Good morning,

My name is bipin chavda. A few days ago, i had booked a new i10 grand car on dt.21.3.2018 but your representative committed to delivered a car within seven days and they give car after fifteen days. I had suffered a lot due to this. A new car on.4.4.2018 i have received. Now after fifteen days, on dt.23.4.2018, the case is more special for me that ac of car is been nor worked proper and fuse are disable. So second time i have faced lots of problems. Also rs.21, 000.00 payment had been more deposited and till time not received by me. Its bad experience... Pls do needful

    I have eon era+ for past 2.5 years i have an thought that i would exchange mine into i t20. But i will never buy hyundai car in my life. Because of poor service quality in salem lrn and golden showroom. Both the showroom they need only money but they gave me poor service. Example i have an a/c complaint my car was not cooling. I booked appointment in lrn showroom i visit the showroom waited 3 hours they charged me 1500approximatly they said car will be fine the after some days again ac not cooling i asked they for pick up they said they will not pick up my car like that then i went to golden hyundai showroom they got my car for two days they said they topped up my car gas. Then i drive my car from their showroom i complained that again ac cooling is low they said for that car that's the cooling only gets. What an irresponsible answer. Again two days ac cooling was not coming. I went to out side showroom they tested the ac conditions with automatic machine simply found ac gas was leaking just 5 minutes. See the quality of your francies lrn and golden hyundai salem showroom. For the past 3 months both the showroom just pulging my money keep on topping the gas never found the leak but outside showroom they just found in 5 minutes totally i spent. Some 2000+traveling expenses some 1000 totally some 3000rs but i they never solved the problem. This was an example. For every service i facing problems. But this one major... They need only marks. They pushing us to give 10 marks. Some times they simply getting us the signature with out entering the details in the forms... Worst worst service in both the showroom.in future i will not buy hyundai i will not refer any one to buy hyundai cars only because of poor service quality... I promise... If this continues you will face the sales drop in salem tamilnadu thanks

      Dear hyundai team,

      I have purchased a car on 09.10.2017 (Hyundai grand i10 magna) in diesel with the friends recommendation, but got very bad experience... I was driving car from my office to home in night on national highway nh-8 & car engine stopped in mid way which was very risky for my life due to sudden car stopped.

      Next day i have drop car on jmv hyundai show room bhiwadi with the help of hyundai customer care. After examine i get an information from show room engine has been sized due to engine oil not available but no leakage found from any where from engine case cover as per jmv.

      During this visit i have not get any information from written.

      Hyundai is top most brand of india & world wide but performance of our car is very bad which sized after 7000 km approx. I have done first service on same modern, alwar. I am not aware what they done.

        Purchased - feb 2015
        Ac compressor failed within a period of 3years 2 months
        I think it is becoming a major problem.
        There is simply no use of buying hyundai cars, honda is any day better.
        I also think we customers buy a branded product with trust in that brand, really don’t know how they gonna compensate or will they really do.

          Hi,

          My bad experience with hyundai car 2 days ago, and also complain again hyundai company,
          I go from nadiad (Guj) to ambaji (Guj) at 7th apr night,
          I start my journey at 9 pm from my resi, at that time reach near by ambaji suddenly show on my dashboard oil empty symbol,
          And my car stop in a jungle area at midnight 1 am,
          I feel very feer due to i had journey with my wife and 8 yr old child,
          No budy can see near by my car, also no one can help me at 1 am,
          I found my car oil chamber damage and no oil in engine,
          How can this possible???/
          Car makers make engine with using plastic???/

          At today afternoon one call from DOWNTOWN – ANAND ( [protected]),
          He said to me your xecnt car TOURBO in not work properly and it will replace in car,
          I ask to my car insurance inspector for this, he said this in mechanical impact in your tourbo so we can not cover in our insurance,
          I ask to HYUNDAI company for my car is not complete one year, so it is replace from HYUNDAI company in warranty for 3 yr,

          Please help in my issue for this,

            Sir,
            My car registration no is. Gj01rz5161, verna next gen. I bought in sept 2017 from concept hyundai ahmedabad. I had my car service on 31 st march. Pick up at 8 am and drop at 9 pm. Washing cleaning was very poor. Then i visted concept hyundai sindhu bhavan service sation and got it done. I kept my vehical for claiming insurance the next day. Mr vikram examined the car and completed all the formalities. But the full claim was not passed and hence i decided not to claim as such i was delivered my car. But to my surprise my key chain was missing which was very very expensive moreover the rear bumper was damaged and i found some material got stuck on my vehical which is not being removed even after wiping with wet duster. I reported the matter to mr mihir at sindhu bhavan and was assured by him to inquire/look into the matter. I visited sindhu bhavan twice regarding the same but till date the matter is pending. From this instance it is proved that the customers are given fake promises by the employees of concept and the reputation of hyundai is being spoiled day by day. This is not the first instance, before also i faced the same experiance with concept hyundai. Hence i humbly request you to investigate the matter and resolve the issue at once.

              I m having insurance with bharati axa under hyundai assurance. As claimed by hyundai in all dealers workshop settlement can be done under hyundai assurance and is for quick settlement. But my car had just damage in bumper and it is now 30 days and i am not getting my car back from "bora hyundai" sivasagar. Assam. Because of insurance formality issue with insurance company.               There sir for my complain a person called me telling himself as commissioner of cosumeer protection board. He told me that he will pay all money to my account and i can get my car before settlement of insuranve . His mobile no is [protected].
              He insisted me to give my debit card no and a pin later forwarded.
              He had detsils of my complain and he talked to service manager of Bora Hyundai also.

              Pl confirm the credenciality of the caller . If its a fraud how can he have the details of service center and complain.
              First time at 9500 km my self told the issue of break in front right side same problem i had raise in third service and once i told in tollfree customer compliant .
              please look in to matter and resolve the problem

                I am the owner of a hyundai i10, vehicle number-ap 31 bm 2286. While i was travelling with my family my car broke down in city limits so i called "mango hyundai service centre" and they responded by sending me a private transport and demanded me to pay "rs.1800" for transport for just a few kilometres. Every hyundai service centre has its own cars but here they are sending a private car when people are in dire need of help and are demanding more money. This is unethical and fraud please kindly see through this matter or i'll make sure the matter reaches higher authorities.

Its very serious issue y they have not complete bank queries in those time nd extend delivery time. After ur agent assurence i sold my old car nd i m suffring from last 15 days.                     I feel very disheartened and sad expressing the king of service being granted to customer.
                    To illustrate the incident would like to mention that i went to utkal hyundai service centre taking my new hyundai tucson for check up as i had issues very hard and loud noise coming out of brakes, whenever i was applying brakes.
                    When inspected it was found that my vehicle right side brake disk was damaged which resulted in wear and tear of brake pad also. So there was no choise rather than to get then changed which resulted a cost of rs13000/.
                    The part which checked for wasnt available and was told within 2-3 days they would try arranging the same.
                    My new vehicle hyundai tucson (At gls) which had only clocked 3998 kms on the odo and is only 6 months, had erupted with this strange issue for such a new premium car. So when i requested utkal hyundai to talk to company if warranty can be availed & the money that i had spend could be refunded, to which utkal hyundai (Goswani/prafulla/rakesh) assured me that my money would be refunded within one week.
                    But when time lapsed and when i enquired several times i was given only false assurance and commitment by trupti madam/goswami/prafulla that very soon we would come up with solution for the refunded. To my shock on last friday-13th april 18 after several followups trupti from utkal hyundai called me up and said only refund of rs 6100 would be credited to my account by 23rd april18, which is only for disk pad (Round circular part) which hasn't been done till now.
                    Yesterday i received a threatening call from subrat o[censored]tkal hyundai at 9:00pm asking me "do you know who am i?" followed by next "who are you?". Trupti from utkal hyundai had asked him to threaten me because yesterday only i had word with her saying that this kind of sevice which i am being given will force me to raise a security in the hyundai forumn the way customer is being harrased.
                    Please take a serious and immediate action ensuring that customer is not harassed in this manner and also wanting a apology from the people involved.

                      I approached hyundai service centre, lukerganj, allahabad, up to get my car bearing no up 70 cr 2632 serviced with insurance claim, over 10 days back. I was given a 10 days waiting time for my request to be taken up, without any token number for the same. On contacting the service centre today, i was told to wait for another over 15 days which is not understandable. It reflects very poorly on the professional efficacy of the service centre. As no token was given by the service centre, accountability for not taking up my request or allowing out of turn request to other claimants could not be fixed.
                      Kindly look into the matter to get my issue resolved at the earliest, as i am facing hardship due to non servicing of my car.

                        They won’t do good quality service at the first time when you Give your car for service, in a month they did me totally 3 service for my car, Even after 3rd service the issue which I mentioned is not cleared.
                        #1st service they got rs1500(they came to my home and did it )
                        Issue was not rectified
                        #2nd service I took it to service Center in Lakshmi mills the issue is not cleared, they billed rs8500
                        They keept my car for 3 days in service Center even then they are not able to rectify the issue because all the labour’s are not trained and unskilled.
                        #3rd time same happend and billed rs2900
                        Each time billed amount for labour and tax...if they would have done it at first time why should I need to pay the rest of Amount...if some 1 needs proof I
                        Will attach the billed copy...

                          I had purchased my hyundai verna 1.6 vtvt auro sx (O) on 06.09.2018 from shreenath motors pvt ltd – chembur, mumbai.

                          Ever since i bought the car, it is giving me a mileage of only 6 to 6.5 kms / ltr.

                          I waited for 1st service and there after even got the 2nd service done, still my mileage is only between 6 to 6.5 kms / ltr. I took my car to shreenath motors also
                          And the sales guys had to say that this car in the city will give only a mileage of 6 to 6.5 kms / ltr. I am totally disappointed with the low mileage.

                          I own 4 different cars ranging from bmw 520d, honda city auto, toyota innova and none of my cars gives such a low mileage.

                          Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and revert.

                              I am a retired army officer and a senior citizen. I am an old and satisfied customer of hyundai cars – santro (2007), verna (2010) and now creta (2018). I recently purchased a creta (Petrol – at) car through csd from fairdeal hyundai, ranchi. Creta was delivered to me on 09th feb 2018. My ordeal began soon thereafter.
                              I was handed over the car without invoice, sale letter and registration papers. I was also made to sign a certificate that i will not drive the car without registration and proper documents. On the other hand, the general manager categorically stated that they will not initiate the process for registration till the payment from canteen stores dept (Csd) is received. They should have explained this act of discrimination to me prior to my booking the car. Fairdeal hyundai treated me as a second class customer just because i bought the car through csd. Rather than being helpful, the gm and a few staff members were arrogant, lacked basic courtesies and failed to perform their responsibilities. I was trapped. I had the new car but could not drive without documents. After umpteen requests, i could finally get the registration certificate on 28th march 2018 i. E. Around 50 days after getting the car. I am yet to get invoice and sale letter.
                              I was made to suffer physically, mentally and financially during these 50 days due to deficiencies in services by fairdeal hyundai, ranchi.

                                To check abs thy scan my car and said motor is not working. I said them to check wiring again and again thy confirm me that abs motor is not working.
                                I bought one new motor form out said. Again thy said i that motor is also not working. I left my car in garage for wiring after that abs is working. Because off thire talks i have lost 80000
                                How should v believe showroom.

                                  I am a loyal customer of Hyundai for last 17 years and can easily check my credentials as this is the first time that in last 17 years of association i never found it necessary to raise my voice/concerns. But in recent past almost a year, my experience has not been good at all and am pushed to an extent where i feel that i need to get my complaint formally lodged with the management.

                                  It is about my current car (i10 sportz) while getting my scheduled service done from one of your recognized service center "Deep Hyundai" couple of parts were suggested to be replaced ...( combination device that controls wipers and other one was pertaining to steering wheel ). exact part names can be traced from the invoice record of the service centre. since then it has been a horrible time and experience as a customer. Post service my car was delivered at my place and i made the payment which was approx (INR 20000) and immediate next day it was shocking for me to know that my car was delivered with a wrong part installed and it did not carry the functionalities of rear wiper. It was a sheer coincidence that when i visited this dealer/service centre of yours had a chance meet with the owner (Mr Pradeep). He himself acknowledged that it was a grave error by the service centre as there are supposedly various checks before the gate pass of a vehicle gets executed and there was no reason that such error could happen. Also i reported at that point of time to the supervisor under whom my car was being serviced about some constant noise as otherwise i was not used to such a noise. He said this would remain there. After this incident it may have been a month or two at maximum that my wipers started malfunctioning and would all of a sudden start moving. on the other hand i was pre-occupied with my son who was not well and was seriously sick so much so that he had to take a sabbatical from academics and dropped out from board exams. (can support my claim with my application to the school and CBSE board for my ward candidature withdrawl on health reasons). So by the time i could get free and visit the dealer from wiper problem, now the speedo meter as well started malfunctioning. it was too much of a problem and had to take out time to visit the service centre.
                                  on the day when i finally visited Service centre, my wife who is a diabetic had to be admitted to hospital for cardiac problem. Even i did update the senior staff at service centre to prioritize and free me ASAP. Was given an assurance by the staff and when car was delivered, meter problem was not fixed and was assured that we are arranging and within next 3-4 days we shall get back to you and this would be taken care off. When i finally received a call after few days was asked to get my car, so i once again visited them for meter issue but after waiting for couple of hours was updated by the service advisor that meter issue would take some time for fixing up and brought up clutch issue and advised that you need to get this worked. As a layman i gave a go-ahead and was assured about that in case of meter i shall not be charged as same would be arranged. on the same evening i made a payment of INR 15000 but i did voice my concern and disappointment to the senior staff who was present there and over the phone i did report it to their service head as well (Mr Bhaskar) whom i knew for a long time but somehow things did not turn up as expected.

                                  Even today i'm driving my car with same faulty meter since none of them had a courtsey to reach out to me and get the issue addressed but after that incident i received only a single call from their local customer care set up whom i clearly told to come back post they get a feedback for me as by when my meter would be fixed up. And finally today once again my wipers started moving all of a sudden and since it did not stop as i was on my way to office, so while fuelling at one of petrol pumps at Jail roadi requested their electrician to atleast pull out the fuse so that it doesnt bother me while driving.

                                  Can i expect a resolution here as i feel like been rewarded for my loyalty to the brand. My first car was Hyundai which i drove for more than 9 years and this is my second Hyundai car and am almost at the verge of change for a new one. But my recent experience as a customer is absolutely pathetic.

                                  Looking forward to hear from you for an early resolution and at personal level have great expectations from the brand Hyundai and their senior management.

                                    I am the owner o[censored]p25cd7923. I purchased the car on 7 january 2018 from akc auto p. Ltd. Rampur garden, bareilly. At that time the sales person was mr. Mahendra they handover me the invoice and the policy (Hdfc ergo) issue date is 07/01/18 and we paid the road tax on 07/01/18.
                                    Now the fraud is when i got the registration certificate (Rc) on 16/03/18 in that the purchase date is 10/03/18 and above all on the same policy number the policy issued date is 10/03/18. We never aspect this type of fraud from the brand like hyundai, because of this fraud we face many problem in future i. E.
                                    1. Claim problem
                                    2. Policy renewal
                                    ...

                                    Regarding these issues i called akc hyundai, bareilly, to the sales manager mr. Abhishek was rude and not helpful during the phone conversation. It is unprofessional and unnecessary. At last he offers me 3000 rupees to close the matter. Is this legal??? As a loyal hyundai customer, our biggest regret in 2018 is dealing with akc hyundai.
                                    Complete fraud
                                    Dealers licence should get cancelled for duping customers and impacting hyundai goodwill and market share in automobile industry.

                                    For your information i am enclosing the following document so that you can take the legal action against mr. Abhishek and akc hyundai, bareilly

                                    4. Registration certificate (Rc)

                                      I have purchased creta car in sept 2015 during the launch and drove the car 30000 kms till date. All of a sudden the car stopped in the middle of the road and i was not able to start it or change the gear. I call the road assistance fro talwar hyundai in hyderabad and they after checking said that the clutch plates are damaged and need to be replaced. I have been driving for last 30 years and never noticed that the clutch is damaged within 30 k kms.
                                      I feel there is some manufacturing issue and i need to know from the company
