Dear sirs/madams,

This is to inform you that i booked for a creta on 02 august 2017 and the person who dealt with me was mr prasanth of capital hyundai, block-5, sector-63, noida. The person promised me about the completion of purchase of the creta through csd meerut within 15 to 20 days of depositing the advance of rs 25, 000/- which i paid by cheque immediately. The money has been withdrawn from my account within 02 days and after that more than 01 month has passed and still there is no sign of the car. Whenever i have given him a ring, mr prasanth told me that either he is ill or he will visit or enquire meerut csd soon. It has been past 15 days since my bank loan from sbi has been passed and still the fellow wasted my time in some pretext or other. He did not even give me the proforma invoice inspite of repeated request. The bank enquired a dozen times about the proforma invoice and still there was no response from his side. Now, after past 07 days of the proforma invoice being emailed to me, mr prasanth rang me up today on 04 sep 2017 and said that the price of the car will increase as per new rule and tried to buy more time till 09 sep 2017. The way the fellow wasted my precious time is pathetic, unacceptable and lackadaisical and is totally unprofessional. I have decided to cancel my booking because i can't cough out rs 50-to-60 thousand more. I will like you to officially process my cancellation. Moreover, as it is because of a total lackadaisical attitude of your staff, ideally no penalty charges should be deducted for the cancellation of booking. As an army officer i am stunned to see such lack of commitment and the company should not keep such staffs without proper screening and should be sacked. During my conversation with mr prasanth, he was saying that cancellation would bring bad name to him. But i will like to raise the question that who will pay the extra money and why i will be considerate about not bringing upon bad name to some body who is callous, unprofessional and lies from the beginning.     I have paid rs.100, 000/- (One lakh) on 26th june. 2017 while booking of hyundai car i20 active with m/s. Ritu hyundai kongao kalyan thane, towards down payment as per booking norms, the balance amount was to arrange by the dealer through their financiers. On 27th june 2017 i am informed that the finance is not available due to some problem in sibil, so i have cancelled the purchase order and requested to the said dealer refund the down payment given to them as early as possible. And on their request i have given my bank a/c details to them, but now around more than 2 and half months over i am not paid the down payment. So i have contacted your customer service cell by phone and gave the above details and the asked me to contact ms latha poojari ccm of ritu hyundai, and same day i received a call from ms lata poojari to meet her, so went their office and she informed me that they will deduct rs. 10, 000/- from the down payment given to them for cancellation charges and penalty. So i am not agree with their point of deduction, and now i request you please intervene the matter and help me to get my payment as early as possible, and please don't push me to go for leagal battle with hyundai as i a customer of hyundai motors for the last 15 yrs. And also i am planning to buy your premium vehicle creata after getting the fund from my property sale.

    So kindly instruct the dealer to give my payment of rs. 100000/- without any further delay, otherwise i have to approach the consumer forum to get me justice.

    I hope your good office will help me to get money without any further delay.

      Hi,

      My car audio system show a error for upgrading the system, when i show this on hyundai service centre, they said we have no system for upgrading, you have to change the system.

      I dont understand why would i pay for new system, this is hyundai resposibility to resolve the issue.

      Kindly arrange to upgrade the system or any other method to resolve the issue.

        Horn issues from day one horn not working properly (Connect - disconnect) dealer says that its manufacturing defect (Replacement with new car if manufacturing defects) no replacement given by him till three serving over if and also argument treatment with me and my family. From last 25 day i will follow but no any feedback and response from hyundai representative. Mr. Prasad sir[protected]Hmil west 3 regional office) also give the commitment but till not receiving my call.

            I would like to bring your kind attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had with your eon car. I have been a loyal customer since two years and feel that incomplete attention was given to my complains.
            Remote key operational issue — operational issue of car remote key for 6th time. When i raised the issue repeatedly they changed the battery - transmitter & battery on dt-23/01/2017 still the issue continue.
            On sunday september 03, when i bring the same issue during my 3rd servicing after checking out my vehicle, your representative conformed the problem and did only teasing of remote key to bring it to normal operation.

            Normal dents — normal dents of my car also not taken care for repairing during my 3rd servicing and suggested by your representative to do it in outer garage.

            The warranty is about to expire 15th of september-17, and i believe i am still entitle to a free repair because the existence of such serious defects in my car.
            I understand i am entitled to expect the things i buy are of acceptable quality. I am sure you will agree that in view of the above problems the vehicle was not of a reasonable standard.

            I am prepared to accept a repair of the vehicle at no cost to me. If repairs can be completed quickly and effectively i will consider the matter settled.

              The commitment of hyundai had failed to get my car on road since one month the right part has not come it has become very hard to believe if this is the future of the new car creta 1.6 petrol. The following points to your kind attention

              1. We were cheated by krishna hyundai by taking money for the part and very poor customer support by the general manager

              2. We were sold an old model of 2016 with no offers and discounts by mukesh hyundai which was highlighted by krishna hyundais general manager.

              3. Since one month the part has not come which is a complete disaster.

              4. Would like to thank mr ranbir dev for his kind help and commitment but failed to get the car back on track.

              If this is what we see the future of hyundai its a clear disaster for the new car for the comming years.

              But seek help to get my new car creta 1.6 petrol repaired as i have no option left then to sell the new car and file an appeal in the court for harrasment.

                Good morning sir/ madam,
                I purchased an eon car (Mala251alfm425858) on 11 december 2015 from kosmo hyundai ahuja automobiles batala road, amritsar.in december 2015 offers on hyundai cars were going on. I did cash payment of 345000 rupees according to that offer which was included (Insurance, registration certificate) on road charges as well. I had been given insurance documents on same day but your dealer asked me to get registration certificate after 3 days from his office. I went to get registration certificate after three days but he told me to come back another day because r. C is not ready yet. I kept going to his office and he kept to evade. Unfortunately after few days when i went again that office was closed permanently. Since that time i have been trying to contact in head office and regional office. But i haven’t found it very helpful. I almost ring every day to head office and get a same reply (You will contacted after 48 days) but no one got back to me so far. I feel like i just bought this car as a showpiece because without registration i am unable to use this car. I am getting harassed and in deep stress by such a well reputed company like hyundai and greatly shocked and disappointed with customer service i would appreciate it if you could organise and provide me registration certificate. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however matter is not resolved i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through consumer court.
                I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Your consideration would be greatly appreciated.

                  I bought i20 sportz model vtvt last year. I got my car insured through your agency garhshankar branch verma hyundai. The car registration number is pb 07 ba 8315 and the owner name is mrs lovdeep kaur. As the car has bought through bank loan. The current insurance policy has been bought through the agency but they wrongly wrote bank name state bank of patialan hoshiar pur rather state bank of india narur. When the manager asked me for the fresh insurance policy proof and was shocked to see the blunder in bank name. He asked me to get the branch name rectified. I contacted many times for this rectification since july. But the agency didn't respond. Please look into the matter.

                    I am very much disappointed regarding the service level of hyundai. I am using santro car uk o4 g 0266 since 2009. I never did my car service out of hyundai service center.
                    I am leaving in haldwani and in haldwani hyundai authorised dealer is sachin hyundai.

                    I saw whenever i went for service center people who are working they do not have any eticates that how assit to customers.

                    No one come in front of you for any help customer wait and no will reply you.

                    Today when i went there i compliant to the branch manager he also didn't me any reply finally i came out from the service center without service of my car.

                    That's a reason when i planned my second car i bought ford.

                    I never suggest to my any colleagues to purchase hyundai car because they are very poor in their services.

                    Please look into this matter no doubt hyundai is good brand but the people who they are working in service center they are not up to the mark.

                        Dear sir/maam,

                        I purchased a new car creta in october 2016, drive just 24000 kms till now, but facing a major problem in its tyres. They have used very poor quality tyres in such a costly car. The tyres statrted troubling me after 2 months. They are getting cracks. 3 tyres out of 5 have got cracks. And now when i have complained about it to the company, but the engineer from goodyear denied to replace the tyres. I am shocked that if a company like hyundai such a poor quality tyres in their costly cars. I guess a new tyres should run atleast[protected] kms. I am totally disappointed by the quality of tyres they use in their cars. Its really very harassing for me.

                        Please do the needfull for me.

                          I have a santro car.

                          Give for repair on 29.08.2017 for the left side indicator light not glowing when ever the remote is pressed.

                          The problem was resolved vehicle received.

                          On the next day the right side indicator light was continuously on even after ignition is off. I have disconnected the battery overnight. Next day again logged the complain.

                          On 31.08.2017. It was told that the controller of the remote failed. Which was not at all convincing. So objection there sr, manager came and said the control is ok. There is a carbon deposition on the hazard switch and that is a problem.

                          On 02.09.2017, the sound stop coming from on pressing the remote.

                          The overall capability of the people working at goa motors is a big question mark.

                          Need a permanent solution to this problem.

                            Hie my name is chetan sharma & by profession i am an advocate. Last wk i went there for my car service & my car no is pb-07 ad 8321 & my repair order no is[protected]. They charge me nearly 5300 rs. At last they took out my car from service station & told me all done sir.. Firstly i check out my door & told one of the ur member that its not yet fixed.. Then they took back again to service station then after two minutes they took back again all done sir.. I was lived nearly 60km away from the service station & cost me nearly 1000 rs petrol. When i was on my way to home then door again gave me bad sound.. I was very harass at that time. Now please tell me r u able to fix my problem free of cost or i'll go to consumer court for justice

                                I, mohd. Shakil mansuri of one mansuri tours & travels would like to bring to your notice the series o[censored]nfortunate events that occurred while i went for a warranty issue related to the battery of hyundai xcent car mh 03 ch 1907.
                                On 17th of august 2017 i had applied for the warranty of my car battery. Its been 14days and i have yet to get any progressive update till date. I say that one mr. Kedar who is the customer relationship manager there is the reason behind the delay. At the start he had given me assurance that it will take a maximum of 5-7days for the same. But when i went to apply for the job card the supervisor there told me it might take a few days more; for which, i said as long as you have given your word even 10days of time shouldn't be an issue. When a delay occurred and when contacted one mr. Kedar he in a very rude tone told me, i won't take your battery, do whatever you want. Upon hearing this i contacted the service manager, he said, he will speed up the process. To no response o any progress on my complaint, on 28th august, i contacted again the manager there one mr. Sachin to which he said said he will tell check and tell me the status the next day. I waited and when yet no reply i contacted again on 31st of august, to which no one received. Also the customer relationship manager kedar talks in a very abusive tone whenever contacted. He always manhandled my service book and said go ahead do a complaint if you want to. Its because of him my battery is yet to come and i have been paying service charge of 100rs a day as i had no service battery with me to give it at the service centre. Its been 15days since my application and i have paid a total of 1500rs for the service charge only. If the there is more delay, the amount of money i would have paid for the service charge only would be enough to buy me a new battery. I kindly request you to look into the matter and would also likr to lodge a complaint against the customer relationship manager kedar.

                                  I am naveen owning the car elite i20 magna with rig. No: ka 01 mq 0198. Bought it from advait hyundai bellandur branch, bangalore.
                                  This is to bring to your notice i had a new car in the month of may 25 2017, and i found an issue with my vehicle on 6th july 2017, as the vehicle was not starting in the parking place and i called hyundai costumer care and they referred me to trident hyundai and they sent an towing vehicle to my place and towed my vehicle to the service station on 6th july 2017, 8:30am and they get back to me by 10am same day saying that the cab is caught with an fire. When i visited the service station the car was total loss and they are delaying in replacing the car its almost 2 months i have not got any proper response from trident. Please do the need full and get me my vehicle back at the earliest.

                                    29 aug rains car was getting submerged triedy removing it out
                                    But as water level increasing in the society. Could remove it. No help provided. Called non stop called road assisantance, send mails. Only excuses of rains staff gone home road cars have to removed first, ur car safe location do not get hyper. Understand. The rains. Calling nonstop. Car was taken on 31aug. Outside tollservice. After me calling nonstop which was submergerd for 24hrs.

                                      I bought your hyundai grand i10 sportz car on 9th august 2017 and i found that its back speaker is not good and on 28august i took my car for anti rust to the car dealer (Balaji hyundai muzaffarpur bihar) it has done very poor anti rust coating. On 10th of september i washed my car then i saw that the anti rust layer is starting falling down. Kindly look into the matter/complaint.

                                        I am yugal bohra [protected]. I gave my car for servicing and minor problem which was occurring in my car. They called me and said there are many problem in my car i told them to rectify them they gave me estimate of 12 to 15 thousand but now they called me and said the bill is of approx 29 thousand who gave them the premission to do all the # things with intimation please everyone don't go to hyundai service they all are fake. Really shame on them i will sell my car asap don't want any car of hyundai now shamless people and they are ready to fight. Losers hyundai
