Hello my complaint is regarding hyundai dealer, i visited show room week ago wanted to gift a automatic sports car to my wife company sales girl influence me to buy santro with lotz of features in very cheap price, she explained one by one all fetures of santro sports automatic and she told hyundai's most successful model is santro, and many more things she told, i got delivery of car on 28th of november 2018. Just before a day i tried all features which company sales girl told me i feel like she makes me fool as name of fully featured car. I want justice from company

    I had visited dealer himigiri hyundai in dilshad garden, delhi for buying new grand i1o in the month of october 2018. While booking they had given certain amount of discount which was in written on piece of paper and few verbal commitments. They had promised me to deliver the car before diwali which was on 7th december 2018. But they had given the false commitments and didn't deliver the car on promised date. When i called the sale person mr neeraj for further followup he didnlt picked up and further stopped taking my calls for giving exact picture of delivery. I raised this issue to their gm and able to get a new sales person mr raza. But only name change but the behavior and attitude towards customer remains same. They keep on extending the expected date of delivery on each call. After so much of tussle they are able to deliver the car in december 2018.
    When i reached for final payment they denied to give the offers they prmoised on my first booking day and behaved so badly in front of every one. There team doesn't even know how to behave properly with a girl. For my each statement about asking for their value for their words they had given on the day of booking, they raise dthere voice and started shouting that you can cancel the booking. If this is the way to behave with the customer then why you are expecting people to come to your store. I even advice as amny people as i know that please dnt visit this store for any thing. There employees are too bad and they dnt want to show the commitment towards customer. What hyundai is looking in issuing delaers contract to these people. They dnt have manners to speak with the customer.
    And now when t i am cancelling the booking they are showing tantrum in refunding the booking amount. They even had threaten me once that we will not refund your booking amount.

      Dear sir/mam,
      I brought a grand i10 in september from jmv hyundai sohna (Haryana), but i have not received rc and number plate till date. When i call or visit the showroom, they always have a reason why they are not able to provide rc or number plate.
      Please do the needful imediatally or i've to go to consumer court.
      Please revert back asap.

          I have booked a car 120 active on 08/11/2018, and till today 06/12/2018 not received the delivery of the car.

          The sales person who make deal with me his name is mr. Syed and mr. Ram das.
          When i make a call to them they did not pickup the phone and not responding.

          When i want to talk to the head of the vip road showroom the person who pick the phone starts shouting on me and his behavior was so bad that i cannot explain his name was mr. Ram das.

          He dont know how to talk with the customers.

          My experiance was very bad with mukesh hyundai vip road showrrom.

          Pl. Look into the matter.

            My name is Dr Imteyaz Ashraf and my mobile no is [protected].Plz give your valuable feedback about your service centre, whether I should go for legal opinion or you will resolve it.Quality of work done in vantage hyundai hajipur is very bad.They have told me that painting will be done by Hyundai company trained staff.I have sent the pic see the painting they people only harassed the customers, paintings are leaving like plastic paper from the surface.They have done it in 3 parts after complaining to ceo MR y k koo.Despite of complain what they have done is in front of you.my vehicle registration no is BR07M2001.All the paintings and dainting have done in October to November.I have spent more than 66000 and fuel charges for up and down from patna to hajipur who will take the responsibility and who care about it

              I have purchased elite i20 2018 facelift model on november 2018 at saboo trimulgherry, secendrabad and this is my first car & exactly after a month i have noticed a loud rattling noise when the ac is on. The noise is much more louder than the engine noise. It’s a great disappointment especially as it happened with a brand new car. I hardly drove the car for about 270 kms and it already started giving me problem. I complained the same to the sales person at saboo and they asked me to raise a complaint on hyundai website. Before purchase they said that hyundai is known for it’s after sale service but i’m still waiting for this problem to be fixed.

              They took my car to the nearest service center (Saboo Nacharam) and updated the Ac system. Though I didn’t understand what exactly has caused the problem at the first place but nevertheless I’m happy that the problem is resolved and I’m having fun driving my car.

                Hello sir,

                I want to enquire about your product creta 1.4 e plus diesel from your
                Dealers. These are represents there is shortage of this model. All
                Dealers say there is booking of 6 to 8 weak and company not allowed
                For booking on this model.

                But they provide this base model with accessory, other wise they not provide this model.

                Firstly they say book your car and they will be delivered in near
                Future but no time fixed and secondly on other hand they are ready to
                Sale his car on immediate purchase and on their own excess price, only with accessories.

                They sale car on his own conditions like they also sale base model
                With accessory, otherwise they are not provide car. Plz i think
                Company take particular initiative on this issue and take necessary
                Action. Tell me your car creta diesel base model available or not
                Otherwise i will be shift to other company products.

                I complain from agra (U. P.), their is 3 dealers all are same
                Arguments. Hopefully company take necessary action.

                  I'm writing this complaint regarding the misguidance and misconceptions created by the sales and service department of aryan hundai amritsar, services given by mukesh kad.
                  1. I bought this car few months ago, at the time of buying these people used to stand outside my house for days and no quotations where given to me when i asked, instead of that i wad forced to rely on their verbal commitment. I had to visit the showroom for weeks for the additional facilities (Seat cover). And i had to pay for every charge because of their fraud dealership.
                  2. I crashed my car recently, and i was suppose to pay the insurance cost only, although, they are asking me to pay for every little cost of parts incurring and they have generated the bill of 5000 rupees rather than paying 1000 for the insurance cost. Im truly dissatisfied with the services and the quality of dealership. I hope you guys will revert me back in this case of misguidance and fraudulent commitments. Im very disappointed.

                    I gave my car for repairs to dee hyundai, lukerganj, allahabad up india on 16 nov18. Job card number 6916 dated 16nov 18.
                    They did not even start the repairs till 26 dec18. I had to tell them that i would lodge a complaint against them with the company. Only then they moved and finally gave me back my car on 02dec178after a delay of 17 days.
                    After taking the delivery i realised that the perfume and the lord ganesh emblem were missing from my car. They returned the perfume after i complained but did not return the lord ganesha emblem till date.

                    This is very poor show of honesty and integrity for a reputed company like hyundai.
                    I only hope that my car which was kept with the service center for 17 days was not used for their private ourposes or nefarious activities. One cannot be sure now
                    . May i request that the company look into the matter and ensure that thefts do not take place from cars in their service centers.
                    My speaking to the service center is yielding no results.

                      I have booked new santro 2018 (Stardust colour) asta model online by paying rs.11100/- on 16/10/2018. I have chosen the dealer as utkal hyundai, pahala, bhubaneswar. Sometimes back, i contacted your customer care. The person attending the call advised me to contact the dealer for delivery etc. I contacted the sales team (Mr. Surjya, contact no.[protected]) at the dealer location. The sales team told me that the colour opted by me is not available and it will take another 10 days for delivery.in the meantime, though a period of another 20 to 25 days have already passed, there is no intimation from the dealer to me. Just 6 days back, i again contacted the customer care in your toll-free telephone number, regarding non-availability of stardust colour of the vehicle as informed by the dealer. The person at the customer care informed me that he is contacting the dealer and arrange for a call back to me from the dealer point. But there is no call back from the dealer point. Under the circumstances, i am in doubt about the delivery of the vehicle. I want to know, whether, it would take some more time for delivery of the car. Kindly send me a reply in return mail.

                      Today i.e. 06/12/2018, at about 10.22 AM, I again contacted to customer care at your office. She responded the phone and told me resolve the problem by escalating the same to the higher authority and in the process, some one from the office will contact me in my mail as well as in my cell number. But I am astonished to inform you that, I got no reply from your office end. Kindly send me a reply soon or I will be constrained to either go for another version/colour of the car or cancel the booking. I have already disposed my existing car.

                        I have been using hyundai grand i10 since 4 years, i use get it service in different hyudai service center my service cost never increased rupees 4500, but for the first time i gave it to shivalik ahmedabad, they have charged me 8200 by adding bogus charges,
                        Labour charges itself is charged is around 4000, which is beyond as compare to my previous services.
                        Im attaching the bills.

                          I m facing tyre swelling problem in my new i 10 grand car (Hr26dp8873). I purchased this car in may - 18 & this car has run only 8500 km, bur two tyre of this car has swell & it is manufacturing fault.
                          As during car purchasing hyundai person told me, if i will face such type of problem than my tyre will be replace on foc base, but at present i have asked many times foe same but nobody is giving me positive response, even though car service center of imt manesar gurgaon is asking for money to replace the tyre.
                          Everybody know in auto sector that swelling new tyre is manufacturing fault & supplier has to change it. Please do need full as i m family person & i have to drive my car with my family on long route, & swell tyre always has a risk of tyre bursting problem.

                          I humbly request you again please arrange to change my faulty tyre on foc base & please avoid to get down the image of hyundai in consumer court.

                            As we have given hyundai elantra for car service in tuticorin district showroom. Due to some problem we didn't pay some amount alone.
                            For that in ur company didn't directly ask the due amount and said u have a free service and pick the car and now saying that i[censored] pay the old amount then only we will release the car. They cheat us. For that they can ask us amount it self directly. If any thing happens to our car we will take severe action on the company.

                              I have purchased hyumdai i10 car from trident hyundai - whitefield (Bangalore) on 1st nov'15. I wanted to bring in your notice that, i have clutch vibration and hardness issue from the day one and complained many times to trident. But they couldn't resolve the issue and told me that it is normal, i have checked many other cars also and found no clutch issue in any.
                              I have very bad experience with hyundai car and services by trident
                              Due to clutch issue, i have got leg and back pain also.
                              I request hyundai technical person to visit my place and check my vehicle personally and give final solution.
                              Approaching hyundai is my final effort and hope to resolve my issue.

                                I have serviced my hundai-i10 car in rajkot-gujarat, shivalik hundai service station before about a year ago (Nov-2017 approx), at the time i have change some spare parts like boosing.

                                Then few days before (Nov-2018) i have given car for service at adity auto service centre-jamnagar-khambhadiya high way, sikka, jamnagar-gujarat. As per them these spare parts were not change. If they had change it could not be damge in a year.

                                As weill they did not provide me old spare parts.
                                I have already cancelled my booking two weeks ago still not received my refund.
                                They told me you will get with in 21st Nov'18.but I have not received till date.
                                The person who booked the vehicle is Mr. Jitendra and Nursingha. They haven't given me any registration no against the booking.

                                  Hi this is jayesh shah from mumbai. Congratulations sir for your all new santro car launch in india.
                                  Sir i have been your customer since the old launch of santro car dated 2003. Since then i have been your customer. But today i have mailed you to inform you about the worse experience which has happened with me!
                                  Sir the first santro xs car i had bought was in 2003 the car number being mh 01 ma 1102. After that which the second car i bought was i20 astha car number being mh 01 al 6340 in 2009. Now the lastest car i bought is your i20 elite asta car number being mh 01 by 2238 which i in took 2015.in between i have never purchased any other car leaving hyundai. Along with this i have even referred your car to many of my friends and relatives.
                                  So coming to the main part, i had given my i20 elite asta for servicing in modi motors agencies pvt. Ltd. Which is located in varma complex, jogani industrial estate, sion, chunabatti, mumbai on 6/11/2018. It had been 22 days since the car is in workshop and i have still not got it back!
                                  1. But today i am regretting that i referred hyundai to all my relatives and friends. I am really regretting that i hold on to this brand since ages who gives his service centre authority to any xyz person who doesn’t even have any spare parts nor any responsible person to talk with in service centre nor any sense of the responsibiltiy that he has being a hyundai service centre owner. Inspite of this nor they have that much responsibility to pick my phone. Can i please know how much work was there in car that they are not giving me my car even after whole 22 days and counting!
                                  2. The reparing order slip which the service centre gave me doesn’t even have kilometers mentioned on it. So should i understand that they give cars for contract and use our valuable car during servicing period and is this the reason why they take 22 days!???
                                  3. Now for the insurance claim for which the service centre gives it to insurance company, i have not been informed when the file went to insurance company when did they sign it and what all did they cover in insurance claim. Does your valuable customer don’t have that much right also to know all this things. Do i understand that the service centre does fraud in this also by fooling us!! Why doesn’t service centre keep transparency with us by mailing us evertihng in detail.
                                  4. Do hyundai gives service centre authority to any xyz person not knowing their background also. On what basis does hyundai gives service centre authority to any person? What are qualifications that well know hyundai brand checks?? (Not even having enough spare parts, not even having enough persons to deal with cars at a time)
                                  5. Have hyundia even checked records that modi motors agencies pvt. Ltd. Has not harrassed anyone else like i have been??
                                  6. When talking to service centre person, for this harrassement and wrong behaviour i said them that i will mail to hyundia company directly. On this i got a reply that, do mail whatever u want to mail we don’t care about that. Does this mean hyundai doesn’t need any customers to sell their car from now!!
                                  Along with this i have many things to say but i think this is also more, because hyundai and his service centre doesn’t need customers after seeing this expirence now!!!
                                  Respected sir, i am waiting for a proper reply from your side. I feel i will get justice from your side. But if i don’t get a proper reply i will think that hyundai company doesn’t need me anymore and i should share my worst experience to even my relativites and friends.
                                  I have given my car at your Malviya Nagar service centre for repairing last Sunday and service executive Prakash is saying every day that he will deliver my car Tommorow and this Tommorow is getting end today, today morning he assured that after washing of my car he will deliver my car but now he said that work is incomplete

                                    Last 25 days we purchase a new i20 elite car and many tume they people are cheat me every time...!!!

                                    1. 29/10/218 we book a diesal i20 car and they people are say.. Sir your car is ready to delivery at 5/11/2018 and that time we going to showroom and they gays are asking me a sir desiel car is not hear so please you buy a petrol car...!!!

                                    2. 2nd think is we purchase a 3 years insurance policy but they given me a 1 years policy...!!!

                                    3. 3rd think is that time we decided to purchased a car that time i talk with showrrom guys to finance on 7 year and thay guys are ready but after finance money transfer to dealer account then they guyes are asking me a your 7 years finance not approved 5 years approved
                                    And now my emi cross my limits... And now they guy's and not react any # thinks

                                      I had purchased hundai creta 2018 in june 1.4 d, after two months i having performance issues due tyres and due to my abs systems also get not working but it has been repaired by dealer, but i asked to replacement since three months not getting correct response from dealer also submiited the online complaint but also no body had contacted me, i am continuoiusly following with dearler but not getting correct response only one answer we are working on it, very poor customer service.                                       I have booked one Hyundai Santro online and paid Rs. 11100/-
                                      I have cancelled the booking in the last week of October 18.
                                      Despite several reminders and follow up with MGF Hyudai Ernakulam/ Thodupzuha, I have still not received my refund.

                                      Every time when I rang up they will give one reason or other and not refunding my amount.

                                        Please refer to our mail dated 16.11.2018 wherein i had requested for cancellation of my santro booking vide order i'd _n3a07_[protected] dated 18.10.2018 but i am sorry to i inform that my fate for cancellation is still hanging in balance and my booking amount for rs.11, 100/ has not been refunded to me even after a passage of 14 days. My persuasion to your regional office at lucknow has not yield any fruit full result but every time i am being assured for doing the necessary process
