Hi sir this is for your kind notice i have purchased grand i10 nov 28 no proper response from kolar adviath hyundai showroom till. Now i don't know the sales manager he is not bothered to contact and congrats what type sales he is doing forthe growth of the company if this is the case i would have gone for maruthi suzuki very cheap persons are their on hyundai showrooms i am working as professor i have not seen in my lifetime this type of irresponsible 3rd rate people working in the showroom.
Brand new car purchased on 02/6/17 found defected. Shameful thing that Hyundai unable to detect and eliminate defect in 3 early tries. Power steering of car gets jammed and locks momentarily. Which put me into homicidal situation. I left the car at 4th time and demanding replace of car. I have SBI bank loan. Now dealer refusing demand. pls Help me

    I bought a hyundai i10 from downtown showroom, op road, vadodara, gujarat on 26/05/17. I had to make repeated phones and visits to get the accessories promised to me at the time of purchase. Steering wheel cover has still not been delivered inspite of n number of phone calls. The show room people say we can't do anything about it as the concerned person dhiraj will look into the matter. Dhiraj doesn't even remember a thing and keeps on delaying matters. It is frustrating to call so many times for such a small thing.

      Sir,
      I purchased i10 hundai automatic car, number kl-19-d2755 from the showroom, thiruvananthapuram popular hundai. This car is owned four years ago. But three back the car is happened steering box complaint. The showroom received rs 17, 000/- (Seventeen thousand rupees) for changing the steering parts from me. I ran only 25000 kms within three years. When i said to the showroom manager i will give complaint to the head office, new delhi about this, the manager told me that not to complaint to the head office. He also assured me to repair my car in proper time. But the complaint still stands. I approached the showroom manager to repair the car, the manager behaved irresponsibly. He also demanded rs 23000/- (Twenty three thousand rupees)+tax for make repair. The company’s behavior wound my heart. Now i can’t drive the car safely. So i request you to repair the car perfectly or replace the car as soon as possible. And please take efficient steps for the above immediately.

        I have book hyundai grand i10 (O) from bengal hyundai rajarhat showroom (New town - kolkata) and make payment of rs.624, 918/- in advance as per instruction of sales manager mr. Pradeep saha of bengal hyundai.

        I have taken delivery of my car vide reg no. Wb24an2265 on 23rd nov' 17 vide delivery challan no.29512 dated 23.11.2017.

        The showroom given me payment receipt of rs.620, 355/- (Invoice receipt rs. 533, 504+ registratin receipt rs. 62, 641+ and insurance recipt rs. 24210), it shown that excess payment of rs.4, 563/-. (I. E. Rs.624, 918 - 620, 355).

        But the dealer ready to return me only rs, 2, 200/- i. E. Lesser amount of rs.2, 363 and they said that difference amount paid for temporary registration fees but they did not ready to give me any receipt for temporary registration charges.

        So far my knowledge if anything paid to govt. Then govt must issue receipt of money but they said no receipt was issued for that amount and they can only give debit note in their letter head which is not acceptable for me because it can be manage anything.

        I hereby request you for take up the matter with the dealer for refund of correct amount.

        The rear windshield of bearing registration no. hp 20f 0914creta is broken/cracked while in car but the dealer of punj hyundai una (HP) refused to repair free of cost while the vehicle is in warranty.

          Dear sir,
          I felt that there is starting problem in my vehicle santro car gls model.
          Chassis no: 808705, engine no: 688692. I shown my car to technician working here but there is no result from their efforts.
          I have changed my battery, petrol filter, petrol motor cleaning, petrol tank cleaning which was referred by all technical staff, even if i felt this problem still now.
          Now, my trust on hyundai shall be reduce slowly slowly, because there was no concurrent identification of problem and problem resolving from technical staff.
          Now, i am exhausted totally and confused "what to do??" and now i cant effort more.
          Sir, you are requested to give direction and resolve on site service..

            I gave my accident car to kaushalya hyundai kurukshetra on 6/09/2017, even after 2 months i didnot received my car. I complained to hyundai on 25/10/2017 but still no response from hyundai. This time u people really tested our patience. This negligence and casaul approach towards your duty. You people charge us not doing anything free, than why this casaul approach. I m really disappointed with hyundai service.

            Kindly look in to matter.

              Purchased automatic creta last week.

              Immense burning smell after few km of ride when parking the car after the driving.

              Noticed this from day-1, but was thinking it to be new car smell. But now the smell is really bad and comes in open areas on opening the windows also.

              Made a complaint over email. Will take the car to the service centre tomorrow. Drove around 300 km only till today. Very sad and upset as had bought this car with lot of expectations, but hyundai seems to have completely forgotten quality control.

              Seems that the car was lying with the dealer for a while. Suspecting the problem to be known by them.

              I was delivered a dirty car with solid water scale deposits on body and glass, which however were removed by polishing the following day after delivery when i had to take it back to the showroom. (Advaith hyundai - orr, bangalore) had to undertake the hassle of taking the new car to service centre the very next day of purchase and waiting 3 hrs over there.
              I have exactly the same issue in my brand new Creta CRDI. Taking it to the dealer tomorrow.

                Bought an i10 car (Magna) in april 2013 from klg hyundai chandigarh. It was being regularly got serviced from above company. Since klg hyundai chandigarh has closed business, this car was got serviced from berkley hyundai chandigarh on[protected]. It was brought to the notice of this being by service engineer of this company that its rear shocker and driver side safety belt needs replacement. This car had run only 21000 km and that too only on chandigarh roads and that too single handedly by this person who is now in his 72 year of age. Our family has three i10 cars. The first one was purchased in dec.2007, the second under reference and third in 2014. When the 2007 model is giving satisfactory service after 10 years, should a 2013 model be so bad? It appears as if the rear shocker and driver side safety belt fitted in this car were defective. It is as such requested that these be got replaced at the expense of your company at an early date even though its warranty has expired. Complainant to this effect 23rd november 2017has gone unattended so far, hence this request.
                I am changed the stearing moter pay in RS 5000 in after 1 year, but this time also complint in stearing, I did go to service center thay told pay rs 5000.what is this yearly complaint in stearing and pay 5000

                  My vehicle is hyundai i 10 with 2010 registration. As on date run is 22000 km only.
                  Its steering wheel is stucked. Now for clearing it asking 12000.00. Also its silencer also damaged. For replacing it 7000.00 asking.
                  Also power window switches damaged and 2500.00 asking.
                  Totally 25000.00 required to clear all damages.
                  Only 22000 km run & so many complaints.
                  Almost i10 with same group has same steering complaints.
                  It is a manufacturing defect. So please replace it with company expenses.

                  My hyundai i 10 car purchased on 2010 has power steering issue .
                  Its power steering is stucked & jamed . EPS is showing red .
                  Now repairing cost saying 12000.00 . As i aware so many complaints are raised for same by different peoples. This is a complaint by manufacturing defect only . Also its silencer also damaged . 7000.00 asking for replacing it . Power window switches also damaged, 2500.00 is for replacing .
                  My car is 2010 but only 22000.KM run as on date .
                  At this less running this is the condition
                  Please clear my issue at company cost as this is a manufacturing defect .

                    I have an eon car which buy before 7 months. My first service over but washing not done becoz of rush. They offered a free wash in next time. But now they making me delay and not answer my call. Once i went there but they give me an another date.

                        My car ac cooling coil damaged within 3 years. This a non moving part & manufacturing quality of this part is very poor as most of the hyndai i10 & xcent customers are facing this problem in there cars within 50000km running. I have get my ac checked from authorized deeler. He is not even clear about the problem & asking for labor charges approx 3500 just to diagnose the problem. Part change will further add an additional cost of rs 3500~4000 extra.
                        Pls help me to get this poor quality part replaced as manufacturing quality issue & a burden of approx. Cost rs 8000/- in non moving part within 45000 km & 3 years running is disappointing.

                          I am ashish sharma who owns a hyunadai xcent, 2015 s vtvt model registration number dl10cg5780 and i purchased it from hans hyundai moti nagar, new delhi on 3rd december 2015. On 18nov 2017 i was coming back from office when i noticed that the car started missing and i could not speed more than 20km/hr. Directly i called hans hyundai naraina, delhi to let them know about the issue as i always got my car serviced from there. They were quite relaxed to tell me to get the car in that speed to there workshop and assured me there won't be any problem. I thought they would help for towing as the car was in warranty but no they had different plan. Somehow i managed to get the car there with the help of my friends. When i reached there they checked the car and told me that it might take 7-12business days to get my car delivered back to me. I was shocked to hear that as i didn't bumped the car, i got the service done on time and the question was where i was at fault then they replied its a "manufacturing fault" and the engine oil entered into the throttle body. They wanted my permission that if needed they can open the engine of my car which i won't allow. They assured me that it will be covered under warranty which i already knew but why the hell should i wait for 10-12days when it's not my fault. The car has just completed 30k at this point no one expects to get the engine overall and i won't allow it either and would like a replacement of engine. I have a family emergency and i don't have any other vehicle at my place and as it's a manufacturing defect i won't wait for that long. I wanted them to arrange a stanby vehicle for me till that time or i will need a compensation for my commute. I have had vehicle from honda, toyota and skoda but i have never faced such a humiliation.
                          Car i 10 .No isap16at7234.Serviced atsai swarna automobiles pvt ltd.Vijayawada.I have paid for service rs 7594/-. They did not done any water service.

                            I have a hyundai eon car and got crashed before 3 months back, for repair-works my car is now in mcp hyundai service centre ehamkallu, vadanapalli, in thrissur district kerala... They didn't start the repair works yet.. It is really sad that a reputed company like hyundai is not giving any value for their customer and also we are not getting a proper reply from the service centre also....

                              I handover my car i20 elite in nagercoil derik hyundai showroom for service on november 2 nd. After service they handover to me on 25 th november. While driving a noise was generated. So i check in near by mechanical shop. There i saw that front right side wheel was very loose if i drove some more kilometres the wheel will go separately. Really feel bad and unsafe bcoz their service. Luckily saved my family. Please understand this situation and take action immediately.
                              I have pretty bad experience with this business repeatedly. They lie about everything and their service is terrible.

                                My car is free serviceing second time i will giving srichakra motors in ongole on dated[protected]. That serviceing center is not giving my car still the date. Serviceing center maneger is not responding my calls hence that service center dammaged my car infront of bumper. Maneger says totally lies i am not responsible your car the damege is yours problem you are paid extra money i can do the rectiefy your car damege. I am giving car serviceing that time my car totally good only ac conditioner is problem so iam paid the money but that service center is giving damege car how can i will take car so many times i am telling the maneger he says what you do i dont no i dont rectiefy your problem. So i am giving to complaint call center in hyundai company i am waiting for judge the company call center not responding to my problem i am going to consumer court.                                   Hlo, i am a customer of hyundai since 2011. I am satisfied with my vehicle and it's features.. I have an hyundai i 20 (2011) model. Last year i had a compliant with its steering motor so steering got tightened and very difficult to drive. So i went to near hyundai service center and shown the complaint. They said it's motor gone so we must replace that. So i replaced its with new hyundai genuine part motor.. Now again after one year the same issue happened... I don't know what to do.. Really fed up with this issue.. How many times i want to replace lik this it's not possible.. Already i lost my money by replacing with genuine part.. Is this the standard of hyundai parts?? Really fed up.. Looking forward for ur reply.

                                    I am your old customer since january 2009, i have already santro with registration no hr 12l 6953. Which was purchased from shrishti hyundai, rohtak-124001.

                                    Now purchased a new car i20 active on 25/09/2017, rohtak, my new car was stopped in sectro 14, and not started when tried, i call 24x7 road assistance for help vide complaint no x[protected]ind.
                                    The engineer came and find that the radiator cap is missing and the vehicle is overheated. Even vehicle could not display any indication in the meter about over heating. He says that censer might be not working and also suggested me to toe the vehicle in morning for service at shrishti hyundai, rohtak.

                                    On 25th the engineer scan the vehicle and could not locate any problem except the radiator cap missing. And at 5:30 they phone me and said they will again try to locate the problem.

                                    Today on 27/11/2017, when i call the engineer for my vehicle. He told me that we will open the engine and only then we can tell me the position of vehicle and estimated cost of expenses.
                                    Sir, i purchased the vehicle just 2 month earlier and even no service is done till now, then what is my fault when censor not indicate about heating.
                                    I request you to please change my vehicle and issue me a new one as its manufacturer defect.

                                      Sir/madam,

                                      Its been more than 7 months that binod hyundai, angul, odisha is playing hide and seek with me for refund. I had paid an amount of rs 10, 000/- for purchase o[censored]sed santro by card. I, then inquired at few other places who ensured better cars at same price. It is pertinent to mention here that i had requested for operational battery and repair of door before collecting the vehicle. And the very next day when i arrived for collection of vehicle, i saw no work was done and i have my friends witnessing the same. Hence, immediately i requested for cancellation following the process advised by the officials and sales officer of the showroom. I was assured an immediate refund. They kept tossing the matter for days.

                                      Even in next couple of months when i had to buy a new vehicle, i had to go for maruti from odyssey, angul which is very close to binod hyundai showroom even though i20 active was my first preference eyeing the poor response and service. Meanwhile, i have also met the general manager of the showroom who had assured refund in a week before 2 months and yet nothing has been done.

                                      It is regretful to say that being a female and deputy manager (Hr) of mahanadi coalfields limited of coal india ltd, i was harassed and had to switch to other company for this ill-treatment and harassment from your company. Finally, i had to email when every other resource failed. Wishing a quick response. (Pics of application and receipt is enclosed)
