Dear sir,
I own a i20 model with registration number wb 06l 9452 for which the last free service was done on 29/06/2017. The car is currently in bangalore.
On the 15th of august our complex premises got water logged and water got into the vehicle. As i stay in kolkata my husband uses it in bangalore and unfortunately he was also in kolkata at that point of time.

During the last service we had paid a sum of rs.900/- approx for emergency pickup, so we phoned the garage namely advaith motors pvt. Ltd j. P. Nagar bangalore, where our last service was done to pick-up and service the vehicle.

The person concerned was mr. Shiv kumar mobile no. [protected] who was my first point contact in the garage said it will take 3 to 4 days time to pickup the car. Which ultimately he did not do.

Ultimately i had to take leave from by bank which and come to bangalore. (Being in a responsible position i cannot take leave suddenly). On the 2nd of september i got the vehicle towed to the garage.

On presentation i was told the repair cost will go to about rs.70, 000/- and we should go for insurance, which i did, but today when i call them to take an update, they say that the cost of repair will exceed the idv.

I wonder it this service centre and their engineers have any knowledge about the vehicle that they are handling. Over and above they say that i will be charged rs.250/- per day for parking and i should quickly take the vehicle out.

I request you to take some urgent action.

    I have booked a hyundai xcent from ss hyundai, thiruvalla. A booking amount of 1000 rupees cash and a cash cheque of 136000 was given. Unfortunately due to some personal reasons i had cancelled booking. But the booking amount and cash cheque is not given back yet. Thethecar was booked in the name thomas jiji thomas. The cancellation letter was given on 28/08/2017. Please do necessary action to get back my booking amount and cheque.

        Yesterday on 14 July 2017(Bill no. R[protected] i have visited arise hyundia Srinagar J&K for repair of quater glass of my i10, megna costs Rs 231 but they charged me the work of only 10 minutes rs 254 as labour charges which i think is not justice with customers and other companies are not charge such huge amount. And there is not proper waiting room for customers.

          I request the other members who facing either the same problem or any other technical glitch in Hyundai cars. kindly contact me - [protected]@gmail.com. ([protected]) I m taking up the case to consumer board. If you like to appeal along with my petition kindly send a mail along with all the relevant details.

          Details -

          My vehicle is facing this for the third time(Even after changing the clutch - I still face problem in shifting the first gear [After requesting them to look into it, they haven't done so]). Its is just dont care policies of such companies which is costing the consumer segment of India to bear with all critical problems. Since we don't raise any sort of problems and rarely knock the consumer and compliance board such company takes up the customers lightly and escape with out any legalities. This is not just because of me getting affected( I have considered every bit to take the action on behalf of everybody)

          The reasons are simple but hard to swallow
          1) I would like to myself into perspective (The first time i had a clutch worn out (7000 KM 2 or 3rd month of purchase) in the middle of the road(Below kathipara Junction(Chennai) Chennaites know this road as one of the busiest road) I literally had know sign of clutch wearing out, it was sudden, behind my vehicle was a City Bus and lot of other vehicles infront of me and on my sides(Traveling at 50 - 70 KMPH). I have driving experience of 6+ years( And experience doesnt matter but also presence of mind which made me to pull over with emergency brakes[Probably which helped in avoiding accidents]). It is one of the major points to be taken (There are too many lives at stake, be it driver/passenger and other commuters).

          The first point itself adds upto rest of things and it is our right to demand. So request others to put up your voice together. kindly get in touch at [protected]@gmail.com

            I am tp rajapadman from kerala. I kindly forward this mail because of due the refund cash. I have elite i20 on 18/08/2017 in mgf hyundai kottayam. Now its get 1 month but the refund cash has not credited on the bank. We are satisfied to our executive dealer but your head office account section is irresponsible to do there job. So i kindly request you to speed up the refunding process.
            I'm Nitesh Kumar Nagar & I have booked I 20 sports plus through Kota Automobiles Pvt Ltd on dated 27 July 2020 & for the booking, I transferred Rs. 5000/- to the dealer (Detail attached).
            But due to delayed in providing quotation by the dealer & some financial reason, I'm not able to purchase the same.
            Therefore I requested to dealer for the refund of booking amount, but after passing 1& half Month they didn't refund the same & always give some execuses.
            So I requested to you please make some initiative for the refund the same & I'll be thankful to you.

              I purchased new verna from your above mentioned dealer. Last week there was little fault in my new car. When i approached your dealer and he was unable to solve my car problem. Further more he said that your car complaint will be solved by monday. But your dealer could not solve my problem on monday too. So please cancel the dealership of this dealer as they dont have spare parts with them. Moreover the dealing is not satisfactory.
              Please take serious action as i faced very much financial loss due to your dealer service.

                Respected sir, i am dr. M. Bhaskar from dharmapuri, tamilnadu. Sir i have booked hyundai creta sx (O) on 6.9.2017 with cash payment of 1.99 lakh rupees and cheque of 2.62 lakh rupees and on 8.9.2019 i paid remaining 10 lakhs rupees by sbi salem by cheque, and l was assured by sales person and general manager that i will be charged the car rate according to price on that day and car allocation also done. Subsequently by gst the was revised on 10.9.2017, the golden hyundai demands that though l booked the car before the revised price, billing was not done and invoice not raised due to administrative reasons, so that i should pay extra revised price. I am very much disappointed the way golden hyundai responds to their customers, it is not my fault by not raising the invoice before 9 the september. After driving 12 years of ford this time i wanted to switch over to hyundai, but the way they react and cheering the customers for which we are not responsible is very horrible sir. Still i am interested and hope that you will do the needful in getting my creta in price on which day i booked. Kindly do the needful sir. My contact number, [protected]

                  I purchased new grand i10 car from blue hyundai. Unfortunately met with accident. It need repair for body damages on left side, left side front wheel rim, front & back wheel cap replacement & ovrm mirror repair. The car was delivered by charging around 60, 000 but next day i noticed that they had not replaced left side wheel rim, damaged wheel caps and not repaired mirror. When approached service center, i was replied that that have replaced on right side in error and took more then 2hours to repair. More over i noticed that the car was being polished with ac on and doors opened which will damage compressor.in simple terms hyundai service means cheating, misguiding, looting it's customer. It is no value for money. Day robbers. Best to avoid hyundai cars.

I have complaint against this to customer care at least three times, but they did not give any response. Their dealing is not up to mark. They did not take my issue seriously.                         I have booked for new i20, while booking sales person mr. Snehal patel (Hyundai bharuch location) committed to deliver in 12 to maximum 15 days though after 17 days from booking date he was still not confirm of the date of delivery so due to totally irresponsible and poor service i opted to cancel the order. When i told him to cancel the order he told me that i will be charged rs.3000/- for canceling the order though while booking an order he didn't informed me about this charges.
                        As he is failed to deliver his commitment then why should i pay the charges as its not my but totally his fault. Secondly the way he responded me on phone while cancelling the order was totally unprofessional.

                          greetings for the day.
                          this is for your kind reference and notice that I've purchased a new elite magna in January 2016, the vehicle is being insured by your authorised dealer m/s Godawri motors pvt Ltd MOGA (Punjab) the same renewed by them as well. now my vehicle has been damaged 9 April 2017 on ferozpurr road near golu ka maur. the vehicle has been towed to the Godawri motors pvt Ltd by us on 18/7/2017
                          the vehicle sent to them late due to Police case with the vehicle. the concerned documents has been handover to the Godawri motors pvt Ltd on the same day .
                          now they people lingering on the claim settlement and asking for undue demands which are unethical and are not possible for me to do.
                          they made a estimate 6 lac for this car and the vehicle is supposed to be led as total loss.
                          the vehicle is irreparable and now they people asking for 5% estimate charges and 350 per day parking charges excluding GST.
                          sir,
                          I've a pet customer of Hyundai and I'm having 15-20 Hyundai cars in my family and friend circle .I wanna buy a New Hyundai Cereta.
                          Godawri motors pvt Ltd itself renewed my insurance then why I'm suffering in that way.
                          is this the way to deal with the customer who is facing monetary loss and facing mental tensions as well.
                          I'm requesting you to pls look into the matter and direct them to serve me in right manner because I've completed all the formalities asked by them. the claim settlement is late due to their system issues and it's not my fault..

                            This is to inform you that i have purchased i20 magna (P) white from your showroom (Elroy motors pvt ltd, defence colony, delhi) on[protected]. Which is having registration no - dl2cat6202. This vehicle i have fiananced by the bank of baroda but from your end hp lien on the vehicle is wrongly noted in the favour of allahbad bank. Although from feb'2015 i regularly complaining for the same to your employees even i have spoken many of them, but none of the action has been taken yet which is highly disappointed. Infact bank of baroda itself sent letter to you but no response from your side. I bought hyundai product as we all have full faith in that but brand like you can also done this kind of mistake, can't be acceptable. Customers problem is companies problem, it's your duty to solve our issues but i think hyundai is not made for that. Its just gave me a disappointment that why i bought this vehicle.

                            now once again i request you to pls look into this matter and do the needful urgently by following up with the transport department, nct of delhi.

                              Ap09cw0376 dissappointing to say that a vehicle hyundai i10 catches fire while driving and dropped at the showroom and compensation for replacement and repairs and compensation of life which we would have lost if timely lock would not have been opened and we would not have moved out as compensation request was made as it was due to compabies defect which it caught fire and not an accident still their is no response from the service centre been 4 days over with this incident photo and videos were also attached with the complaint receipt of the nearby police station the things are not yet sorted out as i belong to the hyundai family did not want to make companies name publicly low but due to this unwanted situations i will be left with no option rather filibg official complaint and media so requesting u to quuery and revert as early as possible
                              Plz provide me details of fire causes as my car also damaged due to fire in car and I am filling a report in consumer forum, your feedback will help to fight with company

                                I have changed the clutch plate on 19th june 2017 but in less than 3 months it has again gone faulty. Now kothari hyundai service centre wants to change it again and asks me to bear all the cost. Is this justified that in less than 3 months something that is replaced frm authorized service center is of such a poor quality? First clutch plate ran for 9+ years and 34000 kms and this one is faulty in 5000 kms.
                                Need your suggestion on how to take this matter with higher authorities or is there any legal process that can b initiated against them if not they will keep on looting people without any fear of poor quality of service

Kafi time aap k consutmer care number per call kar chuka hoon... Bt koi solution nh nukla hai... Or main aap k service center per visit kar-2 k thak chuka hoon... Plz help me... Ye meri or meri family ki first hyundai car hai or is car ka experience bhoot bura hai aab tak... Use phele main or meri family kafi samay se maruti, honda or toyota ki car use kar rhe hai...                                     Dear sir/madam,

                                    I have given my excent (Od05l5930) in your authorized dealer utkal hyundai at bhubaneswar on 23rd aug 2017 for servicing. They have committed to deliver the vehicle next day, but next day we found the h assembly and other body part has damaged in accident so that we claimed in insurance, the service adviser committed to deliver the vehicle on 31st aug, so immediately i complained for this duration and asked that” you will take 8 days”, they told that “insurance people will take 2/3 days and ac repair also will take 2/3 days”. Therefore i convinced and the service advisor gave us the order sheet in which all the problems has mentioned and also the estimation which is max of inr 12, 000 (Rupees twelve thousand only) apart from insurance job has also mentioned. But they have not called up to 1st sept 2017 to deliver the vehicle, so that i called up the service advisor he argued with me that “ it is not the job which is complete in 8 days”. Finally they called me on 7th sept. 2107 to deliver the vehicle. But now they are charging me after insurance claim i should pay (Inr 26000.00 (Rupees twenty six thousand). How can pay this amount? Estimation is 12000 actual is 26000, is it a joke?
                                    Therefore i am requesting you to suggest me what i should do. I cannot pay the above amount what they charged.

                                      I am mukesh m band. Sir i have purchased hyundai creta from jaya hyundai latur on dt 29 aug 2017. Today is 10 sep 2017 still i have not recieved crtm of my car. I have called respective showroom many times. But their employees are not recieving my call and not clearly mentioning me the reason for late. Sir i have trusted hyundai but today i am feeling harrased by you people. If you cant give customer satisfaction then why you offer the car. I have paid 12 lakh ruppes and still not getting any customer satisfaction this is embrassing. I will go to consumer court against you and your showroom in latur. Following employees of your showroom are taking rudely to me. Names of them are

                                        I had taken car during january but i am yet to receive my smart card. Smart card once given to me had an error for which the revised one is still not provided to me. It had already been 8 months since i have got my car. Please help. Name of dealer is mukesh hyundai.
