My self mukeshbhai p. Patel, having a hyundai car model i10 2016 megna (Purchased on 03.03.2016) manufacturing april2015. Car regestration no. Gj19af3286 in dist. Surat gujarat. I have got the service from valak mirrikh hyundai show room located at surat for my car on dated 27th of february, 2018. (Third free service). During service i have given following problems related to car:1) power window behind driver seat not working. 2) ac not proper working so it's air filter replacement3) other engiene air filter replacement4) allignment & balancing of car5) issue/points during free service as per company policy. But after service of my car's central lock system was not operative by remote control. I told to mr. Jatin patel, mr. Paras, miss priti at service center about this problem but they have not solved this issue till date after continuous follow up. I have also submit the feed back form regarding this issue asked by hyundai motor india. Further regarding to this issue, they asked for replacement of central lock motor on chargeble basis, my explaination in this regards is, why i should bear this amount because this problem is occured during the free service as before the service my car central lock working properly. Also note that after service its found power window was not working, so it was attended after regorious follow up by me, of 15 days to hyundai service center (Mr. Imranbhai). Service advisor was mr. Jatin patel from valak mirrikh hyundai. Also note that, replaced old air filter and ac filter were not given /shown to me after service so its also create doubt about replacement as ac is not proper working and car average is also found decrease. After allignment and balancing they have not given any test trial to me. While i have paid appr. Rs 2000 for this. So i request you to do the need ful in this matter. I have to revisit every time this show room due to poor customer service from the time i have purchased the car (For taking delivery of car, for free services, for using reference coupons, etc.). They have also given the car to me of mfg. April-2015 instead of mfg. November-2015. At that time mr. Raval was the sales manager of valak mirrikh hyundai. I had given so many complaint for this matter but they have not responded. So every time i feels that i have cheated by hyundai motors india. And i have also waste my time, money, fuel every time and most importantly mental harrsament to me. I would never fever the mirrikh hyundai valak, kim for customer satisfactory work.
Kindly approach my complaint as early as possible

Its my 2nd car...at first i used Maruti but in Hundai if you not drive car every day it can stop working some electic part with in 4 Year...
It shows poor quality of parts . I am not happy with product they sale
