4 to 5 day before my car unbalanced and reached up on stone and hit down safety guard, front bumper, chassis pipe of oil and side door then i call road side assistance service and my car pool to marudhara service station jhunjhunu nearest to me and next they repair and billed 30293 including labour charges and saying that all problems are solved but still oil is continuously fallen.

    In december 2013 i purchased eon magna +from them they have committed me that they will give me reference discount after purchasing the car...

    Now its 2018 they always try avoid me.

      I sipon ahmed laskar, a customer of your company bought a creta car (Reg no-mz01l9415) about 2 years 5 month ago. From the beginning of purchase i had exhausted about 60000/- in spare parts and at the end of 2 years 5 month i am very unsatisfied with your brand service. If it continues i am unable ride your brand and bound to change your brand because of poor service of your creta car. Now my car is dead.
      So kindly look into the matter to solve my problem regarding your creta car.

        With due respect it is submitted that i had purchased above car from joshi hyundai at mohali ind area,

        While purchasing the insurance fellow did not allow me to get the insurance from the agent of my choice but they did not allow me as some commission of rs 3000/- was there,

        While issuing the fellow took more that 2 hours and did not include the personal accidental cover to passengers, when i said why he has not included the reply was i did not say, i have been getting the car insurance for many years and passenger insurance was done always

        On 10 march 2018 i came to the show room for second service but had to return after about 3 hours as there was huge rush, here i have to say that they could have not taken my case for service on that day or would have told me that it would take more that 4 or 5 hours so that my time would not have wasted, i had to travel about 40 km for service, they had taken the coupon also that time

        So today again i came to the show room for service and had booked the time, so i was there at about 9.15 am and my no was 6 when the fellow who was taking pics etc i informed him that i have bought the mobile oil and filter my self from the market and the same must be used, then he took me to some one who said ok but i shall have to ask my superior, i said ok, then he took me to mr sanjay, minhas, he was very rude i was standing in front of him for more that 30 mins but he kept sitting, when i asked him to give in writing that outside mobil oil and filter he simply refused, otherwise also he was not going to listen any thing from me and insulted, when i visited last time in march i had asked the person in charge over there that i can purchase oil etc from outside, now i dont remember the face and i did not ask the name,

        I asked me minhas that he should first see the quality of oil and filter and if not fount suitable then i may get form the show rooom, but he was not ready to listen even and showed me the door

        I have purchase the oil from shell helix hx 7 10 w -40, and the filter is from kia motors inzi and hyundai is printed over it, genuine parts, now i have already purchased it what should i do now,

        I m very much un satisfied from these people that i asked him to inform me the selling price of the car which he said is 2.30 lac

        Kindly look in to my complaint and do the needful

        To resolve this issue i would like you to the service should be done without further dalay, i should not be made to wait unnecessory, mr minhas should apologize for the misbehaviour, i should be compensated rs 3000 for the insurance commission, 1500 excess charged for insurance, rs 1000 for two visits for service but they did not do, should inorm me the exact amout they have paid for r c of the vihicle, should give me the receipt, and refund me the excess amount chaged for r c. They should allow me to use the oil and the filter which i have already purchased or pay me for that.

        I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response within 3 days with a view to resolving this issue within 7 days. If these timescales are not met, i will have no hesitation in escalating my complaint.

          This is the continuation of the previous email i have sent you.

          I am eagerly waiting for your response in regards to this matter.

          We have been using hyundai cars for the past 18 years. Since then we bought 3 cars and we are very satisfied with the reliability, quality and proper service we have received.

          We had our hyundai accent gls from 2000 and we used it for 14 years with the total mileage of 2, 50, 000 kms. We bought our verna right after we sold accent. My grandparents bought hyundai accent crdi in 2004 and till date, despite hearing all complaints, we did not face any, thanks to the service quality of mgf hyundai. Now, we are also on the thoughts to purchase the all new hyundai creta for my uncle.

          I received a call from mgf hyundai service manager, informing us that we need to replace all the pipes and rubber tubes that circulates the coolant, including the radiator. Please keep noted that this car has run only 70000kms and this is the first time we are facing a major mechanical issue on a car we have ever used.

          This issue is not due to our driving. As advised by the service advisor, this is a company defect and they have seen this same issue happened to a car that has run only 30000 kms.

          Now there is going to be a huge amount on the final bill. No matter how much is the amount, we still have to pay it to get our car back and we have advised then to do whatever they can to fix our car as we, my family, is really fond of cars and we are attached to each car we owned.

          I would like to get your attention to this matter and since this is a defect from the manufacturer, we expect a compensation from your side, or a discount from the total cost of this damage.

Unfortunately, we have been facing difficulties with our vehicle because it is leaking oil from the engine. 2 days back when i took my car from the porch, we noticed few drops of oil stains. When i opened the hood, i noticed oil stains at the engine protection mount below, and the coolant tank filled up to the brim with oil. We did not take the car any further.

Manager service, he arranged service mechanic to my house and after he inspected, he said it was some malfunction of an o ring in between the radiator and the engine. He also informed us that this is the 4th car he found this same problem in this month and it is a fault. There are also cars that ran only 30, 000 km and had this problem. Today morning the service center arranged a towing service truck and took our car to the mgf hyundai service center, chenganassery.

          We have been using hyundai cars since 2000 and this is the 3rd car we have purchased from the same company, same dealer. The last car we owned, 2000 model hyundai accent gls, ran for a smooth 1, 25, 000km and we never faced any issue like this on that vehicle. Compared to verna, i used that car harder due to needing in power but that car never raised any complaint like this.

          I would appreciate it if you could organize to get in touch with mr. Jacob david in regards to this matter and have the problem fixed as soon as possible, as this is the only vehicle i own. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur a huge additional cost.

          The warranty has expired but i believe i am still entitled to a free repair because the existence of such a serious defect in a car which has only done 70000 kilometers indicates it was not of acceptable quality when i bought it. This opinion has been confirmed by the service advisor.

          Ordinary wear and tear could not account for the problem so soon in the life of the vehicle. I am a careful and conscientious owner, as the general condition of the car shows. I have not done anything to the car to cause this defect.

            I purchased the new creta 1.4e+ diesel on dated 18.04.2018 from joshi hyundai chandigarh. Front tyre damaged due to minor puchure. I complaint to good year tyre company. He says, co. Sale the tyre direct to hyundai for new vech. Warranty is not for hyundai. Warranty only for direct sale to customer. Kindly solve the problem. Ompal is a good year tyre engineer.

              Hi,

              I am writing this as i have been facing issues in terms of service but now my car body cover which is only 3 months got spoiled because of low cheap material/quality. I own a Grand i10 spoetz optional, which was bought from bannerghata showroom.

              At the time of purchasing manager and other staff given this 3rd class body cover which i raised the concerns, but after 3 months its gone. I want the genuine one or will write to hyundai.
              I purchased Xcent at 25 march 2018 from Balaji Automart Hardoi UP. Back tyre of car was damage (like bubbels). I have complaint at dear but They tell this is not manufaturing deffect so Not cover under warranty. So Please take a necessary action as soon as possible.

                I want to bring your kind attention on poor air condition of my car.
                I own a xcent petrol model 2014, vehicle no. RJ14 CW 1156.
                I brought my vehicle to the authorised service station 14 times in 2 years
                Still there is solution come out, many times parts were get changed but still problem remaining continue. I am not satisfy with your service. If there is no solution in this case so change my vehicle. i'm tired of visiting service station frequently. I had wasted enough money.
                Every single visit of 320 km to the service station costs me about 1600 rupees for fuel.
                check your service status about this car, please help me to short out this issue.

                  I am kunal lalwani from nasik i am a hyundai user from past 10 years and have 3 hyundai cars. I had serviced my i20 magna 4 5 days back in showroom and had changed brake oil brake pads brake cleaning profess of calliper oil filter change diesel filter change but no work was done my car was dropped at home and 14000 bill i had cleared and more over my ac vent was broken by the showroom person so they said sorry and dey ordered the part and told me they will change it no charges. There was some brake noise still der i had told the showroom guy to check it the fooled me and voice was there last night i was on highway about 100 km/hr the brakes failed some i managed to control the car using gears and managed to not to hit any car. I had called the manager and service head last night and told them they said we are sorry but i will sue your company in consumer court as my life was in danger brakes had become zero the paddle was totally free i have parked the car there it self at night... This was the worst life taking and careless experiance given to me by hyundai and i will look after them in the consumer court asap.                     My vehicle no uk07bt7929 i20 hyundai mathura was given for accidential repair on 30/4/18 my policy no hax/s6426152 i was pro missed to be given vehicle after repair in 10 days but after 24 days there is no result, i have to move on and off as a result i am spending rs 1500 per day using local taxis. Kindly do the needfull so my extra expenses are reimbursed to me and my vehicle is given back

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I have baught creta 1.6 sx+ dual tone on 21st april 2018. I am physically handicaped person with locomotive disability.
                      Before booking the car, we had confirmed with sales executive regarding rto tax exemption of rs. 1, 55, 000/-. On that conditions i had booked hyundai creta car in kundan hyundai showroom. I had also submitted all disability related documents and driving fitness certificate issued by ‘ministry of health & family welfare’ for tax exemption purpose on the time of booking itself. But while making temperory registration of the vehicle in rto, showroom did a mistake and forgot to register it as a invalid carriage vehicle (Vehicle for disabled person). While going to register my vehicle, rto has denied to register it as invalid carriage saying that showroom had registered it as normal vehicle.
                      When i got back to the showroom for asking their mistake, they merely told that mistake was committed by their rto agent. They advised me to go to their rto agent (Its showroom’s responsibility to correct it, but they neglected.) i called their rto agent several times for 4 days but he didn’t respond. He responded once but very rudely like i did a crime by buying a hyundai car.
                      Then showroom advised me to go to the rto office and solve your issue with rto agent. I went there also and ‘request’ (Sorry ‘begging’) him to change the temperory registration details but their rto agent did not respond properly. I called back to the showroom regarding this poor service but showroom did not respond. I am still calling them 2-4 times but they are not responding.
                      1 month is over. Till now i am unable to register my vehicle due to negligence and worst service of the company.
                      Now i have to pay rs. 1, 55, 000/- rto tax + late registration fee due to worst service.
                      Maruti suzuki had all idea about registration of the vehicle but i committed a mistake by not buying brezza over creta.
                      As i am a physically handicapped person, i am also going to lodge a written complaint of the harassment to the ‘office of the chief commissioner for persons with disabilities’ under ministry of social justice & empowerment.

                        I have purchased hyundai grand i10 in december 2016 from equity hyundai, rajkot.in this 2.5 years i have driven the car only 11000 kms. But still there are major problems in jumpers and steering rack. While driving its making so much noise that you cant even drive peacefully.
                        I have given my car to repair in equity hyundai service outlet, rajkot. They quoted me approx 15000 rs for it.
                        I cant imagine that i have to pay 15000 rs for it when i have drive for only 11000kms. The spares & parts used in grand i 10 are so poor level that they cant been maintain for atleast 11000kms.
                        Day by day the noise is going high. No one is there to listen my complaint that the car should not be so dull that it cant been run upto 11000kms.
                        Worst feelling for this car and the equity hyundai service, rajkot, gujarat & specially the hyundai company.
                        Please help me to conclude this matter as i am highly disappointed about the product quality as well as the service quality of hyundai cars

                          On may 21, 2018, i was returning from greater noida, when i reached pitampura, the engine stopped while car was running on top gear @ 60 km/hr, i immediately took side lane to stop the car and meanwhile car steering was also got locked. As car temperature was fine, immediately i restarted car engine, which started normally within seconds. This happened with in 50 - 60 seconds. Than i drove to home 10 km as usually do.
                          Today i also drove about 50 km and didn't face any problem.
                          Veh. No. Is dl 4c ax 3868
                          All the services done at deep hyndai peragarhi.
                          Now my question is-
                          1) why it happened and who is / was responsible for it?

                            I bought ng verna in nov17. I kept complaining of noisy knocky engine to hyundai people in service.. Customer feedback form and many places.. But no one attended. Now in second service the service centre told me that ebd port in missing. And has not come with the vehicle. I complianed to showroom when no response, i contacted customer complain number.. And took people on concall.. They said by monday 21st we resolve. They only say yes but do not resolve... I am sure the matter is not touched and hyundai must have ignored.

                              On december 2014 i purchased a grand i10 diesel from dealership (Popular hyundai, district - kottayam, state - kerala). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because my car i used only 50, 000kms and it is leaking oil from the turbo. 'your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed it is the technical issue of the vehicle.

                              Every 10, 000kms i am servicing my vehicle only thru your authorized dealers and in every 20, 000kms i am changing my airfilter and diesel filter from your dealership. It is very sad to see a complaint from hyundai vehicle. I purchased the hyundai only because the trust on your vehicle.

                              I would appreciate it if you could change my turbo with a new one without any additional charges within a month.
                              I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by a month, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                                I booked a creta petrol at face lift model at the subject distributorship and paid booking amount
                                1. No response to my queries on exchange of my old hyundai or any incentives/ freebies on fittings, insurance plans...
                                2. No update on face lift launch status... Today i received a launch program invitation from kothari hyundai in pune
                                3. Requested for call / meeting from manager who has no time to respond
                                4. Arrogant unhelpful attitude of sales team post booking... Very poor customer service

                                Can i transfer my booking to kothari hyundai without cancellation charges. Appreciate your help as i am reluctant to deal with singh hyundai.

                                  On 19/5/2018 i have visited to service center for routine service and complaint about my car's ac which was not working properly. When engineer checked he told that compressor and condenser filter are damaged and need to be repair and estimate cost would be around 30000 rs and when i visited outside for checking i found that car heater fan was blocked due to which ac was not working properly and car's temp was around 130 degree celsius. Mechanic said if problem was not diagnosed early then car's engine would blow out. He just repaired the fan and now ac is working properly. This type of carelessness was not expected from such authorized service center in which you claim that you have highly trained and experienced engineers.
                                  This time hyundai break the trust of loyalty and sincerity. They are here to make false money.

                                    My verna fluidic rear clipper seals are damaged but agency worker are told me that complete clipper will changed it will not working after change the seal. I'm asking you that why ur dealers are not change the seals are separate instead you sent the seal in dealer store. The worker are misguided the customer to how loose their pocket in unnecessary.

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that my santafe atm vehicle had problem with 4 wheel drive option from 4 months and had give it to bhimavaram kusalava motors show room for repair purpose in february month and the service people said they found and error displayed upon scanning the system and had rectified the problem, after few days when i had taken a drive to check the same found that the same problem still persists as the vehicle got stuck up in the sand and i called up the service person and he said please bring it back and we will look into the problem again and 2time also the same thing happened and 3time also i had faced the same problem. Upon seeing this i spoke to the manager and he said we don’t have qualified staff to handle your vehicle as it high end model so please send it to vijayawada kusalava show room and on his request i immediately sent it to vijayawada show room and they said we have checked the vehicle and given all the details to the company by email and we will get back to you soon after we get reply from the company.

                                      10 days after sending to vijayawada show room i still did not get any update from them or the bhimavaram show room and upon calling the manager in bhimavaram he said he is waiting for reply from company and the same day evening he asked me to send the vehicle to show room to take photos of tyres and i sent to them and again after 1 week i still didn’t get any update and called the manager and he said i am waiting for instructions from the company and next day he wanted to take my car for check up in sand area and report the problem back to company and i have the vehicle and he had taken all the videos and photos of the problem and sent them to company on 11 may and 1 week has passed by but still my problem is still not resolved and i again went to show room today and the gm mr kishore this time spoke to me over phone and said please wait till monday ie 21 may and we will resolve the problem for you definitely as we have reported the same to higher persons of the management and the company.

                                      What i found shocking is the show room doesn’t maintain any complaints registar still date and on asking the person in charge he says complaints are entered into the system by email to the company and upon continually following up with the manager he had given me these email below which where being communicated to the company and the show rooms on various dates. The emails attached below will give you the details of the problem.

                                      I sincerely urge the company customer service head to take immediately action in resolving my problem and want you to ensure that such things don’t repeat again to any other customer in future. Having bought the best car of hyundai santafe amt i felt very proud that i had the best vehicle in my hands but today feel very disgusted that i had chosen a very wrong company (Hyundai) vehicle because of the time and effort spent by me to speak to people at different stages of the problem but still find that my problem is not resolved even when my vehicle has extended warranty.

                                      I need immediate action and if i don’t get my problem resolved by monday as promised by the mr kishore gm i will not hesitate to take serious action against the company.

                                      P1831 : clutch thermal overstress warning

                                      P1832 : clutch thermal overstress shutdown.

                                      3. Condition (Driving/vehicle/road condition)

                                      As per customer voice when 4wd is engaged in vehicle driven in sand and if one wheel got stuck in sand remaining wheels are not responding and the coustomer is forced ot call ers vehcile to pull out the vehicle.

                                        I have given my hyundai verna car gj12cg7161 at shree nath auto link bhuj kutch 370001 we want to inform you that we were cheated by them they had done the work of rs25118/- without informing us, the car radiator was in a good condition i had done the confrence on phone with a local machanic a person from shree nath auto link was on line local machanic told just clean and service the radiator no need to change then also shreenath auto link has replace the radiator with new one.
                                        After we received the car some fault was there noise was coming from front so on the same day we called shreenath autolink person that you have not done the proper servicing some noise is coming from the front after requesting many times they took the car at workshop after four days at afternoon they informed us boosh is gone so you have to change it the boosh was not available at workshop so he told it will take two days time after two days we will pick the car, we want to inform you on the same day we had given the car at b. Mangatram bhuj they told us boosh is ok they have done the work in free of cost.
                                        After b. Mangatram has done the work free of cost we understood shreenath autolink has cheated us so we told them to return all the spare parts they have changed, after 8days they have returned the spare parts.
                                        After that on phone we had the complain at hyundai customer care our complain no is 1-[protected] that shreenath autolink has cheated us, we want to inform you that on 11.5.18 at night 11:00pm mr. Hitesh owner of shreenath autolink and manager mr. Rahul came at our house at and rang the doorbell three times we all were sleeping mr. Hitesh was drunk smell was coming he told us to sign on satisfaction letter i requested him this is not the right time meet me at my office in the morning i have a recording of conversation on phone, i have received mail from shreenath autolink regarding closing of complain because we have not sign the satisfaction letter.
                                        After that again i have done the complain against shreenath autolink at [protected]@hmil.net that at 11:00pm they came to our house told us to sign on satisfaction letter i have a copy of mail,.
                                        Also we want to inform you that today i received a call from police station to visit police station because i have not paid the bill amount of rs25118/- owner of shreenath autolink has done the police complain, i am ready to pay the full amount, but i want justification why shreenath autolink has changed the radiator when there was no need to change why they have the work of rs25118/- without informing us they had done the cheating, i want assurance that they have changed the spare part, if owner of shreenath autolink can do the police complain then as a customer i will do the legal procedures and will go to consumer court.
                                        I will not suggest anyone to buy hundai car how can anyone come at night 11:00pm and rang the doorbell three times, kindly request you to please look into this matter.
