My car up14bb4434 hyundai i10 1.2 magna kappa model 2010. I had spent on servicing done at hyundai service center of Rs 1.50lac till date. In Aug 2016 steering hard problem faced when i drove withmy family on yamuna express highway. I had given my car to M R Hyundai service center for reparing the same. They charged Rs 14k after part replaced. But same problem came in Dec 2016 and again in feb 2017 juat within 6month. the part under 6month warranty so hyundai changed the same in feb 2017. Now on 27th march 2018 again problem came in eps and steering free with noise coming when i drove my car on delhi panipat highway. it is luck then the speed is 45 so i stopped my car. Otherwise big accident occur. My family also with.me. Today when i given mycar in M R Hyundai service center they told me again eps module part will changed and i have to pay again the full part amount becoz old.part warranty already expired. I have mailef to [protected]@hyundai-motor.com MD & CEO of hyundai india.and [protected]@hmil.net team to solve my problem. But they cannot revert on my mail. Also 3invoices not added on my online service book. But again no.reply from hyundai side. This shows how govt support this big MNC bevoz they given huge money to govt as donation. so why govt and hyundai team.listen to middle class peoples. So many customers complaint but no one listen in hyundai. I want everone who suffers from.hyundai, pls mail there complaint letter to my mail.id [protected]@hotmail.com, i will go to consumer court and whtever.money.givem to Vakil.i.will.give. Becoz now hyundai last.moments come. Everyone see Savdhaan India n Crime petrol but no one come in front to give lesson to this types of big mncs.

I want hyundai to change the eps module free of cost.
I am niraj patel, purchase Hundai i10 in FY 2015 ...and my cars EPS not working...

Its my 2nd car...at first i used Maruti but in Hundai if you not drive car every day it can stop working some electic part with in 4 Year...

It shows poor quality of parts . I am not happy with product they sale
Same EPS issue is observed, manufacturer should recall this part as it is faulty
Even my Hyundai i10's EPS has stopped working and the car has just done 15500 kms, one can imagine what quality of parts Hyundai is using in its cars. The dealer has told me it would cost Rs.[protected] in getting the complete EPS module replaced. I am doomed after having purchased a Hyundai car!!
Yes I have been facing the same.issue since long in the 7 years I have changed it 4 times and the last one got faulty just after 6.months.
Will never purchase hyundai car again
Yes I have got my eps module changed 4 times in 7 years last one got defective just after 6 months and they denied to replace hence will not buy hyundai again

    Greetings, this is Ashok Chhetija. My family and I have been a loyal customers of your company since Hyundai first came to India. The reason I'm writing this letter to you is after a careful contemplation over the series of events that have unfolded over the past few months.
    I purchased one of your cars (Hyundai Verna) in 2016. Unfortunately I have not been satisfied with the car at all. I have had to replace the brake pads in 14 months since the car was purchased and during that time the car was only used for my regular commute to and Iro to office. The car vibrates during the start of the ignition and when we switch off the engine i.e. during starting the car and switching off the car.
    I had taken my car with a complaint of Brake Pads, Mr. Sachin from Modi Hyundai and the Manager out there presented an estimate. I spoke to them that still the Second service has not been done and the car was under warranty, but they refused and charged a bill which I am sending along with and once again in 5000 kms. Car’s Break Pads is giving a lot of noise and needs to be replaced. I am surprised at the quality of the car and quality of the spares of running Model. I would request you to look into this matter and guide me what to do? I have to pay again for this? I would like to bring it to the notice in Social Media as to the Standards and Mal practice done by one of the most Reputed Car Brand and its Dealer.
    I always buy the cars from Modi Hyundai, but unregretfully I would like to bring to you notice that the quality of the cars and service standard has gone down drastically and now it is just a platform (Service Centre) of Billing and Making Money, For the time being it may seem very profitable but with no good service, people would consider Ten times before for buying a Hyundai Car as there is huge choice available.

So pls do the solved the my problame as soon as possible

        Sir,
        I met an accident while driving car no. Pb-10-9037 verna 2013 model, while company is claiming six airbags but none of them worked though the car is declared 100% damage. I complained earlier also but no satisfactory answer was given by the company. I suffered a lot of mental stress. If i am not getting proper reply then i will be forced to move to consumer court against the company. Please do the needful at the earliest.

          Dear sir,
          This is reference to oral and telephonic conversation with your representatives regarding unsatisfactory service of my car from your service center.
          Please note the following points for your immediate consideration.
          1) my car (I20 asta) with regn. No. Kl 02 aj 3020 brought at your service center 'pothens hyundai kollam' on 20.02.18 as i was feeling a brake trouble.
          2) they inspected and intimated me to change the brake pump. They gave an approximate estimate of rs. 13, 500.00 in total.
          3) since the part was not available there at the time, i booked for the same and paid an amount of rs. 5000.00 as advance as per their order.
          4) on the same day they returned my car after changing sterring column shaft assembly (Mdps) and handle assy door outside. The payment for the same done on the same day.
          5) on 01.03.18 they called me and informed that booked part is available and asked to bring my car.
          6) as per their advise, i handed over the car on the same day (01.03.2018) for changing brake pump.
          7) on 03.03.2018, the service advisor called and informed that my car is ready for return as they changed the brake pump.
          8) i reached there on the same day and paid the balance amount.
          9) when i was driving my car immediately after delivery, found that the sound of my car had been completely changed and like the sound of a jeep.
          10) i asked the concerned service advisor regarding the sound and after inspection they agreed that it was due to their fault while repairing and will be repair at their cost.
          11) later on 08.03.18 they called and informed that the car sound problem had solved and ready for return.
          12) i found the same sound trouble was still continuing when i reached there.
          13) they had done nothing and also i couldn't drive the car as before as it made some another trouble. When i am using accelerator i felt that it does not take power as before.
          14) i asked them to give back my car as it was before.
          15) the car is still at your service center. Your people are neither repairing nor trying to repair.
          16) the odometer reading of my car when handing over to the service center on 01.03.2018 is 123770 km
          On return on 03.03.18 the reading became 123787 km.

          Please note the faults was from your side while repairing. Now your service advisor is not attending my calls and not giving any reply. Kindly do something to solve my problem and return my car in previous condition.

          Also i am informing you by this letter that, if you are not solving my problem within 15 days, i will be forced to do legal actions against you for satisfactory return of my vehicle as in previous condition.

            The above said dealer cheated me in a way that they didn't give the product in the said time, that is why i approach an another dealer and bought the same product. Now they trying to deduct a rs.3000 from the advance amount of rs.5000as cancellation charge which i already paid. They now says that it is the policy of hyundai. Why should hyundai deduct my advance? Because of the inefficiency of the popular hyundai, i bought the same product from an another dealer of hyundai. I think in this business hyundai has no loss, if so please give me back the full amount

            I bought a brand new i 20 era from the above said dealer in the name of my wife and she is a government teacher, and for that I submitted relevant documents.they delivered me the car by 24th December 2017.because of my insuffiency of time I can't gave the salary slip (december 2018 only)of my wife in time which they demand from us in addition to all other documents.I asked the representative 2, 3 times about the last date of submission of the salary slip.but I got vague replies.at last I called him on 22/2/2018, but he told me that the offer was expired by19/2/2018.why they refuse me to gave me the offer in the name of just a salary slip of 12/2017 only.please make a solution and take necessary action to gave me the offer of Rs.5000/-

              Sir,
              Last week on the way to my home my car (Grand i10 asta) dash board display engine warning signal and after some time it will vanish. The next day am check my car in hyundai service center and know that the ecm part damaged and it will controlled most functions of the car. It will cost around rs 26, 000.
              My car is run only 10400 km and 4 year old. Service are done by authorised hyundai dealers and used genuine parts. The service person told that it is a manufacturing complaint of the part. Am participated four 90 points checkup. Why you should not find such a serious problem in that checkup.
              Then why i suffer the total amount of the part. It is hyundai's responsibility to replace the ecm chip.
              Hyundai says that all parts are checked and quality test passed. Then how it happens only 10400 km, 4 year old car important part like ecm chip became damaged. Hml is making fake or low quality products to such cars?
              My question is how a customer believe your product.in my family there is 4 grand i 10 buy with my reference. If they ask about this problem what answer i will give to them. 'buying a grand i10 car worth 6 lakh is like digging on my grave'. So hmil please give a satisfied answer and kindly replace my grand i10 damage ecm part with free of cost. I am waiting for reply.

                Dear sir,
                Myself harvant singh malhi. I am using hyundai creta from 7 months. I have an issue with creta tyres. Once in a week i have to fill air in tyres. I was using swift from 3 years and after crossing 45000 km i changed my swift tyres. Swift provided me mrf tyres but in creta i think tyres is not so supporting as they should. Please give me some relief by this problem.

                  I am bhagwat singh using grand i 10 sports registration no. Rj 24 ca 4188.
                  I take my car for paid service at the service camp in beawar organised by shivam hyundai ajmer on 11 mar 18.
                  After service i found that seat matting is missing from my car. While complaining regarding this, advisor mr. Hemant told me that it may be installed in some other car by mistake. And promised me to provide it in next camp on 25 mar 18. Also he took rs. 3100 and said that invoice will be sent to e-mail id on next day.
                  But even after many follow up they are not providing the invoice and seat matting.
                  Also the amount showing in my hyundai service app is rs. 2890. I feel that they have cheated with me.

                    Respected sir,
                    My self mukeshbhai p. Patel, having a hyundai car model i10 2016 megna (Purchased on 03.03.2016) manufacturing april2015. Car regestration no. Gj19af3286 in dist. Surat gujarat. I have got the service from valak mirrikh hyundai show room located at surat for my car on dated 27th of february, 2018. (Third free service). During service i have given following problems related to car:1) power window behind driver seat not working. 2) ac not proper working so it's air filter replacement3) other engiene air filter replacement4) allignment & balancing of car5) issue/points during free service as per company policy. But after service of my car's central lock system was not operative by remote control. I told to mr. Jatin patel, mr. Paras, miss priti at service center about this problem but they have not solved this issue till date after continuous follow up. I have also submit the feed back form regarding this issue asked by hyundai motor india. Further regarding to this issue, they asked for replacement of central lock motor on chargeble basis, my explaination in this regards is, why i should bear this amount because this problem is occured during the free service as before the service my car central lock working properly. Also note that after service its found power window was not working, so it was attended after regorious follow up by me, of 15 days to hyundai service center (Mr. Imranbhai). Service advisor was mr. Jatin patel from valak mirrikh hyundai. Also note that, replaced old air filter and ac filter were not given /shown to me after service so its also create doubt about replacement as ac is not proper working and car average is also found decrease. After allignment and balancing they have not given any test trial to me. While i have paid appr. Rs 2000 for this. So i request you to do the need ful in this matter. I have to revisit every time this show room due to poor customer service from the time i have purchased the car (For taking delivery of car, for free services, for using reference coupons, etc.). They have also given the car to me of mfg. April-2015 instead of mfg. November-2015. At that time mr. Raval was the sales manager of valak mirrikh hyundai. I had given so many complaint for this matter but they have not responded. So every time i feels that i have cheated by hyundai motors india. And i have also waste my time, money, fuel every time and most importantly mental harrsament to me. I would never fever the mirrikh hyundai valak, kim for customer satisfactory work.
                    Kindly approach my complaint as early as possible

                      Complainant name-munmi dutta
                      Model name-i 20 active sx rc no — as07k63300, dealer/service center name and address — mandona hyundai, [protected]@gmail.com, north lakhimpur, assam-787001. Problem details — according to the consumer his car has been stolen from his house and later recovered by the police. But the consumer want to know how the security system has been accessed by thief when company has fully given guaranty/promised/commitment that without original remote its impossible to move the car i-20 as car is with protected by engine immobiliser system. Hence the consumer have some doubt that some company personal may leaked the access procedure to the thief's on monetary basis. Expected — as the security system is invincible/accessible with duplicate key or remote according to the company/dealer and after stolen the car i20 was accessed by the thief's with duplicate remote or key moved the car from residence which was found after by police at other states (Arunachal pradesh) along with duplicate remote. Same was recorded in police notepad. Which means that there is some lapse in company's claim security system. On this ground i want full replacement of this car i-20 active sx along with compensation from the company side as soon as possible.

                        My car has a starting problem.. I called the person at service station the person gave me number of another person.. The another person called up me and gave number of another person.. Again another person called up me n committed he will come n do the needful today two days gone no one has came..                           Hi i has buy elite i20 car in november 2014 and we found last week that my car ac is not working and when i go to hyundai ageny sangrur’s dealership they ask me to change cooling compressor which cost me near about 8000 including ac gas. But after that ac still not working. Now they ask me to change compressor which cost about 17, 000-20, 000. So this is very bad for company and in 3.5 year ac compressor too much poor quality.
                          Very bad for Hyundai as a big company at least every company give 5 year compressor gaurranty.very expensive car

                            Brought a creta car in 2016 from sreenath chembur mumbai my cars front side 2 tyres are badly chipping like normal cheep rubber and i complained to your service centre they already put a complaint but there is no response from company side rear side both tyres are chipping service centre people saying it's a manufacturing defects car reg number is mh02 dz 8822
                            Mob [protected] so please replace the tyres as soon as possible

                              R sir, time and again i am requesting the authorities at hyundai through emails around more than 80 in nos and personal pursuance at delhi regional office by contacting mr. Naveen and mr. Somitro day regarding jerking problem in my car now the problem increases many fold.
                              Action has been taken up to the level of change of half engine of my car but in vain. I am a sufferer from day one i purchased the xcent (Dl2cav9066). Almost year and a half has crossed and i never enjoyed the feeling of a new car. More than a 50 visits have been made to m/s samara, patparganj branch but with no result. The car is having some manufacturing defect which is beyond recognition. I had requested no. Of times to replace my car but in spite of lot of complaints i never received a single reply from hyundai, nor any one care to contact me in last one and a half year's time.
                              I had requested the hyundai authorities to extend the warranty of my vehicle for another two years from the date it got fully rectified but no reply was received. I am too much harassed and hyundai is making fun of me, my car and my valuable time.
                              I want the intervention at some senior level person of hyundai and would like to hear a word from him.

                                I received call from dsa in january, it was a sales call for interest in purchasing a new car. I spoke with dsa agent payal and she well explained the benefits and offers. She asked if i am having any hyundai car to avail the exchange benefits. I confirmed about the offer and the best price on exchange. She asked which car we wanted to purchase and i gave her my preference hyundai i20 sports model.

                                She called back and gave me offer price with exchange. She values my old car for rs. 25000+ additional exchange bonus of rs.30, 000. And on that time i told that i do not have my original rc of an old car as i lost my wallet few days ago.

                                She told that there is no problem you can provide the rc later and the dealer will help you on this. I agreed and paid her token amount of rs.10000 through paytm to the dsa account.

                                She gave my details for the car loan approval and then next day she confirmed that my loan was approved.

                                On 21st january 2018 i went to the dealer (Samara hyundai - janakpuri new delhi) provided by the dsa agent-payal. I met with dsa field agent and he introduced me with mr bharat sachdeva, he was a (Samara hyundai) sales agent. He checked my old car and then valued rs 25000/-. I told him again that i do not have rc. I provided the insurance copy and vehicle papers. He said it’s okay sir, we will proceed and you can submit the rc document later. He asked any idea how much time it will take to get an rc. I told him that i am talking to the broker and will apply rc in a day or two.
                                And also commented "government procedure takes time". He said okay sir, you can submit it once you get it but make sure that you try to do soon.

                                He never gave me any time frame to submit the document. I handed over my all the papers and my old car and purchased the new i20 sports in exchange price. I was so happy. They said once i will submit the rc they will refund rs 30, 000/- at that time.

                                After few days, i received call for rc status and that time he told me that there is a time frame to submit the document. I argued that i was never told about the time frame to submit the document and he was so rude and not having customer handling patience. I still said that i had applied for rc and i have not been given any time frame by the transport government office. All i just know was that rc will be received through post at my residential address. I also provided the scan copy of rc details thru digilocker app (Government app) on 21st feb 2018. He called me and said it will not be accepted. I said to consider this for now and will submit the original, once i will receive.

                                We (Bharat and me) exchanged few calls, emails for the rc status. I received my rc on 15th march 2018. I emailed him the copy and requested to refund of rs 30, 000/-. He called me and said sir i have checked and you cannot avail this exchange bonus as the submission of the rc document date had been passed which was 11th march 2018. I requested them it was 3 days up and also asked to consider the facts and the scan document which i sent on 21st feb 2018 thru digilocker app which was the proof of the vehicle is on my name.

                                Now, samara hyundai is denying to give me refund and asking for my original rc. I am upset about trusting on hyundai and purchase of new car on which i lost rs.30, 000/-+ old car. If i would have sold in the market my car would have valued for more than rs.25, 000/-.

                                This is so frustrating that hyundai dealer are so unsophisticated and does not have customer satisfaction skills. They just want to sell the product and make the people fool.

                                If i would knew that i will not get these benefits and have to pay the same amount then i would not have purchased hyundai.
                                I will request hyndai motors to look in this issue and resolve by refunding my exchange bonus of rs.30, 000.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I had booked a fancy no. Up15-cm-0055 dated 30/01/2018 and pay of rs. 6000/-. But unfortunately my booked no. Was expired due to m/s m. R. Hyundai, because m. R. Hyundai provided temporary no. On dated 11/02/2018, whenever i had purchase car on 11/01/2018. When i has visit in rto office, meerut on dated 06/03/2018, he told me fancy no. Was expired and he also claimed on me rs.9225/- of late charge fine for temporary no.

                                  I am not able to pay this amount, so please return my amount of rs. 15, 225/ from m/s m. R. Hyundai, ghaziabad

                                  Please also enclosed herewith soft copy of fancy no. And penalty rto slip.

                                    Very irresponsible service by kundan hyundai, chinchwad, pune i have experienced yesterday. At the time of delivery i have found some work remains balance from body work shop and ther advisor commited me about 100%work done before 2 days. Really 3rd class service they are giving in chinchwad customers. I will not recommend kundan hyundai chinchwad service to anyone again.
                                    I am really disappointed having kundan hyundai customer dis time.

                                      My grans i 10 car. Concern for 3rd servicing in ur show room at jagdalpur bastar c. G. But i totally disappointed to your service and your billing method. They charge me 1300 gst tax on 1800 bill amount.. How could it possible??.. And they don't clarify my complaint... Pls do something of your subordinates for services and billings methods.. With regards devendra kumar ghritlahare.

                                        I Have booked 1.4 Diesel Base Model, White colour CREATA on 15 February, 2018 with BERKLEY HYUNDAI PLOT NO. 27, INDUSTRIAL AREA CHANDIGARH Vide CHEQUE Drawn on HDFC BANK for an amount Rs. 25, 000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Only) and the representative of the said Berkley Mr. Jasbir Singh and Baldeep Singh assured and guaranteed me that the CREATA will be delivered to me on and before 15.03.2018. as I was supposed to gift the said CREATA to my wife. On the Guaranteed confirmation of the mentioned representatives I paid them the advance of Rs 25, 000/- and booked the CREATA on 15.02.2018.
                                        Now on 15 th March when I called for the delivery of the CREATA they told me it will be given in two three more days. From 15th to 19th March I called the representatives everyday but they did not pick my phone seeing my number. On 20th March I called the representative Jasbir Singh for my delivery of the CREATA he said that the CREATA was in transit but he assured to get it delivered tomorrow i.e 21st March from some other alternative dealer and asked me to keep my purchase amount ready. Today I took the payment of Rs. 10 lakhs to Berkley Chandigarh where I sat for two hours, met their General Manager Mr. Dildar Singh and Manager Ms. Meenal Mahajan, who said that they do not have any availability of the said 1.4 CRDI Model and that I have to wait until 5th April, 2018. I requested and explained them about the harassment and mental agony caused to me since last one week and that their representatives had confirmed me to give the delivery of the above mentioned CREATA but now when I have brought the amount and come for the delivery you all are cheating and harassing me . I fail to understand this cheating policy of the company as I feel that because of Navrataras my booked CREATA has been delivered to someone else on immediate payment basis, and even after 5 weeks of my prior booking I’m not getting the delivery of CREATA. I expect a strict action Against the Berkley people and give me immediate delivery of CREATA Diesel 1.4 crdi White Colour.

                                        Note : All call recordings of the said Berkley Representatives are available with me in my mobile phone, where they have confirmed the delivery date.
