car catching fire because of short circuit

Ap09cw0376 dissappointing to say that a vehicle hyundai i10 catches fire while driving and dropped at the showroom and compensation for replacement and repairs and compensation of life which we would have lost if timely lock would not have been opened and we would not have moved out as compensation request was made as it was due to compabies defect which it caught fire and not an accident still their is no response from the service centre...

new clutch plate faulty

I have changed the clutch plate on 19th june 2017 but in less than 3 months it has again gone faulty. Now kothari hyundai service centre wants to change it again and asks me to bear all the cost. Is this justified that in less than 3 months something that is replaced frm authorized service center is of such a poor quality? First clutch plate ran for 9+ years and 34000 kms and this one is faulty in 5000 kms.
