Hi,

I am yogendra singh, i was highly satisfied customer with hyundai, i was having eon magna for more than 6 year and there was no issue till end. Now recently, i migrated to i20 sportz (Rj14cp - 9356) which bought on 16th april 2018 from crossland hyundai, jaipur. From the day one, there was noise in suspension / steering which also reported to engineer / mechanic while first service but after testing the car he suggested that there is no issue as such and the noise is coming from tyres.

Now situation is not good at all and problem increasing day by day - now noise is increasing even when moving and it may be worst in coming days.

I am frequent traveler and need urgent solution - if same is manufacturing default then i wish to give back my car.
Thanks hyundai i cant affort new car..this was my dream car i had 2016 sep pls hyundai solve my problem as soon as..i had i20 sportz pls talk to ur services center..

    I am using vehicle of your esteemed company "verna fluidic" i feel very pain to bring this to your notice that your dealers behavior and actions are very disappointing. I wonder why you give dealership to such people.

    Is being given for service to your dealer unity hyundai"by name aggarwal automotive on date 03. April.18

    This car was given for general service and now they have made huge bill for certain works without any approval.

    Firstly after so many days and continuous follow ups they gave the car to body shop department where again i had to beg for work to be done. Till 1 week my car was not even considered in body shop. Then they told that documents are misplaced by them.
    After all the re-formalities huge trouble & so much of delay they told that my car is ready for delivery.

    Now again i had to beg them to tell the bill amount, when they shared bill amount there is huge variance in service bill amount.


    They have no sense of responsibilities and accountability. I tried my level best with the dealer to get my bill rectified as per services. I talked to"gagan yadav"service advisor as well as their manager"vinay sharma" but unfortunately they did not give any results.

    My car is with the dealer for more than a month. I want my bill amount to be corrected and delivery immediately else i have to find some better way and will put demurrage charges for a month.

    Kindly do the needful and reply for the same.

        Hi, devang here, i purchased car from global gallary hyundai andheri east. While buying the car servises was worst but after sale of car also they done mistake, my car color is star dust color however on sales certificate its red wine color and cos of this mistake my car is in police station and made complaint through call on 24th april 2018, they said that u ll get call on your mobile number, they took my number and then too i never gt call, i called them, i escalte call after 12 days, mr abhishek kumar answered call and said i assure you that u ll get call by today it self however not received any call.

          Respected sir,
          I am anoop chandran, i was buy xcent sx (M) model car on 15/01/2015 from popular hyundai. Kottayam kerala branch
          I am servicing my car on every six month. I was serviced last on 05/03/2018. The total service cost is rs. 12641 including gst. Engine tuning is also mentioned in that bill. We are not happy with service they have given. Because we were servicing our car on every six month.. When i asked they have reported me that we have thoroughly check all the possiblilty and they ensured me that, no major complaints will happen for 2 years..
          I am a smooth driver, there is no other evidence of wear and tear in vehicle, car was used in kerala where climate is not extremes, car service was done at regular intervals and no problems detected during regular service. Engine problem at 18, 000km is not acceptable and other car companies will laugh at hyundai for this
          . Now i am facing one problem regarding engine. We travelled for amost 11 km on 28/04/2018. The car was did not moving forward. So we called authorised service center popular hyundai. Kottayam kerala branch. We are regularly servicing my car with them only. And we are maintaining service with every six month. When the problem happen we report to service center. Thay came and towed my car to service center on 30 april 2018.. But they failed to identify the actual problem for almost 6 days. Now they are identified the problem, that happened in engine piston. They are telling that this happened because of overheating. But as per my knowledge we did not notify any overheating.
          Now they are telling the estimated service cost is almost rs. 30000. We are not at all happy with the problem happened. We come across some problem within one and a half year when i purchase the car. The problem we come across with in one and a half year ia s as follows
          1. Engine oil leakage
          2. Head light complaint
          3. Fan belt got damaged and replaced
          That we report these issues to popular hyundai. When i asked the issue to some of my friend who is working in service section. They told me about the fan belt issue, that will, never happen for upto 80000 km on regular basis. But this happened on 6500 km.. We purchased this car on 2015 january. Before that we are used santro for 7 years. That also we are purchased from showroom mgf kerala. That is why we purchase hyundai xcent car. Because we are happy with santro and m g f service. When we are planned for xcent, we are faced some issue, car was not available that time. Atlast we got car from popular hyundai. We are not happy with the service they are giving. They only focus on bill, not customer satisfaction. Actually i am very upset regarding this issues.
          I really need your intervention in this matter and try to get me justice and compensation for the mental trauma and inconvenience faced by me.

            On 6th may i have made my complaint about my car that cars avg is low & on 7th may we have received mail & no of concerned person. We called on that no. We had a word with some mr. Rohan bhatnagar. He told us he is commissioner of consumer forum & told me that ur car is faulty. We will replace ur car. All u have to do is just give me ur atm card snap front & back side.. After that u will receive 1 otp u give me that we will transer ur amnt in ur accnt. Pls beware of this kind of frauds & never share such details. After that we called on toll free no. They said it was a fake call. We dont have such no. & such person in our co. He hacked co. Id & sent mail from that.

              I m riddhi kariya.. I was buy i20 car 15 days ago from rajkot shiv hyundai. When i put to car in service the problem is created in my remote locking system.. When i put to car in service the remote lock is completely fine condition. But after service that is not working... When i m called to servuce center they said that the lock is not working dut to water and not give me satisfacorty answer.. They are responsible for this issue.. Please help me immediatey..

                I am buying a new verna fludic top model in march, they provide me hankook tire after 1 month tire get busted. Then i try to change my change for stepny but i saw that extra they provide me it from ceat company and the tire size is different they i compain in workshop and showroom both in saini Hyundai but they reply they not provide and warrenty for rubber product, and i say both are different tire why you people provide us they say in every car we provide this type of tyre and they say you go and complain any where they dont have any problem

                  Bought a sports i20 from goyal auto in gt road, jugiana, ludhiana in december 2017 and still waiting for my rc. Every time i call them they come with a new lie. Now really sick of their lies. They even stopped attending my calls. If i didn't get my rc within a week i will go to consumer court. Worst service ever. Will never recommend hyundai to anyone. And if i get any penalties from police officers for driving without rc hyundai will be responsible for that.
                  Hope you can get me my rc.

                    I have purchased a hyundai i20, elite sportz, (Chasis no. Malbm51rlem052921m, engin no. D4fcem252749) from mcp motors (India) pvt. Ltd., marathakkara, thrissur, kerela,
                    On 22nd december 2014, and made till todate[protected] only 19, 595 km, driven by a lady doctor.

                    Unfortunately, the abs of the aforesaid vehicle is not functioning and a faut indication light is continuously on. I am really surprised and difficult to believe that, such a vehicle, which has been maintained by hyundai authorised dealer, has got its abs malfuctioned within 19595 km driven. As i understand from your dealer that it coud be a manufacturing defect.

                    Moreover, from my personal experience, for your kind information, i have a mahindra scorpio vlx, bought during 2010, although it has made 91, 278 km till today, i haven't encountered any problem on it's abs and it working intact.

                    Now i am really disappointed and regret to have a unreliable vehicle like hyundai i20.

                    I was planning to buy a honda city, but my passion to hyundai from my experience abrod, i went for hyundai, now i am utterly regret.

                    In order to keep the trust and reliability of hyundai, we request your kind spport and help, to get my car's abs rectfied under warrantte, through any of your trichur, kerala dealer, as it's driven only less than 20, 000 km.

                    Should you require any documentary evidence, kindly let me kow.

                      My car was service by garve hundai by mr pandey on 23 april 2018.
                      On 5 april, the car started giving jerks and cannot be driven.
                      Please refund my money and take back the car. Garve response is poor. I have given repeated complaints but there has not been any improvement.
                      Cleaning of car at delivery is a problem, over charging, over all delayed response, sensitivity to customer emergency is missing.
                      I have two hyundais pruchased from garve hundai at the same time. I am regretting that i own 2 hyundai cars. Due to the poor service from garve i have purchased a new nissan micra recently as my 4th family car.
                      I will be sending a mail to the md of india as well as korea hq.
                      Poor poor response from garve hyundai.

                        My name is amit hariname... Purchased hyundai i 10 automatic on 23rd jan 2018. From very first car fuel fill car is giving average of
                        9 to 10 kms per liter... Have visited thrice the showroom. Very disappointed by buying this car... Now they r telling u drive till 8000 kms after that u will get good avg. Which is a very foolish, but all this they have to tell at the time of purchasing, at that time we were told the avg of 17.5 kms. What m i suppose to do dont know. Very disappointed

                          I have i20 sportz in mandsaur mp. There was servicing of this car 3rd servicing i paid all amount of servicing.. Then ur hyundai employee said that ur car have one problem gearbox-differential oil box has leaking. Then i said pls do it fast but i got very poor response of mandsaur dealer.. The dealer has no parts in his servicing center.. He also said that this part is not available in mandsaur neemuch ratlam then say what can i do? I feel very about hyundai services can hyundai solve my problem in 2 3 days???

                            Car is serviced just a week ago..in shreem hyundai kandivali w. Telling him we have to travel to mangalore. N today we travelled from mumbai to madap toll naka n the clutch pad gave up. The car did not move. So we called nearest service center kamal service center. We requested some technician to sort the issue.. But were told the workshop only works till 6.00 we r left stranded on the road. Very poor technical service n no customer service atall.

                              I bought creta sx in august 2016, had issue with clutch getting stuck after 1.5 yrs and then again in 6 months seeing the same issue within 3500 km. The service center guys after checking everything are coming back and saying its an issue with driving, even after i showed them records for my previous vehicle.

                              Has anyone filed any consumer case, i am willing to join.

                                As i am a customer of hyundai from last 10 years. I am servicing my car regularly in kanchana hyundai, udupi. I am sorry to note that as i have paid an advance of rs.7000/- for purchase of spare parts on date 10.4.2018 for my car (Hyundai getz-ka-01-mc 5638). But after lots of correspondence through phone still hyundai authorities in udupi branch have not procured all the spares parts for the my hyundai getz car till now. I am deeply worried for no action from their end. I had a worst response for the service center in udupi. My car broke down in the centre of the road. As my car has stopped working now. I am sorry to note that after repeated phone calls they have not responded to procure the spare parts.
                                I hope you will take immediate action from your end to resolve this issue for good customer satisfaction.

                                  I had booked a car with 10000 rs. From vishal hyundai panvel in the month of january but i had not seen such a bad experience in my life sales executive had misguided and cheated me which earlier also i had raise complaint with audio clips in customer service as well as by emailing to the senior persons for help but still facing issues staff of vishal hyundai always gives false statement due to this i decided to cancel the car from vishal hyundai after so many complaints. Staff of vishal hyundai has given confirmation to the icici bank without my confirmation for disbursement of loan amounting rupees one lakhs and toke the disbursement without informing me when my first emi has debited from my account then i came to vishal hyundai has taken disbursement after so many compaints they had send me apology mail after 10-12 days. I accept there apology and from then they started blaming me and again they were not agree to accept there mistake and one of the staff mrs. Ruchita madam was answering as like she has did fever on me which she had mailes me. Due to such a bad experience i cancelled the car and they was asking for 25000 rupees cancellation charges but my question is why shoud i pay cancellation charges where i clearly mention that i m cancelling the car the because i was unhappy with the sales experience whatever going on from january to till date. And they agreed for my cancellation and they had given acknowledge copy of the cancellation letter which i m attaching and after 5 to 6 days mrs ruchita from hyundai came my home with two male staff when my sister was alone at home and started talking arrogantly with my younger sister that you have to pay cancellation charges because hyundai is cutting cancellation charges from my salary so i want that money from you and started abusing she and that male staff came to my office also to ask cancellation charges as i had taken any loan from hyundai then why this lady came to my home without contacting mee? Is she is the recovery agent of vishal hyundai??? Why this guys are given me mental torcher should i take any legal action for the same??? Because i m completely fade up from vishal hyundai staff now they are refusing to pay back my booking amount of rupess 10000 as well as not cancelling my loan due to this i am still paying emi till the date. I have paid three emis of rupess 3193 /-per month to the icici bank after cancellation of car now please help me to get out of this or should i go to consumer court for my rights???
                                  I m requesting you i want my booking amount back and please return the loan disbursement to the bank and kindly revert.

                                    At ultimate hyundai chandigarh, i booked a car and give a booking amount of rs 50000 rs and the sales person gives me a order booking receipt of rs 50000 and after 1 few days i disbursed the amount of rs 498000 in ultimate hyundai's account. But due to some family issues i drop my plan to buy a car and went for the dealer to give my booking amount back and reverse the loan amount to the bank. But they refuses to give the booking amount against the order booking receipt and also not ready to reverse the loan amount in bank. no any sales person is talikng to me gentally. They are misbehaving with me and mentally harrassing me. Requesting you to please help to resolve the issue.

                                      Myself shama shaikh, i have booked eon era car on 20.08.2017, with amount 10, 000/- by sanjay hyundai, bhosari, i gave them cheque of 10, 000 rs on that day. Due to my some personal financial issues i had to cancelled booking after 2 months of booking. I have official mail for that, later i follow them for my payment, they called me about official cancellation letter in march, so i also e-mailed them cancellation letter. First off all i got reply that, this is march end so it is hard to get payment in this after, in april i called them. They are continuously ignore my calls & request to return my money.

                                      I am alone person living in pune for job, also i have health issues, so i need my money for my further treatment. Can you pls. Help me for the sake of humanity.

                                      Now they are not responding to my phone calls & emails, i need my amount return, can you please help me to sort out this issue, what should i do?

                                        I raj paul sharma brought new grand i10 in tapan hyundai baddi, hp at jan2018 but company not provide any types of receipt like booking amount and other down payment and also demand for cash only by sales manager mr. Harish verma i have deposited as they required and also,

                                        I have exchanged my top new car but they have not provided me actual details of amount that the committed with me.

                                        I have much more time request to him last 3 months but they have harassment and mentally tourcher much more and threaten me and my family also.

                                        I have requested to you please stop this types of games that play with innocent people and also requested please check all matter and resolve the problems on your valuable order.
