I have already made a complaint regarding lpg and over charge by company and i recived a call that an lpg kit will be provided to me costing 42000rs my car is2012'model but i was mislead that i am a loyal customer due to which the new kit worth as mentioned above will be dispatched and when this kit reached arise hundai srinagar i was surprised to see a dusty old kit packed in an attractive box i just ignored to installation of same as it was old and no one guaranteed to it when i called agains company on this number[protected] they assured me to open the complaint and i am requesting them to look into the matter and respond on and off till date after my reminder several times as i have recorded all conversations with them no action was taken against the misleading people working in the system which is creating bad image of company this is my reheated mobile number [protected] plz see to the matter and take actions on priority thanx

      Car was on tour amritsar to batala and back aprox 70 km both ways.

      The rear wheel drum got dislodged including hub, shearing the main bolt
      Also chip 1-5" from drum also got sheared

      Should this case not be considered foc
      I was charged by your agency novelty hyundai fatehgarh churian road amritsar
      And covered by insurance as wear and tear is it justified.

      Are your cars not tested to detect hairline crack specially drums and engine blocks and even gearbox.

      What is safety of passengers had the car toppled or hit by traffic behind life loss could have resulted.

      Kindly ask the agency to refund charges collected for brake drum as it was incident not wear & tear.

      Please carry out magnetic hairline crack detection tests on such vital parts.

        I had given my hyundai eon for paid service at gorakhpur hyundai service centre and paid almost 21000/

        My car was running smooth and there was only noise problem.

        They have replaced the silencer

        When i took back my car it was not running smoothly..

        It was draging...

        I complained against it... And they said that this problem was prior to serving of car.

        They are just ignoring the complaint and refusing to accept thier mistake

          Dear sir, i regret to inform you that while visiting to koncept hyundai on 10 september 2017 for general check up and front brake pad replacement of my accent dl3cbq3453, i handed over my car to your service manager mr suraj and got confirmation about my music system fitted in car. When i received my car back, the main knob of my music system was disappeared. When i alarmed the bell, mr suraj told me that it may be sucked by the vaccum machine and i have not to worry about it, on my next visit, it will be traced and fitted back. Mr suraj told me that everything was correct till the car handed over for work. But now in spite of several phone calls to mr suraj and also to the koncept hyundai, nothing has been done. Without the knob of the system, i am unable to use this. I went to so many showrooms of music system to get another knob, if possible, but the sellars told me that the knob can not be found on any price, i have to purchase again a new music set. Now i am affirmed that somebody intentionally stollen the part, hence now i request you to look into the matter and solve it immediately. Either provide me the original knob of the music system or replace with a new pioneer only original music system at the earliest, failing which i will launch the complain with hyundai, south korea and with government of india consumer affair department. Thanks.

            Sir, my car engine and car is very bad condition after car delivery and my car olny six months ago and my car is commercial so i am purchasing my car with purpose of taxi and car is not work proper, i'm going car one week in four day because car (Engine) is not working properly... And i am repair my car both time car engine head piston damage, clutch plate damage, compressor are not work proper and steering vibrate on ac and car is not running in ac starting car automatically off in road anytime
            Sir my request... Please change my engine and shortout my problem because i have no emi pay this month my car is not work proper and time waste of hyundai xcent and i'm daily compalint in service centre but not respond
            Sir... If hyundai car is not work properly so who purchase car

              I have booked your vehicle on july 10th 2017. Main reason of booking your vehicle was for my marriage which is to be held on october 8th 2017. Its gonna be nearly 3 months still keeping customer on waiting is really annoying and pathetic. This shows irresponsibility and carelessness. I hope your company was one of the reputed car brand in india... Everything is in vein. Booking was done from kerala-tirur popular hyundai. Representative over there claiming vehicle is not available in kerala it seems. Up to what extend should i believe this. Rather than increasing my waiting period nothing gonna work out. Booking was done in name of my mother safiya ebrahim. Bill number 90. Kindly do needfull orelse please cancel my order and refund my cash, so that i can book same vehicle from trusted dealer. But keeping customer cash in hand and selling it to another customer is note fare enough and please look in to this mater seriously and feel free to contact me or mail me.

                1. Tax invoice given to me is showing 6.23lakh, but they charged 6.43lakh
                2. Vehicle delivered was showing 230km running in meter. He told he is subdealer he has to transport vehicle by running on road.
                3. Vehicle delivered was having minor dent.
                4. Vehicle was having many scratchs
                5. Car washing poor.
                After telling so many things dealer told he will give one free machine polish in 1st service. He told you have to take car as payment is already done.

                  Hyundai body shop sec 4 near paytm building, the staff seems very uncomfortable to talk and for every small queries they took hell lot of time. Had word with the manager zero support for his side after knowing the problem. No professionalism at all the most disgusting hyundai service centre ever. No systematic way of work at all present very much disappointed kindly take a strict action on it as soon as possible. Please contact me for any help

                    I have been using hyundai fluidic verna sx (Diesel) for the last 5 years (From august, 2012 onwards). As instructed by hyundai the car has been under periodic service and maintenance by hyundai dealer popular hyundai, vytilla, kochi, kerala. On august 26, 2017 i experienced smoke and sound coming from the engine and the vehicle has brought to the popular hyundai vytilla, kochi service centre. I have been told that a piece of my engine has come out due to unknown reasons. The incident was reported to hyundai by the dealer and has undergone different tests on the following days. The findings was that the problem has caused due to the malfunction of fuel injection system which led to over injection of fuel and breakage of the connection rod which pushed out a piece of the engine. Now the dealer has informed me that the malfunction in injection system was due to bad fuel that i don’t accept. So they are telling me that my engine broke due to bad fuel after 5 days of last fuel filling. The incident took place on august 26 and the last day i filled fuel was on august 21 and the vehicle has travelled more than 130kms. The estimated amount to fix the vehicle is around 3.5 lakhs. I have not understood how a total failure of engine occurs to my vehicle due to fuel conditions. Please consider this as a serious issue and make necessary arrangements to solve this problem.                       That i have enquired and purchased the above mentioned car from mr. Suresh vidhani one of the sales manager looking the business of the above mentioned dealership in harda district of madhya pradesh.

                      That during the entire sales process beginning from the enquiry and till the delivery of the above mentioned car everything went on well and we were dealt very politely by the mr. Suresh vidhani, but within a month of the delivery of the above mentioned car we have found that the air conditioning unit of the car is not working properly for which we have complained to the respective sales manager but being the unavailability of the authorized service center of hyundai cars in harda (M. P), i was always said that there is no problem with the car and every thing was working fine but we were unsatisfied with the statements of the sales manager.

                      But at the time on 31/03/2017 when my car required the regular service check i visited the ci hyndai workshop in bhopal (M. P) and during the service of the car the service technician found that the a. C units is having a dent and is damaged due to which the ac unit is not working properly and it is kind of manufacturer defact of the car.

                      I came back home and again visited to mr. Suresh vidhani and discussed about the issue and he than agreed that yes there is an issue with the ac unit of the car. Therefore i requested him to resolve the issue as my car is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. But he clearly refused to do so and asked me to make an insurance claim. I refused him to making any insurance claim as neither my car is accidental nor had any damage to go for the claim process. And finally i got a verdict from him that he will not under any condition deal with issue of ac unit.

                      Now sir, in the 11 month of the purchase of my car the ac unit is totally dead and not functioning at all and i am feeling cheated by the dealership after the sale of the car as i am not getting any kind of after sales support from sales as well as the service department of the dealership.

                      Today hope heartedly i am mailing you to kindly manage to direct me to the solution of the above mentioned problem of my car as its nearly going to be year that i am driving my car with a problem in it and feeling cheated by the dealership and the company.

                          I booked hyundai creta 1.6 crdi sxo polar white with r square hyundai chembur on 29 august 2017.
                          At the time of booking, i received price protection from them. As per discussion and commitment from r square price will not increase at the time of delivery wrt. Implementation of cess/gst and any further increase by hyundai motors or r square hyundai. On that basis i booked car with them.

                          The car ordered on my name. I already paid car amount to r square hyundai chembur.

                          Car delivery is on occasion of dussehra. I received call from r square day before delivery around 10 pm and they are forcing me pay difference of increased amount. This is really shocking and unexpected to me to know one day before delivery. As soon as i received call from r square, i called hmil customer care and registered this issue. I got cheated from r square hyundai
                          I am not stupid and I understand cars but your agent kanwaljeet Singh is so arrogant he just wants to sell rather than addressing my problem. He has freaked me out continuously asking for more money.

                            Actually i had purchased i 10 era model from planet hyundai and since last 8 yeras i had been servicing their but i m quite dissatisfied by service actually i hv noise problem when my car shows odometer 92000/ they had changed baring but when i had received car i told that noise problem is not resolve but executive had given false argument that its due to ur wheel and with barng other thing they charged 22000/ ok then after 3 months when i had given in service same problem i had put they had told to change baring i argued but they couldn't give me satisfactory answer bill was with other thing 12000/ ok when i receive car i had told that i do not want any noise but when i take trial i told that noise was their they couldn't explain me even when they had called me for rating their service i had not rated but they had told me to come and to show i m business man i donot have such time to go and every now and then i m sorry but the performance of planet hyundai sola branch is very poor i m quite disappointed with service in future i would never purchase hyundai car as my problem does not resolve japan joshi [protected] ahmedabad

                              I have purchased a hyundai xcent car in moth of august 2014 (Wb20ag1865) and car has covered the distance 23920km. Recently car's accelerator has failed in running condition. I have shown it in service centre they are saying car's central controlling system ha damaged. But ho it can be happened without any accident as car has covered distance 23920km only. I think it is manufacturing defect. Please look into the matter and replace it free of cost.

                                Hi,
                                My i10 is vibrating a lot at speed of 70-80 kmps. Two of your service centres *unity, jahagir puri & *himgiri, dilshad garden are not able to resolve it. They told me that the problem is with tyres. Its driven only 20000 kms and tyres are absolutely fine according to mrf. I am struggling for last 6 months. Please help.

                                The vibration is very annoying. The only treatment service centres have offerred is tyre replacement. They have not checked anything else. I am fed up with all this and need your help.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have i20 elite (Asta), purchesed in mid of april 2015, till date aprox 13500 km covered.

                                  On sunday evening, 24th sep 2017, it wsa not started, even after number of attempts.

                                  Called service engineer for capital hyundai, noida, sec 63. He examined and said, it needs to take to service centre. He started my car with jumping. I took the car to service center with him.

                                  At service center, has been told that battery is dead, required to replace it
                                  (Not sure what quality company providing on only 13500 km battery is dead even whem my car is running every day, no huge traffic, single person driving as well).

                                  After my confirmation they completed all the formalities and took my car inside the service center for fitting of battery.

                                  Finnaly they came up for billing, i saw the invoce and noticed battery named for i10, have asked why it is they informed both vechile having same battery fitting, any way i don't have any choice as vechile is not starting and battery is already fitted so i paid the amount.

                                  Later i checked on internet and found i20 having different fitting.

                                  Now not sure what is the impact on vechile in future as well as what extra i paid.

                                  Finally it seems hyundai does not have there brand value not on authenticity as well as quality they are providing...

                                  Can anyone one let me know what will happen to the vechile??? And why they do so...

                                    Booked creta sx on 21.08.17 making full payment. Was told delivery shall be within 2-3 weeks. I followed up with the dealership continuously. Each time i was promised 2-3 days delay. Now today on 27.08.17, more than a month after booking, i am told that there are manufacturing delays and delivery is only possible by 8th nov, 17.
                                    I am waiting.

                                      Mh12ld4528- today my car hyundai i-20- sports was not getting started as i predict my ingnition "self start"was not working and at that moment it was raining heavily out side. With me my wife was there and we were totally surprised by this situation.
                                      From past 4 years i have been loyaly associated with sanjay hyundai hadapsar. I tried calling them there was no response, every year i buy insurance from sanjay hyundai and they charge me very good amount and insure me that i will get hyundai service from any where in india but i didn't get any support from then
                                      In next step i tried calling hyundai emergency number, executive was busy in explaining me that my roadside service facility got expired. I have been totally shocked with call center executive response and time to taken time to provide me solution at this emergency situation.
                                      Finally road side people pushed my car and am able to reach home.

                                      Now my concern points are below:
                                      - is hyundai only responsible to sale there car and provide support to customer only till warranty.
                                      - why executive are not aware which service work station will support near by can provide road side services
                                      - in certain situations do customer have to hold there phone for hour to just get call diverted to other call centre

                                      I am highly disappointed with hyundai and sanjay hyundai this time. I have never expected such support provided.
                                      Also let me know why i will refer anyone after this incidence.

                                      Am very sure i have to take my car at hyundai workstation or rather give several call to get help from hyundai service station.

                                        When i bought this car they have given me a car which has dent in doors already from company side when i complain regarding this they fix it but now that part of car color is light they not fixing it the sale manager whose name is manish is not picking up my call he said to me he cant do anything i have alot problem with car this car is givng me low average after even first service first service is not done proerly i took my car to service center they not fixing this i took my car to showroom they not responding
