Very disappointing regarding i have booked a creta car on 23/08/17.
And i have been promised to get delivery
On 17/10/17. Which is auspicious day for
Me. I have give them enough time as hyundai creta waiting time is 4 to 6 week
Maximum. Today on 12/10/17 i have received a phone call from mr. Manish i will
Not get my car on 17/10/17. I am very disappointed about that i have plan for the car to purchase on dhan theras day.
Which is comes once a year. And falls my son birthday. Same on you play with family
Sentiments. Hyundai should take this things very seriously. If i could get the email of hyundai md korea. I will definitely
Write to him about that

    I am abhishek shrivastava; i gave my vehicle (Ka-05 mp 8052) at advaith hyundai service station (Bannerghatta road) on 03 oct 2017 which i got back on 11 oct -2017

    Now below issues are i am having

    1) my auxiliary input problem was not resolved, which i told more than ten times to the executive.
    A) my new auxiliary cable is not present in my car, which i kept for testing

    I want my auxiliary input cable and the problem to be fixed.

    2) i provided a new key cover to change the existing key cover.
    Key cover is lost/misplaced by the executive, now he is saying the below two points.
    A) it is there in car and he forgot the change (I am not able to find)
    B) i gave it to his colleague and not him.

    I want my key cover to be replaced.

      Hi hyundai team,

      Am keep writing in this forum about my bitter and negative experience with hyundai advaith showroom - residency road in bangalore. The sales manager mr. Rajith nair is least bothered to answer my calls nor reply to my emails. I have handed over the original bills as he requested, but not yet received my refund. Is he dump to handle a customer? Or why is that he is running and hiding to my refund request mails and calls? Or didn'tt he bother about he is working for hyundai? The team hyundai should be worried to have such lethargy professionals to handle a branch. Am your negative ambassador, yet after a year still i haven't received my money. Do let me know will i get my refund or not? Such a painstaking and horrible experience with hyundai brand

        I have purchased elite i20 asta (Rj19cg8516) on dated 02.08.17 from deora hyundai jodhpur (Rajasthan). I have submitted all the documents for corporate discount but till date not got any discount.

        We request you to process the same on early basis as such delay not expected from such reputated brand.

        Local dealer not given any satisfactory answer which made negative marketing towards your brand.

        We expect early reply for the same.

          Only eps steering whole spare part problem so i want first hand eps steering whole spare part. No every damage its working but if turn no properly turned. It showing eps so problem is eps steering whole system spare part problem cost is eps 8000 module. I am in saidapet area no again again i come you only eps steering turning no properly that whole eps steering whole this spare part.

          Only eps system whole part problem. Only turn very tired. You told know 8000 rupees i see submit complaint. I am in saidapet area please make sure this rate price 8000 for eps system product spare part no put second hand eps product spare part. Only first hand eps product spare part i want. This eps system is problem steering turning no properly turned because steering system whole part problem its showing in car eps.

            The salesmen named saiyad and karan working at elroy hyundai motors at lajpat nagar promised us other accessories during the deal of the creta but whenever we asked him about it he gives us excuses. He has taken the complete amount from us for the accessories but never takes our call and always gives excuses. Its been more than 6 months as i bought creta in the month of march end. We have purchased the creta petrol model.

              Hello,

              This is regarding the car i purchased in august 2017 from hyundai showroom in gorakhpur, uttar pradesh.

              As per the quotation provided by the dealer, the registration cost for the car was rs 83320/- which was paid to them. However, the actual registration certificate which i received shows only rs. 78320. There is a different of 5000rs. On being asked to provide the receipt for the extra amount paid, the dealer is not able to provide valid document for the same.

              I am attaching copy of quotation and registration certificate for reference.

              Could you please help us regarding this? Let us know if you need any more documents.

                Dear sir, i had booked the newly launched verna car in the colour black. The booking date was 4th september 2017. It was promised that we'll receive the car in 3-4 weeks but now we're receiving a call saying that it'll take one month more for them to deliver the car. It's highly shameful on your part for not being able to fulfill your promise. When one of the biggest automobiles companies like yours fail to meet our requirements then we are compelled to switch our decision of choosing hyundai. They say that the colour black is not available. If it is not available then why are the even booking the car. They should simply tell us that it is not available or they should tell the exact time required. I'm now cancelling this car and will neither choose to buy from hyundai in future nor will i suggest it to anyone
                Very worst service, kun hyundai service center.Uppal hyderabad .Service manager shri.Naveen naidu.Very worst language used .My car damaged while servicing.This is second time.

                  There is no action taken on my complained, so i think there is no importance of customers to hyundai motor, i kalyan singh s% khubiram, vpo janouli tehsil and distt. Palwal haryana, write to about your too bad service towards customer side, i m user of your car from 04 april 2016 suddenly face an accidental problem on 3 sep 2017 and left my car hyundai eon hr 30 q 0650 in a1 motors ballabhgarh but service center doesnot take interest to solve my problem and not give any response to me, i face new challenges without my car and finally they handover to my car to me on 29 sep 2017, you doesn't know how i survive in these 26 days without my car, so finally i will never use and not recommended to anyone to purchase hyundai vehicle in future

                    More or less six months ago i have change the clutch disk of my eon car no as-01 br - 3840. After one month of changing the disk again the same problem persist i. E. Gear became hard. I went to the servicing center of guwahati named saraighat hyundai then they tighten the clutch and blame me that i always put my leg on the clutch but i did never that. About one month ago again same thing happen. Then again i advised me to change the clutch disk. Again the clutch disk was changed. After changing the clutch disk passing more or less one month, the gear became harder again. I am fed up of this. Kindly help me!

                      I have i10 era just 46000 km run. It gave me problem of overheating and now eps system has got completely short. My mechanic is advising it to replace eps system. This is really a pathetic regarding i10 era. It is costing me around 25000/-. Furthermore they are not able to find out root cause of it.
                      I have already changed the head of vehicle which costed me 40000/-. I10 era is really pathetic.
                      It is really not acceptable to change part of vehicle now and then with in 46000 km.

                        Using elite i20 asta (O). I bought this one after three months had a problem with wipers. I approached service center and they said there is no warranty on wipers you have to purchase so i dont have any choice i purchased them. Now i got another problem with head lamps that is water and foggy headlamps. The water has entered the head lamp casing for it to evaporate and condense on the inside of the glass. Poor technology and poor quality of products

                        First one is without any cause i lost hyundai alloy wheel cap or hyundai logo & secondly wipers problem replaced with my money now third one is the biggest one headlamps problem, problem is foggy and moisture /water headlamps. unable to see the roads while driving at nights and rainy seasons poor headlamp focus and poor quality of prodcuts. service centers also not responding properly

                          Kun hyundai ambattur, chandrasekhar. S complaint number r[protected], has stated that ac coil has a leak, and i have paid 8170 inr on 04-10-17, now they claim that there is another leak after two days of scanning and cheating us to pay for that extra, 3000 as service charge. Now they are saying there is another valve getting leaked, and they have used it without confirming of changing new, now they are saying to pay extra 1450 inr. They took so much days to scan but draining money with new issues without looking what exactly the problem was, so much disappointed

                            I have bought a hyundai elantra on september 30th, 2017 and on that day while. Taking the delivery there was some texture difference at the bumper the salesperson assured me of getting the work done on the next working day that was supposed to be on tuesday, but the salesperson had his excuses and vehicle was taken on wednesday and brought back the same day but the problem dint subside totally, seeking which i had to compain to the main office and then on 6th october, 2017 the car was taken back for the service and i was assured that it wouldn't take more than few hours as the problem was minor and the vehicle will be delivered in the evening but then the sales person has been for different reasons delaying the process and i received the vehicle on 7th october at 10:15 pm. To my surprise there was a scratch on the bumper now and they had tried to cover it with buffing and bluff the customer. If hyundai isn't able to deal in premium segment then it's better you can discontinue it. Pls anyone reading it if anytime your thinking of buying elantra never do or couple check it.

                                Myself, rakesh chandra had bought a hyundai car uk07wf5968. When i need a ac part to be replaces, haridwar centre tells me to go to roorkee. Narendra at roorkee tells that bring thr car here.
                                Kindly let me know that a single ac part cannot be given in 4 days? Why?

                                I repent on my decision that i bought a hyundai car.

                                I wish i had not trusted inserviceable brand like yours.

                                  I have a verna fludic 2014 sx (O) vtvt it had a clutch issue so i called hyundai to take the car and it was pick up from my home and on the way the driver from hyundai pressed the clutch so hard that the cylinder cracked and broke and i asked hyundai to take it to the service station they told me that they don’t have a tow van and then after calling them every now and then they arranged a ordinary car which he also damages my car and it was laying in middle of the road for 2 days really hyundai is giving a bad service this days
                                  I bought new Grand I-10 but hand break light cont. on why new car this type major defects coming in customer

                                    Hi, i am sanjay ds, i had given my santro car (Ka02 ma5706) for servicing @ advaith hyundai, whitefield bangalore service center for the problem of engine keep on raising even though the accelerator was not used. Ideally it was a problem of ecm sensor (I got to know it later by service person outside). I had shown the problem to the service manager & the mechanic @ the service center. They didn't do anything for the problem, instead, they did general service & handed over. Even after telling the complaint again & again, they told there is no problem. They had charged me for 8000. I showed the problem to a local mechanic & he was able to identify the problem & fixed it.

                                    My question is if this is the status of authorized service center quality servicing, y should a customer should go there & get bugged for more money.
                                    In fact, they don't do any quality servicing.
                                    On top of this they keep on calling for the service due just to make money & nothing else.

                                      I am continuously being harassed by the dealer in vadodara by making continuous phone calls for asking me to renew my insurance policy. Even when i have already denied the telecallers of the dealer they are continuously calling me to update my foreign you my policy and they have also shared my contact details to other general insurance companies and now i am getting continuous phone calls from the other general insurance companies as well.

                                        In one of the screw of this series number vehicle and they will replace this when they got information from warranty dept of hyundia creta. So your immediate attention is very much required for the replacement.
