I want to inform you that i booked i120 elite from devika hyundai udhampur. The dealer was unable to provide the car even after three weeks from the said date. So i purchased i20 elite for kc hyundai jammu within two days on 31july 2017. I went to devika hyundai to get the refund. But even till today i was unable to get the refund even after visiting the dealer 8 to 10 times. I even contacted the manager two to 3 times. But he is uncooperative in solving the problem. This is total harassment on part of a prestigious company like hyundai. I will never recommend anyone to go to devika hyundai. Please look into the matter otherwise i will take the legal course.

    Our vehicle no or 02 ad 9696, a santro xing met with an accident while coming from cuttack to bhubaneswar. The left side door (Front) was damaged and the left side mirror was also broken. With rear door and bumper were also scratched. The vehicle was given to utkal hyundai bhubaneswar on 18/08/2017. The dealer charged nearly 11, 000/- rupees for repair. But while returning the repaired vehicle we found out that the vehicle has not even washed and front bumper scratches were not touched and the handling of the matter was very very unproffessional. We would request you to do the necessary repair and washing cleaning properly commensurate with amount of rs 11000/- charged or we will file a consumer case against the dealer.

      Improper cleaning in first service due to improper teflon coating done from showroom during delivery of new car. Either this is the paint related issue on car.
      One scratch on right side mirror after first service. Behavior of service man is not good after service of my car because of feedback related issue.
      Service person forced me to give good feedback.

        Sir, i have purchased cresta on 31/12/2016 on on road price and paid full amount to dealers as per deal under which they have taken 14068/- for tcs because this car was more than 10 lacs and they have to collect tcs from owner so i paid it they provide me receipt for the same then on delivery they check my documents so they told me that they can not registration from rishikesh so i have to registered car myself but i pay them so they told me to take return o registration amount 117685 /- but the refund will take 15 days so they suggest me that we will pay to registration office you just go and registered their i trust them and apply for registration and they send the dad to registration office but they didn't told me the amount paid to registration so i confirmed it from rto then i know that difference of 6000/- i request them to return it but they told me they will verify the account and provide you full amount receipt so i was waiting for them then when i apply for tcs online it was not showing online so i send the email to them but they disintegrated reply then i visit their and shown them the receipt of amount showing tcs but the sales man cheated me refused that you have not paid tcs to is so we have not submit it i told them i have paid it clearly at the delivery time and you have given me receipt in which clearly mentioned that tcs is paid them how can u refused so they harrashed me and asked me to leave the showroom i invested 15.5 lacs to get this type of attitude and showroom also helping their cheater sales man i am really very disturbed. My family is also panic with their attitude means first you cheated on customer and then you harrassed him please look into this matter

          Dear team,

          This is to clearly mention that till today i have purchased approxed 3-5 car's in my life, but till date i have never seen such a type of mis selling of the product where neither the company, nor the dealer, nor the service and sales people are bothered.

          When i had seen car, i have been show the feather that this car bears these feature's

          Today i received the rc card, it mention as the car manufacturing is january 2017. Which means i have been given car which is 6 months old.

          I whole booklet i have received i have not been able to see the month of manufacturing.

          We only come to know about the car age, when we receive the rc card what you guys have given we can't judge, you just deliver the car thats it.

          Now coming to what was told about the product by giving broachers and on screen at the showroom, and also on the website.

          I and my brother have purchased the same car and same model, my brother on june 15, 2017 and i on june 29, 2017, i have told pulkit i want same car which my brother have, same thing same, which is sx+ petrol.

          But these gallops people sold me their old stock car, which have feature of 2016, and i believe this is cheating, when you show one car and sale another, and the customer only comes to know when he uses the car for month or two and sees that he doesn't got what he paid for.

          I was driving my brother car today and my brother used the android car play, i remember my conversation about the same at showroom when i booked car, and then checked my car, hat facility was not there, i feel like i have been cheated.

          And this time i won't take my complaint back, as i was forced to take last time when i had compalined for mis selling with regard to gst.

          None of the commitment has been fulfilled the day car has been purchased.

          I feel i have been cheated, and sorry to say, gallops people are hopeless people. They know only to sell car or rather say miss sell the car and no after mis sale service.

          I called the service executive, ghanshyam jatab and asked about this difference of anoriod play in my brother car, and not in my car, he told your car is old model car, but purchased after my brother car which is updated car. I told why didn't you explain the feature when i explained the audio system on june 29th 2017, he told how can i inform you that, you have got old stock. Shame on you guys. You lose the trust of customers. And added to it he told, sir me sach keh raha hu, koi nahi bataega. Really shamefull.

          If i don't get the solution, this time i will really go to consumer forum.

          Please have look at the images of the my brother car purchased from sharma hyundai, june 2017, 15 days prior to my car, but model he got is latest, i got the old stock, i, e of january 2017.

          Other features which are missing.

          Air conditioning : fully automatic with mood change bar : not available.
          Cluster ionizer : not available.

          Arkamys sound mood : not available.

          In just span of 15 - 20 days car front wheel got burst out, i complain to sales executive, he told, it can't be replace in warranty, but when i compalined to service department at gallops for fist sevice, they also told good year has denied and when i got angry they done some setting and asked my to pay 20% of the wheel value and rest would be paid by company. Tyre is of 6500/-

          40% hyundai company :
          40% gallops dealer :
          20% customer i:e the person fooled by the dealer. : i paid 1300/- and also didn't got any bill, voucher. No receipt.

          I now have doubt that is gallops really your authorised dealer or any local workshop of car showroom which runs only to do mis selling. For any problem, i have to contact gallops people thrice, then only work is done, that too i style which authorised dealer do not do.

          I will never ever recommend any person or friend to visit gallops showroom.

          Revert asap.

            I have made booking hyundai creta e plus and deposit booking amount 21000/- rupees in shri shakun hyundai moters, bharatpur on date 09agust 2017. After this they commit creta will be received up to 24 august. But next day they tell me that creta will be received up to 10 th september. Then i refuse and cancelled that booking. And make new booking of creta in morani moters jaipur. Accordingly i received creta on morani moters jaipur on 25 august. But shagun moters bharatpur not refund by booking amount 21000/-rupees yet. So please take necessary action and refund my booking amount.

              The siel hyundai persons are very rude and donot know how to talk. Even they donot know the cost of parts of santro car during service. There is no any well trained man who can do service properly. Very poor service. I went for my santro car paid service. Up25ah3047. They are not wshing and cleaning car properly and also giving always some silly excuses.
              Am not getting proper response from the Showroom.

                I bought the hyundai creta at jun 2017, within the 1st week the left tyre seemed week and needed frequent pumping of air and in a month had a puncture. Which was fixed by a local tyre puncture shop, it again had a puncture in august. So in two months i need to change the tyre! I had asked the dealer (Fpl hyundai, ambatture) to give me the manufacturing date for the tyres and they said they did not have these details

                  Visited dev bhoomi showroom situated at gutkar mandi hp for registration of 1.2l kappa dual vtvt 5-speed manual s model
                  They quoted me ex showroom cost rs 7, 58, 998/- where as on enquiring on your official site, toll free no. And your delhi officials the quoted the ex showroom cost for the same rs 7, 46, 646/- for my city (Mandi, himachal pradesh)
                  It is very surprising to see difference of aprox. Rs13000/-
                  I had already paid booking amount of rs10000/- but knowing about such huge difference i am bound to cancel my order.
                  You are requested to look into the matter at earliest.

                  We had purchased Hyundai Creta car( DL12 CG 8157) from South Delhi to ELROY dealer on Oct 2015. In June 2017 AC of car is not work properly, I reached to Hyundai Showroom thay repair it, But after ten days AC of car is completely gone. I received car with damaged set of AC from dealer. Kindly resolve the issue and Change Ac set of car.

                    Dear concern, this is with regards to my hyundai verna sx 2012 model fully burnt while driving. This is the most ridiculous thing ever expected out hyundai as brand that too in a premium segment car. I am nearly saved and still terrified of the horrific incident that could have costed me my life and the only earning member to my family.
                    Yesterday evening while driving back home a fire erupted from the engine and engulfed the entire car in fire. I had a miraculous escape. I have regularly done all my servicing till date as per due from hyundai authorized dealers only. I have never been warned on any such eventuality fro hyundai team.
                    I want hear what action plan hyundai as company have for such incident and the reaction on the same incident where i almost lost my life.

I had sent my vehicle to your moti nagar hyndai service centre for almost four to five times. But problem is still not solved properly.                         I am sending this email because i am so disappointed with your service from one of the group (Pinnacle-hyundai in thrissur, india). I have booked two creta cars from the pinnacle and they have told me that the first car will be delivered in 15 days and it took around 1 and a half months delay for the car and also offered 1 year extended warranty than the 3 years commited and after the delivery they told they cant do it, and they have told that the petrol version car automatic was commited of leather seats and while on delivery it was not there. Because of the delay in delivery and the wrong information from the consultant side we have lost our patience and we had to cancel our second creta car which we have booked. After i raised a complaint they are saying that we have not commited such things to you. This is not the way you hyundai people have to deal with the customers, i am forwarding this complaint to all the hyundai companies and to the world wide service, even i am asking for the compensation fr the delay and the xtended warranty commited and for the leather seats. Or would i rather go for a court case.. Pls do the need ful sir.

                          This complained is regarding my vehicle hr 14 l 8564 and conduct of the workers. The brief facts of the complain are as under :-
                          On 24 july 2017 (Monday) i deposited above mentioned vehicle with hyundai bodyshop namely hemkund situated at wazirpur delhi for repairing. I have visited the bodyshop to see my vehicle condition four to five times. During the sad visits, i had noticed that a part of above sad vehicle, that is to be repaired/replaced/painted, was not repaired, replaced, painted. On 21 august 2017, i went to bodyshop to receive my vehicle, however, same fault were remained as it was despite bring to the notice of workers of the sad bodyshop as well as the g. M on previous occasion. I had remained there for 3 to 4 hours. There were some other fault also that i had brought to their notice. I am not satisfied with the service provided by the sad bodyshop as the right side bumper is not set properly.

                            Respected sir/madam.
                            I bought vehicle i20elite asta in year of 2015. My car a/c is not working now. I just handed over to hyundai plaza, ekkaduthangal, chennai-32.
                            The service advisor told me the a/c coil failure. Also i am using swift, innova and hyundai accent for the past 8years i didn't face any a/c issues till now. But in i20 within 30 months the coil is failure means i am just thinking about the standard of product. Also they said warranty will not applicable. While buy they said the car of the year and best of all car i am totally unhappy. I didn't expect this from the hyundai.

                              I bought i10 grand diesel from dee emm hyundai, sona road gurgaon. This is to inform you that i had not purchased any asscessories as i am aware that they over charge for the same accessories that you can easily buy from the market at cheaper price but i purchased gear lock under impression i am buying something which i really need and cannot compromise to buy from outside market.

                              They had given me hyundai gear lock.. Not auto cop lock so i was again satisfied.

                              But sorry to inform you that it stopped working after 15 months o[censored]sage and i was bewildered to know that the warranty is only for one year which i dont believe.

                              Now my complaint and the question.. Why u people give such locks which carry one year warranty or the chiese maal and why u did not suggest me auto cop when u know your own products are not good.

                              Really disappointed.

                                I rajesh raju had purchased hyundai i 20 elite 2016 model under the registration number
                                Kl 33 e 8888. The ordeal began when my car met with an accident on 26 may 2017. I had put my car for repair and service on 26 may 2017 at popular hyundai kodimatha kottayam kerala. It has been three moths since that. Before mentioning my issues i would want to mention the names of the employes and their designations

                                Zonal manager - mr binoj
                                Service manager - mr jinu
                                Body shop manager - mr prashanth
                                Body shop in charge - mr akhil
                                Service advisor - mr jithu
                                Regional office cr codinator - devprabha

                                Issues i have been facing untill today

                                * non of your employee answer my calls or do they have basic etiquette of calling back and informing.

                                * binoj - i haven't spoken to him or met, though i have tried meeting him atleast eight times but he's been always busy with meetings. We have spoke once when he had been put on a conference call as i tried through the toll free coustomer line hyundai.

                                *akhil and jithu they both have never explained me why is there so much of delay in the repair. They had no knowledge of what was happening with the car.

                                * i had to reach out on every third or fourth day all these three months to know of any leads about my car.

                                * on 12 august 2017 had asked me to drop in for a test drive on the 13 august 2017, being a sunday i had confirmed if he was working he assured me the test drive and when i finally got there he was on a day off and when i called him he asked me not to come.

                                Now what if the same has been happening to you.

                                *i tried reaching the regional office kochi i got to speak with cr codinator ms devprabha i had asked her if i could talk to the regional manager but she said she would help me out, i had asked for her mail i d which i have not received as yet this conversation happened on 18 august 2017.

                                * i was told on 26 may 2017 that services and repair would be finished and the car would be delivered in 45 working day but post 90 day and counting the call me for the test drive on 18th august 2017.

                                The alignment was not done, the car pulls you to extreme left

                                Dents on the interiors of the boot

                                Ac vents were not fixed

                                Suspension wasn't fixed it made a lot of noise, same with xylecer

                                Mirrors were shivering through out the drive.

                                The seats weren't replaced but just set up

                                They had installed many parts with out prior consent.

                                The paint quality was not at all up to standards.

                                * initially the estimated amount was 2.25 lakhs and the final amount now is 4.25 lakhs.

                                * please find the attachment i have attached the photographs of the car you could find there has been bearlyt

                                Any damage in the front area major issues where in the rear area but now they have changed and made alterations in the front area and i believe this is the reason for the final amount to reach 4.25 lakhs.

                                * 22 august 2017 they had asked me to test drive the car, still the car has sounds from the xclencer and the rear tyre on the right side is still bulged.

                                * 22 august i had been to the service centre and now they say that i need to pay 16000 as to get the car delivered and though the car is on a full cover insurance (Bumper to bumper) initially they had asked me to pay 30000.
                                I don't understand why is that i should pay such amounts after all this i have faced and while my car is fully insured.

                                These where the issues as on the delivery day post three months and still counting.

                                After all this i wouldn't want any one from my friends or family to consume a hyundai product.

                                It is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable behaviour and poor service quality by your employees to me. I wounded if there is a standard practice followed by your establishment, because this is definitely not the kind of service i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

                                I look forward to here from you as soon as possible and resolve this problem amicably.

                                  I have bought new vernal fludic 2012. Just 20, 000 km. This is happening 3rd time right from the beginning i have facing clutch issues. I have informed every service right from the first service to the hyundai service centre. I they just ignored and told me this is quite common problem of verna. Somehow i have managed while driving with double time pump clutch pedal. But unfortunately today when i travelled to bangalore after 40km running clutch pedal got stuck and couldn't do anything in the midnight. I have contacted agin the service center morning they said i have to change the complete clutch set. It may cost 20000 rs. This is insane just 20, 000km clutch complaint no i am going to file a case against hyundai also many of them report the same issue why don't u rectify by replacing this issue. You are keep on selling the car without solving the issue to kill people. If you not help me

Since 40days car is at service station and nobody giving proper answer when my car get back to my home... Please do help me for this... They are not picking up phones also...                                       Our hyundai i10 (Sportz) car met with an accident on[protected] and the rear and front part were completely damaged and the airbags were failed to open so i registered a complain to a company and now they are not replying properly and giving some silly reasons please have a look at this and take action against the company.                                         Dear sir,
                                        I had purchased hyundai creta from your dealer l r hyundai, kaithal on 18/7/2017 after making a payment of rs 10, 80, 000/- by cheque from my firm's a/c apart from booking amount which i paid on 26/7/2017. But till today they are not providing me the billing papers of my vehicle. Although all required papers like copy of pan card of firm, gstin, partners adhaar card, pan card, tan no. Of firm, blank letter head of the firm are already given. Also before delivery they signed from me a blank file containing many papers relating to customer satisfaction, authorisation papers, other papers by saying it is mandatory for billing and delivery. But inspite of various promises they had not given​ me the bills of car and my passing papers till this letter.
                                        This type o[censored]nethical and non corporate behaviour is not expected from a dealer of such a reputed brand hyundai.
                                        They are really harassing me deliberately as i had complained for their non delivery of my vehicle after booking.

                                        Please take appropriate action against such dealership who to conceal it's inappropriate behaviour get blank files signed form customers fraudentally.
