The worst company ever expect because getting no response from the company. And worst parts used in the car.. This is my third time that i am getting compalint in my car.. This time i cannot shift the gear. And i will not buy any of your hyundai car and also tell my friends to do not buy hyundai car at any cost.. And not getting parts in the showroom.. Plzzz reply soon..

    I have purchased Hyundai Creta. I am quite satisfied with the Car, however I am very disappointed with the Hyundai services. I writing this mail to you after contacting your local service team multiple times but my issue was not resolved.
    I have given my car for service at Jaipur (Car was picked by the service center from my office) and after service when I got my car back the front bumper was damaged (image attached). I have contacted the service center and informed them about the damage and initially they agreed on this and told that they will again pick the car and resolve this issue. Next day they again picked the car from my place and after some time I got a call from service center stating that they can’t help me in case. I have discussed this issue with the service center manager and explained him each and every thing but he denied to help me and told that it has not damaged by their staff. My concern that the damage is clearly visible and if it was damaged before giving the car on service, why it was not mentioned on jobsheet. I would request you to look into this concern and help to resolve as i have given the case for servicing not for damage. If authorized service center itself mishandling car than I think in this case there is no worth of purchasing premium cars or should go to the local vendors for servicing the cars. Below mentioned few more feedbacks on Hyundai Service.

    • Never get the car properly cleaned after service (twice given the car for service and both the time faced this issue).
    • After service there will be a new issue in the car for sure and for that customer again need to give car to service center (in both my car service this issue was there and also one of my friend using Hyundai xcent he has same concern since long time).
    • After Service there is no proper quality check by the service center.

    I would request you to look into these issue and resolve.

      Dear sir,
      Sir i am a regular & loyal customer to saraighat hyundai, guwahati. It is true i am getting fair service from them. But for last two years the horn is providing recurring problems. It works for 20/30 minutes while on run then suddenly ceases working while still on running, and gets back working after few minutes and again ceases working. This way it continues, you never know when it will work. The saraighat hyundai attended the fault and did little bit rectification work, it worked for few days and the problem started again. Finally they replaced horn with a new one on 25th april 2016, assuring me it will be ok now. After 10 months or so it started giving the same problem irrespective of a brand new horn. Now i understand the horn is to be replaced again. But question is that why should i pay for the same fault for time & again. I understand that you will acknowledge my concern & grievance, do something positive to do away the problem once for all.

        Sir, yesterday i went to your tappan hyundai showroom for first service of my i20 but i am highly shocked to listen that they refuse me to service of my car. He says that this is instructed by my c. E. O that not to service this car they not told any reason behind that.
        Dear managers, this type of services are you giving to hyundai customers.
        I am highly disatisfied by this tappan hyundai. I am giving totally 0 points for services to hyundai.

        Tapan Hyundai caused a lot of mental harassment and stress as they keep on giving false assurances about the repair of my car even after 1month.Delay in the services leads to time wastage and frustration. Expecting to get solution as soon as possible.

          My car met with accident, went to modi hyundai service centre bhandup, who did not help me in submitting claim with new india ass. Company. They only said that we will repair the car, entire follow up including calling surveyor is my responsibility. This is not expected from a dealer of reputed company like yours. We said that we will make full payment and receive payment later, but call surveyor at least, which was not done.

            Hi,

            This is for hyundai xcent no. Dl12 cl 9490 rsa complaint number 334704

            There was no assistance for 2hours and 30 minutes. Car was parked in the middle of the road, tat is 1 hour however no one reached after my 22 calls... I got help after 160 minutes that too after arguing with police officers, hundreds of people on road and after arguing with useless hyundai staff.

            Sheer nonsense and harrasment by hmil.

            Useless company hyundai

              I request you to kindly take necessary action on sales manager for miscommunicating to coustomers.

                Dear sir,

                Good day…

                I am krishnamoorthy from chennai, india. I own a i20 sports (O) 2010 model and my vehicle no is tn-10-ab-4529.

                I like to bring couple of concerns to your knowledge and seeking a good solution from you. I have left my car for general service and body shop work at kun hyundai, adyar (Hyundai authorized dealer) on 27th oct 2017 and they have committed to deliver the vehicle on 1th nov. After a big follow up and phone calls chase they delivered the vehicle on 10th nov. On the same day i noticed that my ac unit controller (Fatc) has been changed from some other vehicle and they have removed my oe fitted horn from my vehicle.

                Kun hyundai workshop manager (Mr. Jayacellan) have accepted on 11th nov that,

                · their technician has removed ac control unit (Fatc unit) from my vehicle and accepted to replace with a new one. (Photo attached)

                · paint was not done as per oe standards and accepted to repaint it at their cost. (Photo attached)

                · accepted that their technician has removed oe horn from my vehicle and will fit it back in my vehicle.

                · engine rpm gauge (Engine speed sensor) was not working after delivery and accepted to fix this issue.

                · issue which i have told during service was not attended and he has accepted it.

                On all the acceptance from mr. Jayacellan, he requested me to leave the vehicle for 2 days fixing the issue as committed and i have left the vehicle on the same day (11th nov) for the 2nd time for the same concern. After a big follow up and visit to the showroom they delivered the vehicle on 16th nov with different set of issues.

                1. Horn was not function and they are given irrelevant statements, which i have in my vehicle for last 6 years.

                2. Painting was the worst. Even a local painter could have done a better job.

                3. Engine rpm gauge (Engine speed sensor) was not working again and mr. Jayacellan is requesting some more time to fixing this issue.

                After a big terrible experience and dissatisfied customer, i called their agm mr. Padbanaban and complain on the above said concern. He has picked my vehicle again today (20th nov) and he has accepted that painting is not as per oem standard.

                I like to ask and understand couple of issue.

                1. How dare they can remove my ac unit controller (Fatc) without my permission. Is this not a robbery?

                2. Who has authorized them to do such actives.

                3. How can i trust that they could have not removed any other components from my vehicle?

                4. What action is going to be taken against this dealer?

                5. Who is going to rectify my concern on this vehicle.

                  Now i feel my car engine is not work well and i went to service center and engineer told your car clutch plate do not work proper but service center manager do not want resolve this issue and they are saying your car clutch plate automatically work well. He is trying making fool me because he do not cover in warranty.
                  After sale service is pathetic i never suggest to any body to purchase hyundai car.

                    On 23rd december, 2017, i got my i10 car serviced from authorized service centre i. E sunrise hyundai, new delhi. It was 1st paid service after 3 free services.
                    I was charged more than rs 17000/- including gst which seems atrociously high to me for a small car.
                    Can anybody concerned from hyundai care to reply to me whether rs 17000/- paid by me is correct

I am writing this email because i am frustrated from your workshop services i met with an accident on 28th november i gave my car on 29th november on naini workshop they promise me to give my car on 19th december i agreed that time because i saw there was lots of cars which was to be claim. But now today 24th of december and my car still stand outside of the workshop & all the dust & every types of # on my car. My new car looks like the 10year old car they didn't do anything what type of service you guys are giving i don't know but i am going to complain this now on consumer forum.

                        Myself ajaypal singh from jaipur. This is regarding cheating done by one of your dealer to me. Before that i want to put few points from my side to your kind attention.
                        Sir, i am very impressed with hyundai motors due their services provided to their customers. I like hyundai cars most as they are very comfortable in rides provided good response and their good functioning. Their are mostly hyundai cars in my family and my colleague also. That’s i was very impressed to hyundai car and one day i decided to purchase hundai i20 car.in this regard one salesmen from m/s morani cars private limited named mr. Basant kumar visited to my home. He shown me some pics and i decided i20 asta and booking amount of rs 5100/- was paid to him for the same car. On 27 nov 17, i bought the car by paying downpayment of rs 1, 65, 945+8000+11000dd+5000 seat cover. Loan of rs 7, 68, 955 was sanctioned by icici bank and dd of the same was given to m/s morani cars private limited tonk road jaipur. Sir i was very impressed with this dealing and me and my family was so happy after purchasing of this car. I felt like i was the most lucky man to have this car. But sir this was not so far. And after 2-3 days when i was cleaning my car i noticed that the colour of the car from back side was vanished and it look like it is an accidental car. Immediately i rushed up to m/s morani cars private limited tonk road jaipur and i shown it to mr. Basant tank (Salesmen) and mr. Harish. They both were in agreement that this car is accidental and there is some problem with this particular car. They assured me to come next day and they would change the car and give me other one. Next day i visited to them and i met mr basant and bhawna (Manager). They told me that they will repair this one and i have to take this car only. They offered me big discount also on this car. When i did not accept their offer, they told me that they had to talk to their owner. I visited so many times to them but all-in-vien and at last they told me that i have to take this car only and i have no other option other than this car. Neither they refund my amount nor they change the car. So many times i pleaded in front of them but they were not agree and many times they insulted me infront of so many peoples. Sir, i was very harassed mentally, physically and economically by them. I was helpless at that stage. Then i decided to go to police and lodged a fir against them. Sir i took this step against the m/s morani cars private limited tonk road jaipur not against hyundai motors. I like hundai cars and keep loving it because i am big fan of hyundai cars.
                        In view of the above it is my humble request to my honour that necessary action for cancellation of dealership of that particular m/s morani cars private limited tonk road jaipur may please be initiated.                             Sir with due respect i want to submit complaint and dissatisfaction regarding above subject that the staff at krishna hyundai located at tempur assam showed or misled me and shown ignorance of 90 points check offered by the company and didn't check which is embarrassing for me. On reminding the service manager and showing the offer on line also, the dissatisfaction occurred. Reference slno3415 book no 69 dated 23dec 2017. Please resolve the complaint.

                              One of the worst experiences i ever had. Earlier service was good. Now the staffs are naive and untrained. I had problem with a noisy steering. One guy says its insulator problem, other says full set to be replaced it costs rs 9000. I had to wait for four hours just to learn that the spare part was not available i should wait two weeks to get it replaced.

                                I booked creta pure white color on 4decembar 2017 with 11000rs. Hyundai silicon surat sales person mr. Dhrunil promise to deliver car on january first week. Yesterday i issued demand draft of5 lack and call him than he talk very rudely and also forced to buy black colour which i dont want but he forced me and said that you have to take otherwise we are not provide white. You can do whatever you want to do. This thing he told me. Its disgusting behavoiur and conversation with me. I want clearifcation on this matter as soon as possible

                                  Myself dr. Poonam dua visited berkeley hyundai, panchkula for the insurance claim for my car i10.

                                  For the processing of insurance documentation file charges are 1000/- where as i was demanded for 2000/- for which i said no straight forwardly, as it was just for the damage of bumper which had to be replaced.

                                  There was one more service, actually i requested service manager to change the black strip (Pasted on the window glass/door). I asked to cover it under insurance claim but he said this is just a small thing for 200 rs.. And we will do it on cash and i agreed for that.

                                  I was surprised at the time of taking delivery of the car as i was charged 1500/- for that minor strip pasting work which takes 5mins. I checked with service manager and he replied that if you would have paid us 2000/- for the ins. Documentation processing, it could be waived off. Though you have given us 1000/- for the documentation, it will be charged 1500 (Including gst)

                                  The strip which was pasted, removed on my request and they pasted my old strip and the way it has been pasted is actually weird and half of it, is just coming out.

                                  I am highly disappointed with the service provided and with the stupid un ethical behaviour of seniors and juniors at the service station. I wasted my 4-5 days and the kind of service i got… i have no words.

                                      Booked a Creta 1.6 Diesel Automatic Phantom Black colour on 21 July 2017 with FULL Payment with the promise that the vehicle will be delivered in 20 days, but received it after exactly two months (21 September 2017).

                                      Issue:

                                      Gave the vehicle for first service on 22 November 2017 at the SS Hyundai Service centre in Pathanamthitta, kerala. Received back the vehicle with scratches all over the body of the vehicle and is clearly evident that this has occurred while cleaning the vehicle. The driver who delivered the vehicle himself admitted of the same. The next day, in consultation with the service centre ( SS Hyundai Pathanamthitta) and SS Hyundai sales office, Tiruvalla, took the vehicle and returned the same after two hours with few of the marks removed. They claim they cannot do any further and they could do a repaint if I claim insurance. Refused to make a insurance claim as this was clearly the service centre fault. Since then several mails were sent including the Hyundai complaint centre ([protected]@hmil.net). No response from Service centre, but received 3-4 automated mails from cr service but no action till date.
