Respected sir/madam,

I am dr jitendra wadhwani, a victim customer of hyundai. I have a grand i10, asta 2014 model car (Registration no: hr12y3474) which got damaged in an accident on[protected] in rohtak, haryana, india. I have my vehicle insured from hdfc ergo with zero depreciation policy. I reached at srishti hyndai workshop in rohtak with my vehicle. I was attended there by service advisor sunil, who inspected my vehicle for the damage and told me that repair will be done for the damaged rear door and rear bumper after inspection by officer of hdfc ergo and promised me to deliver my vehicle by[protected] and got my signature at 2 places (One of which stating "i hereby certify that the repairs have been carried out to my entire satisfaction"). I opposed signing this column but he told me that "this is the way we carry out work here". I had no option left but to sign the certification that i was not sure of.
Up till[protected] i did not receive any call from hyundai service advisor. I called him out of worry regarding status of my vehicle but i was told that "work has still not been done and some things are pending". On 14-09-17 i got a call from service advisor sunil that there had been an accident in srishti hyundai workshop on[protected], in which around 4 vehicles caught fire along with rear door and bumper of my vehicle which was allegedly kept in workshop for painting. This was the time when my experience with srishti hyundai started worsening. For the next six days there was no follow up call from srishti hyundai, and service advisor sunil was also not picking up by call. Such a shameful behavior was not expected from brand like hyundai, who promises so much about customer’s convenience and comfort. By this attitude of the service providers, i began to panic even more. I went to the srishti hyundai workshop for the follow up of my vehicle but did not get any promising answer. The service advisor sunil refused to promise any date in near future for delivery of my own vehicle. He gave me reason that "srishti hyundai insurance company's (New india insurance) inspection and approval is pending, so he will not get my vehicle repaired till then". He gave me assurance that till[protected] all the formalities will be done and he will call me very soon in this matter. On[protected] after no response and continued harassment, i called sunil, but he kept his phone on switched off mode for whole day. I called another service advisor "arun" who was also aware of the whole incident. Arun like other false promises from hyundai, promised to call me in 2 days regarding the updates on repair of my vehicle, but as per the nature of hyundai i did not receive any call from him too. Today it is been about more than 3 weeks, and my vehicle is under arrest of srishti hyundai, rohtak who has burnt it too. I have only one vehicle which is not with me because of irresponsible and negligent behavior of srishti hyundai and its employees towards the customers of hyundai. I face so much difficulty in travelling for my job because of srishti hyundai. They have not even offered me a replacement vehicle meanwhile as a condolence to what they have made me go through. It’s very painful for me to say that “i should have never ever trusted hyundai brand” as its true face is now in front of me filled with lots of false promises regarding customer services.

I kindly request you to look in to this matter, as it’s not me alone in this agony. Many customers are facing problems because of this attitude of srishti hyundai, rohtak, haryana, india.
For your ready reference i have attached copy of receipt i got while handing over the vehicle at srishti hyundai, rohtak on 04-09-17

I would like to give 1 stars only.
If a star slept in mines it would give u( -5)
Only 5 stars will be available for hyundai brand
But (-5) stars will be for shristi hyundai rohtak
I didn't get any cooperation from the staff
Specially manager
Neither he deliver my car on tym
Whole 4 hours had to wait for delivering the car to me.
Very poor experiance from shristi hyundai
I suggest my families and friends i[censored] purchase hyundai cars dn plz don't purchase for shristi hyundai rohtak. Very bad experience.।

    Sir,
    I have purchased a hyundai grand i 10 sportz from dealer 'pothens hyundai', trivandrum on 26/06/2017.
    On making the final payment, they have promised me that i will get my corporate discount of rs. 5000/- from hyundai motors after 45 days from purchase date. Three months have passed after my purchase but noting happened.
    I humbly request you to send me my dd for rs.5000/- payable to me as per the purchase agreement.
    The dealer does not respond to my phone calls, and so kindly treat this mail as an initial notice for payment
    Of corporate bonus discount of rs.5000/-, and after 30 days if i didn't received the amount
    I will be constraint to go for consumer litigation which, i do not prefer.

      Sir,
      I, usha agarwal had sent my verna car jh05ac/3659 to your showroom due to sound in engine on dated[protected]. I was told, that engine requires complete repair. Then on dated 10.08.17
      I saw handed over my car after complete engine repair, that cost me total rs 151000/-. Now after running approx. 2200 km after engine repair same sound from engine is coming now also.
      I, therefore request you to kindly inspect the engine through trained mechanic and resolve the problem.
      I, shall be thankfull to you for the same

        Sir on 27 sep 17 at about 1830 he i have taken delivery of i 20 sports model. We have got out of showroom at about 300 meters car got off in middle of fully crowded road. We were in panic very imbrasing situation. We were told that 5 liter of patrol is there in tank. But it was empty

But i bought my car on 28 th october 2016.in manual i noticed some illegal over writing after using whitener eraser. This proved a serious injustice to me.             We purchased hyundai creta up16 bl 0830 in january 2017 from capital hyundai showroom in noida. On september 12, 2017, we noticed that -

            Abs light was constantly switched on
            Hand break sign was constantly on
            Speedometer was not working
            Fuel meter was showing false reading

            We rushed to capital hyundai in sector 16 noida to get it checked. After one hour of inspection, they were not able to state a diagnosis and asked us to leave the car with them for 24 hours.

            On september 13, we were told there was a fault with the abs system and a part would need to be imported from chennai. This would take about 7-8 days and we could either leave the car at the service centre for this time or take it home. We were advised to not drive the car for this time period.

            After regular followups and chasing the officials, we finally received an email stating that you have requested to import the part on sept 19, 2017! Full 7 days after the issue occured.

            After this we have just been told it will take more time. No date has been given.

            We have been incurring expenses in terms of hefty cab bills and constant inconvenience. This is not short of harassment and your officials have no answer to give. This service is abysmal and we are forced to pursue this legally to settle this.

                  I tejraj makar purchased a hyundai eon magna + on 25th sep 2017 from infinity ventures dealer at jharsuguda. But as pet customer docket they have taken rs 16098 amount for insurance with zero depreciation facility but surprisely i come to know that the actual insrance premium is rs 14303 as per the insurance policy no 201130110117800022000000 which means they have taken rs 1795 mount excess from me and now when i am asking for the reversal they are denieing from the reversal with a answer to me that it was adjusted in exshowrioexshowroom price. It hurts to me when big company liky hyundai cheating with customer. Finally i decided to put this complain in consumer forum if it was not reverse to me within a week.

                    My car jh05ar4459 elantra at was sent to ramgarh service station for routine servicing on 16th aug. And after servicing vehicle was returned with an advise to bring back the car for bake shoe and steering work after 10 days when the parts arrive.

                    Accordingly, car was sent on 15th sep (A delay of one month to get the parts) again on 16th sep (No work was done and car returned)

                    Again car was called on 20th sep for two days to repair. But sorry to inform that service centre is holding my car on one reason or other (Parts not available/ wrong part came/ we are requisitioning again)

                    And no guarantee or factual time estimate is available. Very poor service and attitude. Please help if you can, i am advising my other colleagues not to send hyundai cars to ramgarh service station

                        On[protected] i had booked for hyundai i10 sportz automatic car by paying booking amount of rs 5000/- vide receipt no pr[protected]. Dt :[protected] with,
                        Saphire motors (P) ltd
                        (Unit of blue hyundai),
                        No 82 gandhi bazar main road next to mc donald basavangudi, bangalore 560004

                        Due due to some personel problem i cancelled the booking, vide my letter dtd:[protected] and requested the dealer to refund the amount.

                        The dealer deducted rs 3000/- & paid only rs 2000/-. I am being informed that, as per company rule rs 3000/- will be deducted on cancellation.

                        But nothing is mentioned in the receipt about deduction of the amount also i had not provided any booklet informing me about deduction of money on cancellation.

                        This is sheer in justice and cheating of innocent people.

                        I request you to get me refund of rs 3000/- immediately.
                        Awaiting your early response in this regard.

                          Following are my grieviences
                          1. They kept my for 15 days to service unnecessary just to increase their service charges

                          2. There was no estimation provided to me before starting the job. Hence by doing trial and error method replaced parts one by one to sell their spare parts

                          3. Total bill is rs. 60, 000/-

                          4. After assembly still there was an engine malfunction error indicator light they couldn't do

                          5.;one staff was shouting at us if i ask for reason to delay in service

                          6. There was no feedback call from hyundai after the service

                          7. Inspire of putting so many complaints in facebook and twitter, no response from hyundai customer care and it's representative for the past one month

                          View above it is totally disturbing my mental peace

                            I have purchased xcent on 02/01/2015 with extended warranty but i been following up from january to provide but they hv not provided the same as sales executive is telling reason one or other to delay the same but when i called hyundai call center they said its not punched for extended warranty.                               From last 15 day i have given my hyundai i 20 (Mh 20 cs 4994) in your authorised service center bhuvan wheels, today they give me the delivery of vechile with out trail, now i observed that the work has not been done on vechile and same problems are continoued with vechile and this is repeted issue with bhuvan wheels.
                              They are not providing proper service. Their responce to work and language is not proper. They are using abise langauge with coustmer.

                              Now for this issue i m submitting my vechile to bhuvan wheels and file a case against hyundai and bhuvan wheels in consumer court aginst this repeted mental harsment.

                              Please look into this issue seriously.

                                With ref to the subject vin malch41wr5m133912
                                I purchased a radiator cap from united motors s. B. Temple road gulbarga karnataka. Who are the authorised dealer's for hyundai cars.
                                I took the car to their shop and asked for the radiator cap, the receptionist checked my car and she gave me a radiator cap with part no[protected].
                                It fitted well with my cars radiator and used for few days then one day the radiator cooling pipe busted when i was travelling to outstation due to sudden stoppage of my car on a speed breaker.
                                When i consulted the mechanic he said that the cap was put with wrong capacity, he showed me the punch marks which says 1.4 where as my old radiator cap had 0.9.
                                When i went back to united motors after this the receptionist talked to the customer care and confirmed that it was wrong part given to me.
                                And now the receptionist does not want to apologize for this and she ended up with argument with me
                                When i spoke to the owner mr gaffar, he says that the punch marks and vin doesn't matter, if it fits in the radiator then it's the correct part.
                                Kindly advice and take necessary action against this.

                                  I would like to inform you that i am very very 100 times disappointing with your services and will never recommend to any person for unity hyundai even i am thinking to take some legal action for you.
                                  I serviced my car with your service center and spend approx. 35000 but after this i am facing many problems in my car like my rear mirrors not working fine creating so much problems. Main i am facing problem in my ac this working like table fan before this there was no problem in my ac and when they dispatched my car saying it is like new car you will not face any problem in the future i was very happy to hear this. You know why i chooses your service center because i was trusting on you but now it’s broken. Also i agreed to pay more money and did not go to another service center because i do not want to go again and again due to lack of time. But again i visited there and showed them they were saying that it is minor problem you can fix it anywhere but do not this in our service center because this service center will charge you a lot why they said this i am not able to understand should i think did they also same with me??
                                  My car was in your service center for more than 20 days why they did with my car i am not getting it. You should check thoroughly before dispatching the car really disappointing.

                                    I purchase grand i 10 car and whan i purchase executive told me that if anybody purchase any car in your reference you get gift voucher of rs. 5000/-, one of my society member purchase grand i 10 car and when i call mirrikh executive to give my gift voucher he told me that u may not get it because your reference person purchase car after 2 months, mirrikh executive does not told me regarding within 1 month if anybody purchase car u get gift voucher.                                       This is to inform that i had meeting with mr gaurav (Rpsm) ; mr. Abhinav narula and mr manjit singh (Service manager of berkeley). My concern is about engine noise at particular lower rpms[protected]rpm. He was trying to convince me about the engine growl which usually automatics do just before the auto gear shift. Growl is good sound which we usually love to hear. But my car does “knock knock sound” even if we keep the car at particular rpm which not even a single car does as far as i know. At particular fixed rpm ; engine, torque converter and transmission are in sync and there should not be any noise and they are in kind of locked state. Hyundai appointed that guy for meeting with me, who have not even tried to test drove this auto or manual hyundai car before meeting me. After meeting he is telling me that he will drive the car and will see. This issue was reported to berkeley within 12 hrs after taking delivery including night hours. I know that u will not accept this issue because its newly launched car and u don’t want to be in news by saying that this new car got issue on day 1. I will stop posting facebook comments if you are considering it to replace the car. You have not satisfied ur loyalist 7yr old customer inspite of spending 12.6 lakh on ur so called premium car. Why u people don’t understand one simple thing, i booked my car with u almost 25 days before launch expecting good product and performance because i was having high hopes and good faith in hyundai. We are already having 3 hyundai products costing 29lakhs + 12.60 lakh (New verna) with total cost of more than 40 lakhs. Even yesterday also, before meeting at berkeley chd, we were planning for new elite i20 for my sis-in-law. Plan the meeting i[censored] are considering to replace the car otherwise these complaints will go on social media, through mails and in person. Your product has created so much noise in our family too and affecting everyone and including mine health also. No peace of mind. U didn’t let me test drove the vehicle because hyundai don’t offer this for automatics which i was requesting again and again at that time. But i booked the car bcoz i was having faith in ur cars and ur cars are usually good. Now hyundai is giving me option that we can keep the car in “used car” and u have to suffer the loss of depriciation. Why hyundai why??? Why me???.

                                      Kindy replace the car. This is what i want. Car is still with dealers and dealers are not allowed to use it as test drive vehicle for other people. Hyundai will be held responsible if any damage occurs.
