I have given my car mh43 bk 1167 on the 17th december to sharayu hyundai sanpada navi mumbai as the car met with an accident. The insurance company hdfc ergo has cleared to procure the part however till date the dealer has come back and says they have no clue on when the parts and even cannot commit to these parts.

My questions are to hyundai is if you do not have spare why sell the upgraded 2017 elantra and have to wait for one month.
Your advertisement is a false promise to customer.
If i have to buy a new car all the parts are available and i am sure you will not sell the car without wire assembly. This is pathetic a would caution to think twice before you buy an elantra 2017
I had grand i10 in one year there clutch plate is finish horn is damage and now battery is completely down. Hyundai is use this cheap type of product is use.plz give reply. I am already Hyundai customer but this type of complain is never come

    I am sarvoch pathela,

    A very new customer of hundai i10 grand bought nearly 2 months back from m. R hundai shalimar garden, sahibabad, ghaziabad. On the name of mr. Anil gupta my father-in-law residence of shalimar garden.

    From past two month i have been facing ample of miss commitments from this company. This is the first ever worst experience i faced in my life with such big organization which i will never forget and can never refer any one ever to buy cars from this perticular spot m. R hundai. I would like to tell what all miss commitments i was told.

    1. Booked by saying u will get car just after diwali festival which was only 15 day later and i got the delivery after a month.

    2. They commited a discounted seatcovers which was in written i somehow forgot to keep that slip. I was told the seatcovers worth 6500/- will be given and i recived a body cover instead of the seatcover the sales leader mr. Sumit told me directly i didnt commit anything on my face and went away.

    3. I asked for the red color mentioned in the given form after a month of waiting i had to recieve the single choice silver color which i didnt want. But again i had to agree.

    4. Daily i had to cordinate for my given booking amount which was in access, been two months i am still calling daily and they have been telling me u will get that at your home this and that guy is coming more then 5 time i kept on wait and no one came. Finally today on 7-1-2018 at 11:00 am i went to thier office and still they said the employes are not coming and the employ kept the cheque of lesser amount than i have given is with him and when he will come we will send.

    Now what is left by hundai so they can provoke me more for lodging the fir so i should get the help from police now.

    I will keep telling people to not buy any car from this hundai showroom.

    I can not wait anymore

      I have purchased nes hyundai i 10 grand from libra hyundai naraina... From the very first date of purchase i am having issues in car.. I am very much fed up with libra hyundai service center, moti nagar.. They are unable to repair my problems.. Inspite of solving my issues they misplace many of my things from my car.. Kindly help me... I personally called general manager mr ashok rajan gupta many times.. But he is very irresponsible

          Sir my case is regarding i bought a creta 1.6sx on 1st jan nd paid whole amount through my bank provided loan on 1st jan my insurance is also of 1st jan whole deal happened on 1st jan but now they provided me back dated bill of 31st december and not even listening now they charged me 10000 for accessories nd 4500 for laminating car but neither provide any of these services nd asking me to provide these after 6 mnths thats a kind of fraud i want my 14500 which i paid for this back bcoz m not geeting any accessory so why would i pay money i have bank proof of transaction done on 1st jan so how can they give me bill for 31dec.
          I am going to file this case in consumer court as i want my money for accessories back along with correct bill hope u will help me in this attaching pic of my bill nd insurance along with the mail plz go through it

            Dear sir,
            This is regarding the negligence of dream hyundai ghaziabad. I went to this showroom on 31 of december 2017 for service of my i10 magna. They have done with the services completely whereas i left ghaziabad on 4th jan 2018early morning for my home town which is in jammu with my family for a family function. When i reached punjab i certainly seen the symbol of engine oil which was blinking i stopped my car immediately and called to dream hyundai executive mr. Pinkesh i explained him about the symbol which was reflecting he asked me to check engine oil i was flabbergasted by seeing that there was no engine oil in the car. I searched and called to nearby hyundai service center and by god grace it was my luck that i found goyal hyundai nearby and the staff of goyal hyundai was really cooperative and they dragged my vehicle to their showroom and immediately they checked and found that nut bolt of chamber was not there. It was purely negligence of dream hyundai that they didn't tighten the bolt and in results bolt dropped in the way and whole engine oil spilled. I called up gm service of dream hyundai and he appologise for the negligence and asked me that he will reimburse the amount which i will pay to goyal hyundai. And goyal hyundai filled the engine oil and fixed new bolt to chamber. It taken approximately 3 hrs extra for completion of this exercise due to which i did not reach my destination because of heavy fog. It was a great humiliation because i was with my family and also thanks god to that it was day and during the day goyal hyundai was opened otherwise whole episode will entirely change if it happen in night. Same episode was happened in the year of 2016 when i was going to jammu when this dream hyundai did service and after doing service they forgot to tighten nut bolt of battery where on the way due loose connection of battery the vehicle did not responded when i tried to restart and then i made connect with vendor who changed battery because original battery was dud due to loose connection. Service center like dream hyundai are really tarnishing image of such a big brand like hyundai. I will really be thankful for prompt reply of this whole.

              I bought hyundai verna in 2013 october, the main problem is that the car has started getting rusty from many sides, and i m following the hyundai officials since last 5 months at hans hyundai, moti nagar workshop, and i m sorry to say that there has been no positive response from the company.
              I m posting some pictures of the car, please se and let me know where we should go for this.
              Mr mathews and mr alok aggarwala are the concerned officials at moti nagar workshop.
              I feel all my money wasted in just 4 years, whereas i have owned many hyundai cars in the past and no such complaint was there.
              But the company is not listening to our complaints.
              I need an answer from these people show me which company gives in written that their product becomes rusty in just 4 years

                I have come to samara india pvt. Ltd., 22-23, patparganj ind. Area, delhi, service centre for normal service on 30.12.2017 of my four wheeler dl-2cam 7927.in this concern i paid total bill of rs.10, 658/- (Part amount rs.5188.44+rs. Labour amount rs.5469.30) vide invoice no. G[protected]/n1415. There are more than 50% things which are not required to change like service plus (Lubrication pack), pad kit front disc brake, battery water, rubber assy wiper blade (Pass) ect. But service centre has changed the parts and also include labour amount rs.5469 with 9% cgst & sgst to make a bill of huge amount. It is my requested to you to look in to the matter. As per my knowledge this service should not cost more than 5 to 6 thousand.

                  I have purchased i20 asta (O) vtvt red passion model from vtj hyundai, maradu post, kochi on 20 dec 2015. Before release of the vehicle from the show room additional fittings and cost viz extended warranty for 4 years s 9781/- b to b insurance r 4231/- two grills steel rs 4250/- (Total rs 18, 262/-) was paid to vtj hyundai ltd kochi.
                  Since pinnacle hyundai show room, puzhakkla padam guruvayur road, ayyanthole post, thrissur is being the nearest show room to my residence, the vehicle was undertaken periodical services with them. The third service was done on 27 nov 2017 vide pinnacle hyundai thrissur vin no : malbm51blfm165936 and the total mileage was 9011 km at that time. During the third serv ice on vehicle the steering motor found faulty and the same has been replaced by the pinnacle hyundai on 06 dec 2017. On 02 jan 2018 the vehicle found defect i. E. Starting trouble. Further pinnacle hyundai thrissur has been contacted and the representatives reached my residence and informed me that they will check the vehicle in detail and they drove away the vehicle to the show room. On 02 jan 2018 at about 4pm pinnacle hyundai informed me that starting motor has got defect and a sum of rs 6000/- is to be paid towards the repair charge. I have informed them that extended warrant for four years rs 9781/- has already been paid at the release of the vehicle and hence no need to make any payment. But pinnacle hyundai thrissur informed that the details are not available with them. Thereafter, i have contacted jinosh t. J., sales consultant vtj hyundai kochi who in turn advised me incase thrissur show room is unwilling to rectify the defect, let them admit the vehicle at angamali show room and the work will be done. Today, on 04th jan 2018, when i enquired about the vehicle, pinnacle hundai informed that the vehicle will be delivered by evening on 05th jan 2018.
                  It is regretted to inform you sir that so far the vehicle ran only 9327 km, as on 02 jan 2018. From the history of the vehicle, it is evident that during the periodical services, no proper checking was done and i suspect the integrity of the staff employed in the show room. It is surprised to note that steering motor and starting motor found defect with in a short period that too very less mileage running. At this juncture, it is felt that the vehicle will not sustain another 5000km. As such i am constraint to depute well qualified engineers to scan the vehicle in detail and anything found abnormal required action will be taken as deemed fit. I hope you will do needful at the earliest possible.

                    Myi10 era had once not starting and the asc declared as ecm problem. It did only 12k km at that time. Since it was under extended warranty, they changed it for free. Now again at27k km same ecm fault came. What i should do. I'm fed-up with the car. It is not starting. I can't pay rs32000. It s a manufacturing issue. Hyundai must replace the item free of cost. So many complaints are there regarding i10 ecm. Replacing such a critical item in 27k km shows how unreliable these cars are

                      Purchased my car crdi creta sx in the month of nov 2017. Before it was due for 1st service itself there was burning smell and clutch worn out. When enquired my friends car in bangalore had same problem. Creta has a problem and with 21yrs of driving skill they say i have to improve the driving skill. The company has to rectify their mistake instead of blaming the customers

                        I have purchased above model car from one of your dealer m/s. Navjivan cars pvt. Ltd.in chikhali, dist. Navsari, gujarat state, india on dated 02.08.2017 vide invoice no. 64.

                        I was not told that i shall be charged extra money on fixing the number plate at the time of negotiation which had incurred extra cost to me and i have not received my vehicle registration book till date even.

                        The sales person which whom i have interacted is not responding on the issue nor call back on my phone.

                        I am very much disappointed with the after sales services from hyundai-india.

                        Kindly look in to the matter and arrange my vehicle registration paper urgently.

                          I own a hyundai verna fluidic model of 2012. Though i'm very happy with the car, i'm not so happy with how they treat their customers, particularly their authorized service centers. Though i have a lot to write about my bitter experiences with their customer care service in trivandrum, at this moment, i would like to restrict my comments only on the spares that the company have to offer to their customers.

                          A couple of years back, a lorry brushed through the sides of my car, thereby damaging the outer cap of the right-side rearview mirror. Fortunately, the whole of the assembly and mirror didn't have any problem. So in effect, i was hoping to spend somewhere around/less than rs. 1000/- to get the cap fixed.

                          When i went to one of hyundai's service center to replace the cap (Alone), to my shock, the customer care responded saying i will have to replace the whole assembly which would cost around rs. 6, 500/- i informed them that the rear view assembly is working without any issue and i need only the cap to be replaced. They said, the company (Hyundai) doesn't classify the cap alone as a spare and hence its not available.

                          We all know that the cap is not manufactured along with the assembly and its a stand-alone part. Why would i have to pay for the whole assembly when i need to replace only the cap? So i started calling up all their authorized service centers to see if anyone can help, and i got the same response from all service centers.

                          Please note, i have been servicing my car only with hyundai's authorized service centers, and i have never raised any question on their suggestions to replace spares, no matter how costly it is. However, this incident got me suspicious about their intentions and hence i thought i should get in touch with the company directly. I raised a complaint in the android app provided by hyundai regarding this. They immediately forwarded the complaint to their local authorized service center to resolve the issue (Without answering my question on why i have to replace the whole rear view mirror assembly for just fixing a cap). I thought, the company would have made arrangements to replace the cap, at least, as a special case, and got in touch with my local hyundai's authorized service center again. However, they informed me that we will have to wait for getting a second hand cap and there's no other option (Unless i buy the whole assembly).

                          Though i don't agree, in principle, with this arrangement, i didn't have any other option, but to wait. However, nothing has happened thereafter. This is how hyundai treat their customers who spend thousands to do service and replace spares every time when we go for periodic services. Needless to say, their quality of service has been pathetic (But i will comment on the specifics later). I would like to get my verna's rear-view mirror cap replaced. That's my priority for now. What should i do next? : (

                            Hyundai salesman mr nirmal bohara from hanumangarh satipura road hanumangarh sold me a new eon era car. First he misguide me about eon special edition and eon era. He told me wrong about difference of both car and asked that the stereo of eon se will be placed in eon era with same feature. He charged12000/- for this stereo. When i paid all amount then after some days he refused that this stereo is out of stock and he didn't do anything. Then i feel very bad and talked to seniors but my problem didn't resolved. The above salesman purpose only to sale and complete his target. He doesn't mean after sale. My mob no [protected]

                              Hello,

                              I am the owner of grand i10 car.
                              I had submitted my vehicle on 17 dec 2016 to sanjay automobiles body shop at midc, bhosari, pune.
                              I had met with accident on same date and submitted vehicle for repair to above body shop at pune.

                              As my vehicle damages were more than the allowed limitations of my car insurer hdfc general insurance, after prolonged discussions regarding this i was given full and final settle cash net salvage amount of rs. 1, 26, 834.

                              The company body shop advisor ajay kumbhar ([protected]) had given me rough estimation of total repair charges as rs, 4, 80, 000.

                              To reduce the repair charges to approx. Rs3, 00, 000 ajay kumbhar has asked me to give him the insurance amount rs. 1, 26, 834 which i had received in february 2017.
                              I paid ajay kumbhar the insurance amount rs.1, 26, 000 and i have not received any receipt of rs.1, 26, 000.

                              Ajay kumbhar had given me assurance to me that i would have to bear only rs.1, 75, 000 out of the reduced repair amount of rs. 3 lakhs.

                              I gave the approval to start the car repair after i got confirmation that total repair charges would be rs. 3 lakhs.

                              I also paid rs. 80, 000 on the assurance of hyundai personnel.

                              Out of the total amounts paid by me, i have payment receipts of only rs.80, 000.

                              On 30 dec 2017 i got confirmation from body shop advisor mr. Nagwane ([protected]) that my total invoice generated is total rs. 4, 80, 000

                              This huge amount of rs.4, 80, 000 was not at all informed to me at any stage of the car repair progress.

                              This is completely against the interest of customer who is not informed of the progress of car repair and about the actual repair charges.

                              This is a case of fraud against me as customer.

                              I was not given any deadline of final delivery of my vehicle since last year and also never informed about the repairing charges at any stage.

                                  I had purchased a car eon meagna plus from baggga hyundai chandkheda on through csd on 11 oct 17 and my car papers as per agreement has not been processed with rto and balance amount has not paid to me till date after repeated reminder and call. Now i have no option to go to consumer court as the car without papers is a burden on me as i can not use it since last three months.

                                    Resp sir, i atul shankarrao chikane here want to post complaint against yeotmal branch for not giving services and misguide to me from last 8 months and concern branch employee mr. Naresh pande and mr. Niraj deshmukh are continuously mis guide me. I had purchasing i 20 magna vtvt polar white car having chassis no. Malbm51blhm377720*c invoice date - 6/06/2017 until i could not receive car number till date i regularly contact above mention persons they are argue to me for not to do so "hum apke bare me kuchha nahi kar sakte, apse jo hota hai wo kar lo". This is irr responsible statement give to me and i could not drive my car out side of city this violation of my right please do some thing other wise i complaint to grahkmanch against ketan hundai yeotmal branch.                                       Meri gadi i10 grand jiska ragistrtion no hr 51 bn 7021 h. 20/12/2017 ko accident ho gai thi maine use banne k liye faridabad k trump hyundai me de di thi. Aaj 28/12/2017 tak bhi meri gadi ka apki taraf se approval nhi diya gya. Jiski vajah se me bahut pareshan hu. Mere pass dusri gadi bhi nhi h aane jane me bahut dikkat ho rhi h. Trump hyundai wale or servaur dono se kai bar bat ki magar koi bhi positive response nhi de rha. Me dil se bahut dukhi hu. Hyundai se dil bahut khatta ho gya. Me hyundai ka 20 sal purana customer hu lekin is bar ki service ko dekh kar me bahut dukhi hu. Ab iske bad shayad me aage hyundai k sath continue na rhu. Apse anurodh h kirpya krke meri gadi ko jaldi se jaldi thik kra de.
