Dear sir,

As we have discussed over phone i would again like to inform you that i am an owner of hyundai creta sx+ (Petrol).
Date of purchase 18.02.2016
Till date total km run is 76703 km

Since 30.04.2018 the battery of car is getting drained automatically. Even while the car is in rest. On 01.05.2018 i have called the customer care and received rsa on 02.05.2018 and after i brought the car to the service center namely krishna hundai, jorhat, assam.

After discussion with the service manager and the customer care executive it was found that hmil doesn't take care of the warranty regarding the battery and the tyre. And it is completely dealt by the service centre. And the warranty period for the battery of my car is 2 yrs or 50000 km. Thus making me believe that the battery and the tyres of the car are purchased locally and then installed in the car which are of low standard. If hmil doesnt take care of the battery and its warranty then the dealer or service center must provide the warranty card of the battery to the customers which they dont do. Therefore, it can be beleived that battery installed to the car was of inferior quality

Moreover, there was no mention of the battery number in the service book while purchasing the car.

During my earlier visit to this service i have also informed about some other electronic issues of the car such as

1. The window glass of the co passengers seat doesnt open immediately if the window button is pressed and takes about 10-15 seconds to react

2. The sound of music system of the car remains low when its started and increases automatically after 2-3 min. S

But as the car doesn't show any of the sign while in the service centre therefore the service centre people showed least interest in solving these issues which might also be signs of problems related to the battery.

I hereby request to resolve the issue by replacing the battery at the earliest

My satro xing car having Radiator pipe problem. Its worth cost Rs.100/-, but the services centre person un-necessarily did other part like Battery water change(this is a new Battery, I purchased on Feb-2018.) and coolant finally they made the bill Rs 1896/- including labour charges + 28% CGST and SGST.

    Dear hyundai,

    I brought a eon magna plus (1l) in 2016 dec and reg. On 2017 jan. I just want to sold that and needed to buy a i20 for my friend, but my car had a loan from icici bank and need 3.40lak for close that loan so i just searched a dealer to take my car exchange with 3lak and i find a dealer mgf hyundai ettumanoor, kottayam, kerala. And we took new i 20 and given my eon for 3lak and balance 40000 will take from i20 offer total 34000 as promised by dealership, with the trust of mgf hyundai we brought i20 on march 23rd 2018 and not get any documents as sale letter from them for my eon.

    Now financer of eon from icici bank is calling me regularly and still eon is not sold. Now i am a defalter in my car loan and my cibil got bad match. We are calling to dealership regularly and they are threatening us they have not promised that amount. Still now car is with dealership from march.

    Please do the needful urgently to sale and close my finance.

    And now when i drive the car
    car getting load to run so if you can’t solve a problem of milage..
    i can wait only 2 weeks more otherwise i ll open case file for hyundai company

    Pls look in to this issue and act accordingly as per consumer interested.

      I own a diesel variant of elite i20 (Sportz version). Last saturday i got my car serviced from joshi hyundai service center (Mohali, punjab). After the service, i drove back home and next day when i was travelling to somewhere i felt some problem with car speed, car was not running smoothly at all.

      After some time, i saw engine oil getting emtpy warning sign, so i stopped the car immediately. After hours of harassment, i got my car back to service center through the help of hyundai rsa. I also had a detailed discussion with mr. Harman from joshi hyundai service center, mohali (Punjab). When the car was raised through crane, i thought of checking the car from downside. What i saw at that moment was unbelievable, engine oil discharge chamber's nob was missing. I was stunned to see that. Anything could have happened if i have not seen that sign, it could have costed my life too if engine got ceased on the mid of highway itself.

      Next day the took my car in and performed the checks and eventually found that fault is at their end. They actually forgot to tighten the engine oil discharge chamber's nob. So, they started working on it. They changed the nob and performed certain scans for engine and all. Finally, they asked me to test drive the car.

      Initially, i raised a complaint with hyundai india but after the reports, service center people assured me that everything is fine so i closed the complaint. But real pain came after taking the test drive itself. A whistling sound was coming up continuously while driving and i asked their senior technician to look into it, he himslf drove the car and said there is some issue with the car's turbo part. It needs to be changed totally.

      So my point is,

      1. Is this my fault that my car's main part is getting changed?
      2. My car is under warranty and only 1.4 months old, so i should expect this from such a prestigious brand (Hyundai india)? Do hyundai offer these kind of services to their customers?
      3. I am getting harassed mentally and physically both because this is single car of our home, we all family members are dependent on it completely. I cannot describe how we are managing as of now and moreover i am taking leaves from my office to see if they are doing their work efficiently or not.

      I don't want a car with changed parts and that too due to company's negligence. This is not expected at all from such a prestigious brand (Hyundai). I am quite frustrated and felling depressed as of now.

      I had purchased my grand i 10 car on 2015 august and car only run 16000 after that exide battry not working .and no replace by hyundai .i had contact with hyudai car dealers they r not given by proper support for battry return .still they r complaining me about battry discharged by me.

        I purchased hyundai verna from sharma hyundai, ahmedabad before 6 months.
        1. Battery gets exhausted every 5 to 6 days, i called 4 to 5 times to road assistance they come and recharge battery and says everything is fine. But no these went 4 to 5 times and same happened 2 days before... Bad hyundai.
        2. They said u will get 15 to 16 milage bt no its 10.

          Last week i drived my i 20 asta to coimbatore, tamilnadu from madurai. On the way return to madurai near dharapuram car was breakdowned and searched nearby one authorized maruthi service smms auto spares and found clutch cylinder assembly was jammed and that was replaced by them. Only 42000 kms ran m y car. Ther is no service centre for hyundai near 100 kms. That is why i replaced the assembly. On return to madurai i consult with your authorized dealer susee hyundai and explained thesitauation why i replaced there. There is no way for me at that untime in night. Rs.5200/- i was spent for clutch cylinder assembly. I have doubt only 42000 kms runned my car. There is any chance for this breakdown and can i reimburse that amount.

            I was travelling from Bangalore to Madurai, on 28th April 2018. The vehicle is a Hyundai Eon just 4.5 months old. First servicing done not more than a month back.
            While travelling the front left tyre of the vehicle bursted, in Karur, Tamilnadu, leading to immediate loss of control of the vehicle ( i was travelling at 80kmph), and the vehicle landed up on rough patch of land beside the highway.

            Thankfully no one was injured inside or outside the car, but the vehicle is heavily damaged.
            The vehicle was taken to the nearest Hyundai workshop in TN for fixing.
            The Hyundai workshop who are fixing my vehicle, in Tamilnadu, showed a lot of seriousness upon checking the vehicle and understood the event severity by inspecting the damage.
            But to my surprise, when I contacted my dealer, Advaith Hyundai, Bellanduur, they blatantly avoided any responsibility, by downplaying the incident.
            They made zero effort to even assist a traumatized customer with the matter.
            The GM Sales in Advaith Hyundai, Mr Dorai Kumar even asked me "Who suggested you to buy this vehicle?"
            If this is the real face of Hyundai after sales service quality and most importantly if this is the quality of the vehicle, which turns into a piece of trash after just 5months, i would like the world to be aware and cautious in buying a car like this.
            If you end up with a relatively inferior quality vehicle, know that Hyundai will not help you. Infact they will blame you for purchasing that vehicle.

              I P. Sasi kanth reddy owner of hundai xcent sx bearing AP04BH067, met with an accident in the month of september 2017 and gave to repair on 29-9-17. And got insurence aproval on december 27 of 2017. Still now our car was not repaired yet. We are asking daily for the car progress. When we asked general manager he is not responding properly and scolded me, my mother and sister in flithfull language. We have recorded audio of scoldings of service manager.We got hurt with the words of general manager service B.S. PRASAD REDDY at MDH Hundai, survey No. 538/A, 1B, NH-18, chennai-hyderabad bypass, Ukkayapalle(M), patha kadapa(p.o), kadapa- 416002, A.P.
              Please take action on general manager and owner of showroom otherwise we will go to forum on this also file complaint on hundai company in the court for defamation cause to us by the general manager prasad reddy.

                Dear Hyundai Team

                It is to inform you with so much fear and shock that recently my brand new creta car had got fire after a minor blast in the engine compartment.

                VEHICLE DETAILS :

                Incident took place while I was traveling with my parents and my wife. So total four members were present in the car along with a belongings of almost 2 lacs was in Car. I was just traveling from a marrige function and was about to conclude my destination. Immediately we had heard a blast noise from engine compartment with a huge smog as we stopped the car and came out the vehicle had caught fire somehow we saved our life but we lost our car and belongings. We had tried water but it was too late and massive fire spoiled everything.

                My concern is with you as a company are you really providing a safe vehicle to drive as my complete family would not be here to elaborate this matter if we couldn't escape on time.

                I need a detailed investigation immediately on the same matter with 100% compensation on each and every loss alongwith to keeping myself and my family member in life danger.

                Now we fed up and decided to see you in the consumer court. give and take explanation in front of judge.

                  I paid for the brand new vehicle and i got delivery of faulted vehicle, there was a issue in the engine from the day one of the vehicle purchase. Due to this issue engine oil got burn out when i travel every ~5000km. Initially i noticed the poor pick up and i notified the same to the service center people, they did all the test and told that everything is fine, after 3-5 days i did seen completely engine oil got burnout. At the time of first occurrence i was in the middle of my journey, i asked rsa team to take the vehicle to nearest service center, they filled the oil and they given back to me. I notified the same trident hyundai service center (I purchased vehicle for the trident), they told that until next occurrence of the same issue we can't to anything. Again i got the same issue, i take to the trident hyundai service center, they did filled the oil without doing any root cause analysis for the issue, again manager requested me to take vehicle for the next occurrence, this time manager given back up oil and told that if you saw the issue again fill the oil and come to us. I got the issue again and went back to trident, now they are saying there was a problem in the engine. This supposed to tell at the time of first occurrence.

                  Now they are saying we will replace the engine, i am demanding for the new vehicle. I do have below questions for hyundai.

                  1. How the fault vehicle out for the delivery from the company?
                  2. When they deliver the fault vehicle is it fair to proceed with warranty?
                  3. Luckily i got the 3 time same issue before the warranty period, if i got the same issue after warranty period, will hyundai responsible for anything for this?
                  4. Now a days we do seen so many cars are burned during the journey due to the engine issue, if something happen like this and something happen to me/my family, who is the responsible.
                  5. How customers believe if this kind of incidents happens.
                  6. Dose hyundai expecting customers should have complete mechanical and automobile related knowledge completely?
                  7. How hyundai make sure customers they are delivering the good and no faulted vehicles, because all the customers may don't have the things to do proper testing to make sure the vehicle is good at the time of delivery.
                  8. Dose really hyundai need to give mental harassment to their customers with this kind of issues.
                  9. Why not the issues are not taken care at first occurrence.

                    I purchased hyundai - i20 sports car (No. - dl12cm1976) from elroy hyundai (Near sultanpur metro station) on 30 july 2017 and i have not received my registration certificate as of now. I have already registered a complaint with hyundai (Complaint no. 1-[protected]) few days back.

                    Ite been more than 8 months that i have purchased my car and i have submitted all required documents within first week of purchase of my car. I am surprised with the negligence of the elroy team and the vague responses i am getting from them which does not make any sense for such delay. They still not give me assurance that they will provide the same. One of the team member of elroy even asked me over call to get this done by yourself as this is not their duty to get this done.

                    Due to non-submission of rc with sbi (The bank who finance my car), i have to pay inr 2500 per month as penalty, please let me know who will bear this cost.

                    I am requesting you to please help me in getting registration certificate and please take hard action this dealer. This is the iind time i have formally made complaint against them

                    Please help in get this thing resolve as soon as possible. Hoping for quick response.

                      * in binod hyundai is completey poor about their spare section becouse they have not stock spare, first he receive the order from the customer and after 7 to 9 days come to spare then he do
                      *they have completly damage the image if hyundai reputation

                        My name is Nissar Meer I'm from Srinagar
                        Jammu and Kashmir I being your customer since 2010 had purchased 3 cars from your company till date with great proffesional experience in the past motivated me to go for another car Elite i20 Magna Di with one of your recently opened new dealer at Sangrama Baramulla name of the place. But I'm sorry to mention here it is very unfortunate that such a great company professionalism in the field of services is completely detoriated and vanished by illiterate and unprofessional dealer, one month before I booked the same car they gave me a professional word to deliver it in weeks time for the same purpose I exchanged my santro car in H promise against that they held up my full money for 16 days when it was supposed to pay at the same time. 2nd the car I booked have been sold out to another customer without my consent, when I came to know about all this by one of sales executive, the Dealer owner Imtiyaz again promised to deliver next day saying that I have arranged somewhere else, I waited again day passed and stupid excuse was given to wait another day, days passed and at the end I was told to wait another 20 days

                        I'm sorry it hurts a customer alot when a company like yours do this with loyal customers, apart from all this his approach was ridiculous, insane and unbearable, I would like to request you stop giving ur brand in unsafe hands if it continues time would no longer b far when unhappy customer ratio will be on higher side

                        This dealer is practicing these fraud activities on daily basis I visited 5 times all times customers were complaining

                        Kindly take hard note of this

                            I nadim sayed booked a hyundai tucson 2wd gl auto dsl silver vehicle on 11th april’2018 at ritu hyudai kalyan dealership. I made a rtgs in the name of ritu automobiles pvt ltd for 18 lakhs and 2 lakhs cash on 11th april’2018 unfortunately, due to financial crisis and medical issues i have decided to cancel by booking and ask for refund after deducting cancellation charges on 17th april’2018.
                            I spoke to sales person: shridhar patil and sales manager: sanjay khot who was always helpful denied stating its not possible vehicle is booked and dispatched from plant and it’s in transit, will land on 25th april’2018. I stated them i do not have funds to pay pending amount.
                            Now, after all my tries i am getting failed to arrange funds, i request ritu hyundai to kindly cancel my booking and refund funds to me on priority. Vehicle is landed on 24th april’2018, invoicing not done, insurance not done, registration not done then why can’t they cancel the booking.
                            I would appreciate it if anyone could understand my concern and help me to get my money without spoiling relationship with ritu hyundai and team. I am really going from a bad phase and heavy financial crisis. Right now i cannot afford such premium car.
                            I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 2nd april’2018, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                              I have purchased hyundai elite i 20 on[protected] from aluva, desom showroom in kerala, i haven't care much about mileage but last one year i was checking it due hike in petrol prices, really i am facing very bad mileage for my car, i'm not getting even 10km/ litres as per my calculation, i would like to tell you i'm not a harsh driver or very bad driver,

                                Dear sir,

                                We had purchased grand i10 sportz automatic in sept 2017 and yesterday[protected] i was driving my vehicle and suddenly on highway the front tyre of the driving side burst, fortunately no one was injured but i was wondering how can an 8 month old tyre burst. This is an serious issue which could have turned into major accident. Would like you to check the quality of tyre's you provide along with the vehicle.

                                  Purchased creta 1.6 crdi sx+ with full down payment with the tax amount from "sujaya enterprises pvt. Ltd., nanded".

                                  Inv. No. G 17180697, date: 27/03/2018

                                  Delivery was done on 28th march 2018, from jaya hundai, latur.

                                  The tax payment is not effected by the said showroom and hence the passing is yet pending.

                                  On account of this and the missing papers i am unable to travel around.

                                  My money is being used at the cost of my inconvinience.

                                  There is no response from the said dealer in this regard.

                                  The after sales care is very poor and the staff lethargic.

                                  I do not recommend such a dealer to the customers for their dealings.
                                  Simply they are cheating customers...
                                  Only billing section works perfectly in Hyundai...i paid 1200 rs for rubbing and polishing u can see the pics below what they did? They did 7050 rs bill for 3rd class service... How can we believe they did remaining work shop duty perfectly... That is why still maruthi is alone in top from years and years...
                                  It's very Worst service in Thane Service Centre. They Are not Give a Good Results and Down Hyundai Market . There many issues in my Car . they Charge too much but Doesn't solved . Pickup problem and AC Fault . I'm totally lost Because I buy Hyundai Xcent car. I want to help to find issues very clearly .

                                    Sir mere pass hundai grand i10 hai jo ki under warranty hai 6 june 2017 ko purchase ki thi isme race ki problem aa rhi hai jo ki first service ho chuki hai. Aur 8000kms chal chuki hai. Mai apke authorized service centre jsv hundai vikas nagar lucknow me gya tha. Waha jo servive incharge thi unhone mujhse 800 rs mange bola iska charge padega aur ye warranty me nahi aata. Aur service center per service kerwane ke liye presure dala.
                                    I have given my car for service at DSC Hyundai service at nandanam, Chennai.
                                    The painting done by them started cracking withn 6 months of the usage.
                                    My car reg. No TN 04 AE 2106 /C V MANIGANDAN. please enquire and resolve.

                                      My name is bipin chavda. A few days ago, i had booked a new i10 grand car on dt.21.3.2018 but your representative committed to delivered a car within seven days and they give car after fifteen days. I had suffered a lot due to this. A new car on.4.4.2018 i have received. Now after fifteen days, on dt.23.4.2018, the case is more special for me that ac of car is been nor worked proper and fuse are disable. So second time i have faced lots of problems. Also rs.21, 000.00 payment had been more deposited and till time not received by me. Its bad experience... Pls do needful

                                        I have eon era+ for past 2.5 years i have an thought that i would exchange mine into i t20. But i will never buy hyundai car in my life. Because of poor service quality in salem lrn and golden showroom. Both the showroom they need only money but they gave me poor service. Example i have an a/c complaint my car was not cooling. I booked appointment in lrn showroom i visit the showroom waited 3 hours they charged me 1500approximatly they said car will be fine the after some days again ac not cooling i asked they for pick up they said they will not pick up my car like that then i went to golden hyundai showroom they got my car for two days they said they topped up my car gas. Then i drive my car from their showroom i complained that again ac cooling is low they said for that car that's the cooling only gets. What an irresponsible answer. Again two days ac cooling was not coming. I went to out side showroom they tested the ac conditions with automatic machine simply found ac gas was leaking just 5 minutes. See the quality of your francies lrn and golden hyundai salem showroom. For the past 3 months both the showroom just pulging my money keep on topping the gas never found the leak but outside showroom they just found in 5 minutes totally i spent. Some 2000+traveling expenses some 1000 totally some 3000rs but i they never solved the problem. This was an example. For every service i facing problems. But this one major... They need only marks. They pushing us to give 10 marks. Some times they simply getting us the signature with out entering the details in the forms... Worst worst service in both the showroom.in future i will not buy hyundai i will not refer any one to buy hyundai cars only because of poor service quality... I promise... If this continues you will face the sales drop in salem tamilnadu thanks
