I have serviced my hundai-i10 car in rajkot-gujarat, shivalik hundai service station before about a year ago (Nov-2017 approx), at the time i have change some spare parts like boosing.

Then few days before (Nov-2018) i have given car for service at adity auto service centre-jamnagar-khambhadiya high way, sikka, jamnagar-gujarat. As per them these spare parts were not change. If they had change it could not be damge in a year.

As weill they did not provide me old spare parts.
I have already cancelled my booking two weeks ago still not received my refund.
They told me you will get with in 21st Nov'18.but I have not received till date.
The person who booked the vehicle is Mr. Jitendra and Nursingha. They haven't given me any registration no against the booking.

    Hi this is jayesh shah from mumbai. Congratulations sir for your all new santro car launch in india.
    Sir i have been your customer since the old launch of santro car dated 2003. Since then i have been your customer. But today i have mailed you to inform you about the worse experience which has happened with me!
    Sir the first santro xs car i had bought was in 2003 the car number being mh 01 ma 1102. After that which the second car i bought was i20 astha car number being mh 01 al 6340 in 2009. Now the lastest car i bought is your i20 elite asta car number being mh 01 by 2238 which i in took 2015.in between i have never purchased any other car leaving hyundai. Along with this i have even referred your car to many of my friends and relatives.
    So coming to the main part, i had given my i20 elite asta for servicing in modi motors agencies pvt. Ltd. Which is located in varma complex, jogani industrial estate, sion, chunabatti, mumbai on 6/11/2018. It had been 22 days since the car is in workshop and i have still not got it back!
    1. But today i am regretting that i referred hyundai to all my relatives and friends. I am really regretting that i hold on to this brand since ages who gives his service centre authority to any xyz person who doesn’t even have any spare parts nor any responsible person to talk with in service centre nor any sense of the responsibiltiy that he has being a hyundai service centre owner. Inspite of this nor they have that much responsibility to pick my phone. Can i please know how much work was there in car that they are not giving me my car even after whole 22 days and counting!
    2. The reparing order slip which the service centre gave me doesn’t even have kilometers mentioned on it. So should i understand that they give cars for contract and use our valuable car during servicing period and is this the reason why they take 22 days!???
    3. Now for the insurance claim for which the service centre gives it to insurance company, i have not been informed when the file went to insurance company when did they sign it and what all did they cover in insurance claim. Does your valuable customer don’t have that much right also to know all this things. Do i understand that the service centre does fraud in this also by fooling us!! Why doesn’t service centre keep transparency with us by mailing us evertihng in detail.
    4. Do hyundai gives service centre authority to any xyz person not knowing their background also. On what basis does hyundai gives service centre authority to any person? What are qualifications that well know hyundai brand checks?? (Not even having enough spare parts, not even having enough persons to deal with cars at a time)
    5. Have hyundia even checked records that modi motors agencies pvt. Ltd. Has not harrassed anyone else like i have been??
    6. When talking to service centre person, for this harrassement and wrong behaviour i said them that i will mail to hyundia company directly. On this i got a reply that, do mail whatever u want to mail we don’t care about that. Does this mean hyundai doesn’t need any customers to sell their car from now!!
    Along with this i have many things to say but i think this is also more, because hyundai and his service centre doesn’t need customers after seeing this expirence now!!!
    Respected sir, i am waiting for a proper reply from your side. I feel i will get justice from your side. But if i don’t get a proper reply i will think that hyundai company doesn’t need me anymore and i should share my worst experience to even my relativites and friends.
    I have given my car at your Malviya Nagar service centre for repairing last Sunday and service executive Prakash is saying every day that he will deliver my car Tommorow and this Tommorow is getting end today, today morning he assured that after washing of my car he will deliver my car but now he said that work is incomplete

      Last 25 days we purchase a new i20 elite car and many tume they people are cheat me every time...!!!

      1. 29/10/218 we book a diesal i20 car and they people are say.. Sir your car is ready to delivery at 5/11/2018 and that time we going to showroom and they gays are asking me a sir desiel car is not hear so please you buy a petrol car...!!!

      2. 2nd think is we purchase a 3 years insurance policy but they given me a 1 years policy...!!!

      3. 3rd think is that time we decided to purchased a car that time i talk with showrrom guys to finance on 7 year and thay guys are ready but after finance money transfer to dealer account then they guyes are asking me a your 7 years finance not approved 5 years approved
      And now my emi cross my limits... And now they guy's and not react any # thinks

      Kindly do something..

      Purchased Eon Era Plus on 28th oct 2018. Vehicle not yet registered. Made a complaint to hyundai customer care on 23rd oct 2018 and the complaint id number is 1-[protected]. My problem is not yet resolved.

        I had purchased hundai creta 2018 in june 1.4 d, after two months i having performance issues due tyres and due to my abs systems also get not working but it has been repaired by dealer, but i asked to replacement since three months not getting correct response from dealer also submiited the online complaint but also no body had contacted me, i am continuoiusly following with dearler but not getting correct response only one answer we are working on it, very poor customer service. Send email to email on which hundai had mentiond but no reply or update.

        I have booked one Hyundai Santro online and paid Rs. 11100/-
        I have cancelled the booking in the last week of October 18.
        Despite several reminders and follow up with MGF Hyudai Ernakulam/ Thodupzuha, I have still not received my refund.

        Every time when I rang up they will give one reason or other and not refunding my amount.

          Please refer to our mail dated 16.11.2018 wherein i had requested for cancellation of my santro booking vide order i'd _n3a07_[protected] dated 18.10.2018 but i am sorry to i inform that my fate for cancellation is still hanging in balance and my booking amount for rs.11, 100/ has not been refunded to me even after a passage of 14 days. My persuasion to your regional office at lucknow has not yield any fruit full result but every time i am being assured for doing the necessary process

            Vehicle # ts10ub7043.

            The bottom part of my vehicle was hit with a stone and it starting leaking, the vehicle was stopped and was checked for this.
            Then m-seal was applied and engine oil was refilled, the vehicle smoked too much in the exhaust pipe then it was reported to the hyundai service people and my vehicle was towed to the service center.
            The complaint was raised on 18th november
            Vehicle was towed on 19th november
            Despite several follow ups, there was no check up or repair work was started by the utkal hyundai service center, brahmapur, odisha.

            When my brother reached the service center on 24th november, they filed the claim with insurance.
            On 26th november, we received a call that they require an fir for this case.

            Can you tell me, for self hit of the vehicle... Who will raise the fir with police... I could not understand the logic behind the reason of asking fir for this case!

            Today, the insurance person "manoj mallick - [protected]" was saying, that the outer part cost can be bore by insurance, not engine damages. Can you tell me what type of insurance has my vehicle?? Zero-dep, right???

            Then, why they are greed for the money now???

            I am loosing trust from hyundai and getting more frustrated day by day. Awaiting for resolution.

              I meet an accident and i have submitted my vehicle hyundai xcent in a authorized hyundai service center
              They have billed me for 28000 for a banet painting and bumber changing.
              I haven't get my vehicle in time and the service have been incomplete. The paint have been splitted in windows and the airfilter housing has been broken by your workers. They haven't give us the correct reason and they haven't done the service correctly. Now my vehicle is looking ugly
              I need a proper reason
              And the mistakes done by the workers should be cleared

                Vehicle was purchased on 4th of june but the registration was done on 29th of june only. The vehicle was delivered to my without temporary registration even upon multiple request. I also paid rs. 6500 as temp charges.
                I was charged rs. 3600 as handling charges but i took care of the vehicle registration completely. Dsc just gave the papers and eloped from the chengalpattu rto office. I went to the rto office for 3 long days by taking work off.
                I was charged rs. 1500 for flag charges but it has not been paid. I knew it for sure as i took care of the vehicle registration.
                I was charged rs. 2299 for accessories which has been promised but not provided.
                I was charged rs. 2, 07, 657 as rto charges (I paid separately in cheque) but they paid rs. 1, 90, xxx + rs. 2, 500 only to the rto. I knew this as i was the person who collected the cheque from dsc and submitted at rto office.
                Most important thing is that verna sd card which is used for the navigation & other purpose has not been given to me till today. I found it very difficult to manage while driving in remote areas. Vehicle demo was not given till date.

                  I was a great fan of hyundai so bought creta facelift.

                  But you lost the trust now.

                  After first service clutch and gear became very tight.

                  Now smoke is coming from engine and all indicatos lights go off.

                  I feel risk to drive this is pathetic.

                  Road side assistance people won't pick the call.

                  Worst after sale support i don't recommend anyone to buy hyundai product.

                  I want refund for my creta.

                    Dear sir,

                    I bought a verna and have been delivered a faulty car from day one but hyundai is least bothered about the safety and concern of their customers.

                    I have almost crashed twice because of faulty steering and brake fails in a brand new car. From the time i have bought it i have spent close to a 1lakh on service and various things still the car is keeps getting worse and the service people are just ignorant about all the facts.

                    I would suggest people never to buy a hyundai car if you do you will suffer forever and bleed money for nothing. It's a horrible investment as a car.

                      On November 24, 2018, I have given my car to Borah Hyundai for fourth servicing. After completion of the service when they delivered the car to me, I have observed a dent in the outside of the rear door (left side) of my car. I have immediately informed about that to the service advisor Mr. Arup Das, but he has told me that nothing was happen inside for such kind of incident. Then I requested him to check the CCTV footage, and then he agreed and told me that he will inform me next day after checking the CCTV footage. But till now I have not received any response from the dealer regarding this matter. I am not going to directly give the blame to the workers, but since there is a restriction to go inside the workshop and I was not observed the dent in my car before the service on November 24, 2018, so, I have a doubt that in the workshop somehow there may be due to negligence of someone the dent has occurred. So, I request you to check the CC TV footage by the senior officials and inform me about the incident. I am looking forward for your response.

                        My father, MR AJAY SAINI, have booked HYUNDAI EXCENT T+ CNG in White color from UNITY HYUNDAI, Shalimar Place, Delhi in the month of October. MR. AJAY ARORA, Salesman, at the respective showroom was dealing with us. He committed to provide the car within the month of booking, but didn't deliver as expected. He didn't answer our calls and after 3 weeks he told me that he cannot provide car because its not in the stock, but he can arrange the same from other showroom with better price and better rate of interest. In the next conversation he said he cannot arrange car at the price it was booked previously, so I will return your booking amount and asked for my account details. I sent my bank account details but no refund was made. After somedays Mr AJAY ARORA called me, when i asked for refund money he abused me by saying such words- jisko jo karna hai karlo gaadi nahi milega, He himself canceled the booking by saying that- complaint to apne kardi hai ab nahi dunga gaadi. He is behaving like I just can't tell you. Now a days, Mr AJAY ARORA is not receiving my calls, I tried his numbers many times. Me Mansi Saini, Daughter of Ajay Saini, request you to solve this problem ASAP and help us to refund our money.

                          My car is hardly 9300 km's run and it was purchased in jan 2015, its been used only by me and my wife and we both drive smoothly, before this i20 i have used honda city for more than 10 years never did i face such an issue of the steering getting so tight, is there any manufacturing fault is what i have a doubt, i hereby would request your team to look upon it since i have given the vehicle to kun hyundai service centre anna salai today, attached along is the copy of the rc book of this vehicle.

                          I really could not understand that being a petrol vehicle and so smoothly driven and such few kilometers run, used on a regular basis and regularly serviced how can this fault occur... I would request your team to provide me clarity on why this has happened???

                          Regarding your reported concern (Steering), please recollect the telecon you had with our service advisor, mr. Jai kumar today who informed you that steering motor assy needs to be replace in order to resolve your concern.

                          Such parts are beyond the purview of warranty and any repairs / replacement needs to be carried out on charge basis only as suggested by hmil.

                          Please do not have any apprehension in this regard.

                          Thanks for your concern but please understand and reply i have asked you to give me an answer technically as to why this has happened, the cause for this important part gone within 3 years with such limited usage of 9300 kms

                          If you are unable to answer i will & my lawyer will wait for a detailed report on the failure of this component

                          1. Why is this needed - steering motor assy needs to be replace in order to resolve your concern
                          2. This clearly means its a faulty part - such parts are beyond the purview of warranty and any repairs / replacement needs to be carried out on charge basis only as suggested by hmil.

                          Iam very clear i need in writing about the fault i dont need any oral communication, as much as i remember your team just blankly said that this part is gone we need to replace without any reason...

                          Only if i get a detailed report i will take back my vehicle

                            Dear concern,

                            I had purchased a elite i 20 in the month of september, the seat cover which was given by car dealer (Kun hyundai - annanagar, sales person clinton) is low quality. The car was taken to the showroom and shown after checking they promised it will be done during the first service but now they give reasons for avoiding it
                            They say it is a damage by the customer. Please look into it and try to resolve the issue
                            The seat cover is a low quality one

                              I have booked hyundai accent s+ car from chaudhary hyundai bijnor with token amount 5000 on 23 sep 2018. Due to some reason i have cancelled the booking through executive bijnor. After cancellation executive told me that they will refund full amount within 2 days. Today's 26 nov 2018 and i haven't receive any amount. I have called many times even went 2 times to showroom from 60 km. I have made complaint on customer support but not result comes. I don't know where i have to complaint. I hope this forum/site will help me.

                              Last four days our new car in work shop in sant Hyundai parel chamba Himachal Pradesh
                              I face a big problem in our new i20 asta optional car wheather it is a software problem, wiring problem, battery problem
                              I do not know or no any satisfactory answer from company/ showroom
                              In this regard i have only one way that is our court.

                                Hyundai i20 have serious a/c problem.[protected] models have this issue. Even the service personnels agrees that. After purchasing my car, in 2014, i started noticing a/c issues. After driving few kms, the blower will stop working. I have told the service personnels. They telling that all hyundai i20 have this issue. They asked me to off a/c for few minutes, then start it again. And they have no idea to solve this problem. After two year, the blower stops working again, even after switching it off for few minutes. Then i took it hyundai service centre. They told me ice is formed inside, nd that's why the ac is not functioning. It's all common in hyundai cars. They told me to change the ac kit as because it covers under warranty period. I was supposed to pay a/c gas filling price. But even if the ac get replaced the problem still exists. I have to turn off ac for few kms to get it running. I request to kindly take necessary actions against hyundai motors and recall the i20 cars with same problems to get it fixed.

                                The a/c issues are common in all hyundai i20 cars manufactured during 2013-14. I have asked all my friends who are using i20. They all have the same issue. I think an independent enquiry should be made as because all users are losing a lot of money for a/c repairs, which is not because of their ( customers) fault. And Hyundai motors either should replace the a/c or else should make sufficient compensation to car owners.

                                  Went for car service and body shop work. I had the worst experience ever in this world. 1) not yet provided proof for insurance paid amount and took an approximate amount from me. When asked for details, no proper response. 2) broke my car key and gave it to me in a unprofessional manner (Left the broken car key in my car and gave the vehicle in on condition.. Reached home and saw that car key is broken). Reached home and called them, then they informed me that my car key is broken. Told them to repair they didn't do it. Repaired myself the key outside and asked for the repair amount then they told me that they will repair my key and repaired it. 3) my ac had a problem after servicing.. I suspect they did something... When i gave for check-up, they said that there is a major problem in ac and made me to spend huge money. While setting right ac, they broke my wind shield. 4) they begged to me to make the wind shield break in insurance.. I agreed with no option left.. I am worried now : (

                                  Delay was even bearable but the kind of washing and cleaning that came up along with polish spots gave me very wrong idea about NRL HYUNDAI

                                    I have booked verna anniversary edition petrol variant sx (O) marina blue on 29th oct but due to carelessness of sales representative the preferred colour got finished in factory and informing me in 22nd nov 2018
                                    I particularly informed him not to miss the colour, now he is giving false statements

                                    I request to give me the preferred (Marina blue) colour car

                                      I booked verna anniversary edition marina blue colour in particular from pondicherry kun hyundai dealer on 29 oct by paying rs. 1, 95, 000 but on 22nd nov, informing me that their is no marina blue colour available in factory (Receipt attached) and giving false answers by sales representative (Mr. Bharathkumar)
                                      As a loyal and regular customer of hyundai (Previous - i20 elite) kindly please solve my issue and provide me hyundai verna sx (O) marina blue colour

                                        Got my car serviced at hyundai capital noida. Car is under warranty period & there is a problem in sterring rack, arms & link rod. The advisor promised me that he will rectify all this & change under warranty but when i go there for delivery they said they dont hve parts right now & will arrange with in a week. The part is arranged after a month & when i went there they said sir your car km is 70k now & you have to pay for the parts i request you not to get your vehicle serviced in capital hyundai fake people specially govind mishra gm he kept changing is words in a minute
