Dear Lakshmi,

As discussed over phone I gave my Hyundai Creta bearing Registration number TS07FR5837 for repair in July at KUN Hyundai Gacchibowli showroom.
The vehicle was held up for more than 15 days in Kondapur service center.
Post-delivery I have called service engineer Mr. Zahid ([protected]) & informed him verbally the same day that my Navigation is not functioning.
I was under the impression that it could be a software issue which can be rectified any day.
I have even received calls from contact center for feedback regarding service for which I gave good remarks but I have mentioned that my Navigation is not functioning.
I was asked to come to showroom but I was little busy & couldn’t make it.

Since I am very delighted with Hyundai products I have recently booked Hyundai I10 grand at Talwar Hyundai Banjara Hills branch which is due for delivery on 25th.
Attached are documents for the same.
Today morning I showed it to showroom manager at Talwar regarding the Navigation issue & he confirmed that the Navigation chip inside the slot is missing.
I had no idea that such thing even existed in that location until morning as I was under the impression that it could be some software malfunction.
I am deeply disappointed at this & have decided to cancel the delivery of new vehicle even though payment is processed.

I spoke with Gacchibowli showroom manager this evening ([protected]) and briefed him about this issue for which he asked why was this not informed before.
I have told him that his executive Zahid is aware of this issue for which he said he will look into the matter & revert.

Honestly im so heartbroken that I would like to cancel the new purchase till this issue is resolved.
I wanted to surprise by gifting I10 grand to my wife on 26th November 2018 being wedding anniversary & processed the whole paper work.
I want this issue resolved, enable my navigation system, punish the corrupt fellow who caused this issue for me putting your brand in bad light in my eyes.

I am aware Lakshmi that you are directly not involved in this aspect but I though unless I escalate it to highest levels I don’t see or believe anyone would be interested in closing this issue.
By 24th November if this issue is not resolved then kindly cancel the purchase.

    I had serviced my car 1 week ago and i was going for a long journey on early morning. After 400 km from service i got a sound from the radiator suddenly i stopped the car and checked. I found that the radiator lid was burst out and the radiator is extremely boiling. I poured around 4.5 litres of water and it became clear.
    I doubt that while servicing they had not checked carefully. Please ensure that you have ser the vehicle carefully. The 24 7 helpline was also not responding properly

      I have purchased i20-asta from mohon motors (211-a, shri aurobindo sarani rd, manicktala, khanna, kolkata, west bengal 700006).
      Please find my objections below:

      1. I took delivery on 10-oct-2018. They promised me to give some accessories like steering cover, mud flaps, foot mat and car perfume at the time of delivery. But they gave those after around 1 month (10-nov-2018) after several follow ups with them. By that time my car was dirty enough and i had to arrange of my own. They were saying that they didn't have anything in their stock. But this is not the case. They delivered the cars (After 10-oct-2018) with these accessories, i'm not sure why they were not giving to me. I got those after several follow ups. I sent several sms to the representatives but they were not replying. I was calling several days they were saying tomorrow, next week like that.

      2. I have not received inr 2000 from the dealer. This amount was put on hold as i was not able to provide 1 key out of 2 keys of my old car. I have handed over the 1 key on 10-nov-2018 and they promised me that they will give the amount over cheque or do online transaction. But they have not sent any amount into my account neither they sent the cheque.

        My hyundai i10 kappa magna car 1.2l is having similar ecm problem as the technician told. The technician told current from battery is not following to ignition coil. He told me to replace it. The car
        Is cranking but not starting. Any suggestions from any body for repairing the same. Immediately company should try to open ecm repairing shop separately. Otherwise middle class will not be able purchase hyundai car

            I own a hyundai creta petrol car which i purchased in november 2015 from popular hyundai motors thiruvananthapuram. The car has just completed 15000 kms. It was going well till couple of months back.

            Suddenly, the driver side power window stopped functioning and i consulted their service centre at pattom trivandrum, kerala. Few days later one of the abs sensors became faulty and again i approached the service centre. All these happened around two monthsback. But still these parts are not replaced though my vehicle is in the warranty period. I also have not put much pressure on them since i could use the vehicle even without these things.

            However after a few days, i have noticed a lump on my front tyre and i immediately brought it to the notice of the executives at the popular service centre at pattom. But their response was surprising as they told they do not have any role in repairing/replacing tyres as it is a third party product. I have to argue with them for hours to accept the fact that the warranty covers all parts including tyres and finally the executive said that the person dealing with warranty is on leave and hence the case could not be attended. I contacted them again the very next day and they told me to send pictures of the tyre to forward it to the tyre company for their executives visit. Again they repeated the same thing and informed me that they are not responsible for the quality of third party products. The incident occurred in the first week of october and i have been running from pillar to post to get a response. The only answer that they give is that an executive from tyre company will turn up on one day, and you have to bring the vehicle and convince the company executive. I was shocked to hear their response. It was like i have committed a crime. For the last one month my car is kept in the garage waiting for the mercy of the so called 'executive'.

              I have booked new Santo my dream car on 19-10-18 and my banker paid the balance total amount on dated 29-10-18, but till now they're can't registered the car and unable to deliver the same car.
              They're commented that they will be delivered the car on dated[protected], if I can pay the balance payment within October 2018, but till now they're not confirm when they can deliver my car.

Ltd Pin 141014 jugiana Ludhiana but they charge us more then we think also charge from insurance company .we also take service facility from them they after service and body shop they deliver us car but they never solve my car problem like over race problem when we start my car. Now they said extra charge we take to solve your problems more than 4400. Sir plz never make loot with your customers .now I will take help from consumer court against you and your agencies because you have no any control over your agencies ...

When now I make contact with them against my car over race problem .. they pick up my car yesterday now they said we solve your problem with in 4500 rs.. sir they charge from me approximate 23000 and from insurance company 36000 approximate. When my car was some part damages in accident then after accident same problem was rasied . So what they will do in bodyshop and during service..
                I hope you will take action against goyal Hyundai Pvt. Ltd jugiana Ludhiana Punjab. Pin 141014... And make contact with me as soon as possible..

                  Sir, i m amit singh from jammu and kashmir, distt.- kathua sir my hyunday grand i10 sportz steerio problem has been issued to car nearest hyundai car agency kathua, manager told me that the stereo is been replaced because my car is under warrenty but is has been more then 30 days there is no response come out from hyundai car agency i called them many times they did not pick my calls. Now i m out of town. Sir i m doing service in defence. Sir, i want to know this is the way u deal with ur costumers the told me that stereo is being orderd but from last 10 to 15 days they are not picking my calls

                    this karthikeyan from kodaikanal i have purchased a eon Era plus car from madurai susee hundai on past 5 months my car rge no TN 57 BX 7192 i am sorry to say this this is my second time complaining about the same when I have purchased the car left side door lock problems but still now their not clear this week I have to vist the susee hundai madurai for the same problem but now one have answering clearly Mr.srenivasan tolled to come for service then only I have move from kodaikanal.but when I have enter the showroom he tolled the don't have a spare ports for service my car I have spend 5000 rupees fuel for 2 time service i have never choose a hundai product to suggested any one because of their not given a proper service after delivery the cars still now. I have never expect from the hundai company form the one of the hope less service for their customers .i don't know one of the leading car company their not maintaining the minimum leave stock maintenance and hope less service to the customers. even my lost compliant all so their is no hospitality the are focusing only for money susee hundai is a authorised dealer form hundai company or not if they are the authorised company I have never accept that I have to suffering a lot when I have purchased the car from hundai company.even though the hundai company all so not take any action still now past 2 months I make a complaint but still now I dnt get the solution. why their is now any communication through susee hundai.even if my problems will not clear in a 7 days I am moving to proused the consumer court to submit my all car related documents this my lost worning to hundai company.

                      I purchased my hyundai verna next gen car on the 16th august 2018 from fpl hyundai ambattur branch chennai under car scheme. My vin number malc841cljm059002. Petrol version, sx 1.6

                      Problem in my car : low beam light problem and abnormal sound problem - once i switch off my car and pull out my keys the speakers sounds a peculiar noise that exists and tare my ears makes me very depressed. The sound goes off at its own time..

                      Sir, i took my car from the showroom at 8.00pm on 16th august 2018, from fpl hyundai ambattur branch, on the second day i informed the sales person who coordinated with me regarding the light focusing problem. My car light focus was completely out of range. I felt very difficult to drive on the second day. With out high beam light i cannot drive on even a simple road. The sales person told me that i need to adjust the light with the help of the light controller given on the dash board (Just below the steering). I did it but still i faced the same problem and i was told that this will be rectified during the first service.

                      Within, may be in 10 ~ 12 days again i faced another problem. The problem is : when i completely switch off my car and pull the key out, i get the loudspeaker sound which tares my ears. I immediately informed the sales person on this. He told me all will be rectified during my 1st service.

                      I managed on with this problem for 2 months, and i was called for first free service, i informed all the problems to the pickup driver and he also felt all the problems in person and told me that he will inform to the technical team.

                      When i received back my car from service, i received in the very same condition as how i sent for service. I felt the car was washed that is all. The very next morning i received a call from the showroom begging me to give a good score on the service. As on humanitarian reason i did the same for both the sales person and for the service person. Because i didn't want to put any persons in trouble. But the fpl people ditched me by selling a poor car with false promises. I really felt very bad on this.

                      The fpl people did not bother, again the service people called me and told "sir, you will get a call from delhi office regarding the car service satisfaction, so please give good score to us" i was really on my nerves and i shouted on them. Nothing was done to my satisfaction and they want their incentives and scores. Too bad sir.. I felt ashamed on this.

                      After i shouting to them, one women said she will send some person for rectifying the problem. One boy came and he is poor engineer, he came to work on my head lamp (With torn pants and shirts with hyundai logo in his shirt) at 1.00pm afternoon.. Funny right sir, how can i say the light problem is solved or he has adjusted as per the norms. He did some adjustment and went away. That evening my low beam light was like high beam light. Opposite coming persons started shouting at me as my light struck their eye. Again i informed to them on the problem. After a week they themselves called me and said, "sir we will send a driver to pick up your car for attending the problems", i said ok. The next day ie: on 24th october 2018 they took my car for service. With in half day i received a call from fpl again begging to me for giving good score on their service. I shouted at them, even before my car was serviced i was asked for scoring..."pathetic sir...

                      On the same day 24th october 2018, in the evening one engineer called me and said sir, we have attend the light problem it is solved. But the sound problem is not able to... I asked them, did you notice the sound. He said yes sir, but we are not able to trace out why this sound comes. He said that, fpl service team, has sent a mail to hyundai team regarding this. I asked him to send a copy of the mail. He said ok sir i will, but till now i have not received the same.

                      On the same day, after some time again the engineer called me and said that the hyundai team want to r & d the car on the sound problem. So fpl service engineers wants my car for 2 days. I asked for 2 days? He said yes sir, hyundai team will remove the dash board and check all the areas regarding the sound problem. I was really shocked, a new car reworking by removing the dash board, that means this a major problem... Why this was not traced out during any pdi. I was pasted a sticker of 10 pdi on the window. I don't know why pdi is done... Now they are continuously calling me for taking my car for 2 days... I dont know what to do... Please advise..

                      Respected sir, i am working for hyundai group of company, we are a major supplier to hyundai, i am really feeling very bad on this. If my situation is like this, how about the outside customer. I also quote" i have taken this car on exchange offer".. Sorry sir, if i have mispronounced any where... I need justice please..." will you accept if your new car is handled in this way"..... I expect a good and favorable solution from your side...

                        I was using an i20 car which i sell to h-promise so that there is no delay in transfer of car registration. However, i have received a challan from traffic department for improper parking on 11/09/2018 at star city mall, mayur vihar extn (Kpc) at 19:52 hrs i. E. After handing over of car to h-promise. It’s clearly mentioned in the possession letter that it will the responsibility of h-promise in case any challan is issued on the car after handing over of car. But they have not paid the challan even after one month from the date of issuing of challan and informing about the same. Moreover, mr. Pavan one of the senior at h-promise has misbehaved with me when i enquired about payment of challan and submission of copy of receipt. I suggest not to sell your old car to them else you may also be a victim of their unprofessional behaviour.

                          I am writing this with a big sorrow and disappointment against Hyundai dealers. This is not just a complaint but also a customer’s pain in losing trust and faith.

                          I am already using Maruti Dezire and Maruti swift for the past few years but never I came across any issue with the Maruti dealers. I regret to say that I approached Hyundai for the first time and it was the worst and bad experience.

                          I decided to own Maruti Vitaara Breeza but this time I felt a bit change and opted for Hyundai Creta and this is my mistake. I approached showroom V3 Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai for the purpose and immediately your sales representative brought Creta for a test drive on the same day. After the test drive he informed me that the model Creta E+ petrol is readily available with them and along with this he will offer some cash back and accessories (under chasis painting, body cover, sunfilm) if I book with Rs.5000/- on the same day which was last day of the offer. I believed him and booked the vehicle (10.10.2018) without second thought.

                          After booking the vehicle, the sale person started forcing me for full payment else the vehicle will be allocated to some other. If I ask any information, I got only one reply that “sir, please pay full amount, we will share all the information”. After receipt of full amount on 23.10.2018 the drama of the dealer started. Many times I visited showroom for an update but I get reply” sir, we have placed order we will inform you”. I am surprised that today is 15th Nov 2018 and I came to know after escalating the matter to the General Manager of the showroom that order was placed just a couple of days back. Since 20 days they are just bluffing me that order was placed. Every time a new manager will speak with me and commits a date. I understand that the staff is delivering the vehicles to the clients who are paying more amount that I came to know on 14.11.2018.

                          Despite committing me giving an update by 15.11.2018, nobody informed me about my car delivery so far. I am surprised that even the General Manager of the showroom is silent. I don’t know whether my amount of 11.5 lacs is utilized properly or misused for other purposes. For 20 days they have not placed the order and parked my funds in their office accounts. Most irresponsible and negligence by the showroom staff of V3 Hyundai. When I told them to cancel the deal, they requested for another 10 days but that date (12.11.2018) also passed. I was fooled thrice by the staff but still no update from them.

                          I booked a hyundai creta car SX optional model diesel at one of your dealership Fairdeal Hyundai, HB Road Ranchi on 20th of Oct 2020, since then I am really shocked and disheartened to see the approach shown by your company in delivering my vehicle. The dealership is always promising me a new date to deliver the vehicle. Ist they told me that they will deliver by end of Dec 2020, then in Jan 2021, then Feb 2020, then Mar 2020 and now it's April but my vehicle is not yet delivered. I am totally disturbed and feeling as cheated with the overall approach of your company and dealership. If this is the way you treat your new customer or if this is your marketing strategy and execution. I am sorry to say this will hit your credibility and reputation badly.
                          I work with State Bank Of India as AGM and if my complaint will not be taken up on urgent basis I will take this matter to media and consumer forum.

                          Request you to kindly intervene and get this resolved urgently.

                            It was pleasently say that i owned 3 cars of same brand.in 5 years. I am having i 10 cqr whose total runing is about 26000 km in 5 years. Recently a problem is occured that car is vibrating & clutch paddle is very tight after repairing the same. Showroom manager said that it is ok but after repairing i take trail also but same problem is occuring again. Infact carlooking syatem is also broken by company. I contact to service manager also for the same but no matter resolve for the same. Company add a huge amount of bill in service so after no problem is resolve by company representative. Requesting you to please have a look on this matter. I am not taking deliver of car from service center but they are forcing me for taking the delivery. Infact they were telling me that if same is not done then parking will be charged 250 rs. Per day.

                              I had submit my Hyundai i10 SPORTS (DL8CX 5991) on 15th of oct. In frontier hyundai(frontier motors PVT LTD) for claiming insurance because i met an accident due to that front bumper is broken and water was leaked at the time of accident and steering became hard.so i talked to mr ankur who is insurance advisor or service advisor.he told me that when the surveyor comes, ill let u know what he pass in insurance but for hardness of stairing there is a module which we need to replace n its cost is 10, 000/- apx.so i told him just to hold on first check what surveyor will pass then i will let u know abt.on third day i got a call that surveyor had passed bumper and the ur radiator n some other parts were also damage n it is covered under claim but ur module is not covered .so i said ok u can change module but i ask him is this makes my steering k.he said yes.on 26th evening i got a call that your car is ready u can take the delivery.i told him that i will take it tommorow.

                              On 27th oct i reach frontier hyundai for delivery before coming i ask ankur pls get my car ready.bcoz i m in hurry this is diwali time n its my season timing so i dont have time pls take care.when i reached their firstly i ask for my billing i paid Rs.16000/- at billing counter then i took my car.THIS IS MY BIG MISTAKE WHICH I DID.I PAY MONEY UPFRONT BEFORE MAKING A TEST DRIVE. I HARDLY DRIVE MY CAR 300MTR i observe that steering n clutch is so tight.horn sounds so low.ac is not working.i took a uturn and went back to service center.i ask ankur about all that.he told me no worry i will make it ok.for steering he said sir it is ok u just drive it will become more smooth.for horn he ask service person to open the bumper and make horn ok.when the ececutive try to open the bumper he break it from side.i ask ankur i want a change for bumper and make my car ok.he told me ill send ur car at ur office.

                              In evening one of their executive comes for the car delivery.n i got a call from ankur sir whenever ur bumper breaks from side ill make it ok.n in ac right now we dont have pipe to fill ac gas.within next 2 days ill arrange or pickup ur car n fill ac gas.i said ok no issue.but at night when i went to my home i observe right side lamp of my car is not working.power steering is hard even after all that i drove my car towards my home but on the way when i took left turn there is solid vibration in stairing and when i put it on right it became abnormal smooth.with this critical situation i just rch home.at night i call ankur and told about the whole incidence.he told me to drop the car at service center.
                              In morning i drop the car at service center.after 3 days i call ankur what is the status.he told me tommorow or day after tommorow ill give you the delivery.on the next day i got a call from ankur that there is ONE MORE PROBLEM WHICH IS THAT YOUR COULOMN IS FAUTY WHICH COST APX RS.30000/-.

                              I ASK JUST A SIMPLE QUES TO ANKUR IF THERE IS A PROBLEM OF THIS TYPE OCCURS IN MY CAR WHY YOU PEOPLE DONT TELL ME IN STARTING.WHEN YOU ASK ME TO CHANGE MODULE?IT MEANS YOU PEOPLE DONT DIAGNOSE THE CAR...

                              He told me to come over their and talk to their service manager.i again visit frontier hyundai and talk to their manager Mr.rajesh and i told him the exact story and ask him the same question.instead of feeling guilty.he is in favour of their employees that this module is billed on ur name so i cannot take it back and when i ask so why u dont tell me in starting so he told me that first we need to chk the fault.i ask him in service center without diagnose u buy a part of my money just to diagnose cars fault.so he dont have any reply.he just told me that tommorow i will talk to my senior and get back to you.i dont expect a irrelevant reply from a person of this post.

                              My car is standing from 15th to till date in service center in the most amazing festival time which your people make worst.when i need the car at utmost.

                              I just want to know a simple thing that this kind of service is expecting from hyundai?

                              Why we gave our cars to hyundai to make us cheat n without diagnose just tells us a fault which is diffrent from genuine fault?

                                  I have purchase hyundai eon era+ (O) from sas hyundai, 11 station road lucknow (Uttar pradesh) on 21/12/2017 registration no. Up 32 jm7568 i was deliverd with defective vehicle having gear and steering problem i have inform to concern agency mean time it has met two times with accident till now it has run 12000 km but same problem still exist also its clutch plates have been changed four times so i want to change this car or you tell some solution for this.

                                  I have received. my i10 car at my home, which is repaired by Ketan Hyundai Nagpur. My car dashed by bus from rear side and rear door was damaged. After huge expenses of an amount RS.1, 50, 000/-, it is not get repaired properly. A gap remain between rear door and body frame.

                                    I have been dealing with modi hyundai in thane regarding a suspension noise since the day i purchased my car on the left side of the car.

                                    Dealing with vaibhav kadam ([protected]) who changed the strut in warranty but the noise is still there.

                                    Mobis techinicans also agreed there is noise and then the case was closed saying it is regular working noise on a 9 lac car which is absurd.

                                    The regular working noise is only on the left side and not right side of the car.

                                    Unfortunately there was a rickshaw brush for which the car went for warranty claim and despite there being no dent and scratches on the car the bonnet was painted even when i told them not to paint.

                                    The case is closed and no one is responding to my email. Vaibhav kadam has not replied to my email sent on nov 6th.

                                    Multiple reminder calls were made on feedback calls from modi to rate a 10 score to make vaibhav respond back but in vain.

                                    I definitely have a very positive feedback for both and are probably the best of all advisors i have met all my experience with maruti, hyundai, vw and skoda put together.

                                    Pls ensure that they are recognized for the effort.

                                    Regarding the issue:

                                    Yes you did communicate to me that the noise is regular suspension operations noise and i also told you that i do not agree to it.

                                    Request for information:

                                    Please share the cmvr - technical standing committee (Cmvr-tsc) proposal of design in which it is mentioned that this noise only in the left suspension is a known issue.

                                    Request for clarification:

                                    Some questions which i request you to answer for me:

                                    1) why is that noise of operation coming from one suspension only and not both?

                                    2) why was the strut replaced if this was regular noise?

                                    3) if this is regular suspension noise why has it take 3 visit for someone to say it is regular suspension noise, ideally it should have been told to me in the first visit. And all 3 visit i have personally driven and explain to your technicians how the noise starts coming and when does it stop coming too. If it is regular operations noise it should come always right? And why only 1 suspension then why not both.

                                    4) was any attempt made to change the spring and check the working.

                                    5) why were mobis engineers called if this is regular noise?

                                    6) mobis engineers also agreed there is noise then why is it that this email says this is regular operating noise.

                                    If you still certify this a design noise (Which for me is part design flaw) pls confirm the same so i can write to hyundai india and ask for an answer.

                                    7) pls share the escalation process not email, written escalation process for hyundai and not email since i will want to take this case forward. I cannot sit at home spending 9 lacs on car and have noise in the suspension and the service team trying to tell me that that is noise of regular operation.

                                    I have no complaints on the commitment of the team but disagree that i will drive a car which has a operations design noise and that too in only 1 suspension and not both. Sorry.

                                    Do not take this email personally but understand that i was sold a product without being told that it has noise in the suspension which is by design.

                                      This is amrit puggal. I am owner of grand i10 pb05aj1869. I have purchased above mentioned car on january 2018 from brar hyundai jalalabad punjab and the total no. Of km driven on this car 60000 aprox and my car has already got its engine seized after 10 day of 6th service at your service centre berkley hyundai panchkula. As per as fifth service is concerned i never got it done i missed out of fifth service done sixth service done directly from your service centre after 20000 km on my car.
                                      When i tried to reach the respective service station berkley hyundai panchkula i have not recieved an appropriate response/solution from there. And the gm (Mr manjeet singh) of this respective established service centre is not helping for any kind of solution while my car is in guarntee. On the other hand he is harrasing us with calls to take back the car from service station.
                                      As being a driver in chandigarh in ola uber cab i have lot of people in my conection who uses or look frowarded to buy a new car and as i[censored] not bieng provided a solution i would make sure none of my contact get a sound feedback from my end and i have already booked another hyundai xcent car from brar hyundai faridkot for personal use will be cancelling booking as well.
                                      If i am not being provided a solution i will make sure that i file a official complaint against your staff and the company in the cansumer court.
                                      I hope u provided me a response with in next 24 to 48 hours

                                        I have given my i20 car for repair on 8th November, 2019 at Popular Hyundai Service centre, Muvattupuzha for minor repairs. It has been 4 days since and I have not yet received any communication or information in this regard despite of my tedious efforts in contacting them many times. My calls were left unattended. While giving the car at the showroom for repair I had informed them to complete the works immediately and the car to be delivered at the earliest. Till date no one has even contacted me or informed me about the progress of the work.This has become a regular practice.
                                        My previous experiences were same; to be specific, I was once cheated that they took payment for changing the bumper and actually they hadn't replaced the bumper, instead they just did some repair works to the existing bumper but the amount claimed was for replacement with new bumper. This was found later when shown to a local workshop for a light repair on the bumper. There were many other similar experiences and this still continues leaving us customers in great difficulty. Kindly take necessary actions to avoid these kinds of experiences for any consumers.
