Hello sir

My name is Vaibhav Vasudeva from Delhi, I am writing this E-mail to you as my car is under repair from workshop Services(Bhakra Hyundai Ropar Punjab).

My mother Mrs. Rama Vasudeva is the owner of Hyundai i20 car Registration number is DL 8CL 8918 . I had submitted my vehicle on 19 august 2017 to bhakra Hyundai at Ropar Punjab as my car was damaged in accident (11 august 2017). The executive of the bhakra Hyundai Ropar body workshop promised me to give my car in one month.

After 15 day, The workshop company(Bhakra Hyundai) body shop advisor Mr. AMAN had given me estimation of my car total repair charges around Rs 2, 76, 000 He said me this is final repair cost of your car and if the other parts of the car is in proper condition, then the amount will be deducted from the final amount . i.e its approximate payment, there is deduction in this amount and this is only the estimated cost.

Then, I got a bill with all information and from the bill I requested them to remove the cost of AUDIO ASSY which is of Rs 20, 388.72/- and BACK SEAT of Rs 20, 000/-

Now the rest amount is Rs 2, 35, 612/-(2,[protected] after the deduction of above two parts of the above said.

Then after I tried to contact thousand times to get my car repaired through phone and emails, but there was no response from your side. From 1 sep to 15 November I continuously called to Hyundai workshop ( Bhakra Hyundai) through the email and calls but no one answered me and if someone picks up the phone, they only just suggest to wait as the car is under repair .

First of all, I choose Hyundai is my big mistake of my life. Everyone my friends, parents, relative suggested me to buy Maruti cars as your services is bad according to them. I already sent you the mail regarding this ### things which is happening with me from last 6 month from your high rated third class workshop named as BHAKRA HYUNDAI. And the peoples/executive are burglar or just a money maker . They don't want to work .

From last 7 months I am facing this problem and no one from Hyundai are ready to help me. They only need MONEY, when I call just need money .

After the repair Dated -, I got the estimation cost of my car repair Rs 3, 44, 276/- and according to them this is the only payment I have to do to take my car (Is this the only payment?? what you think about yourself and the money of the peoples - PAISE KYA PED PE UGTE HAIN).

Mr. Aman on dated said to insurance company that this car will be repaired under 2 lakh.

From Last year August they took 5 months to repair my car and after all these drama, when I reached to the workshop, I saw my car looks like very old and dirty. to show your valuable and extraordinary works for which I have to Pay 2 Lacs.

This is completely against the interest of customer who is not informed of the progress of car repair and about the actual repair chargers . The extra amount you included everywhere in repairing my car.

You peoples are just playing with the customers, and the workshop managers are sneakers, watching someone to get accident and then to grab the person, and get the money in the form of repair charges

It is really sad that a reputed company like Hyundai is not giving any value for their customer and also we are not getting a proper reply from the service centre.

I am very much disappointed with the after sale service of Hyundai India .Its hurts me when big company like Hyundai cheating with customer finally I decided to complain in consumer if it was not resolve to me within a week.

And I will also not suggest to anyone to take HYUNDAI vehicles as everything I am getting is negative from your side.

So, Please request you to help me to get reduce my extra charged of my car.

    My car number ts15eb8666, i am rajashekar reddy, [protected], from siddipet. I brought elite i20 sports. 3 years back. Regularly i am facing issue petrol pipe stolen by rat. I am changing the parking places also. My car surrounding around 10 cars parked irrespective of companies. But the hyundai only i am having.. Monthly once i am getting petrol pipe issue.. When i want to go emergency time then car petrol pipe getting issue. I have irritated. I want to replace with steel pipe or else give me as like swift petrol pipes

      It was an agreement, that the car will be registered within 2, 3 days.

      I have made the agreement as i have found the same complaints, feedback on google.

      This showroom is spoiling the image of hyundai...

      Its a warning for hyundai to be careful from such dealers, otherwise hyundai could be the next chevrolet.

      I need compentation.
      As i have to hire taxi for out of delhi travel.

      Also the car registration immediately with number plate.
      I have purchased a new car on 5/10/17 from your Mukesh Hyundai, Kestopore showroom..Still now I have not received my blue book.Several time tried to get information about the same, but no one gives a feed back..I cannot suffer any more.Concern person from Hyundai is Ms. Priyanka, a most irresponsible person I have ever seen...

        Sir, I also used of your i10 product since 2009, Reg. No. is UP 78 BU 7061. The vehicle is standing in the name of Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Agarwal S/o Shri P.L.Agarwal, Kanpur. Total distance covered till date approx. 10600 km. I have handed over my vehicle to the work shop of M/s AKC hyundai, Parsakhera, Bareily (UP) for the purpose of getting repair cum service of the vehicle. The repair was meant under Insurance claim from the New India Assurance Co. Ltd. The vehicle was handed over to the workshop as on 03.12.2017 for the above purpose and it was advised to me that the same will be returned to me approx. after 15 days. At the time of handing over the vehicle to WS, my vehicle was completely fit except some scratches at the external left part of the body & that was to be done under NIA claim. While handing over the vehicle, the counter man has requested me Sir, Please HAMARA BHE DHYAN RAKHIYEGA on a/c of claim being sought from New India Ass. Co. Ltd. & due to not giving any add. Amount (bribe) to the men, my vehicle was given me back just after approx. 35-40 days after STEALING/CHANGING one of the original part which provide power to power steering i.e. EPS. When I observed the deficiency approx. 10 days after, the agency called the vechicle & advised me they will do something but later on they advised me that an amount of Rs.10000.00 will be charged by the agency to get new part. He said that no service charges will be levied further for changing new EPS but for new instrument, I have to pay Rs.10, 000.00.When I asked them that my vehicle was completely fit at the time of handing over to Work Shop then how, suddenly, the instrument get defected. No response was given me and every time official tried to avoid the issue at one & another pretext & said that agency may give new PURJA after getting full payment. After refusing to pay the said amount, the agency returned my vehicle without equipping the already stealed or new one instrument. When I say them that I will complain you at the appropriate forum such as HYUNDAI OFFICE, CNBC AWAAZ PEHRADAAR OR OTHER LEADING NEWSPAPER, they said AAPKO JO KAR MILE, WO KAR LO. I am also attaching the copy of repair order which also display the facts for your kind perusal.
        Sir, In the matter, I request you to please give me justice in view of keeping highly CORPORATE IMAGE as your company commands 2ND position in India in passenger vehicle segment JUST on a/c of caring of your customer after sale. If such type of incidence will take place, then who will search / think in about product.
        I am also a responsible SBI Bank’s Officer now posted at Bareilly.
        Thanks for giving your valuable attention & also hoping a solution to the complain.

          Had done my 4th service (Only driven km is 17000).
          The problem was that there is steering and suspension noise from the vehicle
          At the time of service.. The service men told it was because of the steering rack which cost aprox 13, 000 rs including the labour charge
          As the car was only driven for aporx 17000km... And the steering rack was damaged so what is quality of the product you are installed in such an expensive vehicle...
          The forth service cost me around 9500rs including the wiper replacement...
          My question was about the quality of the product regarding the steering rack...
          I had came to know that hyundai i20 since[protected] was facing such issues via car portal carwale.com
          So i want a solution for this..
          Only, 17k km driven and it got damaged..
          So need a quick resolution for this issues...
          I have bought 2016 model Grand i10 Asta. After using it for seven months the Power Steering has become hard and the signal is shown. I have visited Durga Hyuandai Showroom at Jaigoan, west bengal. Did services but the problem couldn't be solved. I changed the parts but couldn't get it solved. So please if you all can suggest me the solution.

            As my key went missing 4 grand i10 asta 17, i ordered 4 change of key sensor frm popular motor, perintalmana-kerala. Dey asked a deposit of 9000 rs. I got key bak in 2 days & asked cancel order. Reply was money in hyundai acc & dey cant sell it easily so cant pay bak. Is dis new version of looting customers witout any bnefit to them?? Big dealer with cheap service i say... I understand they dnt respond also other than some comforting communication. Is there any way the customers get deserving service from your dealers as per the standard of a international dealer??? Its very shocking to hold the amount of 9000 from customer if they are unable to sell hyundai product with them. Let me know why this type of poor dealers without talent and finance being appointed as a franchisee of international brand??? Or is this hyundai not the same of the international quality???

            Awaiting a response at the earliest... Please let me know if i have to sell that spare part for your financially weak franchisee in kerala (Popular motor - perintalmanna - kerala).

            What is the value of my money around 9000 inr??? As a customer i am curious to know the service value of my money held???

              This is s. Santhosh kumar i am doing as a mep engineer in uae. Our hyundai eon car number is tn84 x1581 we gave the car for servicing in sivakasi showroom and took the car from the service center on 11-12-17. My brother took the car to madurai for a conference, while over-taking the bus suddenly the gear from fifth automatically shift to neutral gear, then immediately we took the car to hyundai service center they enquired and took that they did not fill gear box after drain. Now we are hearing a terrible sound from the gear box.
              To maintain the car well we are servicing the car in showroom but now our car gear box is completely damaged.
              Kindly take necessary action on the showroom and replace new car or gear box if not we will file a complaint.

                I am currently using hyumdai i20. Friends please dont buy any hyundai car. They donot resolve any customer issue. I bought my vehicke before 2 years. From that time i satrted complaining about mialage issue. I am only getting 10km/litre. Inittially they told that it would be ok aftee 20000km's service. Not the vehicle have run around 30000 km. Still i am facing the same issue. But service centre people has nothing to say about this. Also while claiming insuremce they are charging extra amount than the claiming charge saying that this is paint tax and all.. I havnt seen any other company charging like this

                    Dishonest bengal hyundai mechanics have charged me for parts that weren’t used.in addition, the mechanic charged me for the labor required to install the non-existent replacement. It’s a double rip-off! The lhs mirror was damaged and needed a replacement but bengal hyundai just used gum and paint to repair it and billed for a new part. I have already launched complains with both hyundai and sbi general insurance. Strict actions must be taken against the guilty for doing fraud.

                      Here i patel jitendra who brought hundai i 10 magna from riya hundai mehsana.. I have complaint there was some abnormal sound observed in car so that’s why i put my car in service on dated 30/01/2018.. Which is in my warranty time.. But there is no persons rectify my solution.. Plz give some needfull action on my complaint.. I[censored] have no any solution for it then.. I have to complaint any other government organization... So first of all i m waiting for your answer..

                        Live in florida, went on vacation to tennessee, 2012 hyundai tuscon with 66k miles threw a rod. Towed to dealership in columbia. Was told there are no new motors on planet (Exact words) since car is years old. Asked to complain and told "hyundai is overseas and they don't care". Have ro rebuild motor. This was october 14, 2017. I am still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed, 3 plus months later. Have had to buy another vehicle to get to work in florida. 2 weeks ago repair manager said he only has 1 master mechanic and he cant spend all his time on my vehicle. Really? Did i need to know that. I am a nurse with 7 patients. Do i tell you i have other patients and can't take care of your heart attack? I want my vehicle fixed or replaced.

                          I bought hundai grand i10 on dated 18/10/2016 with given accessories one spare wheel, other kit, till now my car running 5800.. Km & two services also done.

                          At the time of delivery of car which wheel they fix still i am using the same wheel & not even a single puncture happened in my car so have not used spare wheel till now. Than how my spare wheel got damaged, all snaps are attached herewith for you reference.

                            I invite your kind attention to the subject mentioned above and highly dis-appointed services i received from a dealer in navi mumbai name: sharayu hyundai address: d/406, turbhe midc rd, ttc industrial area, midc industrial area, turbhe, navi mumbai, maharashtra 400613

                            Let me narrate the back-ground about the incidence:
                            On 27th dec2018 night, my car (Reg no mh 06 aw 4583) has an accident and some damage on front side.
                            I gave car to m/s. Sharayu hyundai in navi mumbai for accidental repair on 28th dec'18
                            I had valid car insurance from the india assurance co. Ltd.
                            After assessing my car, response from executive of m/s. Sharayu hyundai: "no cashless claim is possible" with his argument that since i have not bought the policy thru their known agent.
                            And asked me that i have to claim the repair charges on my own from the india assurance. And they give "an estimate" for submission to insurance co.
                            Accordingly, i personally submitted to intimation and claim form along with "above sharayu's estimate" to nearest branch of the india assurance.

                            After a week...

                            I got my car repaired on 6th jan'18 and paid the all cost of repair to sharayu and got the bills.

                            For reimbursement i submitted the claim with all the bills to the india assurance, belapur navi mumbai branch on 8th jan2018.

                            Unfortunately, till date i did not got my claim settled. And understand the reason mentioned from insurance company is that they found discrepancy in "the estimate and bills" produced by m/s. Sharayu hyundai.
                            In parallel, i being going thru lots of personal investigations process from the appointed agency by the india assurance company against the said claim.

                            I am suffering a lot due to the fault of m/s. Sharayu hyundai's negligence in the paper work and billing issues.

                            I am being personally harassed due to the lots of investigation process and neither got my claim from insurance company till date which is due to clear falut of your said dealer.
                            When i approached to m/s sharayu they realized their mistake in paper work and billing and gave an email to surveyor of insurance agency (Email from sharayu enclosed).

                            I request your kind intervention in the matter and advise your said dealer to settle my bills and refund me the full amount paid. The monetary losses on account of personal harassment to me due the fault of dealer remains open.

                              We had purchased grand i10 (Car no. Dl8cas8499) one month ago from hemkund hyundai, wazirpur, delhi. On 22 january 2018 i had given my car for first service in hemkund hyundai, wazirpur, delhi, and it was damaged by the company staff on the shop floor while doing the service. I am very embarrassed by this loss.

                                At 26 jan 2018, i was met with accident in that accident my car would clash with electric pol so left side door next to driver side crack along with running board. So i complaint at khanna hundai shastri nagar kanpur. My car number up 78 dl 0020. At 27 jan 2018 i was going their hand over my car to mr suraj and provide the details of accident along with bajaj insurance policy paper, while all cause i have shared with your executive mr suraj, so why he was not taking the approval with insurer for running board damage. He just paint out my door and hand over my car, inspite of that the running board damge. Which i paint out outside of agency which coast is 3000. Here i want to know when i was taken zero depth policy than why he was not able to provide me detail to insurer for running board. The same time, when i was doing payment over the counter your other one executive asked for me signature on customer feed back form without taking my opinion. When i was asked how you could you take signature without my consent. Same time he told me that "hundai m asa hi hota h". As reputed company i can't expect from you.                                   Dear sir,
                                  I had purchased hyundai eon d lite + in january 2012. (Mh 05 ax 7706) the car ran 12500 km so far. The eps system of steering failed and i have replaced it with full charge of rs.19000/-.
                                  Please explain me how it can be failed so early in running of 12500 km only and this i did n't heard such a complaint from any other cars.
                                  I think its purely a manufacturing defect or the poor quality of the eps system.
                                  I didn't get a single penny discount from the service centre, (Ritu hyundai kalyan).
                                  Please give me your explanation on this.

                                    We have recently (2 months back) bought hyundai xcent e+ (Tn 07 cl 7855) from dsc hyundai saidapet (Sales persons - ranjitha & vinod) for own use. And also the sales team did not give any info abt the accessories & we still haven't received the rc book yet. Even after several followup, no update from them regarding the rc book.

                                    We have no much usage (Driven only 300 kms till now). We were unable to start the car after a week idle. Got update from hyundai tie up allianz service team that the battery is completely down & there is some leakage-that needs to be checked. Raised a concern to dsc to replace the battery. After several call & continuous followup for a week with their branch manger (Rangarajan) & crm (Chandrakala), engr came and updating as no issues & if a week idle means the battery will surely go down & telling hyundai tie up allianz service team has blabbered something to convince you & asking to raise a complaint with battery manufacturer exide to get the status report of battery. Battery manufacturer exide service person visited and confirmed that there is no issues with the battery but could see some leakage values as (.78) instead of 0. Completely dissatisfied and need a proper update and service to rectify the error.

                                      Sub : Recurring non-functioning of LPG kit - in my Hyundai Eon Delite car-
                                      Regarding.

                                      I had purchased Hyundai Eon Delite car with option of functioning through both petrol/LPG through your registered/authorized dealer M/s Susee Hyundai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on[protected] under the registration number of TN 72 AM 0279 having engine No. B3HACM004634 -vin MALA151FLCM08255B.

                                      The total travelled distance from[protected] to till date is 54, 738 kms. only and out of this kms., I had used the LPG option less than 10, 000 kms.

                                      Whenever, we had given the service of the car for LPG mode, slow speed is running and high speed is block of the LPG unit, the dealer had serviced the vehicle for LPG kit too. On[protected], and they too had serviced the car by changing some parts in the LPG kit, and they said it would be repaired at the time of delivery on 05.01.2018 ( Bill no.R/O No. R[protected] dt. 05/01/2018). Also told the Service Engineer at the time of delivery, LPG is not available in your car, so not tuning the LPG kit, you filled the LPG gas of car after I will tune the LPG kit within 5minutes. I had given the Car on 08.01.2018 after filled the LPG gas. But the LPG kit fault was not rectified till the date of 13.01.2018. I had visit our registered/authorized dealer M/s Susee Hyundai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on[protected], they had informed me while delivering the car, that the car needed LPG kit replacement and expenditure is more than Rs.40000/-

                                      I am embarrassed to hear such opinion from the dealer’s mechanic for a car that was
                                      Purchased in May 2012 and ran 55000 kms only requires the entire LPG kit unit to be replaced.

                                      I like to bring the same to your notice as we are unable to bear such huge cost for a faulty LPG kit.

                                      I request you to intervene in this matter with your dealer and make me as a satisfied Hyundai car customer.
