Dear sir/madam,

I have given my excent (Od05l5930) in your authorized dealer utkal hyundai at bhubaneswar on 23rd aug 2017 for servicing. They have committed to deliver the vehicle next day, but next day we found the h assembly and other body part has damaged in accident so that we claimed in insurance, the service adviser committed to deliver the vehicle on 31st aug, so immediately i complained for this duration and asked that” you will take 8 days”, they told that “insurance people will take 2/3 days and ac repair also will take 2/3 days”. Therefore i convinced and the service advisor gave us the order sheet in which all the problems has mentioned and also the estimation which is max of inr 12, 000 (Rupees twelve thousand only) apart from insurance job has also mentioned. But they have not called up to 1st sept 2017 to deliver the vehicle, so that i called up the service advisor he argued with me that “ it is not the job which is complete in 8 days”. Finally they called me on 7th sept. 2107 to deliver the vehicle. But now they are charging me after insurance claim i should pay (Inr 26000.00 (Rupees twenty six thousand). How can pay this amount? Estimation is 12000 actual is 26000, is it a joke?
Therefore i am requesting you to suggest me what i should do. I cannot pay the above amount what they charged.

    Dear sir,
    I am mukesh m band. Sir i have purchased hyundai creta from jaya hyundai latur on dt 29 aug 2017. Today is 10 sep 2017 still i have not recieved crtm of my car. I have called respective showroom many times. But their employees are not recieving my call and not clearly mentioning me the reason for late. Sir i have trusted hyundai but today i am feeling harrased by you people. If you cant give customer satisfaction then why you offer the car. I have paid 12 lakh ruppes and still not getting any customer satisfaction this is embrassing. I will go to consumer court against you and your showroom in latur. Following employees of your showroom are taking rudely to me. Names of them are

        I had buyed a new i20 astha full option on 2nd august last month and it has been made a small accident by mistakes by other car, when i check with showroom servicer they advised me that we need to change the door, and i submited my car the on next day itself, on 25th august in kottakal kerala hyundai showroom. And they told me that till now they didnt found the new door stock in kerala, already 15dayz over there in no any update about door, itz too bad, how i can suggest to my friends to hyundai, even i cant get a single door for last 15days. If this way going its to difficult to continue hyundai car.

          A have face battery problem last 3 years. I have hyundai i10 sports 2011 model. My car battery discharge in 1 week, when car is stand condition in continue one week. I checked in service center hyundai aakasdeep sambalpur odessa but problem not solved. Than i have checked self with multimeter in battery negative terminal, i found battery take 0.15 amp this time all switch is off condition. Than i checked one by one fuse removing i found room lamp fuse when removed battery load is 0.0 amp, than re connect room lamp fuse battery load is 0.15 amp show in multimeter

            I was a proud second owner of hyundai i10 till recently which was sold out for my new car. Initially i preferred exchange offer in which the showroom asked sales invoice of the car. I went to the showroom where the car was purchased 9 years ago for sales invoice. My request was not accepted as in their book of records first owner is the person to ask for, but i legally transferred the car to my name, but they are not accepting that. To them i am a third party. The response i got was to bring letter from first owner whom i am not sure where he will be three years after i purchase the car from him. Whether he changed his address/whether is he is alive etc. But to my luck i got it sold to another friend before this situation could be solved.

            I humbly request the concerned authorities to look into these type of matters and do the needful so that any other customer like me does not face problems

But still i didn't received my car after repair and more over they committed date was two times slipped. They could not find out any exact complaint and date for delivery.                 Down town, o. P. Road, vadodara, gujarat. Its a hyundai dealer who makes customer fool. I went to down town for book i20 1.2 asta on 08/09/2017 but very poor and bad customer service of hyundai dealer made me angry they wants to clear there old stocks and laying to me that hyundai stopped production of i20 asta and i29 asta daul tone and they insist me for buy asta (O) variants or sports and also insist me for buy only white colour. How they insist to buy me a car of their choice they think that customer are fool. Then i went to another hyundai showroom name aldiam and booked 1.2 asta marina blue my choice of colour and variant. I request hyundai that take strict action against dealer like down town who make hyundai reputation get down.

                  Dear sir/ madam, i am ankit arora i am from saharanpur uttar pradesh, i have santro vehicle which one i purchased from saharanpur in 2011. Now i plan to purchase new vehicle xcent sx.in july 2017 last week we plan to purchase new car for family. Vehicle is not available in saharanpur so we decided to purchase vehicle from samrithi auto (Ambala) haryana. We communicate through call about the availability and price. We tell them first our banking work complete we will transfer the amount and take the car. But they (Executive parveen) call 3-5 times in the day between 26 to 29 july for booking amount, he tell he will be adjust the amount in vehicle payment, and he not tell the refund process. Due to some misshapening we postponed the plan. Now we contact for the refund he tell us as per company policy rs.3000 will be deduct. We have no issue if parveen tell us about at the time of booking, firstly he make pressure for booking. Now want rs.3000 deduct we contact also sales manager mr lakshya, he tell us that he say to parveen for refund policy to the customer but parveen did't.

                  Sir i just want my all rs 5000 back.

                      Hyundai offered discount of rs.90000 vide newspaper adv on[protected] but but the unityone hyundai on purchase of car do not pass on whole discount and misrepresented and charging even more than the final bill amount. I have made full payment of car but they are demanding excess payment without any justification for making delivery. Please look into the matter

                        I am hyundai user and i bought xcent in dec 2015 and since the day i got seat cover installed from hyundai panchkula itself in their service center as i got free seat covers from them either co driver seat or driver seat is making noise from inside. And its very bad like some metal is broken inside the seat i contacted berkeley plot no. 375, 87, industrial area phase 1, panchkula – 134113. But i did not get any resolution. Then i took 4 times to get this checked by your service team from where i purchase this 1022/6, nh-22 near, saini dhaba (Hr), kalka, haryana – 133302 now they move to a different location which is not updated on google. There your mechanic checked my seats 4 times means four different days and he said that the sound is from inside the seat so i ask them to replace the seat whichever is making noise as my car is under warranty. And it’s been 2 years every one giving me run around my warranty on the car is about to expire. So i think, the warranty is just a myth that hyundai giving to their customer. Now you can understand my frustration level. This is the last complaint letter that i am sending across to you guys after 48 hrs. I am going to file legal complaint with court and send this message on whatsapp so everyone come to know about hyundai after sales customer service.
                        So do you think i can renew my warranty again?

                        And i am sure you guys now media is the fastest way to convey your message to all over world.
                        I want seat to be change as it was manufacture fault.

                          Dear sir,
                          I bough one hyundai creta sx+ diesel 1.6 suv from popular hyundai, kochi. By last week.
                          I would like to highlight you that, i received car's stepney wheel is not as per other 4 wheels (Diamond cut alloy wheel)!!!
                          Why you are not providing alloy wheel for stepney??
                          Others all are providing (Ford. Toyota, honda etc.. Etc..) stepney same as other wheels? Why you can't.
                          Even in gulf, hyundai is providing alloy wheel for stepney too.
                          Either you need to have clearly given in your manual or delayers should be explained since buying.. (See attached manual with key features.)
                          I already been complaint hyundai, kochi. But still not get any proper answer yet.

                            I mr. Puran chhetri owner of hyundai grand i10 sportz am resident of salbari siliguri. I had purchased above mentioned car on 22nd dec 2016. I also paid all the amount applicable to purchase new car. Almost 08 months has been past since i purchased a/m car, but till today i have not been given registration number. I visited more than 10 or inquired frequently with hyundai showroom. Every time i did not get suitable reply. Some times they said registration is being done by rt office and some time they said registration will be done by showroom itself. Where as other automobile dealers like maruti, toyota, renault are issuing registration number within one & half months. I did not understand what is the problem with hyundai showroom? The following are details of my car:

                              I buy your hyundai i20 asta diesel in 11months back in your dealer talwar hyundai hyderabad, after two three months iam getting ac problems some time ac turned automatically in heat or wind side defrog mode and change air position face to foot or middle or auto to normal, normal to auto at this time ac going to heat mode.
                              Several times i complained in talwar service station they are very honestly tried but cannot find the problem. Till aim suffering this problem. Two months back i leave my car in work shop for 4days service technician told me to we find the problem the reasson is rats are came in to the bonet we are terrified it. After 4days i taken my car very next day again same problem. Yesterday i again given my car in talwar new work shop in bowinpally. My vehicle no is ts08fc0055. Aim not complaining work shop people there is good techiniciance and top responding but i dont know why the problem is not finding.                                     Dear sirs/madams,

                                    This is to inform you that i booked for a creta on 02 august 2017 and the person who dealt with me was mr prasanth of capital hyundai, block-5, sector-63, noida. The person promised me about the completion of purchase of the creta through csd meerut within 15 to 20 days of depositing the advance of rs 25, 000/- which i paid by cheque immediately. The money has been withdrawn from my account within 02 days and after that more than 01 month has passed and still there is no sign of the car. Whenever i have given him a ring, mr prasanth told me that either he is ill or he will visit or enquire meerut csd soon. It has been past 15 days since my bank loan from sbi has been passed and still the fellow wasted my time in some pretext or other. He did not even give me the proforma invoice inspite of repeated request. The bank enquired a dozen times about the proforma invoice and still there was no response from his side. Now, after past 07 days of the proforma invoice being emailed to me, mr prasanth rang me up today on 04 sep 2017 and said that the price of the car will increase as per new rule and tried to buy more time till 09 sep 2017. The way the fellow wasted my precious time is pathetic, unacceptable and lackadaisical and is totally unprofessional. I have decided to cancel my booking because i can't cough out rs 50-to-60 thousand more. I will like you to officially process my cancellation. Moreover, as it is because of a total lackadaisical attitude of your staff, ideally no penalty charges should be deducted for the cancellation of booking. As an army officer i am stunned to see such lack of commitment and the company should not keep such staffs without proper screening and should be sacked. During my conversation with mr prasanth, he was saying that cancellation would bring bad name to him. But i will like to raise the question that who will pay the extra money and why i will be considerate about not bringing upon bad name to some body who is callous, unprofessional and lies from the beginning.                                       I have paid rs.100, 000/- (One lakh) on 26th june. 2017 while booking of hyundai car i20 active with m/s. Ritu hyundai kongao kalyan thane, towards down payment as per booking norms, the balance amount was to arrange by the dealer through their financiers. On 27th june 2017 i am informed that the finance is not available due to some problem in sibil, so i have cancelled the purchase order and requested to the said dealer refund the down payment given to them as early as possible. And on their request i have given my bank a/c details to them, but now around more than 2 and half months over i am not paid the down payment. So i have contacted your customer service cell by phone and gave the above details and the asked me to contact ms latha poojari ccm of ritu hyundai, and same day i received a call from ms lata poojari to meet her, so went their office and she informed me that they will deduct rs. 10, 000/- from the down payment given to them for cancellation charges and penalty. So i am not agree with their point of deduction, and now i request you please intervene the matter and help me to get my payment as early as possible, and please don't push me to go for leagal battle with hyundai as i a customer of hyundai motors for the last 15 yrs. And also i am planning to buy your premium vehicle creata after getting the fund from my property sale.

                                      So kindly instruct the dealer to give my payment of rs. 100000/- without any further delay, otherwise i have to approach the consumer forum to get me justice.

                                        Hi,

                                        My car audio system show a error for upgrading the system, when i show this on hyundai service centre, they said we have no system for upgrading, you have to change the system.

                                        I dont understand why would i pay for new system, this is hyundai resposibility to resolve the issue.

                                        Kindly arrange to upgrade the system or any other method to resolve the issue.
