And hea is not ready to call mea even though i called him serval times. He is not interested to provide car to us if this is so we can search other company car their is lots of company in the market so take the necessary step

    I booked hyundai creta 1.6 crdi sxo polar white with r square hyundai chembur on 29 august 2017.
    At the time of booking, i received price protection from them. As per discussion and commitment from r square price will not increase at the time of delivery wrt. Implementation of cess/gst and any further increase by hyundai motors or r square hyundai. On that basis i booked car with them.

    The car ordered on my name. I already paid car amount to r square hyundai chembur.

    Car delivery is on occasion of dussehra. I received call from r square day before delivery around 10 pm and they are forcing me pay difference of increased amount. This is really shocking and unexpected to me to know one day before delivery. As soon as i received call from r square, i called hmil customer care and registered this issue. I got cheated from r square hyundai
    I am not stupid and I understand cars but your agent kanwaljeet Singh is so arrogant he just wants to sell rather than addressing my problem. He has freaked me out continuously asking for more money.

      Actually i had purchased i 10 era model from planet hyundai and since last 8 yeras i had been servicing their but i m quite dissatisfied by service actually i hv noise problem when my car shows odometer 92000/ they had changed baring but when i had received car i told that noise problem is not resolve but executive had given false argument that its due to ur wheel and with barng other thing they charged 22000/ ok then after 3 months when i had given in service same problem i had put they had told to change baring i argued but they couldn't give me satisfactory answer bill was with other thing 12000/ ok when i receive car i had told that i do not want any noise but when i take trial i told that noise was their they couldn't explain me even when they had called me for rating their service i had not rated but they had told me to come and to show i m business man i donot have such time to go and every now and then i m sorry but the performance of planet hyundai sola branch is very poor i m quite disappointed with service in future i would never purchase hyundai car as my problem does not resolve japan joshi [protected] ahmedabad

        I have purchased a hyundai xcent car in moth of august 2014 (Wb20ag1865) and car has covered the distance 23920km. Recently car's accelerator has failed in running condition. I have shown it in service centre they are saying car's central controlling system ha damaged. But ho it can be happened without any accident as car has covered distance 23920km only. I think it is manufacturing defect. Please look into the matter and replace it free of cost.

          Hi,
          My i10 is vibrating a lot at speed of 70-80 kmps. Two of your service centres *unity, jahagir puri & *himgiri, dilshad garden are not able to resolve it. They told me that the problem is with tyres. Its driven only 20000 kms and tyres are absolutely fine according to mrf. I am struggling for last 6 months. Please help.

          The vibration is very annoying. The only treatment service centres have offerred is tyre replacement. They have not checked anything else. I am fed up with all this and need your help.

            Hi,

            I have i20 elite (Asta), purchesed in mid of april 2015, till date aprox 13500 km covered.

            On sunday evening, 24th sep 2017, it wsa not started, even after number of attempts.

            Called service engineer for capital hyundai, noida, sec 63. He examined and said, it needs to take to service centre. He started my car with jumping. I took the car to service center with him.

            At service center, has been told that battery is dead, required to replace it
            (Not sure what quality company providing on only 13500 km battery is dead even whem my car is running every day, no huge traffic, single person driving as well).

            After my confirmation they completed all the formalities and took my car inside the service center for fitting of battery.

            Finnaly they came up for billing, i saw the invoce and noticed battery named for i10, have asked why it is they informed both vechile having same battery fitting, any way i don't have any choice as vechile is not starting and battery is already fitted so i paid the amount.

            Later i checked on internet and found i20 having different fitting.

            Now not sure what is the impact on vechile in future as well as what extra i paid.

            Finally it seems hyundai does not have there brand value not on authenticity as well as quality they are providing...

            Can anyone one let me know what will happen to the vechile??? And why they do so...

              Booked creta sx on 21.08.17 making full payment. Was told delivery shall be within 2-3 weeks. I followed up with the dealership continuously. Each time i was promised 2-3 days delay. Now today on 27.08.17, more than a month after booking, i am told that there are manufacturing delays and delivery is only possible by 8th nov, 17.
              I am waiting.

                Mh12ld4528- today my car hyundai i-20- sports was not getting started as i predict my ingnition "self start"was not working and at that moment it was raining heavily out side. With me my wife was there and we were totally surprised by this situation.
                From past 4 years i have been loyaly associated with sanjay hyundai hadapsar. I tried calling them there was no response, every year i buy insurance from sanjay hyundai and they charge me very good amount and insure me that i will get hyundai service from any where in india but i didn't get any support from then
                In next step i tried calling hyundai emergency number, executive was busy in explaining me that my roadside service facility got expired. I have been totally shocked with call center executive response and time to taken time to provide me solution at this emergency situation.
                Finally road side people pushed my car and am able to reach home.

                Now my concern points are below:
                - is hyundai only responsible to sale there car and provide support to customer only till warranty.
                - why executive are not aware which service work station will support near by can provide road side services
                - in certain situations do customer have to hold there phone for hour to just get call diverted to other call centre

                I am highly disappointed with hyundai and sanjay hyundai this time. I have never expected such support provided.
                Also let me know why i will refer anyone after this incidence.

                Am very sure i have to take my car at hyundai workstation or rather give several call to get help from hyundai service station.

                  When i bought this car they have given me a car which has dent in doors already from company side when i complain regarding this they fix it but now that part of car color is light they not fixing it the sale manager whose name is manish is not picking up my call he said to me he cant do anything i have alot problem with car this car is givng me low average after even first service first service is not done proerly i took my car to service center they not fixing this i took my car to showroom they not responding

                    Respected sir/madam,

                    I am dr jitendra wadhwani, a victim customer of hyundai. I have a grand i10, asta 2014 model car (Registration no: hr12y3474) which got damaged in an accident on[protected] in rohtak, haryana, india. I have my vehicle insured from hdfc ergo with zero depreciation policy. I reached at srishti hyndai workshop in rohtak with my vehicle. I was attended there by service advisor sunil, who inspected my vehicle for the damage and told me that repair will be done for the damaged rear door and rear bumper after inspection by officer of hdfc ergo and promised me to deliver my vehicle by[protected] and got my signature at 2 places (One of which stating "i hereby certify that the repairs have been carried out to my entire satisfaction"). I opposed signing this column but he told me that "this is the way we carry out work here". I had no option left but to sign the certification that i was not sure of.
                    Up till[protected] i did not receive any call from hyundai service advisor. I called him out of worry regarding status of my vehicle but i was told that "work has still not been done and some things are pending". On 14-09-17 i got a call from service advisor sunil that there had been an accident in srishti hyundai workshop on[protected], in which around 4 vehicles caught fire along with rear door and bumper of my vehicle which was allegedly kept in workshop for painting. This was the time when my experience with srishti hyundai started worsening. For the next six days there was no follow up call from srishti hyundai, and service advisor sunil was also not picking up by call. Such a shameful behavior was not expected from brand like hyundai, who promises so much about customer’s convenience and comfort. By this attitude of the service providers, i began to panic even more. I went to the srishti hyundai workshop for the follow up of my vehicle but did not get any promising answer. The service advisor sunil refused to promise any date in near future for delivery of my own vehicle. He gave me reason that "srishti hyundai insurance company's (New india insurance) inspection and approval is pending, so he will not get my vehicle repaired till then". He gave me assurance that till[protected] all the formalities will be done and he will call me very soon in this matter. On[protected] after no response and continued harassment, i called sunil, but he kept his phone on switched off mode for whole day. I called another service advisor "arun" who was also aware of the whole incident. Arun like other false promises from hyundai, promised to call me in 2 days regarding the updates on repair of my vehicle, but as per the nature of hyundai i did not receive any call from him too. Today it is been about more than 3 weeks, and my vehicle is under arrest of srishti hyundai, rohtak who has burnt it too. I have only one vehicle which is not with me because of irresponsible and negligent behavior of srishti hyundai and its employees towards the customers of hyundai. I face so much difficulty in travelling for my job because of srishti hyundai. They have not even offered me a replacement vehicle meanwhile as a condolence to what they have made me go through. It’s very painful for me to say that “i should have never ever trusted hyundai brand” as its true face is now in front of me filled with lots of false promises regarding customer services.

                    I kindly request you to look in to this matter, as it’s not me alone in this agony. Many customers are facing problems because of this attitude of srishti hyundai, rohtak, haryana, india.
                    For your ready reference i have attached copy of receipt i got while handing over the vehicle at srishti hyundai, rohtak on 04-09-17

                    Only 5 stars will be available for hyundai brand
                    But (-5) stars will be for shristi hyundai rohtak
                    I didn't get any cooperation from the staff
                    Specially manager
                    Neither he deliver my car on tym
                    Whole 4 hours had to wait for delivering the car to me.
                    Very poor experiance from shristi hyundai
                    I suggest my families and friends i[censored] purchase hyundai cars dn plz don't purchase for shristi hyundai rohtak. Very bad experience.।

                      I have purchased a hyundai grand i 10 sportz from dealer 'pothens hyundai', trivandrum on 26/06/2017.
                      On making the final payment, they have promised me that i will get my corporate discount of rs. 5000/- from hyundai motors after 45 days from purchase date. Three months have passed after my purchase but noting happened.
                      I humbly request you to send me my dd for rs.5000/- payable to me as per the purchase agreement.
                      The dealer does not respond to my phone calls, and so kindly treat this mail as an initial notice for payment
                      Of corporate bonus discount of rs.5000/-, and after 30 days if i didn't received the amount

                        I, usha agarwal had sent my verna car jh05ac/3659 to your showroom due to sound in engine on dated[protected]. I was told, that engine requires complete repair. Then on dated 10.08.17
                        I saw handed over my car after complete engine repair, that cost me total rs 151000/-. Now after running approx. 2200 km after engine repair same sound from engine is coming now also.
                        I, therefore request you to kindly inspect the engine through trained mechanic and resolve the problem.

We were in panic very imbrasing situation. We were told that 5 liter of patrol is there in tank. But it was empty

Sir, i hv some problem regarding my i-10 sports car after buying from akash hyundai, guwahati.in your computer system shows that this car had been sold on may 2016. But i bought my car on 28 th october 2016.in manual i noticed some illegal over writing after using whitener eraser. This proved a serious injustice to me. So, i want to complain with you regarding my car problems which was raising continuously after 28 th october 2016. (Whether its horn problem or first gear problem).                               We purchased hyundai creta up16 bl 0830 in january 2017 from capital hyundai showroom in noida. On september 12, 2017, we noticed that -

                              Abs light was constantly switched on
                              Hand break sign was constantly on
                              Speedometer was not working
                              Fuel meter was showing false reading

                              We rushed to capital hyundai in sector 16 noida to get it checked. After one hour of inspection, they were not able to state a diagnosis and asked us to leave the car with them for 24 hours.

                              On september 13, we were told there was a fault with the abs system and a part would need to be imported from chennai. This would take about 7-8 days and we could either leave the car at the service centre for this time or take it home. We were advised to not drive the car for this time period.

                              After regular followups and chasing the officials, we finally received an email stating that you have requested to import the part on sept 19, 2017! Full 7 days after the issue occured.

                              After this we have just been told it will take more time. No date has been given.

                              We have been incurring expenses in terms of hefty cab bills and constant inconvenience. This is not short of harassment and your officials have no answer to give. This service is abysmal and we are forced to pursue this legally to settle this.

                                    I tejraj makar purchased a hyundai eon magna + on 25th sep 2017 from infinity ventures dealer at jharsuguda. But as pet customer docket they have taken rs 16098 amount for insurance with zero depreciation facility but surprisely i come to know that the actual insrance premium is rs 14303 as per the insurance policy no 201130110117800022000000 which means they have taken rs 1795 mount excess from me and now when i am asking for the reversal they are denieing from the reversal with a answer to me that it was adjusted in exshowrioexshowroom price. It hurts to me when big company liky hyundai cheating with customer. Finally i decided to put this complain in consumer forum if it was not reverse to me within a week.

                                      My car jh05ar4459 elantra at was sent to ramgarh service station for routine servicing on 16th aug. And after servicing vehicle was returned with an advise to bring back the car for bake shoe and steering work after 10 days when the parts arrive.

                                      Accordingly, car was sent on 15th sep (A delay of one month to get the parts) again on 16th sep (No work was done and car returned)

                                      Again car was called on 20th sep for two days to repair. But sorry to inform that service centre is holding my car on one reason or other (Parts not available/ wrong part came/ we are requisitioning again)

                                      And no guarantee or factual time estimate is available. Very poor service and attitude. Please help if you can, i am advising my other colleagues not to send hyundai cars to ramgarh service station

                                        Extremely dissapointed with the toll free no being services ftom gurugram. I had called for roadside assistance and was switched between several people for 16 minutes. At the end of the call my request was not completed
