I had booked my pick-up service for my hundai eom with registration number - rj06-cb-4590 on 10.05.2018 by calling on - +91-[protected] at 10.15 a. M. A lady gave me time of pick-up time of around half an hour. A guy named surendra came for pick-up vehicle at 12.10p. M. Car is serviced just a week ago..in shreem hyundai kandivali w. Telling him we have to travel to mangalore. N today we travelled from mumbai to madap toll naka n the clutch pad gave up. The car did not move. So we called nearest service center kamal service center. We requested some technician to sort the issue.. But were told the workshop only works till 6.00 we r left stranded on the road. Very poor technical service n no customer service...

I bought creta sx in august 2016, had issue with clutch getting stuck after 1.5 yrs and then again in 6 months seeing the same issue within 3500 km. The service center guys after checking everything are coming back and saying its an issue with driving, even after i showed them records for my previous vehicle.

Has anyone filed any consumer case, i am willing to join.
