Like mr. Brijendra upadhyay my i10 grand asta 2014 even after installing a new exide mtred35lbh battery all dash board light is off except for the small key design yellow light and open door light and the horn is working but push button start button is dead. The remote car key is dead too. Everything seems dead. Plz help. Mayday! Mayday! Mayday! Walking and using public transport for 5 days now. Car asleep at home. I think i will go mad.

    I purchased hyundai fludic verna in oct'13. After one year i am starting to hear sounds in steering column. Then i approached talwar hyundai sanathnagar branch for resolving the matter. They have inspected it and confirmed issue in the motor assembly of steering column. Till now i have changed the steering column assy including motor because of sound in steering twice. Now again the same sound is coming. Now i approached laxmi hyundai, kukatpally. They are also saying the same issue and adviced meet to change the motor. These type of issues are creating a concern over hyundai quality. For this problem only i have opted for extended warranty kindly provide me help

      Respected sir, i have a hyundai i 20 car (Sports-1.2), regd no
      Wb16ae7751, engine no-051914.

      I have sent my car for repairing in chinsurah (Bengal hyundai) service
      Center at 03/10/2018 for repairing engine. The vehicles delivery date
      Has been expired at 30/10/2018. But due to some un known reason the
      Car has not delivered till now & the service manager are not
      Communicating for the delivary date but i have already paid 15000 for
      This work.

      I think you will take proper action for this reason & help us.

      If we are not delivery the vehicle as early as possible.

        Myself mahesh booked new car with lakshmi hyundai on october 10 in the name of ht srilakshmi and sales consultant promised to us that the vehicle delivery happened n on 30th of october.

        We have paid full amount to the dealer on 25th of october, 2018 and on that day also it is promised us that vehicle will be delivered on 30th october only.

        The dealer is not delivered the vehicle as promised and we have complaint to hyundai company but there is no positive sign on the delivery of the vehicle.

        We expect the delivery of the vehicle on 6th november, 2018. We have tried reaching regional office number[protected] which is invalid number and we were not able to make any complaint with them.

          Today i wanted to give my car for service. And i went to the service centre. And they reject my car and told me to book an appointment. And this is the first time they informed me about appointment system.

          I told them in last 2 years i never booked an appointment. Because they never told me about appointment before. I traveled long to your services centre. And now you saying come back again after book appointment.

          Manager was saying, our work is to sell cars. Not informe you about appointment system. You should check by yourself before come here. And his other co-staff was saying me like “jo karna he karle, aj tera car service me nahi lung, ”

          I said give me this words in written. He said “woh bhi nahi likh ke duga, nikal idhar se service nahi hoga”

            I bought a hyundai i10 for my mother on july 31, 2017, driven 15000km. It has stopped working suddenly on 26th october 2018.
            We have lodged a complaint to the dealer from where we purchased the car, they gave us an appointment for monday (Three days later the incident).
            After all this 10 am on monday the car was not starting so we called the dealer to tow away the car, they made up excuses and came at 4 pm in the evening to pick the car.
            This is unacceptable service from hyundai, this should not happen to a brand new car, after all the servicing done on time and no accident and in so less time and km used by the new car. As we used tata indica, honda civic for more than 10 years and there was no issue with them at all.
            Still, there is no update from the service people, it has been 1 week since the car has stopped. It is costing our time and my mother is not able to the university as she is a professor, instead, we have asked for a temporary arrangement for a hire car from hyundai but there is no response till date.
            I need a refund for this car as this should not happen to a brand new product, this product is faulty, i don't want to use a repaired engine as it will happen again in future and hyundai service is not what i expected.

              I have purchased hyundai grand i10 asta on 22 aug 18, i found auto central locking feature (Speed sensing locks) is not provided in the car which should have and was told to us previously. Sales person confirmed this and later not lifting the call. Vehicle num: mala851cjm787667a, reg mob num: [protected]. Please help in getting this feature which is to ensure the security.

              Branch manager ravinder says we only do the needful if there is return agreement at the time of delivery. The sales person who promised us is no more with the organization. This is really pathetic service of talwar hyundai

                Dear sir,

                This is to inform you that i purchased a eon delight commercial vehicle four months ago and that is a worst decision in my life ever that i purchased from hyundai. And that i realized after four months of my purchased.
                On 23.08.2018 the gear box of my car was damaged. I took my car to austin hyundai patuli on 26.08.2018 at 1.00 pm for servicing.
                The service center told me to deliver the car within a week. But now the climax began.

                After some days they told me that they could not process the insurance claim. Then i requested so many times after that they told me that they try for the same.

                After 10 days when i asking about my car they told me that due to ingury of head technician the work was pending.

                After 15 day when i again asked them, they replied that the spare parts were not came from warehouse due to majerhat bridge collapsed.

                After 20 days when i again asking they replied that one main parts not available in kolkata and it would be comeing from any other state.

                After 1 month when i again asking about my car then they told me that head technician was on leave as he blessed with a daughter.

                After 1 month and 17 days they called me to delivered my car. On 13.10.2018 we reached your service center at 4.15 pm. Your staff took me for test drive. When my driver drive the car on 3rd gear at speed of 40 km/hr, we heard one shrill sound coming from the car. After couple of test drive same thing happend. But your staff try to conveyance that this sound is not so harmful and it may be coming from the audio system. But when we forced then to cheek once again then they found one screw was missing in gear box. Then they fixed the issue and delivered my car.

                On the way to returning to my house with my newly serviced car suddenly the gear are not functioning and on that time we (With my 7yrs old son) are on the top of a bridge.

                Again my driver took the car in your service center. It was very risky and difficulty to drive a car in busy road without gear and god knows when i got my car in good condision...

                ... Just think about the service that you are provided.

                Please provide me the clarification of below mention points.

                1. My car has a commercial number. How much time you taken for servicing a defect in gear box?
                2. Are your technician trained properly?
                3. How many technician present in your service center? As when a person was in leave then somebody should takeover the pending job. The customer should not wait for 1 month and 17 days.
                4. Is your staff are professional trained?
                5. Are you only focus on sell a car? Now a days every company are mostly focus on after sell service. But unfortunately hyundai are not in same road.
                6. After one week of my car delivery if the same problem happen, then who will take the responsibility?
                7. When my car is on the top of the bridge on that time suddenly the gear not functioning, if any accident may happened then who will take the responsibility?
                8. This is a commercial vehicle and i already loose a earning for 1 month and 17 days. And not sure how many days i loose my earning?
                9. Who will bear this loss?
                10. Who will take the responsibility of our mental harassment? Still me and my family is in financial crises and mental disturbance.
                11. Who will compensate my financial loose and mental peace?

                I am a women who try to stand on my foot by earning some money by this car. I already took a loan to purchase this car by deposit my gold jewellery. Already my emi is pending for two month and don't know how i repay my loan? I am going through a huge financial crises.

                This is realy a pathetic experience which not over. I gave my car yesterday and now time is 1 o'clock but still i did not receive and call from your side.

                Spacialy i request to hyundai company to look at this matter.

                  I have a next gen verna 2018 with registartion number kl 24 r 941. I bought the vehecle 2 months before. Now the vehecle almost clocked 5200 kms. I didnt face such a worst experience from any of my vehecles before. Intially at 3500 kms my front left side tyre burst on my way from ernakulam along with my family. After a big clash with the dealer they provided me 60% compensation and charged me rs 2700. Now just after running 800 kms again the same tyre burst. The service centre is declining the warranty of the tyre. The scenario is very worst. It will be a very bad remark for you hyundai that one of your top sedan burst its tyre twice in a span of 5000 kms. How can we trust you guys. I need to get my tyre replaced. I didnt ask you to provide me those cheap rubbers from bridgestone. Do the necessary

                      Yesterday I took my Hyundai i10 car to my daughter's school. While going to school my car suddenly stopped on the road. Than I took to the Hyundai showroom for checking. Today they are saying ECM needs to be replaced. It costs around 39000. My car's model is 2011 model and completed only 12000 KM. I request your help.. I found many such complaints on the internet. I could afford this much amount. Your advice and help is highly appreciated.
                      We given our vehicle on 25th August for servicing at banjara hills service point.but we dint received till now I need my vehicle right now..such a worst services

                        This is going to be a very long statement as i am going to attach the emails i sent to hyundai since the beginning.

                        It has been over a month and i still have not received any update or any call from hyundai, clearly showing their careless attitude towards a customer.

                        Without explain any further, i am attaching the last email which i sent to ms. Smita vijay, sales support, hmil south 3 regional office on[protected], till date i have not received any response:

                        Dear ms. Vijay,

                        This is in regards to a hyundai creta i have ordered back on 27th september, 2018. It would be better if i attach 2 emails i sent to hyundai sales customer service so that you may understand the matter clearly.

                        This one below is the email i sent to [protected]@hmil.net on[protected]:

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I’m writing this mail hoping you would respond to my query professionally based on my past experience with yourself.

                        I can say that i am a loyal customer to hyundai india for 18 years, and this is going to be our 5th car from hyundai since 2000. I have purchased a santro, accent gls, accent crdi and hyundai verna till now. We never faced any major issue from all these cars we owned, and if there was any, the company dealt with the matter properly and we did not face any issue after that.

                        On 27/09/2018, i have booked a creta sx diesel automatic (Passion orange), order no. S7204-[protected], booked online for rs.1000 and paid an advance of rs.25000. It was thoroughly discussed that the on road price will be rs. 17, 19, 762, which we agreed. We arranged a car loan and it was all positive from every side.

                        So i received a call from our sales executive on friday, 13/10/2018, that the car has arrived at their showroom garage, and did not mention anything new, that made us believe that the amount is fixed. Today morning, 16/10/2018, we received a call from our executive, informing us that there is an increase in the price of our creta. And when we received the new price list, it shows that the new on road price is rs.18, 23, 732, i. E., an increase of rs.1, 03, 970! And as we looked upon it extensively, we have understood that the ex showroom price has increased from rs. 14, 85, 050 to rs.14, 91, 149 (Rs.6, 099 increase). And adding the tcs, it further increased the ex showroom price from rs.14, 99, 900 to rs.15, 06, 060, which caused a tremendous increase in road tax (Rs.75, 919 increase) and comprehensive insurance (Rs.21, 991 increase).

                        As mentioned in our quotation invoice, it is clearly mentioned that any price increase will be adjusted at the time of invoicing. And as far as i know, any increase in price of a new vehicle has to be informed to the buyer at least a week before the delivery, not at the very last moment before getting the vehicle. And i clearly understand the fact that this price increase is decided by the company, not any showroom.

                        Based on my family’s financial position, the price of creta was beyond our budget. But due to our confidence and the relationship with the company for 18 years, we somehow managed to arrange enough money and got our loan sanctioned to buy a creta. But due to your increase in the ex showroom price of just rs.6, 099, it caused an unnatural increase of rs. 1, 03, 970 over the final price for us buyers, all over kerala. This could be a strategical increase as per the company, but hyundai cars always made the pricing very considerable for the indian buyers.

                        Thereby, i kindly request you to please escalate this matter and please reconsider the pricing of this vehicle and bring down the ex showroom price under rs.15 lakh.

                        Reminder - 1 since the last email sent to you on[protected], there was no response from your side till date.

                        This is with regards to the uninformed increase in the price of hyundai creta which we ordered on 27th september 2018 vide cheque no. 76194, dated 27/09/2018 amount rs.25000 drawn on federal bank, also booked online through bookonline. Hyundai.co.in for rs.1000, order id: s7204-[protected], payment reference no.:[protected].

                        Till date, we have not received any communication as a phone call or an email in response from your side to the complaint we had raised. This portrays an attitude of not valuing your customers.

                        We had mentioned in the previous email, that we were not informed/updated by your company with regard to the price change until the vehicle reached the showroom all the way from your factory. If there was a price change, it should have been informed to us before you finalized booking the vehicle for us, i. E., before processing the order internally.in the event of any price change, we should have been informed and updated at the very time we were in discussion to confirm the purchase than after the vehicle arrives in the showroom.

                        We received calls from your side only after you had already confirmed the vehicle for dispatch from the factory and even at that moment too no information about the price increase was mentioned, and it was only informed after the vehicle reached the showroom before delivery.. You did not even once give us any indication or mention there would be a change in price for creta till it reached your yard.

                        If you look at our earlier email, you are sure to find the new price was informed to us at the very last moment.

                        We arranged the loan amount as we agreed at the beginning of the discussion to purchase the vehicle, also with consideration of any slight variance/changes at the time of invoicing.

                        You should understand that rs.1, 03, 970 is not a slight increase/variance.

                        We are sorry but we will not accept this kind of ridiculous amount difference. This car is already beyond our budget and this increase makes it impossible for us to buy. No one has called us with regard to this issue. We have not received any update from your side as well, which shows the lackadaisical attitude towards your customers. We have been your customer for 18 years and this would have been our 5th car from hyundai group.

                        We have been in need of a car for a while now, but due to these very reasons, we are forced to cancel booking the order for creta, all because of your wrong decision in delaying the communication about price increase. We would have very much appreciated, if you had informed initially itself! We hope to get a response from you as soon as possible.

                            1. I am capt kcs rao owner of creta petrol model regn no. Hp62 5244. I gave my above mentioned vehicle for paid servicing at sri jayalakshmi motors, rajahmundry on 12 sep18.
                            2. Whilst i took all my personal effects from car i for got my oakely goggles costing rs 7000/- in the spectacles box. During collecion of vehicle i found the goggles missing and referered the matter to the servocing supervisor.
                            3. He checked with his workers and confirmed no one is aware and requested me to check and get back so that he would inform security to do needful whilst staff go out of gate. How ever in spite of his assurance and me confirming to him that i am positive about loss of said item from car only he failed to inform security.
                            4. I waited for a week keeping in dialogue with the service supervisor. On ascertaining that he was not taking my complaint seriously i contacted the manager shri diwakar who assured me various actions to address my grievance.in short he never got back to me as per timing assured by him and instead kept skirting the issue to date. He finally declared that it is not their responsibility.
                            5. Whilst i agree that i should have been careful in taking care of my items is this incident not enough to worry about? Such attitude of staff and workers is a matter of grave concern and can bring disrepute to the principles of hyundai.

                              Hi sir,

                              I am really disappointing from your system of limited speed (Max80km/hr) because i am running this car since last one year so i face many problems when i run on national highway due to speed limit.
                              In an emergency this car is useless for me...
                              It also consume more traveling time than others i. E it covers 2hrs distance minimum 3-4hrs.
                              Due to speed limit even i can not over take from a scooty or mother cycle. This is so emberrsing...☹️☹️so please help me regarding this to open the speed limit of my vehicle

                              If any accident occurs due to low speed on national highway so tell me sir who will be the responsible person for that because every car, bus and truck runs on an avarage speed of 100km per hrs or more than that on national highway.
                              So sir its my humble request to you please that either solve my problem of speed limit by removing/changing the ecm from my vehicle otherwise this rule should be follow by all the vehicle that you can't run your vehicle more than 80k

                              I am really disappointing from your system of limited speed (max80km/hr) because I am running this car since last one year so I face many problems when I run on national highway due to speed limit.
                              In an emergency this car is useless for me...
                              It also consume more traveling time than others i.e it covers 2hrs distance minimum 3-4hrs.
                              Due to speed limit even I can not over take from a scooty or mother cycle.This is so emberrsing...☹️☹️so please help me regarding this to open the speed limit of my vehicle

                              If any accident occurs due to Low speed on national highway so tell me sir who will be the responsible person for that because every car, bus and truck runs on an avarage speed of 100km per hrs or more than that on national highway.
                              So sir its my humble request to you please that either solve my problem of speed limit by removing/changing the ECM from my vehicle otherwise this rule should be follow by all the vehicle that you can't run your vehicle more than 80k

                                Hi,

                                I2 days back i had given my hyndai sonata car to modi hyundai chunna batti, mumbai for suspension and cooling issue..

                                In the work order i had asked for two things to be checked. I had also mention the current state.

                                1. Front left side suspension issue
                                2.ac - ac is working, only when outside temperature is 38 to 40 degree it's gives problem.

                                I am shocked to see that after the car was delivered to me the ac is not working at all.

                                Requesting to you look into this matter with urgency since this is imapcting my daily routine, traveling to my work places, clients. I am under tremendous stress until this is resolved.

                                  I own 3 hyundai cars bought all from your showroom i20 asta 2016, verna top hand 2018 and now santro booked on 11/10/2018.
                                  Uttmost disrespect was given to me.
                                  My car was not released because i urged not to get insurance from showroom as it was 7000 rs more the price than actual quoted by other banks. When i refused, ur head person forced me to take insurance else he won’t release my santro. And i quote his wordings: # apni aukaat mein reh, mere yahan se insurance nahi karaega to bhaad mein jaa, nahi se raha car, jo ukhaad sakta hai ukhaad le.
                                  As per irda, it is not mandatory to get insurance from the showroom, but u guys are doing monopoly.. And using such filthy unacceptable lanaguage.. Qudos to surjeet hyundai...
                                  Aukaat and all... Great going surjeet hyundai jk road bhopal

                                    I purchased hyundai creta sx diesel in nov 2017 and initially faced burning smell issue and went to show room they said use one long drive. This problem is because of half clutch they said in bangalore. Then at the time of 1000 kms faced another problem 3rd gear to 4th gear jammed this is there from day one i am not noticed. I found this at highway in long drive and managed. Then second time i went to the show room and updated this. Then they fix this at free of cost. Third issue is at 14, 000 kms - clutch got disconnected and not connected to drive system internally. Unable to see the movement in the vehicle slow motion in all gears. Immediately i went to the show room third time and escalated big fight there. Finally adjusted temporarily and said replaced the part sensors. Also said due to wear and tear it happend. Now 2 days back i faced again same clutch problem at 16900 kms in bumper to bumper traffic at bangalore. Then i am egarily looking the solution on this. Hydraulic clutch systems are good - which is used in lorries, buses, small cars etc. But for this vehicles (Creta) they used sensor based mechanisms on top of mechanical system - sensitive mechanism internally. Hyundai needs to come up with the solution on this and solve the problem other wise we will fight till the last.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have bought the hyundai elite i20 asta 2018 vehicle number up 14 dn 4367 this year when it was launched from dream hyundai located at near sihani chungi, plot no.: - a3, meerut road, near sihani chungi
                                      Ghaziabad, uttar pradesh -201003. I got my both the service done from them and had trust in them but all is lost now.

                                      It met with an accident and i gave my car to the same dealership for insurance claim. While taking back the vehicle, i found a dent in running board right side, which was not there while i gave the vehicle to them. When i raised the issue to them, they completely ignored and did not accept the mistake. Due to which i have to reach out to area sales manager in delhi regional office. I explained him the entire situation and he had a word with the service manager at dream hyundai. After which i was assured that they will repair the vehicle. So, finally my running board was repaired.

                                      Somehow, i met with an accident again within an span of 2-3 weeks, but due to the prior issue i gave my car to shine hyundai located at near silver city mall, lal kuan, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010. Since, the back bumper was repaired last time as well and this time also bumper repaired was required. Since, there was no major damage insurance was approved for repair and not replace. Now, when this time when the bumper was removed, it had been very badly damaged from the inner side and the repair work was pathetic. Since, this was below part, it would have been never visible either by naked eyes, only way to see it would have been to look below by raising the car or removing the bumper.

                                      I am sharing all the photos, along with this email for your reference. For now, i have asked shine hyundai to replace the bumper and i have to pay this amount unnecessarily. This is something, i would have never expected from a brand like hyundai. Earlier, i used to refer people buying cars to go for hyundai but with this experience, i will not refer any one in future. Also, this is my 2nd hyundai car, earlier i used to drive hyundai i10 but my further association with hyundai does not seems bright.

                                      Another area is my one of the tyre have an manufacturing defect. Tyre is from mrf model name is ztvt. I have shown the issue to the shine dealer and they have told me they will get it replaced. My concern is am i safe? I don't know if other tyres will not have same issues. Somehow, i had to fill the air myself at the petrol pump and noticed the issue but not sure if i would be lucky enough next time. Can you guys assure me that i am safe and other tyres will encounter same issue?

                                      I am not sure, if you guys can help me here or not but i wanted to share my experience about dream hyundai.

                                        I purchased a grand i10 car from the popular hyundai showroom at karakkamandapam, thiruvanathapuram on 17.08.2018. At the time of preliminary discussion they have promised a festive offer worth 1 lac.

                                        I have exchanged my old maruti car 800 with them for an amount of rs.100000/-.

                                        40000/- being the price of the car and 60000/- being the exchange offer.

                                        The other offer then promised was a gift of 2 gm gold coin.

                                        At the time of every meeting i reminded them to deliver the 2 gm gold coin as gold itself and i don’t need money. Because i wanted to give the gold coin as a special offering to my church. But at the time of the delivery of my grand i10 car the people concerned told me that there is a shortage of gold coin and the same shall be delivered next day itself. The next day they informed me over phone that the price of the gold coin is already included in the 1 lac offer and hence they were not in a position to deliver it.

                                        I examined all my papers and found that some errors have crept in. I consulted mr. Sasikumar, the manager of accounts and the mistakes were brought in to his attention. Accordingly he was convinced and promised to take urgent steps in this regard.

                                        Later he accepted the mistake and promised to deliver 2 gm gold and an amount of rs.4400/- being the balance amount. Inspite of repeated reminders i am extremely sad to say that the promise is still pending.
