1 i called service center and asked upfront availability of a part (Power window machine), got a reply, all part available.
2 taken car for servicing to far away location from city
3 hanover my car there with job sheet, like power window machine, back light change, antena, driver seat lock (Inclined adjustment), wheel alignment etc. Given estimate and i returned.
4 in afternoon got a call, power window machine is not available, rest thing shall be done. I asked to do rest of work and initiate request for power window machine. I also complained why same was not upfront confirmed, when called.
5 went in evening to collect car, had utmost shock with poor workmanship - roof car wash done and no cleaning from inside, back light, seat lock, antena and of course power window work was not done.
For last 1 month, work is pending where as assured availability of part. Call not been answered, no accountability.
6 post service of my car, i got 3 call to have feedback of service. It seems same is a dead process by company and so called businessmen having service agency, has taken it as a tick mark activity, as even after narrating entire incident, it has been lip sympathy and no work on ground.
I am feeling to give my car to municipal corporation for garbage collection, considering such an ill treatment and complete ignorance. I am assuring escalation of same to competent authority, approaching judiciary or consumer court and making it public at social media.Should you expect time service for 5 problems ? why dont we shut down if servicing is such a big issue ???????
