I had booked i20 era red colour on 9-mar-2018. They had promised us to give car on 11-mar-2018. But when we ask now about it, they said that it is not available on stock and said to take car after 5 days. But it is very urgent to take car on 12-mar-18. We had complained about it on customer care on 9-mar-18, but they are not giving any response. What i do now...
Brake failure suddenly
ABS default, sometime doesn't work.
Brake problem faced since 1year.
Please take a measure for it. Nearby dealers have told they can't solve the issue. I'm very disappointed with that issue

    Dear sir /madam
    This is for the complaint of my car i had sent my can to get the silencer repaired as i was making a lot of noises since yesterday. The service centre guy broke the silencer and asked me to get it changed as i was going out of town for 3 days and wouldn’t be available i told to send back my car i would resend it once i am back in town the driver may be by mistake told me of how it got broken. I will not pay for the changing of the silencer and i was my car in perfect state else i will leave the car in the service centre till it’s properly repaired. I know the problem of the car was not huge i know it because when this started yesterday i got it checked by a local garage just to know what the issue was. He told me silencer is loose and so i sent it to car solutions andheri east mumbai.

    It would be great help if you resolve this issue asap. As silencer is broken by your people i wouldn’t give a penny for it.

      Dear sir,

      I, robin mukherjee have purchased a hyundai i-10 magna (Kappa) in jan 2009 vide invoice no.-t[protected] dtd 09/01/2009 from m/s shivnath hyundai bhilai. The vehicle registration no. Is cg 07 m 7650.

      Till date the vehicle has completed 12000km. The vehicle is mostly used for the city drive. On performance part i am very much satisfied. But since last two years i am noticing a peculiar problem on the door surfaces. Blister formation is taking place on all the four doors.

      As indicated above i have driven my vehicle in city only and it has completed merely 12000km in past 7 years. I am very particular about the upkeep of my vehicle and kept it clean and always parked my vehicle in my closed garage.in spite of taking so much care the blisters are forming on the door surfaces. This kind of things are highly undesirable and i haven't observed such problems in any other vehicles of hyundai of same or other model which has completed 7-8 years.

      On consulting local service center, they advised me to get the doors painted. But my concern is whether a reputed, highly selling car in india shall corrode in such a shorter span? I am suspecting there must be some problem with the material used or the painting/drying processes during manufacturing.

      Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at the earliest.

      In the trailing mail dtd 16th feb 2017, i have described in detail about the problem of blister formation on my hyundai i-10 car.

      I got the system generated acknowledgement of receiving of email on the same date but no one has contacted me regarding the issue, neither your regional office nor the dealership.

      Sir, hyundai being the reputed company having larger market share of car business in india, it was obvious expectation of a loyal customer like me to get the response immediately. But it proved to be a myth for me as no one has shown the interest in my concern.

      Sir, at this juncture i am again raising my concern and expect that hyundai india ltd shall address it sincerely. All the details have already been provided in my trailing mail.

        Greetings of the day.
        My self charan singh from bhiwadi, rajasthan.
        I was purchased eon-era+ in the year 2013 & the car registration no is rj40 ca 0203.
        On dated 30.03.2018 in the morning i observed an red signal of eps in my car & staring was jammed after that i was visited to hyundai service centre (Jmv hyundai, bhiwadi) & they declared that the eps system of the car is failed.
        Now i want to know that still not even 5 years completed & if this kind of problems arise, how we can faith on the hyundai.
        Sir there is no concern of money but the major concern is about the safety during driving. If it happens during the driving, what will be the result that may be a casualty.
        So as an 5 years old customer i need the explanation from your side on this instance on urgent basis so that my faith will not break from hyndai.
        I want to know that what is the human safety factor taken during the manufacturing.
        I have already register my complaint at hyundai customer care & my complaint no.-1-[protected] dated 31.3.2018.

          Dear concern,

          I am using i10 car of hyundai company.

          On 30th while driving my car over heated due to damage and leakage in radiator, i called up local service center i. E. Tirupati hyundai in kannauj district. After checking the same they informed me the leakage of radiator, hence i purchased new radiator and alvo. It took two days’ time due to non-availability of parts which later arranged from other city. On 31st before handing over car hey informed me that car is in ok condition and asked for service, as per them they also ride test drive 20 to 25 km to check any issue but informed that all is ok.
          Car was seems in good condition that day after repair and service, but next day itself it gets starting trouble. Then i called tirupati hyundai and inform the issue, they send one person to attend the car, after trying lot, he informs that compressor not working and whole engine need to be repaired.
          It was so shocking for me that after whole service of car within 3 days how come engine need to repair, i feel i have been cheated by dealer, whole day i left my car in service center on belief, but onwards i’m not going to believe on any center.
          If compressor not working at all then why i was not being informed?
          But after lodging compliant on 6th april still i dd not get any revert from hyundai motors.

I have been already give the complaint regarding this but they did not give me satisfied answer. So i have request to you please take the action against to marudhara mothers.               I have brought a brand new hyundai grand i10 grand i10 sportz from your branch b mangatram & sons in bhuj. Invoice no: h[protected] on 12/03/2018. I was told i would get my registration plate in 14 days it is now 5 weeks and i have still not received my license plate, i have chased the branch on so many occasions in which they have promised to call me back and up till today i have not received any calls. I am flying back to the uk on the 12th april (2 days). I am now stuck in a position where i have purchased a car from you and have no registion plate. The car also has satilite navigation which does not work with apple iphone, the branch said they will update the car system on 5th of april to allow this to work but this has also not been done. I am very unhappy with this service provided to me after spending so much money with you.                 With profound grief and sorrow i want to write here that i met with an accident on 1 dec 2017 and the very same day i took my car to g p hyundai workshop. Till now i have received my car repaired. Time to time they created several problems and mentally harassed me.in between supplementary estimates and cash memo are also being submitted to the oriental insurance company. I don't understand for what reason. My car is ensured with zero dep policy. I would appreciate if you kindly arrange to deliver my car from the workshop.

                    I had given my car for an accident repair purpose to pramukh hyundia (Chembur) on 15/02/2018 -17/03/2018 (For 1 month 2 days) in the mean time my car was driven around few kilometres for their washing and run trial purpose. After i recieved my car at 6:30pm on the 17th march i started facing issues with my clutch immediately while i was driving back home from pramukh hyundai service centre (Chembur) i immediately called to pramukh hyundai and my confirmed executive (Krishna & senior executive rakesh) regarding my clutch. I also called hyundai ivr and even the regional office (Mumbai) after the general process from regional office and hyundai ivr i recieved a call after 7 days and was told that this clutch issue does not come under hyundai service but i have to replace the part on my own expenses but this issue is happend by the service centre and instead of accepting their mistake and helping the customer out with the issue they are blaming me that this issues has happend from my side. I want them to replace the part and repair the car with all the issues in it. (I am attaching screenshots of the date when i gave my car and recieved my car)

                        My name is Govind Dubey and I am based out at Sector 78, Noida. I am here to share my experience with a new Grand i10 Sportz purchased last year.
                        I purchased my new car from Capital Hyundai, Noida on 18th May, 2017. On the first day itself, I was exposed to the fraud business carried out by this dealer as the car booked for us was completely different from the demo car showcased to us by the showroom people. It had several missing features which I was seeking for.
                        I went for my car’s first service after a run of 1500 kms. After the service, I encountered some problems such as the gear indication problem (the gear indicator was showing only the UP gear suggestion, no DOWN gear suggestions were visible). The car used to stop as soon as the first gear was applied. Hence, I visited Capital Hyundai. They checked the car and worked on it, assuring me that these problems will not show up again. However, the gear indication problem persisted.
                        I went for my car’s 2nd service after a run of 11000 kms. After a month of the service, there was some strange noise coming from the engine on the left side. I again visited the showroom, this time, extremely upset. They suggested to get the spark plug and 4 other wires changed. I had no other option and went ahead with it. Again, they convinced me that this issue will not come up again.
                        One month passed. This time, I experienced horribly low pickup and the same strange noise from the engine. I again visited them, as usual, they worked on it but didn’t update me on the exact issue with the car.
                        Two months have passed since then and I am facing the same problems. Sometimes, the Bluetooth stops working and I am unable to connect my phone with the car system. Several times, there are indications reflecting engine issues.
                        What I want to summarize is, I visited around 10-12 times for different problems coming up every now and then. What is even more depressing is that it is the first car of my life and not even a year has passed and I have faced so much. They have sold me a defective model and I am bearing with it since the day I have purchased this “brand new” car.
                        Don’t ever trust this car dealer as they are making a fool out of people’s hard-earned money. I am one of the victims and don’t want anyone else to suffer.

                            I had worst experience with KUN UNITED HYUNDAI, IDA, Uppal branch. I have taken my Santro Xing car for general service. My car had no issues and I have given my car in this service center only for general service. While delivering my car after general service, the manager (who's name is Naveen) told me that the car has problem with steering and you need to change steering rack assembly in the next service. Frankly saying, I have good driving habits and I don't even use the steering if the car is stand still meaning I only use steering to rotate wheels only my car is in moving at least a little bit. So, my car steering was so smooth and many times I was amazing by its smoothness. When he says, I got astonished. I felt something is wrong in my mind. Just one day after delivery, the steering became very tight and started making noise when I try to rotate wheels. No doubt, they have used my steering rack assembly to another car which came for the service. I have taken to the same service center and told him that my car steering became tight and making noise. The same person (Naveen) suggested that, instead of replacing the assembly we will get it repaired at Ameerpet so that you can reduce the cost. I said Ok. After 3 days he called me for the delivery. They charged me around 8k for that repair. While taking the delivery I have observed a low noise coming from the steering. He said, the noise will go away few movements later. I said Ok and taken the car. Very next day it started making the same noise. I went to same service center and asked them for the same. He (Naveen) said noise will go Sir. I have not convinced with his answer and asked him to show the receipts or some papers to know if it is actually got repaired at Ameerpet. I realized that, he didn't even sent the part to Ameerpet for the repair. Again, leave your car here sir so that I will get it repaired again. I left the car. After, 3 days he delivered my car but with same issue remains after 3 days. I have decided not to go to that service center any more.

                            Friends, go to Hyundai service centers only if your car is under warranty and until all your free services are done. After that don't go to these service centers. Staff is doing fraud and the company has no clue about it. They will start steeling your car's valuable parts after warranty. It is better to get your car serviced at a good local service centers with very less service cost. Good luck guys.

I cancelled booking due to inability on the part of dealer at the quoted price and asked for refunding booking money rs. 5000.00 but till date i haven't get back my booking money.                                     I have purchased a new Grand i10 Car from Sikka Motors, (Hemkund Huyndai, wazirpur industrial Area, New Delhi) on 18.10.2017. Invoice No N1224H[protected].

                                    But I was completely shocked to note that the Service Book given to me of "Creta" instead of i10. The service center Okhla Phase-1 refuse to accept my vehicle for servicing. Then I had to rushed to 40 Km to showroom and then after so many hot discussion and struggle they have given me the pirated i10 service booklet, without stamp, which was again not accepted gt Service Center.
                                    2. My vehicle sale was not punched to the system, so it took 4 days for service center with dealer to punch the same.
                                    3. The Tool Kit was not provided to me, when I inquired from showroom, they assured me to sent the same but after 10 days, it is yet to delivered to me.
                                    I am completely harassed by the showroom & I have doubt that the illegal vehicle has been given to me.
                                    please arrange to investigate this issue and arrange to fix the accountability to the erring person of showroom.

                                      We had purchased a car elite i20 magna on[protected]. Reg no. Ka19 mh0489. The vehicle ran upto 3897 km till[protected]. Before it could complete one year an event took place due to which the vehicle was fully damaged. On[protected] friday at around 8.00 pm. As i started the car in my residence compound there was an explosion of the battery which caused fire, leading to the damage of the front body part of the car. immediately the fire was extinguished with the help of our neighbours. It took about half an hour to extinguish the fire. They called the toll free number and then the vehicle was taken to the nearby hyundai dealers of padil m/s. Kanchana hyundai. The vehicle was taken for second service on 02-03-18 along with other paid services like oil change etc which was returned to us 03-03-18. We have a doubt that something might have gone wrong during the time of service. Now the vehicle has been totaled. We had lodged complaints by calling customer care & sent email to hyundai office & also contacted new delhi office & regional office at bangalore. But we have not received any proper response through email or calls. They kept ignoring our complaints. We could not just imagine what would be the result of this event if the fire would reach the petrol tank since this would be a great disaster as we all a family would lose our lives, property & it would risk our neighbours lives also. It is just god who saved all o[censored]s. When we contacted one of the person of advaith hyundai & he responded to us in a bad way. The company has not been properly responding nor comphensating neither we have been able to make a claim for the loss incurred without receiving a report from the company. On the other hand we have been paying the monthly emi to our bankers even though our car is not in our possession. This is a financial loss to us. We are undergoing all these difficulties.

                                      Maine park hyundai (sangrur) se car li hai .20 days ho gaye. Unhone meri car ka insurance kam amount ka kaat diya. Wo bol re hai ki galti se kam amount pad gai. But abhi tak koi solution nai kar rahe. Plz help sir

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I've purchased i20 asta (0) vtvt from om shree sai hundai hazaribagh in the m/o july, 2017. There was an error in the registration card hence returned back for amending it to hundai. Till date neither any registration card has given to me nor the owner of hundai is giving any reply on contacting them. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        I had given my car i20 mh 02 cv 6662 on[protected]. Still i have not got any revert from the service centre. No one is giving satisfying answer neither no one is bother to call back. I don't think any service centre takes so much time for any car to be serviced. I want the car on 010418 or today. Called the service centre on saturday no reply and also called the service centre today they where suppose to get back to me but no one has called me yet
