I received call from your mango hyundai (Pm palem) showroom stating that bring my vehicle which is having free 3rd service and she told that it will cost 2700+ taxes but after 2 days when i gave my vehicle they charged for 5400 (Approx), one of my friends is having i10 they paid 6200 for paid service but i paid 5400 for free service... I didn't find any logic in there and i'm completely unhappy...

I have purchase a car in our showroom with exchange due to want of money urgent but my old car amount not paid till date pls kindly help me

    This is regarding my i20 hyundai car registration number tn21at0108
    The registration details showing the year of manufacturing as 2013 where as the company records [came to know through service center] showing as 2011 which i came to know after buying the vehicle during car service.
    This indicates i have bought it for a higher price which is actually not the cost of the vehicle.

    I want the company to look in to this and give me a suitable solution as earliest.

      . I, parveen bhandari, am the owner of hyundai creta regn no. Dl12c j8239, chassis no. Malc381clgm108519 and engine no. G4fggu776153, colour : red passion. I have been in touch with south delhi workshop in okhla and they sent their mechanic at my place regarding ignition problem but the problem could not be rectified. I was asked to bring the vehicle to their workshop in okhla and my son took the vehicle to okhla workshop in aug/sep 2017 as there was some software problem. The vehicle was in the workshop the whole of the day and we were handed over the vehicle after complete satisfaction of okhla workshop customer care service. Last week again, there was ignition problem when my son and daughter had gone out for urgent mission and there again the vehicle did not start. My son got in touch with mr arun kumar (Cell :[protected] and through toll number some mechanic came and confirmed that the ignition switch was faulty.
      Now, again i am being asked to bring the vehicle to okhla workshop which is far off from my place and i am really in put to inconvenience. You are requested look into the matter regarding replacement of ignition switch at the earliest.
      For your kind information, i am posted out of delhi and my family members need the vehicle every day and it is really impossible to take the vehicle. Should i take it for granted that the mechanic attending to my vehicle is 'incompetent' and not able to solve the problem. Your urgent attention is requested.         I am interested to buy the i10 grand but due to new feature of the car, i am very disappointed for the same. The bumper of the car has poor design of the lights & black plate.
        If i am purchasing some thing approx 5 lac, the design badly affected to me.
        All cars has same colour bumper but due to black plate & round lights, it does not show good
        I request you to please reconsider the design again of the bumper & provide the same colour of the car bumper
        Then, i will go to purchase the hyundai, otherwise there are so many options avaliable at less cost also

          Good day.

          This is s. Uma from pattabiram (Chennai). Fyi i have purchased new car hyundai xcent crdi prime t taxi on 27/07/2017 chasis no mala741dlhm268009*f. From fpl automobiles pvt ltd ambattur. Fyi still day i have not received my rc original and permit from your dealer.

          I have contacted them many times and no reply from their side. Finally they confirmed that my rc book was lost. Since i have procured this car for taxi and i am unable to book my rides due to rc book also i am paying my emi on time without utilising my car.

          Your intervention in above subject is highly appreciated.

          I want to buy a verna so x by getting insuramce from my own insurnace agent but dealer refused to sell the car
          The differeme of insurance is more than 13, 000/_
          You just see how they loot the customers

            Dear Sir,
            I wish to register a complaint about premature failure of the Main Gear Box of my car Hyundai Grand I 10 Sports Model 2014. CH No MALA851DLEMO78321, E NO 03FAEM080345.
            This Car has done barely 56 K Kms. It s 5th Gear started slipping when engaged. Car was taken to Hyundai Frontier Workshop at Matial, Dwarka, New Delhi -110075 for repairs on 15th Oct, 2017. I was briefed about the defect and the failure by the Manager, Workshop.
            Its Main Gear Box has failed prematurely due to following (photos att):
            a) Lock broken
            b) 5th Gear damaged
            c) Few more gears have been damaged
            d) Cutch, Pressure plate and bearing worn out
            I was given an estimated cost of repair Rs 31000/- approx. The car is still in the workshop.
            I am a loyal customer of Hyundai as my last car also was Hyundai I 10 which drove for approx 1.5 Lac kms and then disposed off.
            The Main gar Box is poor in quality as various components in it broke down prematurely. Hyunda Branded is known for high reliability of its car assemblies and their long life . Why should I suffer the cost of repair if the poor quality gear box has failed barely at 56K Kms?
            I would therefore request Hyundai to provide me repair/replacement of the failed gearbox and clutch etc free of cost. I shall be grateful for the gesture towards a loyal customer.

              My santro car no. Dl 4 c r 2879.
              I approached deep hyundai service centre at peera garhi, new delhi for regular service. My vehicle was picked up from my residence.
              When i received back the car, it was having problems, 1) it's tyre was punctured, 2) steering was defective, and 3) air conditioning was not effective.
              After complaint, i reached to got rectify. Only steering got corrected.
              It was told that air conditioning pipe had leakage. I suspect this was result of service (As before service it was fine). It is still faulty and no one is attending to it. Will someone listen. I am now afraid of such type of services.

                Hi my name is jency henry my car no is kl-22 f 2058. I called and book an appointment for service on 6-7-2017 and i got call from service executive and he suggested do u need to clean the seat and everthing and its going to cost 1500 i told ok and regular service and after 2 days i got car back and i checked inside and it was dirty as i gave them and they took it back and delivered back i paid them for just service and cleaning. They charge me nearly 7, 520, the worst thing is i didnt got a regular service invoice bill for the work done they told will mail i called them couple of time they didnt mail me it and i just got a service receipt i and having the receipt with me and now the car is not starting and from last few days it shows signs of starting trouble and i am really concerned of last service done and this bill issues they told due to gst it will take couple of day i waited and no luck yet so i am totally disappointed and have a doubt about the service done and customer service because of not sending the bill by mail receipt no : 2741. I have registerred complaint a month back and no response yet so

                    Hi, sir/mam,
                    Myself, pratik gupta residing at dunlop, kolkata who owns an i20 elite with registration number being“wb24ae 1440”. My car went for an accidental repair in mohan motors service centre, kolkata. On returning from the service center i realized some of the accessories from my car are missing. I consulted with my family and decided to visit the service center, when i reached there and explained the entire situation to them they checked my car and agreed that the accessories are missing and they admitted their mistake. At the same time they asked for a week’s time so that they could get back to me with a proper explanation along with a solution, i patently waited for a week however this was to no avail all i got was excuses and false assurance and commitment from them.
                    Finally after all the harassment i received a call from them stating that they are unable to compensate me with the original make of my missing materials and also this will take more 5 days for a solution. I am not at all ready to take some other make/ accessories installed in my car. I told them that i can provide them with the details of the place from where those materials can be get and at last if they cannot then to please compensate me the amount of those materials, i will be arranging with the invoice of those materials for the exact amount also. However nothing got resolved as of now and i really think that i have done some mistake giving my car to them for service. I am writing this email to intimate and give in your kind knowledge that this is the behavior your esteemed customers getting which may stake your company name in negative lines going forward.

                    I have all the documented proof which they have provided me and call recordings of the service managers.

                    Please look into the matter asap or else i have to take another step. I hope you will do the needful.

                      I have issued an ioi of rs 50000 as a booking amount of new verna sxo to s n hyundai dealer at balurghat dakshin dinajpur on 25/09/2017 and repeatedly asked him about the booking confirmation reference but he is unable to give me the reference against my booking. Even they have no idea about the car whether it is in transit or not, at the time of booking they assured me that they will deliver me the car before 17/10/2017 i. E. Before dhanteras and from last two days they are fooling me by saying that car is in transit and will reach balurghat by 15 th october evening thenafter they told at 16th october they will give me the delivery of the car. Now today they are not sure about the actual postion. The worst service i have experienced from s n hyundai..

                        I've been having a lot of complaints from my i10 grand petrol, the mileage it's giving is less than 10 (It's only been a year since i've bought it)
                        The worst case being: when asked why is the car giving such a less mileage, i was been told "you're a lady driver, hence you're getting a less mileage, we don't get such complaints from male drivers"
                        Adding to that:
                        The bluetooth never works (I've been so close to having an accident since ive to check on the phone who's calling)
                        On giving my car for service they took away my radio antenna as well, also emptied my petrol tank - so much that there was no petrol in the reserve tank as well.
                        On asking, i was been told that i'm "accusing" them.
                        They put up a duplicate rear view camera in my car, which stopped working after 2 months. And it's been fixed now. - after a year.
                        I'm very very tired and there's no help from their side, me being a media student will take this case further ahead if my issue isn't solved.

                          I have gone to binod hundai at angul district odisha for repairing of ac of my car. Though the ac is repaired after 10 days but they have broaken the outlet drainage pipe and did not told to me. After four month i noticed the mat is in wet condition and i go to j. P. Hundai at ranchi as ihave been transferred to ranchi. They give me the full picture that the ac outlet drainage pipe is broaken and repaired by arldite but water is leaking to inside of vehicle. I trust service center and this type of job is being done at service center. Due to wet condition of mat for four month it is damaged so who will be responsible for it also how we trust on hundai service center.

                          The ac of my i20 vehicle registration no or-02-bp-3986 was not functioning in the month of june-2017. As i am in odisha angul district i went to binod hundai for repairing. I handed over my vehicle as they report it will take 3-4 days time. After 10 days they handed over the i20 vehicle to me. The ac was functioning properly and i came to ranchi as i have transferred to ranchi in the meantime. After reaching ranchi i noticed the mat of the back seat in wet condition. I did not give any importance as it may wet due to rain as rainy season was in progress. Then after three month i. E.in october again i noticed the mat is in wet condition. Then i go to j. P. Hundai. They told that the outlet pipe of ac is broaken and repaired by applying areldite. I contact binod hundai and they admitted during fitting the out let pipe is broaken. Now due to wet condition the mat is damaged and who will responsible for it.

                          I had brought Grand i10 sports last Dasara festival, got a key bunch of 2 keys in which 1 key is central locking and another is without central locking system. Why company don't give us 2 central locking system.

                            I mr bikash meher booking vehicle i20 active base vtvt white in akashdeep hyundai, sambalpur. They couldn't give me that vehicle in my appropriate time. So after cancel my booking they haven't refund my booking amount. So i have very much dissatisfied against hyundai service. Coz no one hyundai employee support me for refund amount. Kindly look into the matter. This dealer have wrong commitment after that not give my booking amount.

                                I had purchased eon megna plus car on 11 oct 17 through csd. I had not been given offer which has been for govt employee. Whereas it has been paid to those who have not purchase csd. Wheras those who purchase through csd are also customers for hyundai india.

                                Defence employee get concession interms of relaxation in tax by government. Companies feel that as they get concession from govt they are to be made fool by not offeri g them offers given to rest customer s.

                                  Hi, i have verna fluidic since last 5 years. I get it serviced through the authorized dealers kothari hyundai pune for all till now. I had given my vehicle in apr 2017 for servicing with certain problems noted in the job card. However one problem related to the suspension persist after the servicing. So i took the car back in may 2017to the service center for repair the suspension issue. The vehicle test drive was done and problem was identified and new part were fitted worth 16-17k to fix the problem. Still the problem persist during the next servicing in sept 2017. Still nothing was done for those problems but i was assured that the problem is resolved now. I took my car back to service center on oct, 15th 2017 and now i was told that i will have to get the steering rack and brake caliper changed again worth of 15k.
                                  My complaint is if the problem is now identified, then what was the work done in may 2017 and charged me for wrong product fittings and services worth 16k. This is happening with me for long time now and i thought of raising a concern to get this resolved. However today also i do not have the assurance that the problem will be resolved.
                                  I would like to understand what will be action taken on such kind of service centers.
                                  Part of my Elentra car is damaged within one year & service of showroom is very poor. I am not satisfied about hyundai brand.
                                  I am a hyundai user i already own 2 hyundai cars and i purchased a new hyundai verna from modi hyundai vasai. And i have nt received any accessories from them except rubber matting. Being a loyal hyundai customer i wanted a perfume bottle a tissue paper box or side sun curtain which i have not received.so please look into it and reply me.

                                    My creta underwent repair following water damage and i paid a total amount of 3 lakhs in july 2016. Next day i found that check light (Yellow colour) remains flashing even on running. Informed, but they could not rectify. I n last 1 year they have kept the car for more than 1 month total, atleast 10 times, but still it remains. Kindy rectify at earliest as it has caused lot of harrassment. The local hyundai representative in oja hyundai are unable to rectify.

                                      This car was repaired on 10.04.2017 by himgiri automobile jhilmil industrial area. It was an accidental repair. At the time of delivery. I was informed to advisior about the abnormal voice in car.
                                      As per our information about the noise this is coming from back left (Accidental side) chamber.
                                      A crack found in chamber which may come at the time of accident.
                                      The advisor was forgot to inform the insurance company about the chamber.
                                      This is why the chamber wasn't repaired i am very disappointed.
                                      I asked himgiri's management to work again but they were refused to work. I complained to customer care (1-[protected] complaint no) but i don't have any positive response till today. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible

                                        We sold our wagon r car number * to trident hyundai kudlu gate, bangalore, india. The road tax of karnataka has already been paid amounting to rs 43000 and original tax receipt was handed over to sales person

                                        On 9th oct they picked my car and on 10th, the sales person quoted 100000 over the phone and the deal was confirmed. Later he changed the amount to rs 95000 for which we agreed

                                        After two days we visited the showroom and all paper work for sale including delivery note, was done and rc, insurance and other papers were handed over in original. It was promised that trident will transfer rs 80000 in our account and hold rs 10000 till noc formalities are completed).

                                        Since last four days we are following up and trident has not deposited money in our account and going back from their commitment.

                                        This is a series issue of integrity and depicts unethical practices by your dealer. I have been your loyal customer for last ten years as we also have hyundai accent (*), and also my parents have an i 10 (In delhi and prior to that we were having santro).

                                        This wagon r is used by me and since last one week as the car is with trident, i have to take cab every day to work leading to lot of inconvenience. This is mental harassment that our vehicle has been taken away, sold and money has not been transferred in our account till date

                                        Now trident hyundai is saying that they will adjust all the money if we buy a new car from them.

                                        I want a senior person from hyundai to step in to solve this issue asap.
