I bought a new verna hyundai on 8 oct 2017 and on 11 nov 2017 my three tyres are stolen outside my home and i order tyres in hemkund hyundai service centre azad pur on 16 nov 2017 after more then 40 days i didnt get my tyre and and there is no reply from hyundai.
I done fir on 11 nov same day of stolenof my tyres fir no is nwd-av-000428/2017.
They are not giving any response about in how many more days i get my tyres
They are torching me and i m very much mentaaly harresed as my new car is getting destroyed outside my tyres

    Sir i have been complaining about by new grand i10 sportz (O) registration no as 01 dh 4010with braking problem from last month when the dealer is unable to solve my problems, so i contacted guwahati ro office and they send one person by the name pranjit datta, from his second day call he has been very harsh in his behavior, on 18.12.17 he test drive my car and told me that there is no problem in my car, but he was unable to make me technically understand, sometimes he says it's hyundai specifications and safety feature, sometimes he says that old model of grand i10 used have very hard braking problems. Today means on 19.12.17 he came to my place and again took test drive of my car, as his mind was preoccupied to teach me a lesson, so to day he crossed his limits and used abusive and slang language, i want a immediate response from your end.

      Dear team,
      It is very disappointed that i purchased car from you or hyundai. I purchased my i20 active s model on 21st september 2017 from sadarjang hyundai udhog vihar gurgaon, in this car i did not get touch screen. Today on 18th of december 2017 i came back to showroom again for taking the delivery of elite i20 of my brother in law here i checked again i20 active s model and i surprised to see that now this model has touch screen. It was really disappointed for me that i paid same price but i did not get touch screen. I was cheated by the hyundai dealer or hyundai. Earlier i faced the issue of staff negligence.
      I am also thinking that the dealer have given me the same car which was available in showroom on display but i told him to order a new car because as per him the next car apart from display car is not available with him. As per him he was going to order new car from plant for me.

        I purchased i-10 asta from berkeley hyundai, chandigarh. No guaranted card or any certificate regarding this was issued to me. The invoice bill was received for rs. 5, 58, 133/- but actual payment has been given to the berkeley hyundai for rs. 5, 65, 000/-. I have not received the bill balancing to rs. 6867/-. Kindly clear the grievance promptly. I am highly obliged to you for your kind consideration.

          Hyundai — i10 ecm problem
          I, mr subhash gurjar residing in 34 kala nagar bandra east
          I have a hyundai i10 sports kappa 1.2 2010 march model car (Regn. No. Mh 04ef5840) and its a well maintained and done only 20k kilometers till today. But on last tuesday (12/12/2017) i parked the car in my home, next morning it refused to start. I went to hyundai road side assistance service above bkc hp petrol pump. They send a mechanicwho came for our rescue but after long checkup they found that problem is with ecm [electronic control module]. I came to know that ecm problem is a common problem on i10 after 20k kilometers from internet. Mechanic who checked the car also agrees that, ecm problem is a common problem and he personally faced same problem on his friend's car. I just saw another complaint against same problem. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/hyundai-ecm-complaint-c846826.html. seems like its a common problem and i would like to replace ecm at free of cost. [right now hyunadi asks for 37, 000+labour charge+toying charge+gst]

            I am abhilash g an ex airwarrior presently working at union bank of india.

            I booked a creta s+ 1.4 crdi at your pothans hyundai show room at kollam district in kerala state ten days back. But that particular model is not available at this showroom and not even in chennai plant as per their officials.

            Now can you please tell me is there any fact in this. I request you to allot particular model to the showroom so that they can provide me an availability certificate for the purchase through indian defense canteen service department.

            Otherwise instruct particular showroom to arrange from any other showroom in kerala where it is available.

            Non of your showroom is showing waiting period for this model.

              I have paid rs25000=00 as booking amount for creta car to shreenath motors pvt ltd, chembur mumbai against which receipt no. Pr[protected] dated.06.07.2015 and customer id:c[protected] was issued.
              Since i have cancel my booking with the dealer thru email, but they refused to refund the booking amount.

              Kindly instruct your dealer to refund the amount.

                I have booked a black sx (0) petrol automatic verna with talwar hyundai begumpet branch. They promised me to deliver the car by 15of this month as my wife was pregnant and i wanted to gift her a car on the arrival of our new born. I inspite of repeated commitments from them they now say the car will be delivered in the second week of feb 2018. This was a very auspicious and important moment for us as we had a baby after 12 years of our marriage, and i iam extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your service and approach.
                I request hyundai to sort out this matter asap and see to it my car is delivered.
                I am piyush, I booked a hyundai Vanue petrol 1.2 White vehicle on 23th May’2019 at Surjeet hyudai Indore dealership.
                Dealer broke every promise he made to me regarding the car delivery date provided to me but till now car has not been issued to me, I am very harrased from hundai car dealer now I want to quit from hundai.I need a car urgenty from some family issue That's way I am moving on tata nexon car that car also in my budget

                  Hi,

                  I bought my hyundai eon in july 2013. It's been 4 & half years. Yesterday (12th dec 2017) suddenly my car's eps system stopped working. Since then i need to run my car in manual steering mode, which is very hard to maneuver and tough in driving.

                  . My car has clocked only 23000 km.

                  I believe hyundai should look into the matter of electronic power steering module as these seem to be faulty (Manufacturing defect) that they are using in eon cars.

                  I have also read several articles on hyundai eps problems on various other models like i10, verna and elantra. Also, in the usa, hyundai has recalled many batches of cars where eps has been found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect. The same needs to be done in india also.

                    Eon car with registration number wb72h5663. I don't know the owner name but he/she is my neighbour.
                    Each and every day at night when they garage their car with back gear, sound start (Like pac pac pac...) which sound disturb our sleeping.
                    One day contact with car owner, say about the sound problem and he said what can i do? This is company fittings.
                    I wish to know from this renound company, their engineer, technician never feel, hearing this type of nonsense sound.

                    I say the car owner please change the back gear sound horn and i will pay said amount.

                      Purchased an i10 car magna from klg hyundai chandigarh in april 2013. This car was regularly got serviced from the company till 2016.in 2017 upon closer of this company, the car was got serviced from berkley hyundai chandigarh in september 2017. During service it was pointed out that its rear shocker and driver side safety belt needs replacement. This car has barely run 21000 km and that too only on chandigarh roads single handedly by this person who is in his 72 year of age.in the same home we are maintaining 3 no. I10 cars. The first one was purchased in december 2007 and that has run over a lakh of km but none of its parts has gone defective. It means the rear shocker and driver side safety belt fitted in this car was defective. Even though the warranty of this car is over, it is incumbent upon the manufacturer to replace these parts free of cost.

                        I have bought new creta dlcz6678, in year july 2016, and at its 4 th service hyundai service people says to change the clutch plate it is not workable any more, and requires replacement.

                        I am very disappointed with hyundai for supplying bad quality car parts and fitting in such a expensive car of 15 lacs.

                        I owned Hyundai i10 sportz, and it is out of warranty, sometimes my car's steering seems to be jammed, and EPS warning light comes on the dashboard.
                        This happens eventually, let me suggest what is the solution for this problem.

                          I give my car to kamal auto hyundai dated 21/10/2017 for repair. But car not repaired yet.
                          Everytime car worker mr satyanarayan prajapti missguide me. He told mee that your car repair after 4-5 days. After 4-5 days i called him than he give me next date. Today 09/12/2017 but car not repaired till now. So plz doo needfull in this matter.

                            This is my first complaint in all these 17 years, because there was no need since i have always satisfied and enjoyed the performance of hyundai cars.

                              My self raman singh bhanote owner of vehicle no. Pb10fh3680 on dated 30.11.2017 after the call received from m/s grover hyundai service & some repair job (Paint job).

                              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with very poor services i received from you on various grounds ie:
                              Paint spot on black strip & rear door handle
                              Dust inside the car
                              Paint mark inside the car
                              Ac vent clean charge but not done
                              Alginment charges but not provide the report
                              Compounding of full car but not done
                              No washing but charge
                              +2 photos
                              I got the battery of car remote i10 Grand changed from the hyundai service service changed. The have changed me Rs 251 for a single button cell ( panasonic Cr2032) which is available in Rs 50 outside in the market.
                              This is a very small part but the extent of over charging is too much.

                                Hi sir this is for your kind notice i have purchased grand i10 nov 28 no proper response from kolar adviath hyundai showroom till. Now i don't know the sales manager he is not bothered to contact and congrats what type sales he is doing forthe growth of the company if this is the case i would have gone for maruthi suzuki very cheap persons are their on hyundai showrooms i am working as professor i have not seen in my lifetime this type of irresponsible 3rd rate people working in the showroom.
                                Brand new car purchased on 02/6/17 found defected. Shameful thing that Hyundai unable to detect and eliminate defect in 3 early tries. Power steering of car gets jammed and locks momentarily. Which put me into homicidal situation. I left the car at 4th time and demanding replace of car. I have SBI bank loan. Now dealer refusing demand. pls Help me

                                  I bought a hyundai i10 from downtown showroom, op road, vadodara, gujarat on 26/05/17. I had to make repeated phones and visits to get the accessories promised to me at the time of purchase. Steering wheel cover has still not been delivered inspite of n number of phone calls. The show room people say we can't do anything about it as the concerned person dhiraj will look into the matter. Dhiraj doesn't even remember a thing and keeps on delaying matters. It is frustrating to call so many times for such a small thing.

                                    I purchased i10 hundai automatic car, number kl-19-d2755 from the showroom, thiruvananthapuram popular hundai. This car is owned four years ago. But three back the car is happened steering box complaint. The showroom received rs 17, 000/- (Seventeen thousand rupees) for changing the steering parts from me. I ran only 25000 kms within three years. When i said to the showroom manager i will give complaint to the head office, new delhi about this, the manager told me that not to complaint to the head office. He also assured me to repair my car in proper time. But the complaint still stands. I approached the showroom manager to repair the car, the manager behaved irresponsibly. He also demanded rs 23000/- (Twenty three thousand rupees)+tax for make repair. The company’s behavior wound my heart. Now i can’t drive the car safely. So i request you to repair the car perfectly or replace the car as soon as possible. And please take efficient steps for the above immediately.

                                      I have book hyundai grand i10 (O) from bengal hyundai rajarhat showroom (New town - kolkata) and make payment of rs.624, 918/- in advance as per instruction of sales manager mr. Pradeep saha of bengal hyundai.

                                      I have taken delivery of my car vide reg no. Wb24an2265 on 23rd nov' 17 vide delivery challan no.29512 dated 23.11.2017.

                                      The showroom given me payment receipt of rs.620, 355/- (Invoice receipt rs. 533, 504+ registratin receipt rs. 62, 641+ and insurance recipt rs. 24210), it shown that excess payment of rs.4, 563/-. (I. E. Rs.624, 918 - 620, 355).

                                      But the dealer ready to return me only rs, 2, 200/- i. E. Lesser amount of rs.2, 363 and they said that difference amount paid for temporary registration fees but they did not ready to give me any receipt for temporary registration charges.

                                      So far my knowledge if anything paid to govt. Then govt must issue receipt of money but they said no receipt was issued for that amount and they can only give debit note in their letter head which is not acceptable for me because it can be manage anything.

                                      I hereby request you for take up the matter with the dealer for refund of correct amount.

                                      The rear windshield of bearing registration no. hp 20f 0914creta is broken/cracked while in car but the dealer of punj hyundai una (HP) refused to repair free of cost while the vehicle is in warranty.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I felt that there is starting problem in my vehicle santro car gls model.
                                        Chassis no: 808705, engine no: 688692. I shown my car to technician working here but there is no result from their efforts.
                                        I have changed my battery, petrol filter, petrol motor cleaning, petrol tank cleaning which was referred by all technical staff, even if i felt this problem still now.
                                        Now, my trust on hyundai shall be reduce slowly slowly, because there was no concurrent identification of problem and problem resolving from technical staff.
                                        Now, i am exhausted totally and confused "what to do??" and now i cant effort more.
                                        Sir, you are requested to give direction and resolve on site service..
