I am a loyal customer of Hyundai for last 17 years and can easily check my credentials as this is the first time that in last 17 years of association i never found it necessary to raise my voice/concerns. But in recent past almost a year, my experience has not been good at all and am pushed to an extent where i feel that i need to get my complaint formally lodged with the management.

It is about my current car (i10 sportz)...

I have purchased creta car in sept 2015 during the launch and drove the car 30000 kms till date. All of a sudden the car stopped in the middle of the road and i was not able to start it or change the gear. I call the road assistance fro talwar hyundai in hyderabad and they after checking said that the clutch plates are damaged and need to be replaced. I have been driving for last 30 years and never noticed that the clutch is damaged within...
