Dear sir,
I have given my hyundai verna car gj12cg7161 at shree nath auto link bhuj kutch 370001 we want to inform you that we were cheated by them they had done the work of rs25118/- without informing us, the car radiator was in a good condition i had done the confrence on phone with a local machanic a person from shree nath auto link was on line local machanic told just clean and service the radiator no need to change then also shreenath auto link has replace the radiator with new one.
After we received the car some fault was there noise was coming from front so on the same day we called shreenath autolink person that you have not done the proper servicing some noise is coming from the front after requesting many times they took the car at workshop after four days at afternoon they informed us boosh is gone so you have to change it the boosh was not available at workshop so he told it will take two days time after two days we will pick the car, we want to inform you on the same day we had given the car at b. Mangatram bhuj they told us boosh is ok they have done the work in free of cost.
After b. Mangatram has done the work free of cost we understood shreenath autolink has cheated us so we told them to return all the spare parts they have changed, after 8days they have returned the spare parts.
After that on phone we had the complain at hyundai customer care our complain no is 1-[protected] that shreenath autolink has cheated us, we want to inform you that on 11.5.18 at night 11:00pm mr. Hitesh owner of shreenath autolink and manager mr. Rahul came at our house at and rang the doorbell three times we all were sleeping mr. Hitesh l was drunk smell was coming he told us to sign on satisfaction letter i requested him this is not the right time meet me at my office in the morning i have a recording of conversation on phone, i have received mail from shreenath autolink regarding closing of complain because we have not sign the satisfaction letter.
After that again i have done the complain against shreenath autolink at [protected]@hmil.net that at 11:00pm they came to our house told us to sign on satisfaction letter i have a copy of mail,.
Also we want to inform you that today i received a call from police station to visit police station because i have not paid the bill amount of rs25118/- owner of shreenath autolink has done the police complain, i am ready to pay the full amount, but i want justification why shreenath autolink has changed the radiator when there was no need to change why they have the work of rs25118/- without informing us they had done the cheating, i want assurance that they have changed the spare part, if owner of shreenath autolink can do the police complain then as a customer i will do the legal procedures and will go to consumer court.
I will not suggest anyone to buy hundai car how can anyone come at night 11:00pm and rang the doorbell three times, kindly request you to please look into this matter.

    Brar motors, muktser from i have purchased new verna in dec 17, he cheated on every stage. Now my car got a small accident last thursday. On friday i showed them car. They said front bumper not in stock will be arranged by monday mning. On mondaythey said bumper came & i handover car to them and they said u will get it back on tuesday evening or by wednesday mning. Now from last three days they are saying fog light will come in the evening and we will deliever the car. Today they said for two more days. Is this the system of hyundai co or i have mistaken to choose wrong co and invested 14 lakhs. Who is responsible for the inconvenience i m suffering. Plz check

      Sir, my i20 car has got new set of clutch assembly which is about 2 months old now only, at hyundai authorized service center.

      Initially, after two weeks o[censored]sing on the new clutch, some noise and squeaky sound comes. This issues was not there with the old clutch. I am sure parts defects must be there with the new one.

      To resolve this, i want to install another new set of clutch which will be hassle free and perfect now in my car. Should i be compelled to repay for the new clutch or just carry on the payment made earlier and get a new clutch. (Hopefully waiting for refund or get new clutch install)

      Your kind and serous attention is highly solicited in solving this particular issue. Please help. Thanks.

        My car broke down, since I had taken a policy for road side assistance for 25000 RS. Contacted customer care got response to get tow truck to get car to nearest service centre in one hour. But help did not come for 5 hours or even after that. No help came. Even after repeated calls to customer care and nearest service centre. Finally I arranged own tow truck for 1000 RS and hauled to nearest service centre. I strongly advise not to take any such policy with Hyundai.

          The delaer bharat moto corp delaership code (S5225).
          Md srikanth. Kesa and the gm shayan krishna is manipulators and both have arrogant behaviour. But the sales employees are good at their end.. Only due to the md the comapny is facing problems anx worst service provided by them. Please do change the delaer of khammam or else tge reputation of hyundai will damage in our area

            I utpal kewate is yours regular customer earlier i have purchased creta of yours company from eros hyundai nagpur and this time i have purchased new verna from the same dealership if you go through the history you will find i was been harassed in the services by this dealership regularly.

            Now in present i have purchased the ner verna as i said in octomber 2017 but after first service only i have faced the problems in the screen of the inbuilt system and the screen was not visible so i have availed the pick up facility and send the car to the service station of eros hyundai to resolve the problem, the persons in the service station reported that ther screen is been in problem and we have to change it but currently we are not having the system so we will get it from the company and as soon as we recive the system we will call the vehicle and get the job done, we also agreed for the same after 1/2 weeks they called the vehicle for a day and after the time period i call the company for the delivery of the vehicle so they answered that the work is not done properly and the system is operating with all the things except the gps i asked them why so they try to convince me telling that the system which yours vehicle had was been manufactured in 2017 and the system we recived was of manufacturing year 2018 therefore the software issues was there so we will again call the vehicle as soon as we recieve and assisted by the company you will only face the problems with gps for some time and they convinced me because they dont have any more options sir i took my vehicle back with no doubt as the company persons was promising.
            But sir till 16/05/2018 they have nothing to do with the problems i regularly called the service station and they have given me one and another reasons, now when i took an appointment to pick my vehicle for the navigation system work to be done they have picked the vehicle keep it till evening with no work done and when i called in the evening the have reported that the system is not having the sd card now when i have asked that the technical issues are not known by the customer you have gone through the vehicle and if the sd card is not there then you should be the better person to know where it is as you were in touch with the system they arrogantly answer we have nothing to do with you and yours sd card provide us and will do the needful.
            Sir as a lay person we were not knowing that the sd card was there and it can be removed so i have to report that since the system was changed the navigation was not operated and they were making fool of me from last four months please look into the matter and see how can we been away from this harassment.

              I have bought a new creta car as i am a hyundai lover and was using accent earlier, but to my surprise in a gap of month it came into my shock that my new car has some technical issues, i. E whenever i start my car a foul smell of coil burn cums from ac. However after complaining the hyundai showroom changed the same and in return gave a scratch free in gift to me.

              This entire incident is very heart breaking as this kind of error is not expected from such a big brand. After payng such big amount for tge vehicle i received a defected car.

              I want the team to look into the matter and give a resolution to the same.

                The main problems which consumer face with hyundai motors is that parts are not easily available in workshops and showrooms..
                Before i purchased elite i20 people told me that don't purchase this brand car because parts are not available in market. But i think this is not big issue. After purchase the same problem is arrived. And my review is same as those people's.

                  I have used 17k kilometres, still I getting only @10 km/lit mileage.
                  2 times repair done by delar, but no improvement.

                    I bought elite i 20 petrol sports in may 2017 i was very much comfortable and satisfied with the car for first six months but since then it suddenly shows check engine light blinks i went to hyundai service centre and get it done first time after just few days it starts blink again. Again i went to hyundai service centre and they said it's ok now... After ten fifteen days it starts blink again i went to hyundai showroom again and told them about the continuous problem of my car they didn't give any satisfaction... My car in still in the showroom i want higher authorities to look into the matter... Since my car is still under warranty. Now i m planning either to sell the car or return it back to hyundai if it's not done this time..

                      I bought hyundai elite i20 asta 2 years back. I like this car very much now totaly disappointed because of the issues faced in this car. Very bad performance as a premium car. There is no proper root cause analysis. I facing engine over heat issue km -17000. I sent the vehicle for this issue with dsc hyundai service center.
                      Issue : engine over heat - 1st time - march 2018
                      After service: dsc feedback sensor issue there is no issue with radiator or engine

                      Issue: engine over heat - 2 nd time - march 2018 - in 5 days
                      After service: dcs feedback coolent water is low replaced the coolent water
                      No reason why coolent water comes down

                      Issue: engine over heat - 3 rd time - april 2018 - in 10 days
                      After service: dcs feedback radiator blockage replaced the coolent water
                      No reason why radiator blockage and why coolent water comes down

                      Issue: engine over heat - 4th time - may 2018 - in 20 days

                      Repeated issue no solution yet.

                        I bought my first car - creta sx+ dual tone in december 2017 (Registration no. As06- v1034) from durgesh hyundai dealership at duliajan, assam. Having purchased the top end model, i was assured of the safety fearures of the car such as immobilizer, airgags, etc which would protect me and my car in times of accidents or theft. But to my horror, my car got stolen right from the garage of my house without any of the original keys (Both the keys are still with me) on the fateful night of 11.05.2018. The robbers managed to drive away the car without causing any damage to the car or raising any auto alarms system available in the car.
                        I fail to understand, how such a high end car's safety systems were tempered. If tempering/hacking the system or cloning the original keys are so easy for any tom-dick and harry then why the car is promoted in such a manner. Wrong picture to attract customers should not be projected.
                        I had spend my blood money on the purchase of the car and its all gone in vane.

                        I have filed an fir of the same and filled up the insurance claim as well. But there shall be monitary loss to me in any way.

                        I want hyundai to understand, how their wrong projections have troubled and harassed me and they must pay me compensation for their tall false claims on the safety, antitheft features of the company.

                        Airbags did not get deployed Inspite of head on collision.The front side collided with poles but instead of paying more for safety measures the airbags were not deployed.We had grand i10 and our seat belts were tightened but still air bags were not deployed..If i am paying more why will the safety features be compromised??
                        Sir car has been damaged by tree branch so I have gave my car to ashirwad Hyundai it took1 month still now I didn't get my car they told that it will be delivered today still now it is not delivered they told that all the parts have been arrived till now they start the work

                          As i purchased my car from hyundai dealer: brar hyundai muktsar on march2016 as per accurate details of the car the colour of the car is silver and on my registration certificate it is white. When i purchased this car all the documents were prepared by dealers staff i got the car on road. The information on rc is not given accurate and when i mention about this to general manager sales in the dealership i got big disaapointment as he was not solving my issue and he said if to solve this issue i had to pay for it. This is not right at all as all the documents were prepared by their staff only and all the clerical work for registration of the vehicle were done by them then why should customer suffer. Big dissapointment i got from brar hyundai muktsar. After sale service is so much poor and there staff commitments on the time of sale is also not fulfilled at all. Never going to buy hyundai car in future.

                            I have purchased an excent car in august 2017 where the company had given a declaration that it gives average of 17 kms. Per liter but it is giving average of 8 kms per liter in city. Though i had lodged complaint to eros motors nagpur while the car was given for 1st servicing. But there is no improvement even after getting assurance from engineers. So i expect a replacement of car by another one having average of 17 kms as per decleration.
                            Even the clutch was so hard that i gave it for repair last month the hardness of clutch is only less by 10%.. Please take immediate action & oblige.

                              On same date we claimed and our claimed was also approved and the concerned person mr. Subhodh kumar (Advisor [protected]) who handle my car. He was promised me to give my car on[protected] but now he is not receiving our call and when he receive call he start giving us many excuses that ur car part are not available in company or many other excuses i also told him sir u will give me a confirm date of receiving, i will not call u before that date but he said sir what can i do parts are not available in company
                              Now tell me what i do please take this complaint seriously and solve my problem

After 10 to 12 days create problem on petrol and some noice of engine next day i visot to fortune hundai executive mr. Ajay said change crank sensor and i was paid 5200 bur problem is not resolved same time i said please fit my old sensor and company engineer change my old sensor but same time not refund my payment manager said you will come tommarow and collect your payment but iam daily call to manager not any response. And noice on continuous in my engine so please i request you resolved my problem

                                    I had booked my pick-up service for my hundai eom with registration number - rj06-cb-4590 on 10.05.2018 by calling on - +91-[protected] at 10.15 a. M. A lady gave me time of pick-up time of around half an hour. A guy named surendra came for pick-up vehicle at 12.10p. M. And at the time of picking-up, following problem has been told to work on with a formost condition to deliver it by the same day. I. E. On 10.05.2018.
                                    Problems were
                                    1. Break-disk to be checked.
                                    2. Non-driver window to be checked as glass was out of allignment.
                                    3. Complete wash.
                                    4. Automatic lock was disconnected from back side gate of driver side.
                                    5. Hand break to be checked as it was out of order to the some extent.
                                    6. Stering was not properly assigned as stering wheel was curving towards right side.
                                    7. Air-filter cover to be changed.

                                    Around 7p. M.in eve vehicle was handed over to me. The work done was, complete wash, air-filter changed, allignment was done. After asking about the rest of the problem, answer came was i had been tole about these problems only, i was not aware of any more mistake. That means miscommunication between your employees is my fault. Even ur service not called once about recieveing of car to service or about problems or for any other assistant.

                                    And that too was handed in what condition, is enclosed photos.

                                    The vehicle was sent back to service center. And still it is with them.

                                      Yesterday i faced a issue with clutch plate failur on the highway from madurai to chennai. I toed the vehicle to kun hyundai pallikaranai, chennai.
                                      My vehicle is i10 grande and its not even crossed 10000 km but am facing clutch plate failur issue. I allready owning i20 elite and i10 but till now am not faced any problem in that. But currently i am facing this issue in my new i10 grande, and in service center they are denying to make it in warranty i dont know why. Could you please help me in making it in warranty.

                                        Re: complaint about the hyundai i10 petrol auto sportz silver, 2018 and registration number mho1dr2542 purchased from shreem hyundai, mumbai.

                                        • wish to bring to your kind attention regarding a harrowing and sad experience i was subjected to.
                                        • we took the delivery of our car on 10th may 2018 at 11 am.
                                        • just after driving the car out of the showroom the car started making huge siren like sound, petrified i drove back to the showroom.
                                        • the attendant also confirmed the huge siren noise and advised me to go to the workshop at different location.
                                        • we did drive to the workshop and showed the car and the problem was confirmed.
                                        • however no one was sure of what was the cause and solution. It was probably due to defective compressor. I wondered how a new car can have this problem?
                                        • we were made to wait for a long time and no one was bothered to attend.
                                        • in spite of making repeated calls to the showroom, it appeared that their interest was only selling and not at all bothered about the problem i faced. They wanted a 5 star feed back immediately and were forcing me to do that.
                                        • a seemingly brand new car was sold to me without testing. (A car that fails just out side the showroom)
                                        • it is extremely shameful experience and a huge dent to the ethics of hyundai.
                                        • it only means a damaged piece was handed to me and the person had audacity to say it can happen in 1: 100 cases.
                                        • overall i was totally dissatisfied with the shreem hyundai showroom experience.
