Dear hyundai team

I am a hyundai car holder (I 10 magna), i m highly disappointed from the service centres of hyundai in delhi, your service centre only know how to fetch money out of customer's pocket unnecessarily but on the part of service you guys ensure that customer should suffer at the maximum and also come again and again and pay you more and more. It is quite irritating to think about that such a big brand has such low quality services. Trust me guys it pathetic,
Recently i visited samaara hyundai mayapuri to get my car repaired, i was facing problem related to rpm, they have charged me 15000 but there was no correction done in the car, they told me that it has got damaged so it need to be replaced and it will charge 15000 to you, i gave my consent with full trust that after this my car will run smooth.
But after that the existing problem remain same and new problem arise that my car was getting stop again and again.
I dont know whether you guys will take any action or not but it is disgustiong service out of hyundai.

    My car hp 29 a 3117 (I 10 sportz) registered in the name of p. D. Thakur, r/o joginder nagar, distt. Mandi (H. P) 175015 met with an accident on 23rd., sep. 2017 at padhar & i drove it to above agency (Dev bhoomi cars pvt., lt., gutkar mandi distt. Mandi (H. P) for repair. Men at agency gave me atleast 15 days time. I was contacted from agency on 9th.&was told to take your vehicle as same was ready. I rushed on 10th. Sharp & arrived there at 10.30 am. But i was told that vehicle will be ready within 15 minutes, but i had to wait till nearly 2.00 pm. When i sat on seat, i observed light of rear gate open, on screen& pointed out but in vain. I drove home safely, but second next morning my car did not start. I called auto mech. From nearby & he made me to reach my destination by installing new battery. But that battery too drained out &i had to park by roadside. That auto mech. Again came to my rescue. He pointed out that electcal system is made non functional. I tried again with his help & made the vehicle reach electrician. He found, system disturbed i. E fuse out of order, alternate out of order, dicky not provided properly, etc. Etc. Prior to it, oil was to be filled, i went to filling station & the door was not working, people there extended help but i had to rush to workshop where it was found that fuel pipe was not fitted at its place properly. I was again made to feel shy, even paying for the same. After 10th instant i have to face great difficulty with out vehicle, humiliation in public, mental disturbance, financial hardship etc etc. I have sustained loss to the tune of rs.25000/- sofar. (Two no batteries+exp. Of mech. +repairer+hiring of taxies). I want all reimbursements and punishment to agency workers so that no other customer is harassed like me. Besides it, the car is required to be thoroughly checked, repaired and made good as was earlier.

      Dear sir / madam,

      I had booked a hyundai ascent on 16th november, 2016 with mithila motors at mira road branch in the name of saifi tours and travels.in the month of february, i tried calling and visited your showroom for the cancellation of the same due to financial difficulties, howevere everytime i was assured that the sales and bank manager is looking into this and was assured by one ms. Vinaya lava, the crm of mithila hyundai.

      Ms. Alva was very assuring and informed me that she will speak to her senior mr. Saini and mr. Mishra and this went on till april, when finally i wrote an email on 27th april, 2017 asking for the refund of my monies. I even agreed for deduction of my cancellation charges, however it was not agreed and i was not returned a single penny towards my advance to the company.

      I had also informed in all my emails that i had lost the original receipt and to consider it as a onetime goodwill gesture and refund my amount and it was also acknowledged via a signature and stamp of ms alva dated 13th may, 2017 which i have attached for your reference.

      Thereafter ms alva resigned and every time to my shock and surprise a new manager or executive is present and they have been constantly ignoring my queries.

      A few days back, i spoke to mario john fernandes, who assured us that he will refund my money as i needed it urgently for a medical emergency, however after a week, he informed me that the board and higher management is not ready to refund my money back.

      It is extremely sad that after assurances i am let down and a huge company like hyundai is keeping my money.

      Request you to kindly refund my money as there is no single window i can approach and i will be grateful if you can help.

        Dear sir,

        I am writing this mail regarding the sale of my second hand hundayi sandro car mp 04 cb 3938. This was a bhopal passing car.in the name of sonali upadhyay.
        Recently in the month of march 2017, i have purchased a new car from hyundai again, xcent in the name of my mother mrs naina upadhyay and sold my own car in exchange to prestige hyundai jabalpur - hpromise mr pandya.

        During the process i told them that they need to get the noc transferred cleared and collected from the bhopal office themselves. As i am not available at jabalpur, with this condition they bought my car at a lower cost as compared to the market rate. They purchased it at 125000, where in the current value of my car was 1, 50000.

        They made me sign all the documents required to transfer including the sale letter assuring that i will face no issues against the same.

        And told me that am not required any more for any process.in between lot of time from h promise mr pandya contacted me again for few more documents. Currently am not in jabalpur i reside at mumbai. I agreed for the same as required i signed all the documents send by them again and couriered that personally on my cost.

        Recently i got to know they sold my old vechile to third party without transferring, at good amount. And without my permission mr pandya shared my personwl number and address to the third party and asked them to follow up with us for transfer. This third party person is torturing us through calls and visit at my home at jabalpur.
        Mr pandya while purchasing the car assured to take all responsibility, but later he troubled us a lot because of his lack. Of knowledge.

        Now i am been continuously tortured by the third party for taking the vechicle back at higher cost

        I am very annoyed with this behaviour and service that hyundai gave.

        I was not told at all that i need to be available for getting the noc cleared from bhopal. If i was told about the same i would have not sold my car to hyundai. My pandya fromhpromiae said that be assured we will get it done you just sign all the documents as required which i did. But now why am i tortured.

        Firstly i was not told that i am required for getting the noc cleared and vechicle transfer

        Secondly my personel details were shared by third party with my consent

        Thirdly no one is taking the responsibility to get it sorted.

        I am dissatisfied with the service from hyundai, the trust i had is lost.

        Information provided by hyundai dealer was not correct. Today am getting tortured by third party for the vechicle that i sold to hyundai.

        My vechicle is still running in my name, no proper information provided, vechicle sold without transferring and am not updated about the same.
        I am residing in mumbai then too i visited jabalpur to get the matter sorted but no body responded in the same.

        I can’t travel making my work suffer again and again it is a torture against the trust that u had for hyundai. I trust to get it matter solved asap.

        Need to get it sorted as soon as possible or else i will roll the matter to consumer forum.

          Dear cocern, yesterday on 25th oct 2017, at 11 am. I went to your company service station situated at rampur road, haldwani distt nainital uttrakhand state. I asked for the complete service mentioning the complaint of humming sound from the front side and the light of right side containg water.
          At 2.30 pm i got a call from service station that my car was all ok and they have changed the break shoe as per my complaint. I went to collect my car at 4.30 i pay d payment of rs 8500 and went back. During drive i noticed that the humming sound was still as it was before. I went back to the service station and complaint about the sound, the concern person then only first time drive the car and find that t here was the humming sound and told me that it was the tyre bearing fault and as it was the 5 pm and closing time, he addvised me to get it done on next day. I went back and at the night time when i switched on my main light, the high beam was on the low beam and the low beam was on bumper. The hole night, i get disturbed.
          Dear concern, if in local i have done service then it get done only on rs 5000 but i choose your authorised service station as per my satisfaction but i was completely disappointed. The whole day my car was parked in the service station and neither before service nor after the service they even drive the serviced car.
          Is this way your company make the service satisfaction when the whole world is looking forward and giving best services to thier customer.
          Just waiting what hard step you are taking forward regarding this.

            My name is -Abhinandan Bhattacharyya.I bought my commercial car XCENT PRIME T (M/SLT0222/17-18.Invoice number, MALA741DLHM276573-CHASIS NUMBER) on 12th September, 2017 from Mohon Motor Udyog Pvt Ltd, Kolkata(salt lake sector v).After that I did the production in front of R.T.O(Hooghly ) to get my permanent number.then I came to know that without submitting the E.C.U certificate (Speed limiter) I won't get my number.i already informed showroom and they told us that they were not aware of it, they apologised and asked me to bring my car to Kolkata service centre to do a scan test of that speed limiter which is already installed on my car from the day I bought the car.

            After that they checked everything and told me that they will send that scan report to R.T.O officer through their agent.Today when I called that agent who is appointed by the showroom and responsible for this task also took money for this, he is saying that they need to submit a complete certificate what other companies are giving to R.T.O Officer.

            Now my Question is :

            No 1.why u guys are so irresponsible and unaware of that fact before selling ur product to a customer?

            No 2 -why are u taking so much time to produce a certificate knowing my car is a commercial car and I already paid my 1st EMI and 2nd EMI date is coming.

            No 3-why u haven't informed me about this before my loan got approved?why ?

            So I already informed everything to showroom today and I m going to return my useless car to showroom this Saturday if I won't get my permanent number.

            Also I will file a case against ur company (including that showroom) to CONSUMER COURT next week because of this delay and I m sure that hourable court can give me the justice & compensation for this delay and the harassment.

              I had left my elite i20 at hyundai workshop kirti nagar on 29/10/2017 to repair bumper as it was damaged due to minor accident. After 12 days i again visited workshop and my car was ready to delivery. During deliver at workshop i found my car bumper was loose and was sounding krrrrrrrr, which i communicated to workshop officials. They told me that some nut-bolt were left to fit and they fitted them on-road itself, but i was still not satisfied. Then next morning i again complained, they visited my office and told me you have to bring my car to workshop so as to fix the problem. For my own satisfaction, i inspect my car at another garage and found they has broken multiple inner plastic locks which were making sound during driving... I was so frustrated... I made repeated calls to workshop but in vain. Who is responsible for my car damage and my humiliation?? Hope i will get justice and my car repaired.

                Good day,
                Please be advised that strange incident took place on 22nd oct 2017 while driving my car on lucknow-aagra expressway.
                Incident report:
                Car windshield got cracked about 6 inches from bottom corner of passenger seat side while driving my verna crdi-1.6 on agra-lucknow expressway at speed of about 120 kmph.
                Car was running smoothly with ac on and all windows were in shut position. For some reason i opened front windows down and suddenly noticed that my windshield got cracked.
                Cause:
                Primary findings indicate material failure but exact reason of broken glass is still unknown.
                In my opinion gush of air entered in to cabin space by opening front windows and sudden change in cabin pressure causes the wind screen cracked. However it is very surprising to note that car has not been passed through quality test and wind screen glass could not able to withstand the air pressure at normal speed. Understand that glass must be tested for quality control.
                Damage: 1. Material: glass broken, 2. Human: no injurury
                Risk assesment:
                I was lucky that no human injury was noticed but cannot rule out the possibility of hitting broken glass pieces to passengers inside cabin.
                Conclusion:
                Hyundai professionals are requested to attend my car and find the exact reason of broken wind shield glass. Please note that crack is propagating upwards and increased up to 10 inches. It may be dangerous to drive the vehicle in this condition.

                  I own a verna 1.6 vtvt sx 2009. I have been facing problems with the ignition coils. I have replaced all the coils n again they have malfunctioned. I know for a fact that this a common issue with verna as i have read a lot of articles about it. These coils are not cheap to keep them replacing after every few months. I had posted a complaint in hyundai india facebook page but all i kept getting was automated message from them.

                    Am sudhakar i bought the hyundai xcent e plus on 30 september 2017 from hema hyundai mulugu road warangal
                    The management be charged ess pack 5350/- (Ess mean mudflaps, sit covers, mats) but the products are poor quality and insurance is provided is normal. Executive told that ins premium 23500 mentioned on the quotation but on the page of ins 20500..

                      My vehicle hyundai i10 has been given for service on 13th october.
                      It crossed 51020km and service due was by 53000km only:

                      As i found a knocking sound at the left side front wheel, i visited hyundai dealer ship at kochi : popular motor world vytilla, kochi, where i usually undergoes my periodic maintenance.
                      I informed the same to the service advisor.
                      Same day evening i got vehicle delivered and i found that the sound still remains.
                      So i suspect the 50000km check up has been carried out or they gave the vehicle after washing: there was no change in vehicle’ performance which i usually get after service.

                      So i thought of cross checking the invoice: what all are done.
                      I wondered after seeing a labour charge “carbon brush replacement-starter motor “ and the funny thing is there is no carbon brush in the replaced parts list.

                      I got a feedback taking call from dealer end and conveyed all these things and rated #1 only…. After that nobody called me or no response.
                      This makes me to inform the company and i expecting your kind intervention and support as soon as possible.

                          I am customer and financer (Being banker) of hyundai has grand i10 no. Br06az8390 went to binay automotives at papraur begusarai for 2nd service approx a month ago.
                          The car has issue related to water depositing on floor which is explained to service manager as well as mr. Dharmveer who was handling the service. They called after some days to check and resolve if issue remains.. I followed the same. Last 10 days my car is at service...

                          Hallo, i have 2015 model grand i10 asta optional, and barely completed 25000 km, now car key is draining very fast. Means last 2 months we have visited 3 times in service station. But unfortunately they have very poor service as just change the battery and send back. And the same thing happening evan after 5 days. So this is fourth time we are going to visit service center in kollam (Kerala). As its stands so far they are not even recognized or not showing any interest to fix this,

                            I undersigned purchased a car hyundai xcent (Petrol version) on dated 29/09/2017 from your authorized dealer namely samudra hyundai, meerut (U. P).
                            The engine of the above said vehicle is causing huge unbareable noise since the day of purchasing and the undersigned promptly made a telephonic complaint bearing no 1-[protected] to the hyundai customer care services on dated 05/10/2017 thereafter undersigned received a call from the dealer who stated the car is to be sent to workshop then undersigned asked the reason why a new brand car is to be sent to workshop in order to remove the fault and proper probing although the vehicle reflects manufacturing defect due to this reason undersigned demanded replacement of the above the said car.
                            The undersigned did not receive a suitable reply from your company as the hard earned money of the undersigned went in vain and it also degrade the reputation of hyundai motors a well known global company as the grievances of the undersigned are still alive, purchasing a hyundai car has become baneful and painful to the undersigned

                                I owned i20 in 2013, now ODO showing 21000km. Very professional drived/used car.

                                I was on my way, to slowdown for speed breaker I slowed down my car and shifted down gear after pressing clutch. But clutch retained back slowly. Later with in 1min clutch stopped working, car was not able to move as I could shift the gear but clutch was locked at press position. Then I switched off engine then after some time clutch paddle came out and now stuck at unpressed position. My car stopped in-between the road, now even I could not start the car again as clutch peddle was not going down. Then I called service center and towed my car till showroom.
                                Is i20 have CLUTCH DESIGN ISSUE??? Similar problem faced by many i20 customers.

                                Then,
                                Service centre guy said need to replace complete clutch kit. Its due to wear and tear of parts. Will cost 22000Rs. And it's necessary to change master cylinder, slave cylinder as it's pair then clutch plate and pressure plate.

                                At approx 21000 km running such pneumatic cylinders are wear out. Then it must be Design Issue by Hyundai.

                                Please look in matter urgently.

                                  Hi sir, i ganapathy from bangalore was travelling from blore to hyderabad with my family in santro automatic car on 1 st october 2017, due to breakdown i left the vehicle near kurnool kun hundai service centre to identify and fix the problem with gearbox. The problem was that car after starting and putting into gear it was not running and in reverse gear it runs. This problem was not rectified by kun services centre. Instead they asked me to take the vehicle to hyderabad or bangalore as they dont know the exact problem and sofar they didnt done any automatic gearbox problem. Before telling this they had changed driveshaft citing the problem and charged for it arround 8000/-. For me towing vehicle from breakddown point to kun service centre and from kun ser cen to bangalore it costed me 6000/- and 18000/-. So totally 32000/-expences has been done. Now who will bear this. Still my vehicle problem is not solved. My veh reg no ka 01 mb 2707. D0ne 83000 kms fully serviced in showroom. They had kept the vehicle for 15 days before handing over to me by towing from kurnool to bangalore. My say on the company is that why they say there is 24*7 roadside assistance and wide spread network of service centre across the country.

                                    I purchased elite i20 asta (O) in september 2016. The car is still covered under warranty.

                                    From the very beginning i have been encountering problems:-

                                    1. Wiper :- the wipers from the beginning were producing rattling sound. It took four service attempts by the service centre guys to finally resolve it. But i got to know the rubber has been worn out already.

                                    Recently, it has stopped wiping effectively

                                    2. Windshield :- when i gave my car for fixing rattling sound of wipers, the next day i reported number of scratches on my windshield. Service centre accepted its their mistake but delayed to fix it even when i proactively visited continuously 2 times.

                                    3. Sound from suspension: it was just 20-30 days since i purchased my car. The suspension gave up so early?

                                    4. Vibration/sound from the side pillar :- this has been issue since 2-3 months of purchase of car and continued till now. The service centre have been providing me irrelevant excuses of the noise. It was only 4 months before they realised what the actual problem is. But still not fixed

                                    5.ac issues :- recently on my trip fro indore to pune, i noticed some weird ac behaviour as it suddenly stopped cooling effectively after 300 kms of the journey for the rest of ~400 kms

                                    6. Headlamp :- my headlamp for recently full of moisture. Pfa

                                    I am very unhappy, dissatisfied and surprised how a brand new car can have so much of issues. And the service centre is simply not upto the mark be it timeliness or quality of work or

                                      Problems with my vehicle
                                      1. The power windows buttons, side mirror buttons light up and down buttons lights are not working the same thing i observed when i took the car delivery same day in the night time i observed it the very next day i went to hyundai showroom bistupur and saw a new car in which the same model features were available and i complained about it to some sales man and that day was sunday so the person who delivered the vehicle to us told us that he/she will send the person to my home tomorrow morning so very next day one lady i dont remember the name and one person came and i told them about the complaint that time they told us that there must be some fuse cut off so when you send the car for 1st free service your problem will be solved so again i asked are you sure this problem will be solved he/she told sir this is a very small issue it will 100% will be solved, and then they went back. Now today i went to the service center i told them about the problem they told us that this feature is not available in your model and then i called up the customer care and lodged a complaint and the customer care persons, took the line to local service centre and miss komal called me to the service centre and she sent me to general manager mr. Hazra he also told me that your problem cant be solved because this feature is not available in your car.
                                      So this issue is not resolved.

                                      2. My car dont have auto lock facility this is a standard safety feature when the car gets moving it should automatically get locked when the car has taken on some speed, i asked the same thing to the salesman i got the answer this feature is not available in your car.

                                      So this issue is also not resolved.

                                      So i have kept the car in your service center i was going to take the car today but i wont take the car if the facility which was commited to us is not given

                                      I think so we are fooled by purchasing a hyundai car,

                                      I know hyundai has lakhs of customer but i will tell you if a customer is not satisfied he will never buy a hyundai car again.

                                      Please resolve our issue as soon as possible.
                                      I didn't got any response from neither showroom person, neither Company person and my car is lying in Service Centre since last 6 days please do some necessary action against this issue.
