 2018 (Vin: mala851cljm858676)

                                        3. This purchase was made against exchange bonus (Rs 15000/-) and resale value (Rs 20000/-) of my old car.

                                        4. Therefore, at the time of the sale, i was promised an amount of rs 35000/- (Total of the above two amounts). The sales team assured that the discount bonus and resale amount of the old car will be credited to my bank amount a few weeks after delivery of the new car.

                                        5. I have shared all necessary details (It pan, bank account details, etc) with the libra hyundai sales team, to facilitate timely payment. The concerned persons at libra hyundai are mr sarvesh ([protected]) and mr libra ([protected]).

                                        6. However, it's almost 3 months, and i am yet to receive the money.in repeated reminders, the only explanation being offered by them is that the "owner is not in town".

                                        7. This is quite unbelievable - the "owner" cannot be missing from action for so long. Moreover, this is unacceptable treatment of a customer.

                                        8. Also, nobody from hmil or libra hyundai has shown the courtesy of replying even once - despite my multiple emails.

                                        9. This is as good as fraud, and should be booked under ipc 420.

                                        10. I hope posting this complaint here has some positive effect on both firms - hmil and libra hyundai.
