Sale defective i-20, magna (Scratches on dashborad) by frontier hyundai rajapuri road dwarka delhi

I purchases new i 20 magna in 09.03.12 at 7.10 pm from frontier hyundai dwarka delhi, but provide me defective or non inspected car, very bad service provide by hyundai. I have not seen those scratch on night, early morning i see and go to showroom but frontier hyundai give negative response and give me option for change dash board, but i am very upset this type of car provide by hyundai. I purchase hyundai car for better service provider but give me defective car.
There is very bad experience from hyundai and i am totally upset this type of bad.

    I left my vehicle i20 rj28ca for repairing work at baran hundai workshop at 8 march 2018. Technician told me that some parts are not available at baran workshop so they ordered for the parts. But now when its 13 march still parts are not available and they said stil it will take 4-5 more days to arrive new parts. Is it the process that i have to leave my vehicle for 20-25 days just for repairing work, in this case should i need to purchase a new vehicle for my work. The working process is really slow like hell that even i own a vehicle but i can not use it as hundai is not providing me proper services. Hundai should stop selling new cars if they can not deliver proper services within promised time..

      I purchased creta sx 7 months back after 3000 km drive, three month back when i was driving the car on highway suddenly gear assembly jammed in the middle of the road and i escaped a major accident. I pulled the car to side and switched off the engine it started working fine, next day again i experienced clutch issue of not taking the acceleration even after changing the gear, this was solved again after switching off and on the engine. Next day when i was on the way to service center after driving a km clutch and gear assemble stopped to work, it was a major issue again on the road. I complained this to service center, vehicle was towed and technician mentioned clutch assembly needs to be replaced and it will be done free of cost. But the question is i am driving the cars from last 20 years and never had clutch problem, this is very surprising fact to know. Also i am scared to drive the creta now because of frequent breakdowns like this in the middle of the road. I would like some one to investigate this issue properly.

        I have a claimcase of my car to submit my car dated 13.02.2018 in beeaar hyndai mahanagar lucknow. After depositing claim amount rs 22763 through neft by the new india assurance on dated 08.03.2018 and send the confirmation by mail dated 09.03.2018 and 12.03.2018. Mr ram milan (Manager) beeaar hyndai mahanagar lucknow don't give any respose to me or the new india assurance when i came 13.03.2018 in service centre. He told me money is still not credited in account. I said that neft is done on 08.03.2018 through neft by insurance company and amount is not reversed. Attached statement copy also send to beeaar hyndai, mahanagar lucknow
        Kindly take my matter seriously. Because my wife health is so poor eveyday i have to go in hospital in car and in absense my car. I am too frusted

          Sir i puchased a new grand i10 from aditya hyundai bhubaneswar odisha 1 month before. But i had an accident after 15 days of puchase. I have done my insurance in sbi general insurance comp. With zero insurance (Add on). I claimed on that day i. E. 27th feb 2018 but till now there is no work progress which i came to know by physically verificatin at aditya hundai showroom. Another thing is that till now i have not received my rto registration number. I am verry sorry to tell you that the service is not good.
          My car grand i10 2017 it has been around only 4 months my car is giving a very bad average of around 9-10 and various sounds come while driving the car and applying break i guess that I’ve got the defected vehicle

            I bought a new hyundai creta less than 6 months back and the mileage of the car is worst (Less than 10) petrol version. Your representative came and checked and he was surprised too and said will get back with no further help. Clutch pad was already replaced as it was making a hissing sound and i was informed by the showroom it was a company issue and is being replaced for all creta cars and so was mine too. Now again within less than 1 month, same noise started and i complained with no help. I m fed up of this service and they promised to come and take the car on 12th, however no one turned up. For a 14 lacs car, is this the problem i face? Is this the service i expect? I would rather buy a low range maruti and it would give me the best service. Hyundai, you have lost my respect and the problem with my car is still existing.

            Post all the checks etc, Mileage in the city less than 8, mileage on the highway - max 9.5-10. GM claims this is the best mileage Hyundai Creta can offer. Like really ???? Asked them to send me an email stating the same. Heights of foolishness

              I have puchased a grand i 10 asta 2017 edition from mukesh hyundai kestopur showroom. It is the matter of 6 moths ago. I have got my number during december 2017. But rc book yet not received. I have only received a tax token where my title spelling was mistaked. I have alredy complained by physical interferance. Gm has confirmed that the rc book is main the spelling will be alright at rc book. But whenever checking at mparivahal apps that my rc book lready been generated with wrong spelling. After that called gm for the same for last 1 month and above. Still waiting for resolution. Please help me. For the reason i cannot claimed the insurrance and cannotplan a long drive.

                I brought my hyundai grand i10 in jan 2015. This summer i tried to start my car ac but it did not not give any cooling effect... I thought that this was due to leakage of gas, i went to hyundai agency and get the car checked and they told me that compressor is not working. When i asked the reason, they were clueless. I want to know how can ac's compressor failed to work in just 3 years?
                I believe quality of hyundai is much better than i am facing.
                I will be gratefully if you change my car ac compressor

                  Hi, i have book hyundai xcent car on 12/12/17. This deal has been done in 6, 20, 000 but next day i got new deal in 5, 85, 000. Then i personally visited in your office and explain gurpreet to cancel this deal but she was not agreeing to cancel the deal she told me we will give you 32000 back after delivering and officially she sent mail that we will revert your payment back, i explained him to drop cheque after seven - eight days but she deposited in 4 days so i did not got any chance to cancel this deal,
                  Then i waited 45 days but yet the car did not reached to me and my mother was not well at that time so i send official mail on 2nd february 2018 to cancel this whole deal but till the date the deal is not being cancelled and i explained to them please cancel insurance policy in 15 days because they will not charge any amount but after 20 days also they were not cancelling the insurance deal policy, then i personally tried to cancel this deal with hdfc bank i noticed ones i booked car they are not giving chance to cancel and they are trying to charge me huge amount penalty, i personally gone in rto office for four days for cancellation of fitness certificate now my 620000 rs are stuck in neelam automobiles from last 4 months and i have paid 4 months interest to hdfc bank that is from december, january, february and march. I am stuck from all side now, i don't have money to spend. My mom is not well and i am not getting money. I booked this car and lost my 32000 in interest. Please release this amount as soon as possible.
                  If you do this type of things and do cheating with us then no one can deal with you.

                    I bought hyundai i-20 active on 21st december 2017. I met with accident on 07.02.2018. I called road assistance and my car was picked up on 09.02.2018. The road assistance service dropped my car to gupta hyundai, shahdol on 09.02.2018. They did not contact me for what to be changed in my car and they are not making the delivery of my car. Hyundai gave me an assurance certificate to do all the help, but it is not coming to the ground and it is cheating with costumer. I want to complain against hyundai india and gupta hyundai, shahdol

                        I came to the service center gandhi hyundai, solapur maharashtra for 3 rd servicing of my car on 7 th march. Their representative mentioned time 4:30 pm on the job sheet. I came again on 7th march after 5 pm and setting there almost 45 min but my car was not ready. They told it will take more 1 hour after that i told them i will come on 9th march please keep ready my car after that i went to my home. I came here on 9 the march approx 5 pm then i found that my car was not ready and some body lock gare in my car so car couldn't be move they told bring you gare lock key. I asked them what time you service center will open they told 9 am, i came here 9:15 pm and found that there is no representative to ask me. After few minutes i found representative and told him about my problem. I found here such laxity and irresponsible of there staff. Not understanding the value of time. I am so disappointed with the service of hyundai.

                          Hello, i am owner of car no pb 08 dx 2971. I buy this eon (Special edition) car on 1/1/18. On name of sumanjit kaur r/o283gupta calony jalandhar. There is a manafacturing defect in back bumper of car. I went to goel hundyai (Waryana) jalandhar on 8/03/2018for this issue but service manager (Gurinder) he was putting all blaim on me and unable to prove how this defect come. He said me that to have claim of this manafacturing defect. When i said him if you dont listen my complaint. I will complaint againt you. He replied me complaint cannot do any thing to us and we dont care about conpalints i am totally disappointed with his dealing. I am feeling that buying hundayi car is my big mistake.
                          I have serviced my Elite i20 car about 10 days ago...after serviceing engine is very noising.kindly help to resolve the issue

                            It was 31th Jan 2018 when i drop my car for general servicing, after 2 days i got a call from Kamal hyundai that my cars injectors are not wokring. so they need to send the injectors for servicing to start the car again. but when i drop the it was in moving to the roads. The only problem i was pickup. after 3 days again i called them to know about the status of my car, they said one of the cylender is leaked so they need to fix this problem too. how can it be possible because with both upper mentioned issue one can not start the car.
                            but still i managed somehow and said try to fix it ASAP and ill pay you for the same and they were ready to provide me the disacount. i got my car by paying 45K bill was approx 50K. i bear everything and gave them amount. but my car engine sound was different i objected on it but they i have to take a 1000Km testing if the sound will remain the same, they will look in to the matter. after completing 1000 sound was too loud and manager said i have to pay for it.
                            yesterday 06 march 2018 i complained to hyundai of the person and their service quality today i got my car with the previous sound.

                            I am happy to get it back but i faced too many problems during the month so I want you to take a necessary action against the service manager (Mr. Mishra) of Kamal Hyundai (kota). He was very aggressive during the conversation, he put some personal comments on my Financial conditon, he was behaving like a supreme leader and warned me that no body can help me except him so if i want my car back in previous condion i have to pay again, this is like extortion, bcoz few days before i paid 45K so why would i pay now, this kind of behaviour will not tolerated. kindly do something because being a customer i have some right brand image as well as customer.
                            I can't forget this bad experience for the rest of my life.

                                My grand i 10 car is under repairing at ikakshi hundai ahmednagar maharashtra since from jan 22 2018.
                                Problem: car not getting started...

                                Tille car not repaired. The response from service centres is very poor. It is not good for hundai. Service engineer at service stations are not capable to rectify the issue. Kindly look into matter and resolve the issue.

                                  I was planning to take a vehicle from this show room and i paid 11k advanced but due to old model i change my plan to not take this vehicle after that many times i called to the Gm of this show room and he is telling all the time tomorrow or day after tomorrow i will pay you and this thing is happening from the last one month .

                                  He don't have sense to how to communicate with the customer and he is abusing also if i am asking my money back .

                                    I am ubaidulla, owner of elite i20 (Model # 2014 november). I have been a loyal customer of hyundai motor company since then but sorry to say that i have been regularly experiencing air conditioner failure problem which makes the driving intolerably uncomfortable. The problem started by the middle of 2017 despite i used to service the car fully complying with the company's service manual.
                                    On checking, the hyundai service centre in our locality - classic hyundai - says that the compressor of the air conditioner is dead. It's surprising to hear this since the car has run below 55, 000 km only whereas your website confirms that a/c has got a basic warranty of 3 years or 100, 000 kms whichever happens first.
                                    So i do claim to get the compressor of the a/c replaced at the earliest by classic hyundai.

                                      Highly unsatisfactory level of parts. As soon as the warranty period is over the parts need to be replaced. Everty visit to the service centre involves the raising of huge bills on hyundai end. There is no consumer satisfaction with such bill payments. It is hard to believe that a reputed brand like hyundai has such issues. Had come to get my car for third service when i was told my battery needs to be changed as it's dead. Next visit my ac not working properly n i am told several parts need to be replaced. I wonder if these were checked during the last service which was just a couple of months ago. It is immensely painful to have such repetitive issues with both parts failure and high cost of replacement. Kindly check into it.
                                      Sir I have buy a car grand i10 in 2016 and after one year I renewed my insurance policy in same Hyundai agency they are not tell anything about insurance one day I am come and car suddenly car heated and stopped because any problem in engine but the agency said this insurance is not for engine and the cost of repair is appx 20000 . What can I do??
                                      Send me the terms and condition af tyre good year 1.4s+ creta. Warranty is given 5 year i want to replace it plz.. The tyre is tear in 8000km in 1 year just imagine automatically on road... Good year assurance tyre complain

                                        I am sandeep gosavi owner of hyundai eon magna plus mh46 z 5149. I had given my car on 16.2.18 to c. G. Hyundai panvel for service n rear repair.
                                        On the same day told me that engine oil is leaking and need engine inspection and repair. They send the engine to there latch department. After that ordered engine parts and took more than 15 days for it.
                                        Repair was done properly. Again car started vibrating.
                                        Again they could not able to find the problem and making excuses of no electrician
                                        They made a huge bill n put other charges as well.
                                        It's cheating n very poor service.
                                        I will go to the consumer court for loss of my daily revenue n loss to my car n mental anguish to my family.
                                        I am very disappointed with there work.
                                        I will not advise any body to go to this service centre.
