Re: complaint about the hyundai i10 petrol auto sportz silver, 2018 and registration number mho1dr2542 purchased from shreem hyundai, mumbai.
Sir
• wish to bring to your kind attention regarding a harrowing and sad experience i was subjected to.
• we took the delivery of our car on 10th may 2018 at 11 am.
• just after driving the car out of the showroom the car started making huge siren like sound, petrified i drove back to the showroom.
• the attendant also confirmed the huge siren noise and advised me to go to the workshop at different location.
• we did drive to the workshop and showed the car and the problem was confirmed.
• however no one was sure of what was the cause and solution. It was probably due to defective compressor. I wondered how a new car can have this problem?
• we were made to wait for a long time and no one was bothered to attend.
• in spite of making repeated calls to the showroom, it appeared that their interest was only selling and not at all bothered about the problem i faced. They wanted a 5 star feed back immediately and were forcing me to do that.
• a seemingly brand new car was sold to me without testing. (A car that fails just out side the showroom)
• it is extremely shameful experience and a huge dent to the ethics of hyundai.
• it only means a damaged piece was handed to me and the person had audacity to say it can happen in 1: 100 cases.
• overall i was totally dissatisfied with the shreem hyundai showroom experience.
Summerzing
• poor attention and service.
• faulty car was given to us by your authorized dealer shreem hyundai.
To resolve this problem, please consider the following options:
• exchange with car of same value, features. (Properly tested)
• refund of my money.
• compensation for this mental agony.
