Dear sir

I rajesh raju had purchased hyundai i 20 elite 2016 model under the registration number
Kl 33 e 8888. The ordeal began when my car met with an accident on 26 may 2017. I had put my car for repair and service on 26 may 2017 at popular hyundai kodimatha kottayam kerala. It has been three moths since that. Before mentioning my issues i would want to mention the names of the employes and their designations

Zonal manager - mr binoj
Service manager - mr jinu
Body shop manager - mr prashanth
Body shop in charge - mr akhil
Service advisor - mr jithu
Regional office cr codinator - devprabha

Issues i have been facing untill today

* non of your employee answer my calls or do they have basic etiquette of calling back and informing.

* binoj - i haven't spoken to him or met, though i have tried meeting him atleast eight times but he's been always busy with meetings. We have spoke once when he had been put on a conference call as i tried through the toll free coustomer line hyundai.

*akhil and jithu they both have never explained me why is there so much of delay in the repair. They had no knowledge of what was happening with the car.

* i had to reach out on every third or fourth day all these three months to know of any leads about my car.

* on 12 august 2017 had asked me to drop in for a test drive on the 13 august 2017, being a sunday i had confirmed if he was working he assured me the test drive and when i finally got there he was on a day off and when i called him he asked me not to come.

Now what if the same has been happening to you.

*i tried reaching the regional office kochi i got to speak with cr codinator ms devprabha i had asked her if i could talk to the regional manager but she said she would help me out, i had asked for her mail i d which i have not received as yet this conversation happened on 18 august 2017.

* i was told on 26 may 2017 that services and repair would be finished and the car would be delivered in 45 working day but post 90 day and counting the call me for the test drive on 18th august 2017.

The alignment was not done, the car pulls you to extreme left

Dents on the interiors of the boot

Ac vents were not fixed

Suspension wasn't fixed it made a lot of noise, same with xylecer

Mirrors were shivering through out the drive.

The seats weren't replaced but just set up

They had installed many parts with out prior consent.

The paint quality was not at all up to standards.

* initially the estimated amount was 2.25 lakhs and the final amount now is 4.25 lakhs.

* please find the attachment i have attached the photographs of the car you could find there has been bearlyt

Any damage in the front area major issues where in the rear area but now they have changed and made alterations in the front area and i believe this is the reason for the final amount to reach 4.25 lakhs.

* 22 august 2017 they had asked me to test drive the car, still the car has sounds from the xclencer and the rear tyre on the right side is still bulged.

* 22 august i had been to the service centre and now they say that i need to pay 16000 as to get the car delivered and though the car is on a full cover insurance (Bumper to bumper) initially they had asked me to pay 30000.
I don't understand why is that i should pay such amounts after all this i have faced and while my car is fully insured.

These where the issues as on the delivery day post three months and still counting.

After all this i wouldn't want any one from my friends or family to consume a hyundai product.

It is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable behaviour and poor service quality by your employees to me. I wounded if there is a standard practice followed by your establishment, because this is definitely not the kind of service i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

I look forward to here from you as soon as possible and resolve this problem amicably.

    Hi

    I have bought new vernal fludic 2012. Just 20, 000 km. This is happening 3rd time right from the beginning i have facing clutch issues. I have informed every service right from the first service to the hyundai service centre. I they just ignored and told me this is quite common problem of verna. Somehow i have managed while driving with double time pump clutch pedal. But unfortunately today when i travelled to bangalore after 40km running clutch pedal got stuck and couldn't do anything in the midnight. I have contacted agin the service center morning they said i have to change the complete clutch set. It may cost 20000 rs. This is insane just 20, 000km clutch complaint no i am going to file a case against hyundai also many of them report the same issue why don't u rectify by replacing this issue. You are keep on selling the car without solving the issue to kill people. If you not help me

          Dear sir,
          I had purchased hyundai creta from your dealer l r hyundai, kaithal on 18/7/2017 after making a payment of rs 10, 80, 000/- by cheque from my firm's a/c apart from booking amount which i paid on 26/7/2017. But till today they are not providing me the billing papers of my vehicle. Although all required papers like copy of pan card of firm, gstin, partners adhaar card, pan card, tan no. Of firm, blank letter head of the firm are already given. Also before delivery they signed from me a blank file containing many papers relating to customer satisfaction, authorisation papers, other papers by saying it is mandatory for billing and delivery. But inspite of various promises they had not given​ me the bills of car and my passing papers till this letter.
          This type o[censored]nethical and non corporate behaviour is not expected from a dealer of such a reputed brand hyundai.
          They are really harassing me deliberately as i had complained for their non delivery of my vehicle after booking.

          Please take appropriate action against such dealership who to conceal it's inappropriate behaviour get blank files signed form customers fraudentally.

              I have i 20 sportz model. Registration no is up 37 9009.

              I droped my accident car at fortune hyundai greater noida u. P. On date 04/07/2017. Mr manoj bhati is concern person there who give me receiving of my car.

              Next day at the time of survey of my car by the insurance company, mr manoj bhati & surveyor were present there with me.

              Thn mr. Bhati & surveyor told me ac parts maximum damage & compersor also damage it will. Be change because a big hole in compersor. Insurance company will provide it in claim

              12/08/2017 mr bhati call me & tell me your car is ok nw its working perfectly. Than i ask to mr bhati, you checked ac is working properly. Than he said yes sir all fitting of ac with compersor is new in your car. Its working properly now.

              14/08/2017 i reach at fortune hyundai to receive my car thn mr bhati tell me sir ac is not working properly because we don't have new compersor in stock so we fitted any other temporary compresor from any other car because your compersor is totly damaged. When we received new compresor in company stock than i call u & we will change it.
              Than so much argument there between me & mr bhati.

              Than mr rupesh pathak (Gm) there also told me same thing. Sir dont wory its fortune hyundai responsibility i will call you you receive your car.
              Than i tell him please mention all these things on bill which ia you provinding me. Than reply is no need to all that.
              Thn i told ok i m reciving my car & call me whn compresor will be available in your stock.

              Now i am calling to both persons they are not responding & told me insurance company is not giving this part.

              Its totaly pree planing by fortune hundai.
              They are changing parts from other other car which are availbales in fortune hyundai work shop.

              If my car ac will not be ok & perfect by fortune hyundai at any cost.

              Than i will take legal action also for both persons who are changing parts from the cars & false comitment with costumers.

              They lost my orignol car key also with remote.

              So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                I have purchased new i20 asta dual tone on 28th july form khanna hyundai kanpur. On the same day i have seen something missing in gear knob of my vehicle and immediately ppint out that issue to the sale executive mr. Abhishek nigam and gm sale. They said that we will take it up and give information to you. Even after 25 days the didn't inform me any thing. Today i have visited the showroom again but behavior of mr. Abhishek nigam is pathetic. He even didn't bother to talk to us. Its very very disheartening for new customer of hyundai. So kindly guide us whether we should visit showroom again and again or should we shot hopping and kind of service from hyundai.

                  With due respect, i just wanted to tell you that in the yester month i purchased hyundai i20 elite dual tone on 23july 2017 from the agency hisar hyundai, hisar bypas
                  And afterthat on 17 august i transferred rc fees to the hisar hyundai account that is received by general manager pradeep singh and he told me that your fees is submitted. Than i move to the sdm office for the private fancy number but they told me that your fees is not submitted and we are unable to give you any number than same day i came back to hisar hyundai where pradeep sir told me that there is a server problem in network we will submit it as soon as possible than next day 18aug2017 he told me the same that the same issue of network.
                  Afterthat sir i told him that i m govt employee in delhi and unable to come daily for this. He told me that saturday and sunday is not working day of bank so i will submit the fees on monday give me your file.
                  Today, i call him but he is not responding of my calls and than i call him from another mobile number than the call is attended by some other person who is also working in hisar hyundai told me that we are doing your work. Moreover i asked pradeep singh sir several times to give me the contact number of owner of hisar hyundai but he can't
                  Sir i was planning to buy hyundai creta but after seeing things i cant and more thing sir when first time i went to the hissar hyundai everyone was around us and the day after i bought it they didnot even responding and even not attending the calls
                  This is pathetic
                  Sir i am competely irritated with these things and today is the last day of registration of my vehilcle and after last day there is a fine that was imposed on me without any fault
                  Sir these are such thing which mentally harasses me..
                  Please take some legal action against either on pradeep singh or hisar hyundai, hisar bypass

                    From nov 2016. I am regularly following up for paper transfer but till today they i have not got the car papers on my name while i have given the full payment before buying the car via cheque.
                    Pl. Help me either give me papers or return my full payment including what i have invested after buying the car like tyre change, battery change etc.

                      Malfunction of mil since beginning purchase of verna car. This car is purchased at malakpet, hyderabad in the year 2014, 1.6 version of petrol. This car is gifted to me by my father and my name dr. Sowjanya kapaganti.
                      With this complaint i handover the car to service center at chikkdaplly, hyderabad service center.
                      Initially, they asked me to change petrol bunk for filling petrol, i did the same even then i am getting the problem similar line, some time while running and if may go off during the start and on, some time it is permanent.
                      Your authorized service center at chikdapally, hyderabad persons repaired many times and could not solve the problem.
                      I got frustrated with this model and complaint, if this time it is not solved i will go to the consumer form file case against concern.
                      Please take it seriously and resolve my problem.
                      I did not give the repair center, based on your reply i do the same.

                      Please sort out the problem as soon as possible because this is a very serious matter and linked with the life of human being. So to avoid these circumstances take an effective step. I shall be very thankful to you.
                      Please sort out problem as soon as possible. Complaint Letter attached
                      company didn't take any step to resolve my problem instead they only play tricks. It seems that they are absolutely insensitive towards me. Neither they resolve speed issue nor break issue. I am facing this problem from one and half month.

                      You are under mining the gravity of problem. If any misshaping occur, only you and your company will be responsible.

                      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. If you don't come to a solution then we are left with only one way that is to go honorary judiciary.

                        I purchased i20 sports as i thought that the service quality of hyundai motors is great. But if some body ask me an advice about hyundai cars i will tell him not to purchase a car from hyundai motors. As the service quality is very poor and the behaviour of their staff is worst. When a customer visit at service center these people treat them vary badly. They do not inderstand the value of time. I gave my car at roshan hyundai jaipur and i am not satisfied with the service quality and the behaviour of your staff.

                          I had purchased hyundai ellite i20 sportz (Petrol) at sps hyundai private limited, thiruvallur, tamilnadu in august-2016 with lot of hope as i used hyundai santro xing earlier, but to my surprise the initial pickup of the new car was very worst that the car struggles to move and climb a ramp (Worst than a bullock-kart). I had complained about the issue and got checked 2 - times at sps hyundai and 1-time at kun hyundai - ambattur. But my issue was not sorted-out. The service person tried to comprise me telling that all sensor type cars are of the same issue and i will be used to that over a period of time.
                          As per my findings i suspect the ecm has to be tuned as it doesnt allow me to accelerate as per my requirement (As it checks other parameters like exhaust o2, speed etc.

                            I had bought verna fluidic in dec 2013 and i have driven this car for almost 40k km in last 3.5 years. The car has been serviced at authorised service stations and i also had bought extended warranty. It has not performed to the expectations as the problem is with after sales service. The major authorised service centers don't have knowledgable staff to understand the problem the car is facing and always put the blame on the customer. I had taken each and every advice even got the service done from 3 different authorised service center in 3 consecutive days last to last year paying almost 22k for the same service and they were not able to resolve the issue. I then got advice from outside mechanic and then suggested them to change the bearing of front tyre for rs 80 to get the problem fixed. The problem now which i have been facing for last 1.5 years is on the gear box which gets stuck while i am driving the car and this too started when i had gone to a service center for it's regular maintenance. I don't have that much of time to actually spend half of my life understanding problems of service center and tackling rude and inefficient employees. I would like to know as a company if you have a solution.

                              Sir /madam,

                              I have been following up for solution to my problem from the hemkund hyundai motors wazirprur but they are not giving the me satisfactory solution to my problem.

                              Sir after saving money for years i have purchased the hyundai car grand i 10. I have been a loyal customer since then. I have made it a point that i get my car services on time at authorised service station regularly on time.

                              Few days back my car started giving black smoke. I went to the workshop and asked them to see what is the problem.

                              The service engineer pointed out to me that the car needs overhauling as their is high consumption of engine oil.

                              I was surprised as total km car has run is 68000 approx.

                              Due to negligence of service engineer i am facing this problem.
                              Being from a middle class i can't pay the amount they are saying to rectify the problem.
                              Negligence of the dealers service
                              Engineers have results in the malfunctioning of my car.
                              Its being more than one month i have been waiting for the solution.

After 3 months they don't delivered my car but finance manager garish chopra and hdfc loan manager himanshu choudhary they dispersed my loan in company accounts. L want to talk g. M harpal singh they do not action. My first emi bouncing because i have not delivered car till date 19/08/2017. Mr. Garish chopra offered me "i will give you 30000 rupees and you cancelled the booking of car. They harassment me last 3 months and he says" no karna go karlo i don't care " please action for the costumers. Thanks

                                  I rajender singh would like to say you that i purchase a hyundai creta car 1.6 sx (Patrol) no hr 34h 4987 from harsh hyundai rewari haryana. From the day one my car is biting both rear tiers. I bring my car to harsh hyundai for service at rewari on 20/03/2017 then i told about the problem to service manager. He highlight in the job card but my problem has not solved and same is going on continues from last 5th month. I again took my car to rewari and explained about the same problem after checking the car he told that there is tiers problems in the vehicle and informed the good year tires company. Representative of company has came and inspect the tires and give in written that their no any problems in the tyres their is a machinical problem. From last 5th month i detour but till now their is no solution of my problem till date. Now my car is unable to drive after only 15000 km due to tires problems. Many times i contact to harsh hyundai rewari and mail to costumer care center but no positive response has listen till now to resolve the matter.

                                    As discussed yesterday regarding change of engine of my car having registration number hr-30-m-4254, i want to remind you that i have not receive any favourable reply neither from parashar hyundai nor from hyundai motors limited resulting it is further getting delay, please ask parashar hyundai to kindly share quotation with you to resolve the problem and also please ask them that no expenses will be paid by customer means all expenses which will be incurred for this will be borne by hyundai motors limited because it is the question of image of hyundai motors limited that in few 15500/- k. M. Engine of car get damage. You people also know that 15500/- k. M is nothing running for four wheeler whether a engine of bike never get damage in such kilometre. Please take my problem seriously for better future relationship.

                                      Please note, car is running ok and 3 free services completed. During monsoon season we observed following manufacturing defect.
                                      • car bonnet sealing is uneven
                                      • during monsoon water enter inside head light (Driver side)

                                        Sorry to say but never i had like this worst experience about any showroom.
                                        From last 3 months i am very fed-up.
                                        On 31 may 2017 i have booked xcent base with abs taxi. For doing business.
                                        Till now i have not got the number.
                                        Only and only excuses is told to me.
                                        My problems are as follows.
                                        . First i want shopact to remove for that shopact your employer took 17 days.
                                        . After that i personally contact magma finance for loan they took 20 days to disburse. Then came gst on 2th july magma finance told showroom to give new price list after gst. So they can disburse amount. For that price list your showroom took another 15 days. They gave on 17 july. After amount was transfer on 19th.
                                        On 20 th i told to pay remaining down payment. I gave cheque. Cheque clear on 25 th.
                                        (While booking they told if we receive full payment then after that date i will get car in 3 days. And in 6 days i will get number plate.)
                                        . After 25 till 3 august. All were very silent. Excuse is what that someone is i'll. Someone is on leave.
                                        Excautally matter was different while booking i gave my waganr in exchange. While giving and dealing with them car was final in 3.65 lac. And loan was there of 3.08 lakh. Remaining amount 57000 want to transfer for new car. But only 41k was transfer. Excuse was what your hpromise manager told them that i have taken waganr at 3.50lac. But on booking file it was 3.65lac with sign.
                                        After clearing that issue. I was told to come and take car on 4 august. I went to take car with full arrangements flowers, sweats etc.
                                        They don't gave me car. Excuse was what that someone took car yesterday and he meet with accident. So manager told not to give car without registration. That was ok with me. After that finally they gave car on 11 august with passing. And told after 2 days i'll get number plate.
                                        From that date till today excuse excuse excuse.
                                        Now today 18 august. Morning they told till evening i'll definitely 100%.
                                        At 8 o clock executive called me and telling that my some documents went missing from rto office and we were searching but it didn't find.
                                        Exceutive told tomorrow we will file fir in police station and let us see what happens.

                                        But sir iam fed-up from this excuse excuse excuse. Tomorrow iam coming with that car and deposit to you. Pls arrange my full payment. This decision is of my parents.
                                        Because in this all situations one emi is also gone and another next emi is due.
                                        I have not receive car number not a single rupee i have given to my family.
                                        Iam a middle class person.
                                        Please help me out of this.
