I have book the vechile in the name of k vijaya lakshmi in the month of 20.08.2018 from secunderabad fusion hyundai.

I have made entire payment because i got mail from dealer they will deliver the vechile on 12.10.2018. On 12 th on words i am keep on calling to dealer they are not responding and i have visited the show room in yesterday and ceo has said they have placed the indent on 12.10.2018 and vechile is not available. Since today morning they are not confirming when they will give my vechile and who will bare my interest which is with out taking delivery.

I have spoken with hyundai manufacturer rsm mr shiva he is also not supporting to get the vechile.

This is 8th vechile which is my family buying the hyundai where we belive the brand. Fusion hyundai team has make me full in front of my family.

There festival on 18.10.2018 and no confirmation and no one is helping.

    I have left the car on oct 6 for ac issue to advait hyundai, belwadi mysore. Complaint was ac wont work after long distance run. Service advisor told that it was a software issue & can be resolved by an update. When i received i couldn't able to verify because i had no long distance travel planned. On 14 oct i was taking out my car to drop my friend and it was raining and i looked at the console and it was displaying outside temp as - 40deg c!!! And automatically ac starts to behave erratically. Car inside temp was going high and windshields were covered with mist in no time. When i tried to adjust the temp and position to windshield it was not clearing the mist. Tried heater also nothing seems to work. If i press ac auto mode will go off, if i press auto ac will turn off. Blower position turns to leg not to wind shield. It was very difficult to drive in those conditions however somehow managed to reach home safely and called up the service advisor to intimate about the issue. Response was that he was responsible for body shop and connected to ac guy. Then they started discussing about patch, installation & sensor going bad. It was his duty to verify all those things before handing it over to customer & not to discuss after incident has happened. It was ac so i consider it less severity as i was inside city. What if i was traveling to my native where i have to drive ghats and forest? Affect would have been severe. I have specifically given vehicle for a problem of ac and it hasn't been addressed, people are discussing what may be wrong!!! My seat cover was also damaged after receiving. I have already shared photograph & videos to service advisor but no response from his end.

    I sent My car grant i10 for claim on 27 sept 2018. Still not any respond from dealer side. I visited twice at workshop for enquiry but conltant says part not available.
    Plz resolve this problem as soon as posible

      We met with an accident 27 of july after completion of all legal formality we handed over the car to hyundai work shop (Akg hyundai, bareilly) at 12th of sept after several follow ups i still not get my car back. They are asking 15 more days to hand over back. I just want to know, is this really hyundai service, where hyundai claimed for best service and customer satisfaction. Every person in akg hyundai bareilly are making me fool. More than a 1 month but still no clue when i get back.

        There’s no doubt that our local hyundai delear/service centre gives a excellent proffessional service to their customers...
        Given below is a letter which i had written to them, hoping it’ll be forwarded to their higher ups at hmil head office..

        Sir,
        It’s been 8years since the day i became a hyundai customer, the very first vehicle that i brought in life was hyundai i20 (Magna) and all these year till date i had no reason to fuss regarding its performance/quality/services.. “not a single problem”.. And with same belief, expectations, confidence level, i went on to buy hyundai sx (Dual tone) in the month of nov - dec.. Feeling excited about my purchase i even spent an additional 60k to add some features like front/back bumper, side foot stand, chromium plates, etc.. Early this month on 5th oct. I had my send my car for its due 2nd service... The next day on 6th oct. Feeling jubilant seeing a clean & serviced car, i took it for a drive to visit a cousin at thathangchen, while on the way just few meters from the gate, the car came to a sudden grinding halt, with no knowledge whatsoever about what might have gone wrong, i came out to inspect.. On careful inspection i saw my left side tyre touching the under layer of side bonnet, i noticed the driving shaft to be broken.., i kept recalling if ever the underbelly of vehicle was ever hit, that moment i assumed that maybe my driver did it & kept silent abt it... Kind enough the next day ur service centre staff came & took the vehicle to ur workshop... Ever since 7th oct the vehicle has been there, and only today they dismantled the damaged area, but to my surprise there’s not a single sign that can confirm that it was caused due to impact, even the head mechanic can’t ascertain the reason behind this mechanical failure.. Sir, as a sincere /genuine customer my only request is that you should carry out a proper investigation over this failure, and come out with some reasonable/sensible answer, as to why it happened..? I would willingly accept if the mistake is on my part... But if its a mechanical failure on the company's part then u must talk to your counterparts & find a rightful solution to this matter... I sincerely hope your centre will not deprive me (A genuine customer) from getting what i am entitled to get genuinely...
        Btw this incident still has not lowered my trust/ confidence on the brand name “hyundai”..... Such rare failures do happen...
        But my only request to you is to do what is rightful...

          Myself Ankush Rajesh Adkatalwar from Nanded 431601 Maharashtra complaining that i have booked hyundai creta 1.4 s varient on 5th july 2018.Since i have been told that there is 2 months waiting period on creta.I applied for loan and as per our oral conversation they gave me 100%surity about the delivery of car will be on DASERA so i transfered amount to the dealers a/con 11 oct 2018 i.e Jaya hyundai Nanded.
          But now after amount credited to their a/c they are rufusing to give delivery on Dasera saying that they will provide on 20 octomber 2018 which is not acceptable to me. Hence I hereby requested you to acknowledge my problem and give me proper solution.
          Otherwise i need to file suit in consumer forum.

            I have visited kamal hyundai, kharghr for xcent car on 29.08.2018 and i have also hand overed my old car ford fiesta with kamal hyundai, kharghar as exchange.

            As per telephonic conversation with one of the executive, i informed him that due to some reason return my old car since very long.

            I have been visiting and calling continuously with the kamal hyundai, kharghar for cancel my deal and return of my car.

            Today i shocked to know from one of the executive that my old car has already sold to other party without my consent papers or without my authority letter.

            This is highly unacceptable to me and therefore tried to address this issue with senior officers but neither they resolved my issue nor returned my car.

            I request you to cancel my deal.

            Kindly resolve the issue as earliest.

              I purchase the creta sxon 28th sep 2018 from rasulgarh bhubaneswar. I paid rs.1500 for no plate before 10days, still i didn't get the no plate neither send by courier nor to near by hyundai show room. Very poor customer service after purchase the vehicle. I deal with mr. Piyush. I give the rating 9 for customer feedback. I think i should give the very poor rating for customer service.

                I have booked car on 9.7.18 by paying rs 25000 to saboo dealer in mtuuguda and they assured that within 45 days car will be delivered. From August 15 I'm following no proper response. False commitments and poor response from dealer. Again I paid rs. 875000 on 27.9.18 totalling to 9 lakhs but till now car is not delivered. I spoke to Mr prashanth md of the showroom but no use. I have booked e+ petrol car. I'm surprised why do much delay. Pls cancel the saboo mettuguda dealership as they say amount will be refunded after 3 months delay

                  I have bought hyundai eon in last year (05/10/2018). From day 1 there is a noise inside the bonnet when i used the accelerator at on condition of ac. The sound is like karrrrr kaarrrrr. I complaint this fault from all my three free servicing but till they had not clear the problem of my car. And there no pick up when the ac is on. It's feel so bad that i trusted on hyundai but i got nothing. Please took the necessary action.

Further i bring to your kind consideration the i have not used any contaminated water or salted water as i am living in hill station.                           My name is ajay kuvar, car number gj06/jm/4307. I have gone through car repair (In may-2018 month). But suddenly the colour is getting wipe out from one of the area which was repaired while cleaning the car at another service centre at vadodara (Car scanner, contact no. [protected]) see the attached pics.

                          I am staying at vadodara, gujarat and the car was repaired at concept car service centre (Contact no. [protected]) at ahmedabad, gujarat (You fetch the details from data base).

                          I need the solution for this and i am unable to go back for the car repair again at ahmedabad.

                          This is totally embarrassing situation for me after showing such maturity towards service centre.

                          Please provide the solution asap.

                            And in 2 month i drive only 7000km

                            Before 2 days i m going to jaipur
                            And i speed braker and pit come and car tyre damaged from side
                            Thanks to god, otherwise hyundai is not safe for life

                            So this is not safe car
                            If you are above 100km and pit come anywhere then never trust on hyundai

                            And now they are not changing my tyre

                              I have purchased i20 magna from surjeet hyundai j k road bhopal on 18 sept 2018.
                              During the deal it was commited by the sales manager and sales consultant that we will give alloy wheels fit with the car but as the alloy wheels are not in ready stock they requested me to purchase car on the same day and asked me to wait for a week as the order is placed and they will call me back after a week for fitment of alloy wheels. As on commitment i should get alloys latest by 25 sept 2018
                              But now when i call them after 8 days they are telling me that the company have stopped making alloys wheels and so we will not provide you alloy wheels.

                              Its a grievance mail regarding the deviation from commitment.
                              I will drag the company and dealer in court if any one will not fulfil the commitment.
                              I have already paid the extra amount and have purchased that car only on the commitment of the alloy wheels.

                              Such things will ruin the prestige of company and dealer as well.

                              Its not a matter of alloy or money but company should take care of her spoken words.

                                Hi, i had applied for a job stating it's for hyundai company, i got a call back stating i was selected and i will have to send 50 email s in a day for which they will provide me with a laptop, mobile and 2 books with email ids and content. I refused the job offer, so the person on other end asked me to make a payment of 1100 rupees as i rejected the offer. He even became abusive. I have the contact details of the person and he called me on two occasions with to different names i. E. Mohan as an executive and mr. Ranjan as some senior officer.

                                      Shamefully cheated by Hyundai and their authorised dealer (Mithila Hyundai, Mira Road, Thane).
                                      - We booked a car (Hyundai Verna) from an authorised Hyundai dealer on 15 July 2018 and we were verbally promised delivery by 15th of August, 2018. The dealer also asked us to make the full payment which we did a few days after the booking. Ever since, we have been waiting for our car and it hasn't been delivered yet. Early September we lodged a complaint with the Hyundai customer care and they told us that there has been no booking registered for us. They put us in contact with regional sales office.
                                      - Further followup revealed that the dealer was trying to obtain the car through a different dealer because their own ordering has been blocked by Hyundai. However, Mithila is not transferring the payment for the car to the other dealer. Apparently Mithila is facing some financial trouble and is using customers' money to run its business rather than to obtain the cars for the customers.
                                      - Since then every time the dealer and the Hyundai regional sales office is promising us delivery within a week, and another week and another week.
                                      - Despite their own ordering being blocked by Hyundai, Mithila dealership has been actively accepting new orders and trapping more and more unsuspecting customers. During our many visits to the dealership we discovered that many customers have been waiting for their cars to be delivered for several months after making full payment and on every followup they just keep giving new expected delivery date.
                                      - Customers whose cars have arrived at the dealership after being arranged from the other dealers are yet pending RTO processing for months
                                      - Customers who got frustrated and cancelled their booking have been made to wait for over six months without a refund.
                                      - We have been frustrated with the process so far, and Hyundai has failed to provide any concrete support. All Hyundai has done so far is reminding the dealer to give us the car.
                                      - As customers, we put our trust in the Car manufacturer's brand, not the dealership. Hyundai has failed to meet their obligations towards the customers. Even after buying a car Hyundai labels as premium, we have been treated like beggars. At this point I do not even want to buy a Hyundai car anymore because the service has been miserable to say the least, but I am afraid if I cancel, my hard earned money is going to be at the mercy of Mithila Hyundai for an unknown period of time, and possibly I will never see my money back.
                                      - Some o[censored]s went to the local police station to register a complaint but the police personnel denied our request to take a complaint and asked us to go to the consumer forum instead. I have put up a complaint on the consumer helpline website for my case, but it has been a month and yet the case has not seen any progress.
                                      - I have already raised my concern to this customer care number. Complaint number is 1-[protected] and
                                      1-[protected].
                                      So far this has not been helpful.
                                      How Hyundai being such a big brand is helpless to provide car to customer who has paid all the money?
                                      Why is Mithila Hyundai still an authorized Hyundai dealer if they have code freeze for new booking?
                                      Why Hyundai customer support is not able to resolve this cheating issue from their authorised dealer?

                                        I have booked a creta on 23 September, I make a payment of 30K so that I can get the delivery in Navratra. Again I received a call on 29 September to double sure that you are taking the delivery in Navratra and apart from this they told me that Hyundai is increasing the price from 01October so please release some payment. I again release the payment of 1 lac rupees. Now I again received a call on 06 October to make the balance payment and they raise the PO for the same (one is with insurance and another one is without Insurance), I make the payment of balance payment to them and I told them that I will make the insurance from outside.

                                        Now they told me if you will not buy the insurance from us then New Rates will be applicable and the Behaviours of their manager MANU SRIVASTAVA is so rude that is biggest mistake of buying the Hyundai Product, If before taking the delivery their attitude is so much irrational then god know what will happen after delivery.

                                        After having a discussion they told me you can take your money back and rupees 3000 will be deducted against cancellation, These buggers if they were in my office should kick them from the main gate.
