Hello,

I am using elite-i20 asta from jan'2016.
In one of my car tyre air leaking in many location of the tyre i mainly inside of the groove. I have made a complaint last tuesday by email to [protected]@hmil.net, but no action from hyundai. I run around 35000km sofar.
It is too early to have such issue and very serious to my life.
Hope you will take quick action to support my issue.

My car registration no: tn85 b 7755, make of tyre : appolo.

    Date my car was picked from home for regular service & dry cleaning: 6 nov 2017
    At evening 6 nov 2017 : they sent my car back, & the problems got started
    1st there was a rpm problem, i sent car back...

    2nd day 7nov 2017 evening : same concern (I told mr rajinder that my car was in good condition when it was sent for servive & now this concern has to be solved by service center)

    3rd day: 8th nov 2017 evening: same concern (Rajinder singh (Service manager) called up & begged me to come for a test drive next day)... I told mr. Rajinder, that if i come over there for a test, i can most test it for 10-15 min & what after that?, what if i found some issue with my car after that, in a period of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month. Because this issue was not there at 1st place that was generated by service center's carelessness...& mr. Rajinder assured me that if any concern is found i can call them during the period of coming 2 months... (This conversation is recorded on my phone)

    4th day: 9th nov: i took a day off from office & went there sharp @ morning 9:30 for a test, i tested for 10 min, all looked good, suddenly i found an issue that if i turn steering to extreme levels car start to make some noises that wasn't there at any point of time since 2005... Mr. Rajinder told me it's some issue with shockers & the advisor handed over to me a list of parts to be changed to stop that noise... That costs in thousands & i reacted to it that this wasn't an issue when car came in to service center, how come this happen now?.. & as they assume that i was about to complain about this issue to their seniors, they told me to wait for 5 min, & magic, the noise was gone... I tested again & found all good, they handed over to me bill as soon as they could & some feedback forms... Even on 4th day i gave them a pretty good feedback more than they deserve, i paid full amount (More than 7000 rs) without any questions...

    I came out to pick my car & i found it all dusty from out & inside too, i asked advisor, if it was well dry cleaned & his answer was that since it's an old car it can not be cleaned further, let me share some pix, so you will get better idea of what kind of dust i found in a newly dry cleaned car (Plz see attached)... I still wasn't bothered much as i was in a hurry to reach office

    Now on my way back to home & in between road all of a sudden car stopped & i found my gear lever is stuck.. I could not change gear at all, luckily i was near home & took help from some rikshaw wala's to drag my car off road... I had to take full day off from office

    I raised a complaint at hyundai cc... They connected me to hans hyundai & someone there was suggesting me a crane's service number, i told him that it's service center's fault so they should arrange whatever service they want, but i want my car ok... They disconnected

    At evening mr. Rajinder singh callled me & now service center's employees are all in some different tone, they are telling me that it will be a paid repair (My question is why?), i have to bear crane charges, because car will be toed to service station (My question is still why i have to bear that?)...& as i suspected from start mr. Rajinder singh used technique telling me that "i (Customer) myself tried the car before leaving service station", i told him what about that 2 month's promise of, if any concern rises within 2 months, i can contact him, & his answer was that sir it's an internal fault & we did not touch that part...

    Now my question is
    If they kept my car from past 3 days & they were testing it on road...
    No complaints were there in my car before it was sent to service station
    Then how come within 1 hour of leaving service station this issue can is there?

    & also i told them to arrange a pickup today itself so my car can be repaired asap without wasting further time..

    There answer: we will talk to our seniors & get back to you, our senior is not present at office today.. (& mind it a senior service manager is giving that answer)...

    My car is still sitting here near my house, no one seems to care about their faults & liabilities to customer, they got paid & there concerns are over now...

    Now my request is to all the helpful people behind this great name hyundai, plz don't let this service station ruin the reputation & image of the brand that we admire from years... We were very happy & proud to drive santro since 2005 & all of a sudden these strange conflicts are effecting our trust... We used to admire our car in front of our friends & relatives in every aspect either it's mileage or long lasting or cost effectiveness, but we doubt if we can continue to do so..

    We are still hopeful that customer care team will not let us down & our car will get serviced & repaired with no extra charges, we already paid full for the service (May be more than that) & that service center's fault should all be beard by service center itself...

      I had given check for hyundai portal insurance. They given me policy. After 1 week my policy has been canceled showing reason that check is not in allocated range. I have soft copy of my check. There is absolutely no problem with my check as told by bank manager. Then how can it be bounced?
      And according to bank that check must be returned back to me.. But concept hyundai ahmedabad people not getting this attention despite of my frequent calls to him... I am totally dissatisfied with their service and they got giving solution at all to return my check.

        Hello dealer/manufacturer,
        As per ref (2) i had bought a vehicle (Ref 1) from the dealer (Ref 3) on 16th august 2017, on the way of journey to cochin with my family on previous weekend by drive with my vehicle, got a puncture on left front wheel. Then, normally taken that spare wheel for replacement.in next moment i was just confused to see that spare wheel, and noticed the difference in size of normal wheels (4nos) between the spare wheel. Hence it is identified the size [normal 195/55 r16 and spare wheel 185/65 r15] and the very next day this issue brought to the the notice of dealer (Ref 3). They simply regretted my claim for equal size of wheels for both, due to some technical reasons.
        As a customer, i don’t care about your these type of policies, it’s a type of cheating from your end to the customer by giving a unbalanced wheel without the direct information or consent of the customer. The company haven’t inform me about this problem* (Changes in wheel sizes) at the time of eoi for hundai vehicle, there after product discussion, finally on time of purchase.
        It is also noted by my husband *he is a mechanical engineer in govt sector, that we can’t follow the wheel rotation by using this spare wheel. He has also discussed this mechanical problem with the dealer, but not get any positive response.
        So i hereby post my complaint as a claim for replacement of that spare wheel and give the actual size of wheel provided normally to the vehicle as a whole, at the earliest. If not get any favorable reply in this regard within 7 days, i will force to move to take legal steps against you.

          They was given unregistered car delivery on 23/09/2017 mr vivek was taken care of this that time after 2-3days i called to him for crtm for my car registration vivek said i will give it to you next 2-3 days.
          After that day still i didn’t get my crtm of my xcent car form mithila hyundai this is not a right way to treat a customer like this. Howmany more days it will take to give crtm.
          No one help me out for this problem from mithila hyundai said they just saying it will be handover to you with in 2-3 days today is 09/11/2017 not get my crtm.

            Hello sir,
            Worst service by hyundai motor company i have purchased hyundai xcent in may month from safdarjung hyundai showroom (Udyog vihar phase 4 gurgaon) but still not received my rc. Its 6 month has gone. Many times police stop me for checking and asked for car rc but i have to pay that time because i dont have rc. I have called and emailed many times but nobody response. I am very disappoint. Please take any action.

              I had given my i20 last year for ac evaporator and ac control panel replacement for better functioning, they got replaced, with in another six months same issues have been reported. When i visited m/s laxmi hyundai lb nagar, hyderabad for ac servicing again last week, they were insisting on replacing same ac evaporator and dash board. It seems the components replaced last year were not genuine or service was poor. It is worst experience i had regarding my i20. I have already registered one complaint in hyundai site, but until now i did not get any response.

                We purchased grand i 10 in june 2017 from pavan hundai kanakpura road bangalore. After 4 month when our car got puncher, we checked for spare tire but it was not there. We have not seen spare tire from date of purchase to till that day. We have send two times our vehicle for service to same company. Now wen i complain about spare tire they said that it was not in car at the time of service but they dint inform the same thing at the time of taking vehicle for service or after service. We don't have driver n parking is also in our apartment n it's safe. Kindly help us

                  Sub : execution of court order by the hon’ble consumer disputes redressal forum dated 31st day of august 2017

                  Ref : c. C. No. 274/2016 filed on 19.08.2016.

                  I invite your kind attention to the subject mentioned above.

                  It is my humble request to execute the court order as on 31.08.2017 by the cdrf alappuzha without victimizing a valuable hyundai customer like me.

                  First of all, i am not lawyer but a medical doctor in profession, giving care and advice to the village people for the last 23 years. Now i am serving as an assistant surgeon, primary health centre, (Government of kerala), 18 kms away from my residence. Now i am using a hyundai car on monthly rent basis.

                  So you must know the heart-breaking story of my case. I purchased a brand new hyundai polar white model petrol car creta 1.6vtvt sx+ on 10.03.2016 with great difficulty and great hopes for carrying and strengthening my personal career successfully, after 23 years hardwork and financial assist from state bank of india, karunagappally branch in kollam district, kerala.

                  On 22/05/5016 at about 7:00 a. M., when i was travelling alone in my said new creta car from karunagppally to anayara in thiruvananthapuram, in connection with a meeting conducted by indian diabetic education association. Suddenly, i heard a noise in the said car. First i thought it was from outside. After travelling about 15kms towards kazhakoottam, i developed dizziness and suffocation. Since i am a medical doctor i could realizing the consequences and i suddenly stopped the car, but i was not able to step out from the car and there was nobody to help me. So i opened the door of the car and lied down on the driver seat for about 15 minutes.

                  In the meanwhile, both inside and outside temperature of the car increased heavily and fumes and smoke were coming out through the sides of the bonnet. Immediately i raised the bonnet and the engine cabin was full of fumes and smoke, which were rushing to my face. I informed this incident to the helpline people of m/s. Pothens hyundai, trivandrum and sat on the side of the national highway, at the incident point, for waiting the helpline people, promised they will be attending the case as soon as possible, but they reached only after eight hours after the incident and told that “today is sunday and holiday”. They inspected the vehicle thoroughly and detected the manufacturing defect of water pump fully system, the cooler of engine. It is the cause for heating up of engine and fumes coming out and is due to manufacturing defect. They informed the matter to their engineers. As per the instruction given by their officials, my said vehicle was taken away by tagging the car for repair by the service people of the pothens hyundai, trivandrum. At that time i am mentally and physically exhausted, i reached my house with the help of a taxi and after i get fever and not able to talk with the people.

                  One of my friends, an automobile engineer, visited me. Then i explained the matter briefly to him, after hearing, he told me try to replace the vehicle as it was dangerous to drive on the road. After that i consulted with more well known engineers (Automobile), they also told me the same opinion.

                  Then i asked the service people of the service centre of pothens hyundai, mannamthala white house, thiruvananthapuram for replacement of car with a brand new one but they denied by saying that they will repair the car free of cost under warrenty. I asked again to them, whether this incident will occur after repair. They are not able to answer my question told me that they are only service engineers.

                  After that, i went to m/s. S. S. Hundai, mavelikkara, alappuzha dist, along with my wife and discussed the matter with the sales manager mr ani v solomon. We asked for the replacement. He told i heard all things, and it was due to manufacturing defect and not our problem. We can repair under warrently only and we will not replace at any time. Then i asked if any accident occurred, what will you do?

                  Then he told further replacement of said car, the hyundai company need court order then only they replace or refund. We have no provision to replace or refund car after selling a car to customer and we are helpless

                  So i approached cdrf, alappuzha and filed case for replacement and refund. After hearing and evident the case, the hon’ble court ordered for replacement or refund with 90% interest from the date case filed with a compensation of rs.10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) and rs.3, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) towards the cost of the proceedings., on 31.08.2017.

                  I received the court order. But till today, they are not invited me to execute the court order. My friends, well-wishers, told that you can contact the customer care department of hyundai india limited and they will solve the problem immediately and they will not cheat anybody. So finally i decided to write this letter, with great hope. I am enclosing herewith a copy of the court order, which is self explanatory.

                  Court order execution is your legal obligation for your valuable customers. I hope you will favour your valuable customer without victimizing. Here i am an innocent.

                    Bought my car in 2013.
                    It has run just 20 k odd kms and yesterday when i asked a service guy to pick up the car for normal servicing, he showed me that eps has failed and its indicator is on in the dashboard.
                    I am not sure how can eps fail just in 4 years and with so less kms done.
                    These kind of failures should be addressed at company's expenses.

                      Hi team,

                      This is regarding my first servicing of my grand i10 sportz.

                      1. I lost my sunglasses worth rs. 5000 approx while i gave my car for servicing... Raised the issue several times, but did not get any resolution.
                      2. Car seats had stone particles even after servicing. And the car's mirror had spots like before. Also, mud was not cleaned form the foot mat. Had raised this issue too, they said they will take my car for servicing again but never returned.

                      Had a word with prashant from bopodi workshop pune... He kept all false promises...

                      Expect a prompt response with a resolution!

                        I have a hyundai i 10 having regn no. Kl-39-a-1423, which has serviced in popular hyundai, near choice tower and chioce school, tripunithura on 21/10/2017. I really fed up with their service, as they are replaced the clutch which was already replaced before one year. When i take back the vehicle after paying the bill amount of rs 12520/-, when i reached home i found that the hand brake of the vehicle which was in a very good condition before their service was not working after their service and i contacted the service person mentioning this and his response was very bad.
                        So please do the needful to rectify the complaint as early as possible.

                        She says she is calling from hyndai customer care.
                        She asked what is the problem and for solving the problem she needs 20 Rs online payment .she asked my debit card number, user name and password.

                          Dear sir,

                          I dr. Rabindra nath samal, staying in the temple town of bhubaneswar brought a hyundai i10 sprotz on 18th june 2010 from utkal hyundai dealer, bhubaneswar. I do my regular service at utkal hyundai gajapati nagar service center.

                          My specific complain is that the charges are exorbitant, for example during my regular service on june 2017 their service charges is around rs. 10, 700.00, which includes the labour charges of rs. 4000 plus which i can not digest the logic behind. My specific question is that who decides the charges and the cost of the materials and how i will ensure that they have used the materials in the car as being a scientist, i am not a position to verify.

                          Again i would like to draw your kind attention to that matter that yesterday i again taken my vehicle for checking sound it generates while driving in a rough road, basically i drive the car inside bhubaneswar city. But after the supervisor test drive, he told me that you have to go for changes of the shock abosorber, bush etc. Etc. And the total cost will be around rs. 24, 000.00, which includes labor charges of 7000.00. Again how i will know that the parts of rs. 17000 plus that he fitted to my vehicle. Is their any mechanism to cross-check, who will give the guarantee. As during the month of july 2017 they have not given any hint of the problem in the shock absorb-er, and it will not happen overnight.

                          The whole process for me it seems very much fishy. I am not excited about the system.

                          So, please look into the matter, otherwise i will inform the same matter in the higher appropriate forum.

                            We booked hyundai grand i10 red colour car on 2d november but did not get the car on 3rd november.. We changed the color to silver as we wanted silver but showroom said silver car would come by 5th november and so we did everything but then also they made us stay from 4.30 pm to 10 pm at night on 6th november but has not got the car.. Dealership boys are very slow and lazy.. Don't do car registration on time.. Please take action against showroom called mukesh hyundai guwahati assam

                              I had gave my car at sharma hyundai ashram road for 2nd service on friday when i went to take my car my both mcwheel of rightside was scratched when i complained for that they tried to clean it with thinner etc. But was not clean and said give us one more day and on saturday they said we tried but its not going i informed customer care about it and they convinced me by saying it will be done on monday and when i met them they refused.
                              Workshop head kushal suthar said
                              "you keep your car on your risk not ours it is not our responsibility"
                              And it was so weird behaviour
                              I genuinely want to know this how hyundai provides service to customers???
                              It has been three days my car is in workshop i had called customer care but i didn't got any reply properly.
                              I did my i10 car on Sep 1, yesterday the car stopped in between. After the service the car was used only some 500 km. Called the emergency number, the person could not resolve the issue. Car is tow to the nearest service center.

                              I'm not happy with the service provided by Hyundai

                                I purchased eon from triumph hyundai faridabad on 18th october 2017. On 5th nov2017 that stopped working the road assistance people picked it and dropped at triumph show room. Now on my inquiry mr. Jageet singh, the manager does not pick the phone. Once he picked and replied that the car has some problem and it will take few days to repair it. Sir it means that the car had some problem before it was delivered because no car shows that kind of problem in the limited period and limited kilometers of 365only which may take 4/5 days to repair so i may have sufficient reason to think that the car had some manufacturing defect

                                I Shalini bye a car from SAS hyundai at Lucknow in the month of Jul 2017. My veh is comercial and SAS provde me RC in the month of Sep 2017 and they have original RC for some documentary purpose but till date, they are not provide me original RC.

                                  Hmp hyundai alandur chennai is one of the worst service center i have ever seen.. They said there is no problem and the car is in perfect condition when left for free service. When delivering the car they said problem in ac air filter and charged 2000rs. After taking the car back, ac is not working properly, music system's bluetooth is not working. I dont know whether they are servicing or just making the working parts faulty so that the customer repeatedly comes and pay them money. Please check all the parts properly before delivering the car, instead of pulling people for service. Really had a very bad experience this time. Is short hmp hyundai 'just wants to make money' and not customer trust'.
                                  Have purchased a new verna from your authorized dealer in meerut fortune Hyundai . The dealer has taken the registration cast 15 days back but is not getting my car registered and giving false excuses please look into the mater

                                    After getting service from hyundai plaza at mohan state, delhi, i came to conclusion that they do fraud, there are no quality checks for the work assigned by customer. I was very much busy so couldn’t complain on time. I had given my car to this outlet on 12th september 2017 for service, door lock repair & door handle change. Bill of nearly rs 11000 produced and i paid also. My car is white but they provided black handle. This was strange and surprising. Quality checks and inspection are not being done in this outlet. After driving 10 to 15 kms i felt that the quality of service is also poor. I have doubts whether they did service to my car. They may not filled engine oil. My door lock is not working properly. Most of the time it takes 5 minutes to open door lock. Issue is same as it was before service. It is requested to do some vigilance check to this outlet. I felt cheated by this outlet.
                                    My I 10 era (2011)on run, engin get off while shifting to neutral or pressing clech .
                                    Kindly help me to get it done.
                                    The car was examined by a private mechanic, but the complain still remain
                                    Car is serviced regularly from Deep Hyundai Peeragarhi
                                    Service Engineers does not repair the car to proper just take money each time.

                                    It has malfunctioned on road just within 2 months of service which can cause fire and it can burn the driver.

                                      Hyundai verna 2013 model not even drove for 35000 kms less than 4 years. My eps motor and module gone total costing 13500 inr.

                                      I heard from few friends earlier that hyundai always have steering wheel stuck problem. But i neglected and choose hyundai. Now i'm suffering.

                                      At least if you are preferring hyundai then try to take extended warranty, at least that can save you.

                                        On 29/10/2017, my i10 car had damage due to accident and took this car to deep hyundai service centre in mangolpuri, delhi. The insurance survey visited the service centre and deep hyundai not gave the proper damage detail to the insurer. Later on, they are asking for charges on leakage of oil chamber to us, which was damaged due to accident.
